Room is very clean, bed was comfy and the blackout curtains mean you get a good night’s sleep. There are plenty of distractions for the kids on site, our son loves seeing the parrots an the farm animals. Staff are polite and efficient a the breakfast staff are friendly. Breakfast is varied enough to set you up for the day, though more free from options would be a valuable addition. The shuttle is great but how busy it is can be an issue and the frequency isn’t always what it says on the screens.

The room was clean, warm and a very comfortable bed. Bit small but at Disney it’s about sleeping and having a shower and it was great for those. Nice bar area and not too noisy, our room was next door and we weren’t disturbed once. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold items and well restocked. You can’t take any bags, handbags etc into breakfast nor remove any food for later. Breakfast room / restaurant is separate from main hotel building. There is a small children’s zoo with pony, donkeys, sheep, goats etc.
In the hotel the prices are a bit heavy but Val de Europe shopping centre is a €10 Uber ride away for shopping for snacks, soft drinks and Disney clothing in Primark and a lovely steak restaurant called Hippopotamus .

The room was spotless and the staff in general were really good. At breakfast the staff seemed a little stressy coping with the numbers of guests. The hotel has everything you need on a small scale and at a cost.
The worst thing was the scramble for the FREE return bus from Disneyland. Early closing at the park on 2 of our nights meant that lots of people left at the same time.
We highly recommend this hotel.

No English tv channels
No bags in the breakfast room, (in case you take food for the park), my wife was told not to bring a small loungfly backpack the next day.
Buses are very busy at peak times, you may want to walk.

The breakfast let the hotel down. Staff were extremely rude. The woman stood at the door breakfast time was horrible. Shouting at people, staff constantly telling you you need to take your trays and finished plates to the trolley even when we were in the middle of eating our breakfast and hadn't finished yet. If your French though don't worry they'll treat you with respect but if you're from any other country they will treat you like dirt.
Staff at the bar and reception area were much better but restaurant staff let this hotel down.

Very bad room service.. was out all day in Disneyland with kids and came back to unclean room. The cleaner refused to make the bed just because I left a tablet on the pillow. Disgusting and very bad.

They cancelled my key 1 hour before check out. I let the receptionist know and the lady was so rude and said it’s my fault.. Rude staff and very unhelpful and unpleasant

Sat at the waiting area by the bar and just been kicked out saying I need to buy something to sit there just disgusting behaviour unbelievable. I will never be staying there. Don’t stay here they will spoil your holiday

We had a family room and there was plenty space for suitcase, double buggy to be up and still left space in the room to walk around etc. Great shuttle bus to Disney and staff were friendly. We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are okay but the beds are rock solid, no kettle in the rooms. we only had breakfast at the hotel, very little options for breakfast, plates are the size of side plates, little options if you are gluten free. If you want a cup of tea bring your own tea bags unless you like herbal tea as they dont do normal tea. Luckily we only used the hotel for a place to sleep after a busy day at the parks. The price is good if you want to keep cost down and are sticking to a budget. Would we stay here again properly not but it was alright for our first visit to disneyland at such short notice

I was disappointed with this my stay at the Campanile Hotel. I had requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel, but I was put in a very noisy room right above the car park and where the buses come in. I didnt sleep at all until 1.00am both nights and I was woken up at 6.30am each morning. I will not be booking this hotel again and it has put me off using Expedia. I think I should receive a partial compensation for the sleepless nights.

Rooms are small with no convenient amenities, like a bar of soap (only liquid soap) and no USB plugs for phones. Was also surprised they didn’t have hand towels. Bed was kinda hard and small. It was quiet though and good priced. The area was near Disney with a free shuttle which was so helpful! They had a lot of helpful amenities at the hotel, like fresh late night bar food, arcade games, toiletries for purchase, and a gift shop with lots of fun stuff in there. We really appreciated that. It felt very safe and convenient. We would stay here again.

Room is not huge but kids enjoyed bunk beads thst were fine for our 14 and 8 year olds. Beds are firm.
Bus to Disneyland was great and drops off near train. Train cheaper way to get to downtown Paris than taxi about 40 minute train ride to metro.

Fantastic for Disney. 6 minutes on the shuttle bus, on the way home it’s stop ‘i’, first stop so brilliant.
Clean, basic but meets needs. The desk sells lots of things eg I forgot toothbrushes. Comfy beds. Clean towels daily and a bargain price. Not desperately keen on the breakfast but there were pastries, scrambled egg, bacon, juice, coffee. Without question I would stay here again if going to Disney.

Shuttles were very overcrowded and should be more capacity as it felt quite dangerous.
The outside play area was good but no bench for parents to sit down whilst watching the kids. There were young children in the play area shouting and playing very loudly at 01:45 in the morning right under our bedroom window which woke us up.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was slow and poorly managed. We had two rooms reserved, and the staff handed us the key cards without any identification or room numbers. When we asked which card belonged to which room, they simply said they “didn’t know” and that we should try them out ourselves — an unacceptable level of service for any hotel.
The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest. The front desk staff showed little professionalism or willingness to help.
To make matters worse, around 11 PM, several children were running and jumping between the room balconies. It was loud, disruptive, and frankly dangerous, especially at that hour. Despite reporting the issue, it took about an hour before the hotel staff did anything about it — and no apology or compensation was offered.
On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even though it was clearly listed as included in our original booking. Although it wasn’t detailed in the confirmation email, it was explicitly stated during the reservation process on Hotels.com. I had to file a complaint through the website and spend nearly two hours resolving the issue before receiving a refund. It was a frustrating and entirely avoidable situation.
Poor service, mismanaged facilities, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel under any circunstances

This property was extremely convenient for our two nights in Disneyland. I appreciated the free shuttle & free luggage lockers. However, the hotel itself was mediocre. The staff was helpful, check in was easy, but the room was basic along with the property itself. The bed was not super comfortable either. If you are looking for a cost effective option and do not mind a middle of the road hotel, then this property will work out just fine.

We definitely got everything we wanted out of a place to stay during our Disney adventure. Free shuttle is great, restaurant and lounge are comfortable and convenient, breakfast buffet was tasty with great variety. Room was quiet and cozy, just wish there was a fridge/freezer option for keeping baby food cold but the lounge was gracious to provide me with a little ice each morning and evening. Would recommend Campanile Val de France to a friend!

Nice enough but probably wouldn’t return

Nice location, room was fine and there’s a regular shuttle bus.
However, we didn’t much like the breakfast- pastries were nice but didn’t fancy the rest! Staff weren’t particularly friendly and I don’t like the no bags policy. Expensive food at dinner, and you have to pay to park.
Next time we’d probably try somewhere else.

Beautiful scenery and easy shuttle service to Disney.
Don’t realise parking was quite so pricey and the staff haven’t been too friendly (only one person on reception so took a while and he seemed stressed!). At breakfast I wasn’t allowed my bag at the table so they put it in a cupboard? Think they’re worried about customers taking food away from breakfast. Dinner was quite expensive so we ended up going to macdonalds!

The breakfast was cold every day and the process to get into breakfast was a bit ridiculous. I understand needing to check in by room number, but why do we have to be escorted to a specific table? It made the process longer. The hotel room was very small, and not in the best condition. The website said each room had air conditioning, but ours didn't seem to work and housekeeping seemed to turn the heat up each time they came in. We had to sleep with the window open so it didn't get too hot. Having access to the disney shuttle was nice. It was a reasonable place to stay, but not really nice by any means.

The hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle service to/from the park, but they are also partnered with about 5-6 other hotels. Getting to your hotel can be a bit chaotic at park closures because of this. It is a pretty location, has a mini farm where you can see some animals. There is a restaurant downstairs but we waited for about 45 minutes to order and no only 1 out of 8 tables filled had food in front of them. This is the same place where you will get your breakfast in the morning. Dont expect anything fancy because the pancakes and the crepes are cold. You are expected to warm them in a microwave. The ladies working the morning shift were extremely rude to customers. We speak both English and Spanish and neither seemed to have pleased them. The will not allow you to take anything inside: purse, backpack, stroller. Not even fill a water jug for a child-age 3! Overall the stay was average but the service at the restaurant was not great. We booked this hotel because of 1) Disney proximity and 2) farm animals/ petting zoo.

Great Stay with a Convenient Shuttle to Disneyland

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel! The free shuttle to Disneyland Paris made getting to the parks effortless. I had read quite a few negative reviews about the breakfast, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I actually really enjoyed it. There was plenty of choice, the quality was great, and I’d say it was better than the buffet breakfast at Premier Inn. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be returning!

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The surfaces in the room were dirty, the bedding and carpet were covered in bits and dust, and the bed squeaked horrendously, non stop. My toddler and I were kept awake all night. The phone in the room didn't work, therefore I couldn't contact reception. I tried to call reception from my mobile, but the receptionists kept hanging up on me. I had to drag my toddler down to reception in her pjs to try and get the code for the wifi. Just an horrendous stay.

Great budget option. Noisy at night with people returning from Fireworks. Very basic. No tea, coffee facilities. But clean and comfy beds. Absolutely no chance of taking food at breakfast for snacks as they have signs up about bags being banned at the breakfast room. Pizza in the bar area was lovely and drinks were nice too. We only stayed 1 night. I probably wouldnt want to stay longer than that.

This is my 2nd stay at Campanille. It is a great base for a Disneyland Paris trip and is perfect for anyone on a budget. We spent 3 nights here to allow us 2 full days in Disneyland. The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast was adequate to fill you up for the day ahead in the park. One thing I would suggest though, is the option of English breakfast tea in the dining area and a kettle in the hotel rooms. Uk visitors love their tea. There is a lovely vibe in the bar area although we were too tired to avail of these facilities after long park days.
The shuttle bus, which services a few hotels in the immediate area, continues to be an issue. There is no queuing system and basically it is a free for all, which then becomes a safety issue. This is definitely something that may deter visitors from returning and that would be a shame. If this issue could be rectified by the hotels involved then I would consider returning to this homely hotel.

This is the best deal for hotels at Disneyland Paris. The rate is reasonable and you still get all the amenities (park shuttle {or walk}, breakfast, etc.). Nice hotel.

Il n’a d’hôtel que le nom!

Accueil bien et c’est tout.
Chambre avec une odeur horrible d’égouts et de renfermé.
Lit 2 places de petite taille, confort plus que moyen.
Salle de bains très vieille, dans son jus avec lavabo cassé et recollé.
De nombreuses traces d’humidité, peinture écaillée, et traces de réparation indigne d’un professionnel de l’hôtellerie.
Étonnant qu’il ait encore la possibilité de rester avec le nom de Campanile. Ici, il s’apparente plus à un hôtel bas de gamme. Et le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon!
Fruits en boites de conserve, boissons chaudes à la machine ( même le thé) avec aucun goût et autres produits surgelés.
Trop cher pour les prestations fournies.

Don’t stay here

Hotel had no amenities. No fridge, no microwave, no kettle, no tissues and no hand towels. No hair dryer. They had some shaving device from decades ago. Only offered one bath towel per guest. Had to go to the lobby to get an additional towel to use as hand towel. Beds are child size and only had one pillow. We were in a room next to cleaning services so we were woken up every morning by 7 am by rolling carts. Room had clear damage and what looked like mold in bathroom. AC vents were also disgusting. The security latch on the door was missing. Bus is shared with three other hotels so it was a battle to get on it after the parks. Ended up taking Ubers back. You’re better off paying a little more and staying somewhere else.

Terrible hotel , whilst I understand the hotel can advise that they do not encourage families to take food from breakfast . I don’t believe they should be ‘policing it ‘ I witnessed families ready to start there day in Disneyland being stopped searched and stripped off the few croissants they had taken for there kids .
Awful behaviour from staff who probably just ruined the start of a families special day

Very basic room and cold. Heating is non existent.
Lots of amenities on sight and helpful staff. Shuttle back and for parks are great even if the picking up time was just a matter of wait n see what turns up.

Great hotel

The amount of ammenties in reception is some of the best I have ever seen. Has a Starbucks inside too

The shop was great and they literally was everything you can think of for sale

Room super clean - the only problem was the toilet flusher did not work properly!

Beautiful property! Breakfast is great and staff so friendly. Great option for families going to Disney Paris. Free shuttle service to Disney which is great and do not have to worry for transportation.

Disneyland family trip

Good location with free bus route to Disneyland. Decent size room with good facilities. Starbucks, bar, gift shop and little play area. My little one loved the animal arra! Breakfast was fine but same menu offered daily and limited. Happy with our stay.

I’ve stayed here before and I love it. The only suggestion I have is to make there be quiet hours for the front area where the playground/patio are. Several times, I was woken up by screaming kids outside at midnight. Also, loud talking on the patio late at night. Should say to be quiet since people are sleeping.
