I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was a perfect location for our first Olympic event. Seriously two minutes walking from RER.
Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! In the dark and rain getting off the train we couldn’t find our way and she offered to come get us!
The breakfast buffet was amazing! All kinds of food! Fruit, bread, cheeses!
The room was quaint but perfect for what we required this trip! Should we come to Paris again, would definitely make our way out to Bussy St Georges and this property again.

A nice hotel

The people at the hotel were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good and complete, although the coffee was bad. The room was ok, and being able to open the windows to get some fresh air a plus, but the mattresses were old and dropped to the middle. Around it plenty of options to grab a bite and very close to the station.

We arrived very late at night but got a lovely welcome from reception. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access to the train station to get into Paris and Disney. On Easter morning the Easter bunny made an appearance in reception much to my boys delight. Lots of choice for breakfast. Would stay here again.

We have just returned from our 4 night stay over Easter. We booked here with our 2 children and travelled to Disneyland every day. 2 minute walk from the train station with a lovely bakery facing which we got food to take with us into Disney. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was ok - we just had cereal and pastries as the hot breakfast wasn’t amazing. All in all a great stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper option when visiting Disneyland.

This hotel is a very good base for disneyland and if you want to go to the centre of Paris - 5 minute walk to Bussy St Georges station. Has a variety of restaurants outside within walking distance. Quiet and safe - hotel is situated next to a police station. Has free secured underground parkung. We also enjoyed the breakfast! Overall, we had an excellent stay here!

Really nice place to stay at compared to other Paris hotels. Nice location and a 5 min walk from the train station. 10 min train journey from Disneyland Paris.

Rooms are clean. Towels, extra pillow and blanket, body lotion, hair and body wash, hairdryer provided. Room also contains a safe. Smart TV in the room with loads of channels in different languages.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides breakfast and has dinner options and a bar. We tried the breakfast which was really nice. Varied selection to choose from. Really good room for short trips/small groups!

At best 3*, very dated. Small rooms. Tiny toilets, you need to sit on the toilet to close the door. To top it all, lift inoperative so had to carry luggage 3 floors up & down, did get to see the famous “Gallic shrug” though!

Exceptional service and hotel. 100% recommend for families visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful, especially Manon. Fridge in room is not overly powerful, so they let us store in their litchen fridge and freezers. This was more helpful than they'll ever know, as we have allergy children and really needed to take pack up everyday.

The staff were so nice and helpful. They explained everything and the check-in was quick. They only had one room ready but it was okay seeing how quick they were to get it cleaned.
The location is located in a quiet square thats clean, familt friendly, and good options for food. Quick 5 minute walk to the train station and free underground parking.
The room itself felt clean, spacios, and even had a small fridge. It also had air conditioning!!
The toilet was in a seperate room that was so small, that it was very hard to close the door. The shower area was nice but water sprayed anywhere due to the setup. It was a 40 minute ride to downtown Paris and it was farely easy to get to/from different locations. This is located in area 4 of the train, so the all day pass for areas 1-3 do not work. I will definitely stay again.

We used this as our base for a Disneyland trip. It took about 45 mins from Orly airport which cost €80 by taxi. The hotel is a 3 min walk to the train station where you can get a direct train to Disney (2stops literally takes 10mins max).
The hotel was really nice and had everything we needed.
Expedia said we could check in at noon however when we got to hotel we were told 3pm which wasn’t ideal with luggage but they do have a concierge service for free so we left bags and came back later.
Staff were really accommodating and helpful, breakfast was everything we needed.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for a base stay for a Disney trip.

Nice hotel, very clean and warm with a comfy bed. Lift needs some work, its a bit clunky but everything else was good.

Area is not very tourist friendly, as someone who doesn't know any French and struggles with the langauge (not for lack of trying sadly) it was difficult to get food and find amenities.

Good location to go paris and Disney by train but this hotel was disappointing as our double bed was just two single bed pushed together, if i knew this was the case i wouldn't of booked this hotel.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is far to small ( its like a kids toilet).

This hotel is lovely - clean, great customer service and so so close to Disneyland!!

There were a few issues with my initial room, however the staff were great at relocating me. This was done efficiently which I was extremely grateful for.
The room I stayed in was just fab! Exactly like the photos - very spacious. Loved that it came with a mini fridge, kettle, and free tea and coffee too!!
I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to book it again!

Hotel is fine, rooms are clean, breakfast is overpriced so we sorted that separately. Reception staff were great , very friendly. When asking for a late drink ( past 11.30) told bar was closed , why does he do that !! Happened to us a few years ago also, when reminded we were resident and our understanding was bar is open late he did serve us but clearly late bar staff weren't interested, looking to get out of work, bad show! However the stay was all that we needed. Recommended

Great hotel close to Disneyland Paris

Great hotel for a trip to Disneyland Paris. It is only two stops on the RER A away, and in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The room was quite small. The toilet was too small to have a comfortable use. The bathroom facilities were so bad that the shower water leak out to the floor all the time. Also, I had a twin beds room, the hotel messed up with the lighting switch that I couldn't turn on the reading light from my bedside, I had to turned it on from the second bed. I think the hotel shouldn't deserve the 4 stars rating.

Clean hotel and great location for Disneyland

Clean hotel with friendly staff, lots of choice for breakfast, and modern rooms. The hotel is in a great location for Disneyland (only two stops away, approximately a 10 minute journey on the train/metro).
There is also a lovely bakery near the entrance of the metro station not far from the hotel if you need to pick up a take away lunch.
We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Paris.

Breakfast was included in the price and it was excellent and my daughter still remembers the breakfast and service. Stayed here for 5 nights over NYE. When we arrived housekeeping were still making up our room. We were offered a free drink at the bar while we waited and were quite happy with this. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean and decor was pretty much what you'd expect from a Mercure. Nice enough but nothing spectacular. Breakfast was great - plenty of options...a big hit with my godson. The location is ideal for Disneyland - the RER is right across the road and it's only two stops away. We also ate dinner in the restaurant on NYE as we were unable to get tickets for Disney's NYE party and opted not to fight the crowds in Paris. The meal was excellent and our waitress for the evening (I can't remember her name) went above and beyond to make it a memorable evening. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I'd have no hesitation staying here again when visiting Disneyland Paris. For the price I thought it was tremendous value. If I had only one criticism (and I'm sure this was mentioned by another reviewer) - a few more English channels on the TV would be nice.

Such a lovely hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, modern and in such a great location for Disneyland. Only 2 stops on the RER line. Our room had great services and there was always new bottles of water for us when we arrived home each night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't write reviews often but this hotel was a 10/10 for me and my friends. Would 100% stay again and would recommend to a friend.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Bussy-Saint-Georges. Le personnel est très professionnel et chaleureux, la chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et l’emplacement est idéal il y a tout à côté (restaurants, commerces, transports), ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Parkeren was een uitdaging, onder het hotel is een parkeergarage die er erg vervallen en slecht uitziet, hotel heeft een eigen gedeelte wat iets beter en afgesloten is maar dit staat nergens aangegeven. Signalering zou veel beter kunnen of iig instructie vooraf. Door renovatie rondom het pand is de bereikbaarheid slechter dan normaal en ziet het er niet aantrekkelijk uit.
Kamer en service zijn prima en personeel heel vriendelijk!

Le personnel d'accueil est disponible, courtois et à l'écoute.
Les chambres \"Standard\", ne sont pas au niveau d'un hôtel de 4*.
Une odeur désagréable remonte dans les toilettes. La VMC de la salle de bain n'est pas suffisamment puissante.
Le système de ventilation chauffage de la chambre est bruyante et claque.
La télévision n'est pas fixée à l'horizontale sur le mur et le pouf coussin est couvert de tâches.
Néanmoins, ce n'est pas un problème de ménage, la chambre est propre mais je pense que ces chambres de l'hôtel 4*, ont besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement.

2ème réservation dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été tres satisfaits de la 1ère, le mois dernier : grande chambre, bien insonorisée, côté cour intérieure, grande douche à l'italienne.
Cette fois-ci, pour un prix similaire, une petite chambre, mal insonorisée, côté rue et contiguë à l'escalier, une petite salle de bain, des toilettes minuscules, l'ensemble correspondant davantage à un établissement 2* vieillot.

Nous sommes assez mitigé suite à notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car l'hygiène du matelas était douteux, nous avons eu une autre chambre très propre. Les lits sont confortables quoique un peu dur. Ils n'y que des baignoires dans les salles de bains pas de douche dommage. L'hôtel est bien situé proche gare RER. Cependant nous avons été débité deux fois du montant du séjour, cela est très problématique. Nous avons été remboursé mais pas de geste commercial accordé pour cette erreur c'est vraiment dommage. Satisfaite de mon séjour.

Dans l’ensemble je suis plutôt satisfaite de mon séjour. L’hôtel est bien situé (2 stations des parcs Disney) et très proche de la station rer.
Le personnel (réception, ménage …) est très agréable. Le PDJ est correct avec du choix. Petit bémol pour un mercure, la plaque en métal qui se trouve sur la porte d’entrée était arraché (manque d’entretien ?) ce qui faisait négligé.

Un séjour de 2 jours pour le travail bien dans l’ensemble.
Personnel très gentil. Literie un peu dure pour moi mais ça se discute. Très bon restaurant dans l’hôtel et parfait pour travailler en journée.

Personnel de l’hôtel très aimable, accueillant, souriant et serviable. Propreté de l’établissement impeccable. Bonne carte au restaurant de l’hôtel mais une carte des boissons serait à envisager car nous n’avions pas le prix des consommations. Bonne expérience
