Lovely modern hotel. Reasonably spacious room. We stayed in a superior room. Comfy king size bed. Windows that actually open! A rarity in hotels these days.
There’s a big, light welcoming reception area leading directly to the bar which serves a lovely pint of 1664 blond.
The pool area was great with nice little touches like the jacuzzi area. Although very busy and crowded when we went on the Saturday evening. It was much quieter when we went back on the Monday after check out. The arcade kept the kids entertained on an evening while we relaxed with a drink in the bar. Very much needed after a busy day in the Disney parks!
We ate in the restaurant on our first night and to be honest the food was just ok which was a shame as we would have eaten there again if the quality had been better particularly for the price. Same could be said for the breakfast. Ok selection. kids were disappointed on the first two mornings as no crepes/pancakes. However pancakes were available on our last morning so at least they got a decent breakfast one day.
Shuttle bus to Disney was a definite bonus. Only took 15 minutes. We did miss the shuttle bus back on our first day due to our poor time management and didn’t want to wait almost 2 hours for the next one so jumped in a taxi. We did try to barter unsuccessfully the €25 that we were quoted feeling that it was overpriced given that the taxis route to the hotel was much shorter route than the shuttle bus taking just 5 minutes to get to the hotel.

The reception staff are fantastic and will always help and are very friendly.
Rooms clean but lack of decor , concrete unpainted walls make it feel cold .
Ipads to get in room difficult to use.
Some female staff at bar very rude and just ignore you completely.
Pool is lovely and it is a nice hotel but nothing at all around it .

3rd stay here. First time as the only adult with 2 small kids. Room was great, kids loved the pool we visited each day different times of day. Never used breakfast due to having a celiac child with us. Have used the bar for pizza and ordered in for gluten free pizza. Staff are lovely would highly recommend.

We arrived to a beautiful hotel, yes it seems to be in an industrial area, looks like they’ll be a lot of development around it but the hotel I really thought was outstanding. Staff are one of the friendliest I’ve come across.

The pool area is beautiful, lots of jets, seating and super relaxing. The hotel said it was €20pp to use the sauna and steam area, this wouldn’t have been worth it as nice as it is.

The room has a full kitchenette area, including dishwasher, coffee machine, some pods too. bathroom has a big waterfall shower - no bath in our room. The bathroom was small but adequate, towels, small amenities like shower cap. Hand wash and conditioner provided was lovely. Hairdryer, clothes steamer, safe in room, water machine on every floor. Bed was super comfy.

We arrived to the restaurants 1 year opening party, although we were staying here for Disneyland I loved that there was an atmosphere each night in the bar area.

Breakfast was plenty but more basic than the usual places. Still, there was enough to pick from, my friend is gluten free and they had bread/cereal etc.

The bus times to Disney are clear but DO check them every day as they change, we had no issues going to and from the park as we planned accordingly. The hotel also provide a direct taxi to Val De Europe for €6.

I think this property was outstanding for adults, children are welcome but having children myself I think the hotel is more geared towards adults.

Beautiful hotel and clean rooms. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would come back again. Only downside is it’s quite expensive to extend your checkout if you have a later flight €30 euros per hour. Wish there were more shuttle bus times in the middle of the afternoon, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you’ll need an Uber to get to the station and shops.

Great location for Disney parks. Reliable free shuttle service to parks. Only issue was with the 10:25 timing as it wasn’t possible to make this after the fireworks display at 10 so we had to get a taxi back to hotel.
Staff absolutely lovely. Easy check in, friendly team at breakfast. Breakfast was nice, had all you needed, hot options, fruit, pastries etc.
Room wasn’t set up for us on arrival as we had requested. The bed was a double and we had requested twin, this was rectified by the time we had come back from dinner.
I would recommend this hotel to others wanted to visit the Disney parks.

Under staffed so always long waiting to speak or order anything. Overpriced. Everything costs more. A demand for an additional 60 Euro deposit before being given access to the room. Claims to give a 4 star experience but falls far short of 4 star while charged 5 star prices. The shuttle bus from the rail station to the hotel while free runs unpredictably and with gaps greater than the promised every fifty minutes. A taxi is easier but will cost 30 euros.

Everything was clean and reception were very helpful with my euro disney ticket.
The pool was good but the spa wasn’t working properly, with the ice room out of action and the sauna wasn’t hot.
No towel hooks to hang towels or robes.
Hot breakfast isn’t very good it lets the breakfast service and offer down as the rest is very good.
Evening food was too expensive for the quality of product.
Shop was never open.
The hotel was generally very good just a few little things stop this hotel from being exceptional.

Excellent stay here for 4 nights whilst visiting Disneyland. Room was perfect for what we needed, made our own breakfast each day. Parking is easy and lots of spaces. Very close to Disney, Val d’Europe and some other little shops in Serris. Recommend Serris Market (similar to a small co-op or one stop) - 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Didn’t use the spa on this trip. We had a pizza and burger from the restaurant to take up to our hotel room. Delicious and very reasonably priced too! Lifts were always nice and quick and the water available on each floor was an added bonus! Bathroom was lovely and always cleaned to a high standard. We will definitely be back soon. Great find for us as annual pass holders!

Fab stay, everything as advertised- new, clean and stylish. The pool is nice and hassle free. There comfy chairs around the pool to chill on.
Just lacks personal service but everything is available if you ask. Ubereats is also easily to the hotel and not frowned upon by the hotel.
Worth noting that the shuttle bus is useful but there is only one every 50 mins. Boot taxis are readily available and approx £8

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland and really loved our stay. The hotel and rooms are clean, well equipped and the staff were super helpful. The location is not great if you don't have a car as it's a bit out of the way on some kind of industrial park, so you can't walk to any shops, but this was fine for us as we were visiting for Disney and there's a great free shuttle that runs every hour or so during the peak hours and was never too busy. Overall we loved our visit and will be back!

When it was time to bring our luggage to the room, there wasn’t anyone available to assist us allegedly. There was a young man at the front desk but did not make himself useful to three females. I’ve never experienced such unpleasant encounters before in my travels. I would hate to inform any of my family or friends of this unpleasant situation.

We loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the room. However, the Reception staff member who greeted us was unfriendly and unhelpful - we had already completed online checkin with passport and credit card details and had to do it again at the desk. When I explained I’d already done this she just shrugged. We were handed a traditional metal key for the room despite having logged in to get a QR code and were given no explanation. After about 5 minutes of struggling with both the QR code reader and the key to our 3rd floor room I headed back down to Reception while the cleaners took pity on my husband and let him in. I was accompanied upstairs by a different staff member who then showed me that I had to pull then push the door to get in - very complicated! It wasn’t until we checked out and I mentioned the difficulties to yet another staff member that we were told there was an issue with the QR codes and that we should have been informed. In the room there was only 1 of everything (teabag, coffee pod etc) but once we requested a second, as there were two of us booked in, they were supplied. It wasn’t until late that we discovered the shower gel holder was empty (I hadn’t brought any) and the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work. However what annoyed us most was that despite the Disney Shuttle advertised on the website as operating every 50 minutes, nowhere was it mentioned that there was a 5 hour break in the middle of the day so we were stuck for over 2 hours, waiting. Frustrating!

The staff at this hotel were super helpful. Very accomodating to hold pur luggage after our early arrival. They even let us change in the spa bathroom after an overnight flight. Once we did check in the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom alsonhad the biggest fluffiest towels I've ever seen. The free shuttle to the parks and train station were a wonderful perk. Ita a little farther then I expexted but thats on me. Bus driver was efficient amd very prompt.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past.

Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely new hotel. The staff were great when they could not initially find our expedia booking. The rooms are fairly large and very comfortable. The gym and pool looked great although we did not have time to use them. The restaurant was also very good. Not cheap but reasonable for the quality. It is a about 15 mins to Disney Parks but they have a shuttle and plenty of Ubers available for under 20E.

Several issues during our stay. The facility was beautiful, the service was unkind, unhelpful, and unprofessional from the time of check in to check out. It was clear that the front desk staff does not want to be there and it shows. Additionally, there is not enough staff to check in / help guests efficiently. They should hire staff from the Disney Park that understand how to deliver Disney level of service. As a hotel operator in the US, I was appalled by the way I was talked to and treated. Very limited offerings for food and a lot of restrictions. Avoid if possible, don’t be lured by the photos, the service and time restrictions/early and late closures of the on-site offerings, risk ruining your stay as it did ours. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

If taking the Disney shuttle bus as we hoped, important to know, they stop running shuttles 12-5, creating additional challenges.

We had such a lovely stay! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well after long days at the Disney parks. It’s only a short ride to Disney, which was super convenient for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar – food and drinks were really nice (a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected so close to Disney). Simba and Jared were great! Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

4 star would be about right for this hotel. It was a nice clean hotel. The staff were pleasant and a complementary non alcoholic drink voucher was given upon check in.
The room itself was nice and clean, although cosmetically it was unfinished. The kitchenette was great and they supplied most things for example a fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, kitchen utensils and a microwave. Tea/coffee machine was standard but the annoying thing was no water bottles. They had one water dispenser each floor which unfortunately was as far away as it possibly could be from our room.
Breakfast was half decent. A choice of english or continental on offer, but no baked beans surprisingly. The breakfast staff were nice and polite.
The shuttle bus was on the hour from 9am and I’d suggest getting on board quick as seating is limited. Two running buses might have been ideal.
You had a shopping mall close by called Vl d Europe and also a fantastic outlet village next to the mall. The general area was very clean and safe, with a good choice of restaurants.
This hotel is fairly new and I expect it will be completed and improvements made over the next year and could see myself going back one day.

Family Disney trip

Beds super comfy and decent shower. Nice food but food and drinks were a little expensive. Shuttle bus relatively infrequent but ran on time.

Hotel was fantastic. Only downside was it was a bit far away from convenient amenities like shopping, etc. shuttle to and from Disney was great! They also would help book a cab to get you to the airport on time.

We were staying at the hotel primarily so we could visit Disney, and the hotel was spot on. Easy to get to, and lots of parking spaces in a secure car park (just remember you need to pay extra for this- 15euros per night.) the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and there was even a small kitchen area with fridge. We were very pleased with it and it was a good space to relax in. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, lots of choice even when busy. Staff throughout the hotel were all very helpful and polite. Restaurant was nice but limited choices, very few vegetarian options for main meals which may be an issue for some. However, the robot cat waiter was a highlight of the trip for my daughter! Pool was great, a really nice bonus to be able to swim during our stay. We used the free shuttle bus to and from Disney which was very easy and convenient, we also used it to get to the train station for a trip into Paris. Overall I was really impressed by the Ki Space hôtel, it was perfect for what we needed and surpassed my expectations. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved our stay here. Regular shuttles to Disneyland Paris which is also next to a train station with direct trains into Paris.

The pool is amazing, staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well stocked with a kitchenette and very quiet at night.

I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel
