We stayed in the Golden Forrest rooms of the hotel, which included a great breakfast, such a variety of hot and cold foods, also included was afternoon tea in the Golden Forrest lounge, with again a vast variety of food and drink, such a bonus when you have children. The family room was compact but our family of 4 were comfortable, room was clean and serviced each day. We could see parts of Disneyland from our window and it was just a 10 min walk from the hotel past multiple retail shops, cafes and food places. We opted for including tickets to Disneyland as part of our hotel package, overall a good stay and with all the inclusions and Disneyland so close, it was worth it. The only downside we found was there are no mini market shops anywhere in the area and the prices are quite high, everywhere considering the exchange rate for Australian dollars, we had no car, but hey you don’t go to Disneyland everyday, so all good.

This was our second stay here - the first was six years ago and a great experience. The hotel is now very tired and the service was lacking. Additionally, our family was really looking forward to the pool but on arrival, we were told it was not available for use, due to scheduled repairs/maintenance. Had we known this, we would have considered an alternative hotel, as we had been travelling through a cold Europe Winter and we were looking forward to a swim. The room itself was very old and had a strange and overpowering odour. The wake up call from Mickey is no longer a thing, a little less magic. There were only two towels for a room booked for four, the staff brought some more up after our call to reception. On our second day, we asked for some more shampoo, as we had just one tiny bottle for four people and it was not replenished for the second day. Reception advised that the one bottle is a welcome gift and they don’t provide any more supplies - odd (this is not a cheap hotel). The real deal breaker for us was housekeeping rudely knocking loudly on our last day, prior to check out time. They knocked loudly twice and we advised each time we would be checking out at check out time. The third time they didn’t even knock, they just entered the room (luckily we had the bar across as one of us was in the bathroom). This was so bad, it was not even close to check out time! We complained and were provided breakfast, a kind gesture. Overall, disappointing.

The room was generally okay and could have used some minor repairs (bath tub) and grout. The hot water took a while to warm up (room 1104). The staff was polite and helpful in providing access to the other Disney Resort hotel pools (as this one was out of order). At the front desk (check-in) our room was not ready upon arrival. No worries there. The challenge was that the staff asked if they could call/text to notify us when the room was ready… but we did not receive that notification. Beautiful property and good experience overall.

This is the only Disney Paris hotel we will stay in. It is Bambi themed, with lots of gorgeous wood and natural materials. Not a Mickey or Minnie Mouse anywhere, I'm happy to say. It reminds me of the historic Craftsman lodges in Yellowstone and Lake Tahoe. So much better than the frenetic overload found at the other hotels around the Paris Disney lake. My children love this hotel because the pool is amazing, with a waterfall and slide. Way better than the sad Newport pool. This hotel is also a much closer walk, about 10 minutes closer. My favourite thing about this hotel is the forest that surrounds it.

Bar: didn't open until 4, would expect more seating outside bar as it didn't open until later. An area open all day for drinks and light snacks would be expected in a hotel that expensive, an ibis I stayed in recently had a bar and snack area open all day and breakfast was nicer
Breakfast: overpriced, quality and variety not as expected for cost.

We have been regular visitors to DisneyParis and Florida - this visit was primarily to celebrate my eldest daughter's 21st birthday and graduation - i advised the hotel of this in advance and at check in. Reception lady said she'd try and get the room decorated for her, nothing happened. My daughter follows Disney in lots of social media and heard of special treatment and kind gestures that staff can offer to celebrating people - whilst she does not expect special treatment, it was clear that she was very disappointed - all she got was half dozen or so 'happy birthday' comments from people spotting her badge. Special Halloween Drone show was cancelled - to have a special Halloween experience was important to her as not been to Disney for Halloween although we have done Christmas twice. Many of toilets in main park were in a quite unacceptable condition regrettably - the ones by Peter Pan had only 1 sink working, no hot water, no hand dryers working and only 2 cubicles operational on afternoon pf 31/10.

We love Sequoia though and will keep returning

All in all good hotel but rooms need updating (e.g. no sockets or USB ports near bedside table).

We’d spent the previous 3 nights at the Cheyenne - our back was cancelled, so needed an extra night and decided to try the sequoia. We much preferred the bigger rooms here.

It is the second time we have been in sequoia hotel. We decided that it is our favorite hotel. It is an excellent one. It is located quit close to Disneyland parkes but it feels like you are in a middle of the forest.the desk team is very nice and did more than necessary to keep as satisfied. Because we were there longer than usual they offered as a fridge and left a present on our bed.there is a coffee machine in the room and a kettle too with coffee capsules and tea. They organized the bad so nice daily. So comfortable we felt we want to stay forever

Short break at Disneyland Paris

We booked a Golden Forest Room for 2 nights with tickets for 3 days and the Half Board dining from Hotels.com rather than Disneyland because it was significantly cheaper and we got Topcashback of 11%. It is a lovely hotel with a nice atmosphere about 15 minutes walk from the Parks. The walk is pleasant - you go through a less busy security area and through the Disney Village. The room is a standard 2 double-bed room with a nice bathroom - nothing outstanding and the theming is subtle. We got breakfast in the Golden Forest room which was good - lots of hot and cold food to choose from. There was an incident the second morning involving the 'Guardian' of the room and a guest but a bit of drama set us up for the day! We also ate in the buffet in the evening both nights because we thought it was good value. It was - the food was really nice with lots of variety except I thought the offerings would be different each night and they weren't. The parks are open late in the summer - the fireworks don't start until 1040pm so even with a late finish, it was nice to be able just to walk back to the hotel - no bus or car park to deal with. I think this is the real bonus of Sequoia Lodge. Disneyland Paris is expensive no matter which accommodation you choose - if you want something reasonable within walking distance, this is a good pick.

Golden Forest Club room came with the lounge and drinks which made it so worth it. Even got upgrade to Lakeside room.

Staff are excellent and check-in and out process was very personal and swift. Luggage service a bonus as well.

This was our 2nd time using GFC, booked again for 2026 and 5th stay at Sequoia Lodge. The decor and facilities make this hotel very cosy and comfy. It will always be our choice for Disneyland Paris

Buffet food was good, the earlier you go to breakfast the better though as it does get busy and food runs out fast. It is replenished but there is a little wait. No milk in room for tea, used creamer. Took our own teabags so not sure of selection in the room. We enjoyed the pool but the system for getting in and out we found a little strange.

It was a nice property. I did appreciate the security measures getting into the building. The facility is all “American”, and I know Disney is an American company but for those of use coming from the US it would be fun if there were some French touches. The bed was not terribly comfortable and the towels and really very thin. Breakfast is extremely crowded. But it’s close to the Park!

Having stayed at many different Disney resorts over the years at several of the different parks, I have to say that this hotel was the most outdated of all of them. It would benefit enormously for some updating and bringing it up to the standards of other budget Disney hotels. The towels, for example, were completely threadbare, and the sheets and duvet covers on our beds were torn from overuse.

Asvertised as having AC only works on summer/winter mode so up to May no AC. This was difficult as we had booked the hotel specifically for this. Als the fridges only cool to 7 degrees so dont rely on this its duch a lovely ambience as a hotel bit thebrooms really need an update and king soze beds. For the money its notnworth it. This is true of many of the disney hotels around. They are very expensive for what they are. Really convienient for parks but they need to look at the overall experience. So food, staff courtesy and general updates need to be done for 750 a night. I think as a whole.disney need to look at disneyland Paris and put in the right training and room updates to make this magical. It could be so good!

The hallways smelled like urine. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Even the entry doors were really scratched and chipped and scuffed up. So worn looking. Dust bunnies in the corners. The lobby is the nicest. The room is lacking-smelled again of mildew and urine. The mattress was bouncy and uncomfortable. The price charged for this hotel is outrageous given the condition. I am not sure anything has been updated since the 90s. It is a shame though because the outside is beautiful. What a bait and switch. Ultimately, we paid more and moved to another hotel which was also subpar for the price. I couldn’t stay here. Disney should really be ashamed of this property’s condition. The pop century in WDW Florida feels like the Grand Floridian in comparison to this hotel. I cannot believe Sequoia Lodge is a Disney property.

The property itself is great, the theming is excellent, the location for the parks is very good. Breakfast was very good and on the one occasion we had an evening meal in the restaurant the food was also very good however in the evening it was quite hectic in the restaurant. The thing you just can’t get away from is how dated the rooms are, and for the amount Disney must be making it’s a joke how long it has clearly been since this hotel had a renovation. The other thing that annoyed me was that we arrived quite late in the evening with a toddler and a few cases, the staff on the entrance offered zero help in getting the cases or toddler into the hotel. So far away from the standard that you see at the American Disney resorts

Amazing hotel within walking distance to the parks - although shuttle bus is available too. Breakfast was fab with great choice of hot and cold food.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle free..
Place to leave luggage if room isnt ready at check-in or going to park on departure day after checking out (later flights). Would definitely recommend and stay here again 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This is our 4th time staying with Sequoia Lodge. The walk to the park past the lake and through the village is so quick and a nice walk. The rooms are big and there’s a small walk through closet / changing area as well. We tried Golden Forest Club room this time and I don’t think we’d not choose this when we go again! It added an extra bit of exclusivity and also the club room was a treat! Can’t wait to visit again.

The property itself is quite dated. I always think you can tell a lot about a place with the toilet roll. It was cheap. If they're prepared to scrimp on that what are they scrimping on behind the scenes. The food was average at best, ridiculously crowded, not enough room in the dining areas for the amount of guests. You're literally sat with other people at breakfast the tables are so close.
10 minute walk to the parks is the only good thithis place has going for it.

We were lucky that our room was available to check in early. Very glad to have booked the Golden Forest room as the service provided was faultless.

Extremely disappointed trip to Disney land Paris

The hotel is tired.
Staffing issues in bar area meant all of bar was not open.
Swimming pool water temperature was stated at 28c. However it did not feel like that , everyone thought that the pool was too cold.
Room not cleaned properly, glasses not washed on 2 occasions.
Feels as if everything is being cut back eg poor quality toilet paper , water not replaced etc
Main dissatisfaction was that although Disney Paris tickets were included in the price we were not made aware how much of the park was closed.
Some of the park is closed for refurbishment but some of the shows seem to just have been closed. In the park the water in the toilets is cold and hand dryers do not work.
Overall 50% of shows are cancelled and a huge amount of park is closed. We have been coming to the park for over 30 years and will not be coming again.
I feel that Hotels . Com should be issuing a warning to clients booking a hotel with Disney booking.
A small saving grace were the staff in the hotel bar who were fantastic.

This hotel is so cozy in the winter with the wilderness feel. Don’t get me wrong it’s due a refurb some of the communal areas are tired and need an update but it has a lovely atmosphere. There is a huge fire in the bar which is lit at nighttime, bar doesn’t open until 4pm which is frustrating as other hotels have options available all day. Limited food available in the bar as well, could be a better choice.
Such an easy 10-15 min walk to the parks which is so convenient. Queue at security goes down quickly.
Pool area lovely although water temp a little cold.
Will absolutely stay here again.

Sequoia lodge is a must do particularly during winter time! The rooms feel dated although clean, comfortable and well decorated! When checking in you have the option for quieter rooms which we selected and allowed us to be in a lodge away from any footpaths or noise area which mesnt it was very peaceful. I will definitely consider staying here on my next disney trip! And strongly recommend!

Disney Sequoia Lodge was a great option when visiting Disney for a family group of 5 adults and 2 young children aged 4 and under. Rooms were well equipped. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff were very helpful and were accommodating of an early check in and having our rooms located side by side. Close walking distance to Disney Village and Disney Park. Would definitely stay again as it the price per night is good value for money.

Good value for money. Great location

The experience was very good
We have stayed at all disneyland paris hotels
This one is in the top 3 for sure.
At the same trip we also stayed at disneyland hotel main hotel for 2 nights
We loked sequia more.
It is 3 minutes walk from the village which is realy close
Restaurants are good in comparison to other hotel around
