You get what you pay for at this hotel: it's not the most pleasant or comfortable, but it was quite cheap. The good things wrte a decent kitchenette, saving on meals out, and a tasty breakfast, even if it was a touch limited in range. The bad things partly stemmed from reception only being open until 4pm on a Sunday, which was the day we checked in for our one night stay. We did arrive before the close of reception, so didn't need the late check-in process. However, by rhe time we'd unloaded the car, the receptionist had left, so we had nobody to report the lack of a travel cot to (I'm fairly confident we requested this on our booking), nor could we request additional pillows (the provided ones were too thin on their own). Also, the sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on and our main double bed was quite small. Furthermore, the shutter for the main room qas missing the attachment to close it, so we had to have it open overnight. Finally, the heating had been turned up to full blast before we arrived, meaning the room was excessively hot, even with the window open, despite it not being all that warm outside. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the hotel, though if price is all you're really bothered by, then go for it!

Check in was very easy and the guy on reception was very helpful and friendly
Just be aware of check in time before arrival especiy on the weekend Sunday in particular like us
Our room was on the second floor.. but the hotel has a lift so not a problem
Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our three night stay
Although very similar to the picture in the app
It has aged since..
The kitchenette has.. microwave.cooker..fridge and utensils

Bathroom.. shower and basin.. large mirror
Towels but wasn't changed daily on our stay unfortunately
Bed was comfortable and had no trouble sleeping
TV on the way.. only french channels but again not an issue for us after all we are in France
We stayed December and although very cold outside our room was adequately heated and we were very comfortable

I advise paying for parking although street parking is available it's not easy to find a space later in the day/evening
Still great value for money and for me great location for Disney and Paris both approximately 30 minutes drive..
The hotel is ideally situated for eating and shopping..
Some within walking distance and some a short drive away
McDonalds five minutes walk.. local shop for bits and pieces just up the road
Supermarket and restaurant again close by...

The hotel has parking, but I find it unreasonable to pay for parking inside the premises.

A troubling incident occurred: I accidentally forgot my laptop bag, which contained two laptops. When I contacted the hotel to report it, I was informed that nobody had found the bag. The hotel further claimed they had reviewed the CCTV footage and saw no one taking it.

This response is a red flag for me, as the matter remains unresolved.

I rest my case.

The beds were comfy and everything we needed was provided (bedding, towels, washing up equipment, soap etc.). It is a 20 min walk to the train station but the walk is a nice one and the train to Gare de l’Est is direct and quick. There is a shop and a McDonalds nearby.

This is a nice place with large enough apartments. When we booked it, we were looking for something with easy access to Paris’ RER/trams. The closest station is a 30 minute walk. One unit we rented was renovated, the other wasn’t. The non-renovated one had issues with the fan above the cooking surface and was really warm. Had it had A/C, it wouldn’t have been a problem. There isn’t much nearby in the way of restaurants, so being able to get around is important. The staff were very nice and helpful, which was a plus.

It was our first trip to Paris, and the hotel management was incredibly helpful. They assisted us with local bus timings, provided information about the area, shops, and everything we needed. The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, and the elevator was very efficient. Parking facilities were excellent, and our apartment was spotless. The view from the window, especially in the morning, was delightful. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

The price of the hotel and the proximity from Disney was reasonable. The hotel was 20-25 mins away from Disneyland Paris. The hotel attendant was super helpful and friendly however I did not expect to pay for parking or city tax. Additionally, you will be charged for a 30 Euro fee if the room is not properly cleaned or the trash is not taken out. The hotel’s property outside and inside was not clean. I was disappointed to find that this hotel did not have AC, the shower is extremely small and dangerously high to step in and out of. However, the kitchen was really convenient and useful.

Arrived late evening and took a few minutes to find the accommodation.
Pleasant greeting when we arrived. Was not aware of the €85 deposit.
Also not offered parking
Nicely sized appt, but sofa bed was not pulled out.
Room smelt of cigarette but too late at night to change and presume other rooms may have been the same.
Biggest issue was that the bathroom was off the main bedroom which meant the person staying in the main room did not have easy access during the night.
We only used the room as a base for Disney, which is only 25 minutes away so not too far to go, and food value

The hotel states its near Disneyland Parks. It is a €50-€60 trip away in a taxi. The hotel is very run down, only one out of the three receptionists were helpful. Our shower was broken but was not pointed out it was broken and fell on my young son as it was left balanced looking like it was ok to use. There was no plug for the bath and the sink plug was broken (had to use a knife to let the water out) and when we asked about this were asked 'Have you spoken to the cleaners?' who we never saw. The kitchen was old and cupboard doors nearly falling off. Breakfast advertised between 7-10, but when we went to go down just after 8 before heading out we were told nothing would be ready for 20 minutes. No English TV and no option to change language. Free wi-fi advertised but it was not working and was told it hadnt worked for a few months.

Swapped rooms due to something not working. Next room had a blocked sink. We informed the front desk who said it couldn’t be fixed that night and they’d send a technician the day after. Nobody came. The room was sufficient and relatively clean. It was all so so. It is significantly cheaper than staying in Paris. It’s ok - I don’t really feel I can sell it more than that!

I did not like anything about this property. It's in the bush. The steps and elevator smell horrible, ( like fresh air never pass through the building for years) The room have no air condition. The room have no curtains or drapes, we had to sleep with the windows open. The bedding and towels are old and wash out. The receptionist need training. She does not have a customer relations. I ask her how to connect to the WIFI. She sitting on her chair and pointing. I did not understand her. After she finish help me. I saw her shaking her head in negativity. We book 4 nights. We only stay 1 night. I already told my credit company I am not paying for the nights I did not utilize.

I took a large party here 6 years ago and the hotel was not as I remembered it! Street parking was good, reception ok but at 4pm later than usual. The excellent inexpensive Italian restaurant opposite that influenced my original decision was boarded up and for sale! Spacious rooms with large double bed, kitchen was reasonably equipped. No air con so hot in July. TV didn’t work. No kettle. Shops about 10 mins away. Price reflected the standard.

Convenient accomodation

City Residence Apartment is very convenient for travellors who are on budget travel. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The downside of it is that cleanliness in the rooms is only done to those staying more than 6 nights. We had to demand for bedsheets to be cleaned on the 3rd day. Apart from that..it is a very nice place ti stay. Improve on the frequency of cleaning the rooms.

A very peaceful place.Not much happenings as its a suburban place.But we,my wife,me and my 2 grandchildren love the place and people.We came across caring and helpful people.

Initial room allocated was filthy so had to beg for a replacement. 20 mins after check in, a water pipe burst in the hotel. No water through out entire hotel for the whole day I stayed. I need not explain the impact on toilet conditions.

I stayed as part of a three. Initial impressions were ok- but inside the lift was broken and the stairwells were more than worse for wear.

Rooms were a good size and clean, although in need of tlc. Well equipped and nice bathroom- although one toilet roll for three of us for three days wasn't enough!
Beds were ok comfort wise.

Parking was difficult- even though it says it's included we couldn't always get a space. Again, says wifi is included but only in reception!

Close to rer and supermarket.

Overall, fine - wouldn't not stay again, but only as an alternative option, not a first choice.

Too far from main attractions

Hotel was located further outside of Paris than I expected. Also the City shuts down as far as using the public transportation after 9 pm. When we arrived we were told that there wasn't any Taxi service available and the buses had stopped running for the evening. We arrived around 9 pm and we had to walk to hotel but quickly realized with our suit cases in tow we ended up getting a ride from a business that served Pizza. One of the workers felt sorry for us and he allowed one of his workers to go get his car to take us to our hotel. We paid the driver because he had to make two trips with our luggage. Also we didn't realize that the rooms are only cleaned once a week and because we were only staying two days the manager allowed our room to be cleaned. Lastly, I don't know if this is something new or not but problem was encountered in two different hotels that we stayed in in different countries. The showers are only covered by half glass so it is easy for water to get all over the floors as you are showering because the glass only covers half the showers? The manager was friendly and spoke English but the hotel staff didn't speak very much English. Also when we arrived the front lobby was closed (1900 hours) so we had to ask someone who spoke French to contact the management so we could get a key to get into our hotel room. I wouldn't stay here again because of transportation issue and hotel being located too far outside from Paris.

This hotel is located in Chelles which is about 15 miles away from Paris but travel isn't pleasing when you want to visit Paris by Taxi or even train (quite expensive and nearest train station named Chelles Gournay is about 2 miles from hotel). Rooms weren't clean and even for clean towels we had to ask from staff to deliver. Room cleaning was done once a week (my stay was 12 days and room was cleaned once during my stay). Hotel staff only available during certain hours and don't expect them to answer your calls 24/7 which I was expecting because of my previous hotel experiences. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone if you want to enjoy your trip to Paris.

The pictures of this apart-hotel are not a true reelection of the actual rooms u get. It feels like an old UK council estate. There's no reception or night porter to let you in if you arrive late in the evening, even though I had called ahead and asked if we needed any entry code to get through the front door of the building. Luckily another resident happened to be passing through who let us in, otherwise we would have been truly stuck. The kitchen and bathroom were indoor condition and the bedding just barely acceptable.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!

Please look at the pictures above, I must have not done this or I wouldn't have booked this room. I searched on Expedia for a hotel near Disney thinking it would save us time getting there on our first day in the park. It was a nightmare to find it, we were very lucky to have had people help us find it. These two teenage boys from Sri-Lanka saw that we had our 7-year old twins with us and didn't want us to walk there alone, because it was a very bad neighborhood...

The place was very run down, grimy, and smelled like mold. The refrigerator was broken. There was an old dirty sponge left by the sink to wash dishes. The couch was covered in stains. Really gross. My kids did not want to stay (neither did I).

The next morning when I asked how to get to Disney, the front desk person didn't know how to do it by train or bus. We had to call a taxi, which cost us plenty. It would have been more sensible and cost-effective to book another night at the Disney hotel.

Overall a disappointment!

To call this accommodation a hotel is extremely misleading. If you are considering this accommodation you should be aware that it is more of a hostel than a hotel with people living and smoking alongside your accommodation. There is a receptionist but only during certain hours- if you intend to arrive outside of these hours you are asked to phone 48 hours before to gain an access code- after many attempts I discovered that 1) you had to phone within the receptionists hours and 2) the receptionist speaks limited English so 3) get your travel agent to phone for you unless you speak fluent French! We finally got the code which it turned out was for a safe in the reception which had our key card in so phew we had access. The lift was a little undesirable- empty beer can and rubbish- so we opted for the stairs. The apartment itself was reasonably clean and reasonably modern the linen was clean, bathroom was reasonably modern bit again frayed around the edges. The block was well situated for Disney and only a 10 minute walk to the train station which took us into Paris centre in 15 minutes. Overall disappointing- you get what you pay for!

Ein Hochhaus aus den 60ern mit Warmwasserboiler im Bad etwas optisch aufgepeppt. Der Laminat-Bodenbelag war uneben da unprofessionell verlegt. Wir waren als 4köpfige Familie dort, aber das Klappsofa war für ein Kind schon eine Zumutung. Wir mussten zu dritt im Doppelbett schlafen.
Personal war nett.
Alles in allem eine Notunterkunft auf Campingplatzniveau.

Das Hotel bietet eine preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit um das Disneyland zu besuchen. Unser Zimmer war groß genug, das Schlafsofa ist jedoch nicht wirklich für zwei Erwachsene oder große Kinder geeignet. Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, Balkon jedoch nicht. Frühstück ist ein französisches...wenig Auswahl. Viel Abfall auf dem Parkplatz und in der näheren Umgebung des Hotels

Personnel de l'accueil agréable mais déception à l'arrivée dans la première chambre où les fenêtres n'étaient pas fermées alors qu'il fait une température très élevée à l'extérieur : la personne qui s'occupe des chambres se permet de nous affirmer qu'elle avait bien fermé les fenêtres alors qu'à notre arrivée, nous avons dû fermer les deux fenêtres. Du coup, sachant qu'il n'y a pas du tout de clim dans la chambre, il faisait énorménent chaud à l'intérieur. Après avoir demandé un ventilateur que l'on nous a apporté tout de suite.
Le clic-clac était cassé donc on nous a changé de chambre.
Dans la deuxième chambre, sachant qu'il n'y a pas de clim et que le temps à l'extérieur était très chaud même avec le ventilateur, cela était limité intenable.
De plus, le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché.

Bon séjour, des petites choses à revoir comme pomme de douche, porte abîmée....mais au final bon rapport qualité prix....
