This hotel has amazing comfortable beds. Very nice modern air conditioning. The kitchen is basic and only offers 1 cooking pot (not sauté pan). Mostly very good with soundproofing but you will still hear some of the noises like beds moving on hard floor. No carpeted rooms. The restaurant is decent, tho pricey. Not enough vegetarian options. You can get groceries delivered on deliveroo app. Great bus service to Disney Paris. The pool is very nice, but it’s also very hot inside and its small. It can get very crowded and loud in peek times. Limited seating available too. I feel like they don’t really have a great outdoors experience and their landscaping needs a tremendous revamping. Not enough trees or lounge nature areas. They also really could use a shaded outdoor playground (parental supervision required) because this hotel is packed with children. Definitely the most diverse guests, but the sweetest staff and they went above and beyond to help me feel safe and happy. Highly recommended. Great wifi and amazing tech in room for charging devices. Bathroom and amenities are good.

The room was very clean, tv options good and the location convenient to Disney! The daily shuttle was a great amenity and the staff was so friendly!

The pool was amazing, the water warm, we felt recharged and our skin so soft after every swim. The jetted side tubs were great

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, definitely worth it!

The decor around the hotel was cute and aesthetic

Stayed 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our room was clean and very spacious with a kitchenette. The hotel itself was lovely and felt very safe. Free shuttle to Disneyland and a quick uber ride away from Val d’ Europe shopping centre. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay off Disney property.

This was the perfect resort style hotel to stay at for visits to Disney, Paris, and the surrounding area. The staff were very pleasant to speak with and were incredibly helpful! The breakfast options were superb, and the amenities made it feel like a Disney resort. The aesthetic was also super cool! Would highly recommend!!

This hotel is lovely, the breakfast has many options and the shuttle is so convenient for trips to Disney. Our room was spacious and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable especially after long days in the park. The bathroom is designed well, with one of the best hotel showers. We loved our stay.

The hotel is nice. It has everything you need. The price of the hotel if fair but everything else is price from the restaurant to the laundry service. $10.00 for a pair of men's underpants! $12.00 for an undershirt. I took an Uber to a local laundromat.
Besides that the place was clean but the people are not so friendly. Asking for anything was like they were being asked for a major task.
I don't think I would stay there again.
The good thing is the hotel is located close to Disneyland Paris and offers a free shuttle there and back.

Our stay at Ki Space and Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing after long days in the parks. The accommodations exceeded our expectations, and everything was well organized and convenient.

One of the highlights was the shuttle service—it was always on time and made getting to and from the parks so easy and stress-free.

The entire experience was fantastic, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland Paris! ✨🏰❤️

The hotel is well situated and close to Disney Land Paris and shopping centre.

Overall clean but standards could have been higher.

Property needs some TLC.

Biggest issue was the QR code door entry to the room. Difficult to use this and needs better way of entering the rooms as QR code often fiddly and unreliable

Staff were very helpful.
It's close to Disney land and so modern and cool design with all the modern cons a hotel should have especially for families.

This was my forth visit and I've just booked again. The hotel is clean comfortable and the pool is amazing. Haven't had breakfast so I cannot comment on that as we have a 4 year old with celiac but we did have pizza one night when the wee one had already eaten and it was amazing.

We can’t really fault Ki Space. All staff we came across were amazing even at 12am in the morning! Breakfast staff were always friendly & any that we passed in the corridor.
The room was immaculate each day which we appreciated after being at Disneyland all day. The shuttle was amazing, had to stand most times but that probably depends on the time you get it.
Our children adored the birthday set up in our room, so lovely & the beds were SO comfy! Wish I could have slept more!! Would absolutely stay again if I was at Disney.

Location was great if you are heading to Disney, they have a free shuttle that runs through out the day. Parking was 15 euro each day.

The facility overall looks nice with great landscape , reception area was cleaned. For the value, it seems fair.

The rooms are smaller. We had a room with a kitchenette, there wasn’t much room for a family of 4 to move around. The sofa bed can fit one average side kid comfortable, bigger than a twin but smaller than a double.

The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of variety… probably the most options during our France trip.

Pool was nice; we didn’t get a chance to use the steam or sauna but it looked great.

Staff were average, not too friendly but not rude. They get the job done. They don’t seem happy working there.

During busy time, they seem to be a bit understaffed: at breakfast and 8-10 pm- long wait times, and team members seem agitated.

As far as the cleanliness, they don’t properly clean the room as well as I would have liked. There were stains on the toilets, lipstick stains on the glasses, molds along the gout of the showers. Bathroom shower floors were stained, different amenities that they had also have stains.

Overall, I may consider staying there again because the area does not have many great options.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel. It should be rated a 2 star at most. The towels in the room were dirty, ,arks on the bed linen. Communication with reception is non existent. The transfer bus was always full so why isnt there additional running service for your guests. Breakfast very average. Broken coffee machine, carpets all stained. Very dirty. Pool is ok but zome of the showers not working. Lots of chlorine which effects children. Far from Disney. Pay a little more amd stay elsewhere.

Everything functions and loved the fact we had a kitchenette in our room. Also that there was a water fountain (with fizzy water too) in each floor and didn’t evnd up having to buy tons of bottles of water

We recently stayed at Ki Space Hotel as a family of 3adults &2children&were disappointed with several aspects of our stay.At check-in the male receptionist was not welcoming nor accommodating.We were informed the hotel doesnt use room keys &instead sends access codes to a mobile phone.As I have a disability I explained that I found this difficult &asked if there was an alternative but was told there wasn’t due to the hotel’s eco-friendly policy.We were also required to pay tourist tax & a holding deposit immediately despite explaining our cards were in our luggage and asking to retrieve them first.Food&beverage service throughout our stay was extremely poor.In the restaurant,we advised staff of a food allergy&requested no sauce on one burger, yet it arrived covered in sauce.The replacement took so long that the fries were cold & finished before the corrected meal arrived.We also waited around 25minutes for drinks at a quiet bar.Breakfast service was equally disappointing, with empty food items including bread & cake taking 10–15 minutes to replenish despite repeated requests to staff.This level of service is unacceptable for a 4star hotel.Finally on Saturday afternoon my son took his 5year-old daughter to the swimming pool&was very uncomfortable to find a group of men behaving inappropriately, posing provocatively&taking photos of each other on a mobile phone. No staff member intervened or addressed the situation which we found entirely unsuitable in a family-friendly hotel.

The hotel is amazing . Everything super clean. Rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchenette, including nespresso machine, kettle, hob, dishwasher washer, fridge. Bring your own washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, sponge and tea towel.
Most soundproof hotel room I have ever been in. Staff were very kind and very helpful and always available.
Free 15 minute shuttle ride to Disney was good. Its helpful to screenshot timetable of shuttle located at Reception. Do read it as there are breaks in the day.
Dinner was amazing and we did enjoy breakfast but they are expensive. We had breakfast and dinner once. We brought some snacks with us and ate it in our room. Pool was lovely.
Shops are too far to walk but you can get a taxi if you wanted. There are snacks available near the bar and in the hotel shop and they sell cartons of milk by the bar which was helpful for the room.
Hotel will arrange taxis if you need them and we had a really nice driver.
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would highly recommend.

Stayed here for 3 days it was very neat and beautiful inside the hotel and it was close to Disney land which was a plus. The bathroom was just right the room was perfect the bed and all the amenities included was really great and I loved the themed rooms. The staff was very helpful with the questions we had, the only problem I would say was the check in we landed early and expected they let us check in early but nope we had to wait till our check in time & also there was a digital key for the room sometime we had trouble getting in the room other than that the hotel was great, the bar was very nice

WiFi didn’t work well.

Kitchen didn’t have pots or pans. I asked for a pot and a pan and was only given a pan. Stove is induction so you can’t use your own unless they’re induction too.

Shuttle to Disney takes a long break from around noon to 5pm - so a midday rest becomes impossible if you use it. It’s an hour to walk to the park so you’d need a cab or to use local buses - which will cut walking time down but still takes 40min or so.

Reception please were great and very helpful at all times. The hotel was quite new so in general it was very good.

The counter side was the cleaning out of 4 days none of the were good, we even had to take the bin down. The bar was very slow so even with very few customers that seemed packed.

Things were pricey for what you were getting in exchange.

Most Staff unhelpful and most rude to foreigners. Some staff are helpful and try to go above and beyond, it kind of makes up for all the other rude staff. Bus to Disney doesn’t run all day, and doesn’t run during peak hours, also unclear instructions on drop off and pick up locations. Hotel is very clean but the bidet doesn’t work so that sucks. Other than the rude staff and paying for ride shares to and from Disney when the bus was supposed to be a free amenity to save money, our stay was decent.

I was a little worried about staying at an off site hotel. I am 100% glad I did. Ki hotel was so clean, the pool was amazing, the room was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen. The shuttle thy provided to go back and forth to train station was reliable and frequent. Had a great stay! Would 100% recommend to anybody. They have their own honey bees on the roof and the restaurant and breakfast were outstanding.

We stayed here for a short trip to Disneyland Paris. The free shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel. The shuttles run at certain times and it takes around 10 minutes to get to and from the parks. Our sofa bed was not made up ready for our daughter when we arrived at the hotel but it was quickly resolved by calling reception. In future, we’d look at staying closer to the parks with little children. Although we had a small kitchenette in our room, there were no shops nearby for us to stock fridge. Given 4 stars due to location being a little less convenient for what we needed it for. Breakfast was nice but pricey.

Sauna and steam room etc not included in the room price and needs to be booked separately. Arcade room for kids - you need to buy a separate card and pay credits into it to play the games.

Indoor pool free to use and was great. Shuttle bus to Disneyland worked great but first bus was packed. Also check the timetable - there is breaks during the day.

First day we drove to Disney from another destination, had I checked the shuttle bus timings we would have parked at the hotel and taken the bus.

Short drive distance from other restaurants then hotel, it is in a middle of nowhere :-)

Breakfast selection basic, we did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that.

And there were a few stains on rhe sofa bed . Other than that is was very clean and staff were great 👍

Lovely kid- friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was food was quite good. The pool is very nice and unusually warm - in a good way. One thing that was a slight problem was, in the room, it wasn’t equipped with the necessary in the kitchen area; no cutlery or bowls at all. The restaurant was excellent; breakfast good. ( there is a pancake machine!) Ideal for going to Disneyland. Hotel very busy - there was no availability to extend check out, which was unfortunate. There were some other hotel guests who were quite hostile, and spoke extremely rudely to us. We were meant to get some free drinks which we never got, but these are small imperfections. Overall, the hotel was great. I would recommend it for families going to Disneyland.

This is a new hotel a little bit away from town. There's a large parking lot but unfortunately paid. We used an uber to come and go. There is a scheduled shuttle however. The room is clean and hotel amenities are great. The walls and corridors are exposed concrete which is an interesting design choice. There are no keycards---when checking in, a QR code image is generated and can be downloaded to a phone.

We had an excellent stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone. Lovely stay for both couples, the only disappointment was we paid extra for some birthday treats and messages for each room, the messages were directly from the mother for a special birthday for both twins, the hotel only left the heartfelt message in one of the rooms and the other one just had a standard message from the hotel, this was a bit disappointing and unfair on one of the twins and very upsetting for their mother when she found out :(

It was a lovely hotel, very clean and a beautiful place and close to Disneyland the shuttles was very easy to get to but on the way back from Disney to the hotel it was very hard to find the shuttle we had to call up the hotel for them to tell us where to go. Also it would be nice to have more showers in the woman’s changing area for the pool and a hair dryer in there. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely go back there again next time!

*restaurant charged for chimichurri sauce even though the menu item was tacos (very strange)

*always busy at the front desk, even though they have many people and stations, always seems like only one can answer at a time.

*the music selection at the bar was Nicki Manj, unedited (full of explicit lyrics) also piped into the lobby area for a hotel where there are children of varying ages.

*barkeep came to settle the tab, saying it makes it easier to close up at 11pm -- when it was 9:30pm

*we had two 'welcome' drinks included in our stay; they turned out to be flavored water made by a robo bartender (which we had to ask about on the second day, as they forgot to give it to us on the first).

All in all, nice property, nice people. Could use a bit more tightening up.

The idea is great. Futuristic. And the beds are fantastic.

However, being located where they are. And the quality of what they’re selling, is extremely overpriced.
They take a deposit per night, which is 150 euros. So if you’re staying a few days, might want to take that in to consideration. Breakfast is sub par, and 60 euros a day. And they give us ”platinum members” two cups of sparking water or ”syrup” water, which is 3.5 euros. It’s kind of wild.

Stay was lovely, calmed & friendly. However when we arrived on the Sunday, we were asked to pay a deposit/fee for the room which would be refunded/bounced back within 2-4 days. Not received after 5 days. Re-read all emails and nothing states anywhere that this would have happened or be the case. This is a local hotel to Disneyland Paris (off site) however as I’m sure not everyone would be aware of this. No snack menu available. Was all restaurant menu, which isn’t available when you check in late.

Lovely modern hotel. Reasonably spacious room. We stayed in a superior room. Comfy king size bed. Windows that actually open! A rarity in hotels these days.
There’s a big, light welcoming reception area leading directly to the bar which serves a lovely pint of 1664 blond.
The pool area was great with nice little touches like the jacuzzi area. Although very busy and crowded when we went on the Saturday evening. It was much quieter when we went back on the Monday after check out. The arcade kept the kids entertained on an evening while we relaxed with a drink in the bar. Very much needed after a busy day in the Disney parks!
We ate in the restaurant on our first night and to be honest the food was just ok which was a shame as we would have eaten there again if the quality had been better particularly for the price. Same could be said for the breakfast. Ok selection. kids were disappointed on the first two mornings as no crepes/pancakes. However pancakes were available on our last morning so at least they got a decent breakfast one day.
Shuttle bus to Disney was a definite bonus. Only took 15 minutes. We did miss the shuttle bus back on our first day due to our poor time management and didn’t want to wait almost 2 hours for the next one so jumped in a taxi. We did try to barter unsuccessfully the €25 that we were quoted feeling that it was overpriced given that the taxis route to the hotel was much shorter route than the shuttle bus taking just 5 minutes to get to the hotel.

The reception staff are fantastic and will always help and are very friendly.
Rooms clean but lack of decor , concrete unpainted walls make it feel cold .
Ipads to get in room difficult to use.
Some female staff at bar very rude and just ignore you completely.
Pool is lovely and it is a nice hotel but nothing at all around it .

3rd stay here. First time as the only adult with 2 small kids. Room was great, kids loved the pool we visited each day different times of day. Never used breakfast due to having a celiac child with us. Have used the bar for pizza and ordered in for gluten free pizza. Staff are lovely would highly recommend.
