the location is top of the recommended, its convenience to go everywhere for disney, food and shopping, the staffs and friendly and helpful, the only parts let me down is we stay there for 3 nights they never refill the tea bags which we never experienced in any other hotels, so when you go remember to bring your own tea bags

We stayed many times, but it’s getting worse in my opinion. Room is clean, beds comfy, good car park. They take deposit now when you check in, it’s for bottle you have in room to fill with water. Chromecast is not working at all, so don’t know what’s the point of this option on tv. We were offered to buy breakfast during check-in for better price so we did. In the morning it was pain, we couldn’t get in as they didn’t put our room on list or something. My child was hungry, crying, but nobody was bothered, we jad to wait. My husband had to look for reciept in the room bin to confirm. Food choice wasn’t best, but ok for the price. We used to stay there everytime before Disney, but never again.

Breakfast was awful. No bowls, no plates, no mugs. Milk ran out and wasn’t refilled, waited 10 minutes for a spoon. Food constantly ran out and not replaced for long while. Checked out to be told deposit would’ve refunded after room has been checked, by this time I had left the country and since had another charge put to my card. Tried to contact with no reply. Would not recommend.

We stayed at this location 12/08-12/10. I was excited about my stay at first, I was visiting Disneyland Paris for the first time in celebration of my 50th birthday. I chose this location because the online description noted its close proximity to the park… “NOT” this location posed uneccsary challenges in relation to transportation. It took us 45 mins to travel 2 miles via a bus then train to Disney. That’s crazy!!! Especially if you’re traveling with small children. The hotel was not as up to date as the photos online and the noise from other guest can be heard through the night. Food options are not as good in the area. Staff was very rude and not as accommodating as other brands. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Hôtel tellement bien qu’on voulait y retourner pour nôtre retour de l’étranger avant de reprendre la route, mais plus de place pour le 15/10, une prochaine fois j’espère. Encore merci

I stayed twice here. First time when I checked in on Sep. 15th all good except for one thing. I planned to keep my big luggage here at the hotel because we were traveling to other destinations and come back before final flight to Canada. This was confirmed by staff at check in and many other times. On the day 17th morning when leaving to Lourdes, front office lady refuse to keep the luggage. This disrupted our whole plan and we had to carry the big luggage all the way to Train station and leave it there. Front office lady on that day was not cooperative at all. Finally the manager only gave us directions to left luggage at Montparnasse station. And on our return we had to bring it back all the way for our second time check in on 24th. That was not pleasant at all.
I have to say all the staff was good except for that lady at the desk on 17th morning, she was acting like manager but she was not.
For other travellers I would say this is far from the City and time consuming travelling. It is near Disney Land. Other than that everything is good and nice hotel. Management should keep their staff informed about their policies regarding guest luggage to avoid all this troubles.

Checked in and went to our room. Pink mold all throughout the showers as if the shower itself has never been actually cleaned. Got a new room at the front desk with ease which was great on their part but the new room was just the same. Dirty white hand prints on the window door that opens oh and the shower had no pink mold which was great. This one had BLACK mold instead. With soap smeared on the walls of the shower. Felt so disgusting in the room. On top of that I think our ac was broken. We turned the heater on and even then it was freezing cold throughout our 3 days there no matter what we tried to do with the ac. So disappointed wish I spent my money elsewhere.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and we slept well. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney.
We really appreciated the free parking and enjoyed relaxing by the great pool. These amenities made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable.
Our only small issue was with the housekeeping. Our towels were not exchanged during the daily room cleaning, and we had to specifically ask for fresh ones. The staff was more than happy to provide them when we asked.
Despite this minor issue, our experience was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely hotel with pool close to Disneyland. Reception check-in was quick & friendly. Hallways smelt lovely and looked clean. Room looked fab, If I was being picky, couple of stars were lost for large coffee stain on carpet in the room that probably could have been removed and dust along the bottoms of the balcony doors otherwise room was spotless. Pool was great and a nice temperature. Broken sun bed that needed to be replaced and lots of wasps/bees.

Great location for Disney, 10 min drive. Located near plenty of amenities if you have the car. Worth a trip out to local villages. We did for a bit of cultural value. If you like a authentic steak, they have a traditional steak house within the hotel. We had a suit, lots of room. Car park is free and was always able to park. Very quiet location and slept well. Pool is great, staff are friendly and an early check in charge was not overly priced. We’d stay again.

Notre séjour c’est bien passé au niveau du personnel du restaurant ; la jeune fille qui s’occupe des boissons (excellente, serviable et adorable) et le papa des 5 enfants 😉). En revanche, trouver à l’arrivée des m&m’s dans la chambre ainsi que 19 degré alors que l’on demande de faire attention à l’écologie : vraiment pas bon. Ainsi que le bruit toute la nuit lorsque l’on est à côté du local électrique. Et des ratés dans l’utilisation de la télévision. Vraiment dommage parce que le cadre est très sympa.

‘Just have to use public transport for trips to paris. We have to take uber from train station to hotel and vice versa. It takes about an hour from the closest train station (Val De Europe) to areas of interest in Paris. There is a bus station near the hotel but takes about 20 to 30 min to train station. Overall, great option- better than downtown hotels that maybe too old. Breakfast was awesome- a bit pricey for adults but worth it to start a day of walking. We will consider this hotel on our return trip.

The staff at Hotel Dali were friendly and helpful. The family room was comfortable and we enjoyed the swimming pool especially with the wonderful weather we had. On busy days there weren't enough sun loungers which was our only issue with the pool facilities. The family room did not include a mini fridge which would have been a lovely addition to keep our drinks cold during the hot weather, the air conditioning in the room was perfect! The room was cleaned daily however not vacuumed which would have been helpful. Next to the hotel is a large shopping area within walking distance with a lovely range of places to eat and clothes shops etc. The hotel is in a perfect location for disneyland as well as buses to get to the nearby train station too. Overall a great experience and we would stay here again.

The disabled parking is minimal within only 2 spaces and so we had to park in a normal bay on the last night which is a little bit of a struggle when having to get crutches and a mobility scooter in and out of the car.

We hadn’t even finished parking up and saw that he then started walking towards us and proceeded to come to my window. Before he made it to the car, we’d put my disabled badge in and he nodded and turned around and walked into the hotel. Although it’s great that they check that people are correctly using these spaces, it was quite intimidating to have someone walking towards you without knowing who he was or what he wanted.
One of the lifts was out of order when we stayed so this left 1 lift for the whole hotel to use.
The carpets looked like they needed a good hoovering too but the overall cleanliness was good. Just an observation.
And walls with pen scribbles on and bits of plaster missing need some TLC.

This hotel is ok, it’s clean and modern and the staff professional but yet it lacks some charm. It’s the equivalent of Premier Inn in the UK albeit with a pool (which you can’t use until June anyway) the free parking is excellent though. There’s just not much around the area despite its proximity to Disney, no town centre as such and limited places to eat without going for a drive. I was there with work so it did the job. I was upgraded (I think) to a double double bedroom despite asking for only a single double but really all thus does is give you less space in the room due to the extra double bed as a single occupant and who needs two double beds anyway unless you gave your kids in there too.

We couldn’t sleep, there was a lot of people talking and drinking and being loud in the downstairs club area. Our window room was very close to the outside bar table and people were drinking and partying til late every single night we stayed there. We had our 3 year old and they kept him awake, and due to the sleeplessness we didn’t not get up on time for the breakfast on one of the mornings. We asked the front desk staff to see if they could reimburse , extend a day or give us a restaurant credit, for the missed breakfast we were 4 people and we purchased pre breakfast for 17 euros each, the staff was non courteous. And said there was nothing that could be done.

The hotel was a stones throw away from Disneyland, without the price tag. We'd be more than happy to stay here again, the only constructive criticism we could give is in relation to breakfast. We felt that for a steakhouse the quality of the meat was often poor, however this was not a large enough issue to refrain us from stopping again. We would be more than happy to stay again on our next visit to Disneyland! :)

We really liked the hotel; it was a great experience. The restaurant and buffet were the best part. The only things I didn’t like were that the hot water in the room was lukewarm and that the room temperature was set at 23 degrees by the hotel and couldn’t be adjusted.
