During my stay, a personal item was taken from my room after housekeeping had accessed it. When I reported this, staff stated that nothing was found but were dismissive and unwilling to meaningfully assist.
I chose this hotel expecting a basic level of room security and guest care. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met, and the way the situation was handled significantly impacted my experience. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. 0 stars if it was allowed.

Brilliantly hotel for disneyland paris as the train station is right next to the hotel. Our room was basic and very clean, a Brilliant base.
The only thing that could be better was addition pillows. I did ask but was told no!
Would return to this hotel.

There was no hot water and no update on when we would get hot water. So we stayed three nights only the first night had a warm shower. Winhoff method was the way to survive with a cold shower. They were hoping to fix the hot water sometime later in the week. But when I asked the staff and they had no clue. They tried to make the language barrier as the issue of no real status for hot water. I would not write this review except on check out I asked for an extra fifteen minutes in my room, they said no, ten minutes. I felt sorry for the
Olympic athletes staying there having to deal with one more stress. No discount or compensation- just bad service.

We had a positive stay. It was clean and staff were polite and helpful. My issue was that the room is small and I had to close up my bag and store it in order to use the room. Each time I needed to get into it, I had to put it up on the bed to open it.

Pros: Close to train station and free parking. Unfortunately, that's it.

Hotel is the most basic of basic. I'm very low maintenance and my expectations were not high, but even I was taken aback by the two tiny pillows and thinnest of sheets. And reception... one of the guys on duty was friendly, but when we turned up at the empty lobby with a smile to check in, we were immediately dismissed, asked to 'please just wait five minutes' before we even buttered a word, while the receptionist finished something on the computer. We took a seat and waited and waited and waited.... Maybe she was just having a bad day? Still... Also, the area seemed pretty dodgy. I wouldn't want to venture out after dark.

Stayed for 1 night because we extended our stay in the area and our previous hotel was not available. Room for 3. Well-appointed with a sofa-sleeper, queen, chairs and table, very small fridge, and tub shower combo. In commercial area with a pedestrian mall with restaurants, gym, cinema etc. One block over is a commercial street with a grocery, tobacco store, nail salon, laundromat, banks, bakery, more restaurants, etc. No guest laundry, so the laundromat is your only option for laundry. Breakfast ok, but coffee was weak. Could have been a temporary problem with the machine. We were there on a warm day in early April so it was 25-26 defrees Celsius in our room. I requested help with the AC several times, was given a fan, and then staff told me the air for the building had not been turned on yet. Also, the hotel only had one maintenance person, and he was on vacation. I thought it was odd they didn't have coverage for maintenance. I also believe it's typical for European hotels to lack a/c. We were moving from a nearby hotel, but staff would not allow us to check in early. Surely some rooms were clean and ready to go. We could have also opened the windows sooner and had a cooler room. We were tired and cranky by this point in our trip and did not take kindly their attempt to rush us out the next day. We hadn't even all showered. Eventually we paid 20 euros for a late checkout. The hotel was still an upgrade from our prior place. Close to Metro and Disney. Good for families.

Stay whilst at Disney

We used the hotel as a base whilst visiting Disney Paris. It served perfectly for our needs and whilst basic, it was immaculately clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable although pillows were very thin and small. Everyday housekeeping made the beds and provided fresh towels. Remember to get your parking ticket validated at reception for free parking.

Hotel was nice. Need to take a parking ticket at the barrier into the car park and then the hotel staff with authorise it for free parking.
We arrived around 10pm and the night porter was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Breakfast was fine, typical limited continental breakfast but there was plenty to eat.
Beds were comfortable, would stay again.

Nice clean hotel, only 3 stops from Disneyland and a short train journey into Paris. Reception speaks good English, just not too helpful. We asked about trains time and did not informed us of a planned strike.. Our room was small but clean. Unfortunately pretty cold as heating did not seem to work! We tried it all.. not pleasent when you back at 3am.Easy parking in front of hotel.

The hotel is not maintained at all, the breakfast and the main check-in area's ceiling damaged you can see a visible water damage all over the place. WIFI never worked not even one day during my stay. first day no hot water. there was days when housekeeping took all towels and left none. breakfast is ok ( coffee, croissants. cheese, baguette, apple and oranges) . rooms are really tiny no dresser for your cloths, no alarm clock, no fridge. bed mattress not comfortable. Hotel is located next to a residential building NOT A QUIET AREA, you hear kids playing and screaming all day long when they are playing on the ground floor outside the hotel and at night the noise from the heavy traffic road.

Cheap Clean Budget Hotel

We needed a cheap budget but clean hotel for a very short 2 night stay mainly for Disneyland. This hotel seemed to tick most of the boxes.

The room was very clean, with an amazing bed which was very comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing! The only downside is the size. The TV was working well with a good connection to many channels. The room is VERY small on the downside and when requesting extra pillows they could not find any.

The Hotel is located in the shopping complex only 2 minutes walk to a very big cinema, shops and lots of affordable bars and restaurants open till late

Car parking is free and has around 200 spaces but gets busy on the weekend as the parking is shared with the shopping centre.

The area is clean and nice, very relaxed and laid back, Disney is only a 16 minute drive and Carrfour with another massive shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive.

The overall hotel is modern and clean. Check in was a bit difficult as the receptionist could not understand our last name but once we got that cleared things ran more smoothly although we had to come back down to get the wifi password which we were not given.

Review of stay in June 2019

We stayed in a twin room which was really comfortable - small but comfy. The bathroom was impeccably clean although there were no bathsheets, only bath towels but the bathroom facilities, especially the shower was fabulous. No extra pillows or blankets. Outside space a bit noisy as near busy road. This was unlike the helpfulness of the staff. We wanted to use the vending machine one night after a night out but it wasn't working properly giving us 4x50c when we put two euro's in. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and didn't offer to go and help us at the machine, which I found really frustrating and annoying! They also failed to inform us that around the corner from them was a street full of restaurants to dine at, sending us to a small cafe instead. Maybe we should have learnt French before we left as I don't think they liked the English!

The air con system wouldn’t stay on cold it would auto go back to warm, would only kick into cold early hours of morning! No good with 30 degree temp.

First off, the hotel tried to charge us £70 more when we arrived than what we booked for. Secondly, our room smelt like a wet dog. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. It was noisy from 7.30am. I don’t think our bedding was changed in 4 days. The “bathroom” was awful, not sure it could be called that. The halls smelt like cigarettes, even though it says no smoking. Would not waste my money and stay again.

The hotel was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a double room but were given a twin, as we arrived late in the evening we didn’t bother to complain and just put tbe beds together, which worked well as the beds were not on weels. They had spare pillows which was great for us because one each is not enough. The bathroom was tiny and felt like a later addition, it had a small shower with a shower curtain (terrible things, just stick to you) which was bed anough but then the water teperature kept changing, had some free toiletries but we brought our own. The tv was great and had english tv channels so we could watch bbc news, bbc one and bbc two in english. The free parking is great but as it is in an area with shops it was hard to find a space to park in the evening but it was not noisy. No coffee and tea facilities which was a shame.

The receptionist staff were really helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean and tidy. It was a bit on the small size but as we were spending most of our time outside of the hotel room, it didn't impact on our stay. Excellent location with easy access to Disneyland and Paris. Has a Spar supermarket and subway shop close by as well as restaurants, shops and a shopping centre. Highly recommended for a city break hotel.

Worst experience I've had at a hotel!

When we got there we were twice given the key to someone else's room TWICE. First time walked in on people. We were apologized to and told it never happens.... second room. First the key wouldn't work and we had to go back down to get it recoded. Then went back to find peoples things in the room. After a 15 min wait we were given our third room. There wasn't anyone in this room but it was 85 degrees in the room the windows don't open, no fan and the AC wouldn't turn on. Honestly worst hotel experience I've ever had. Please do yourself a favor and book another discount hotel.

Nice place for a one or two night stay

We spent 1 night in this hotel and it was pretty good. If we had stayed longer it probably wouldn't have been that great because the rooms are a little small (expecially the bathroom). The location was excellent just the subway was right next to the hotel and getting to Disney or Paris was very simple and easy. No hassel at all.

Service was good, Disneyland tickets were sold at the hotel. Staff provide directions on how to reach attractions. 7 Euro was too much for the breakfast. They do have 10 places to eat right around the corner to include a pharmacy that closes at 11.

The Not-so-good review

The hotel looks much better outside than it is insideI am surprised that it's only 5 years old, it's mucholder in the interior. There is NO AIR-CONDITION inour room. The front desk staff is very UNFRIENDLY and not HELPFUL at all, there is one Chinese-Frenchguy that was really nice and helpful to us his nameis [...], it was very obvious that when [...] went out of his way to help us with directions to Paris, the other members of the morning front desk staffseem irritated. The last straw to me was on my lastday at the hotel I needed a phone to make a free callto the Taxi people I booked online to make sure theywould come and pick me the next morning, the front desk told me that they can't let me borrow their phone, because it's only for their business and theycan't help me, I had to walk one whole block to a public phone and got rained on. Please don't send Americans to this horrible hotel, we Americans deserve so much more. I am very easy and I take alot before I react and with the rate we paid for the hotel I think you as a big company can demand more for us. Despite what happened I still think you (Orbitz) did a great job booking my trip with the air fares I will book with you again, just make sure to relate my message to the people at The Mister Bed hotel. Thanks for everything.

It was just OKAY!

The Room was large, the beds were low and hard, no air conditioning (lucky it was cool). The windows when open could hear the room next to us. Not far from Disneyland Paris by train but not convenient to come back for a mid day meal. The train is more expensive outside the city so you need to be aware that tickets are needed in and out of station. The price was fair for the space and we had a kithen but only stayed one night would be better for more than 1 night and so you could cook meals. All utensils were supplied but dish cleaning stuff was not (dish clothes soap and towels). Also No fan was seen so you better not burn anything.

No Air-conditioning, tiny and loud BADDD

Breakfast was not included and there wasn't anything else opened in the area until at least 0900. That was a pastry shop. Heavy on the carbohydrates and very little proteins available.
There was a group of children running through the hallways up until 1:30 in the morning banging on other guests' doors. I had to complain several times. The staff had very little concern for our needs. Although they were polite about it.
The bathroom was a joke. It was so small. We were supposed to get a double bed and we got 2 small (bunkbed) sized beds (extra-firm) that we pushed together. The sheets were not changed in the week we were there.
We wanted to ask for a refund and go elsewhere but we didn't know where else to go. There wasn't even a shuttle for the hotel. A taxi wanted to charge us 100 Euros for the trip. We quickly had to figure out the rest of the transportation system.
We found a great city called La Defense at the end of the \"A\" line (train) that will be the next place we go. Hint: buy a train ticket for all 6 zones when you get there. The \"B\" line from CDG airport goes to the \"A\" line which is the main line through several sites.
Absolutely, DO NOT go to this one

Le service de chambre est négligé. On nous annonce des bouteilles d’eau offertes, puis elles sont finalement facturées 2 €.

Chambre petite, literie peu confortable, matelas trop ancien. Dans la sdb la ventilation ne fonctionnait pas, porte et roulette de douche entartrées, cabine de douche petite, traces de mascara sur une des serviettes.
Petit déjeuné bon malgré les pains au chocolat et croissants mal cuit, la pâte était cru au milieu. Belle proposition de fromages et de charcuteries.
Point fort la localisation sur le parking d’un centre commercial, à proximité immédiate des restaurants.

Bien, excellentiscime !!!!

Super emplacement. Facile d’accès. Accueil génial. Le seul bémol c’est le lit deux places qui est un peu peu confortable. Le lit est vraiment pas top. Sino dans l’ensemble c’est parfait. Merci je reviendrai certainement.

Nous séjournons régulièrement à cet hôtel lors de nos visites aux parcs Disneyland Paris. Très bien situé, restaurants et activités juste à proximité à pieds. Parking gratuit au pied de l' hôtel. Accueil agréable, trés bon rapport qualité / prix. Mais bémol la petite bouteille d'eau a été retirée de la prestation.
