Small rooms but clean and comfortable.

Great location for a stay after a holiday in Disneyland Paris. Easy to find . Very close to the train station and a huge shopping centre too . Rooms were compact but clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Would’ve loved tea and coffee making facilities in the room but other than that a great stay .

It is a typical bidget hotel with limited room space. Not much storage available and bathrooms are very narrow. You will find limitations like no kettle, or other aminities in the room.. main advantage is its close to train station.

Great stay for family and dogs

I really enjoyed my stay. The stuff were incredibly accommodating and my kids loved the bunk bed. They were also extremely dog friendly, and the location of the hotel was top notch. I would bring my family here again.

Checked inn at around 21:30 the staff was very friendly,the morning staff at the reception was very rude,as the vending machine was out of order went to ask for a cup of hot water the receptionist in the morning shift said it’s closed ,no matter what when someone asks for water you shouldn’t refuse.ill never return to ibis budget hotel

You get what you pay fot

We have stayed at an I is budget hotel before so we knew not expect AMAZING things. But there were a few things that were a let down. First, it felt a little run down. Rooms have like 8 layers of paint and just felt extra cheap overall (wires hanging out from TV, curtain hard to move/broke, faucet totally loose. Lobby is small, dark, and just not overall clean (there were open doors behind reception and they were just full of clutter). Parking is free...but we felt nervous for our car (which was fine) because the area felt a little sketchy (high rises all around and across from cemetery). Train station is close but we primarily wanted to visit Paris and we really regret staying so far away all because we we didn’t want to drive into Paris.

Transporte perto e lojas. O hotel para Eurodisney da 15 minutos de transporte. Gostei muito do hotel, fomos muito bem recebidos e bem limpo. O transporte em Paris, e muito bom, são interligados (trem, metro e ônibus) e para no aeroporto.

Je kan je spullen niet goed kwijt. De douche was ook heel klein. Maar het hotel ligt goed bereikbaar van de metro en winkekcentrum. Ze hebben een optie om eten te laten bezorgen. Het ontbijt was simpel maar goed.

Really rude staff member

Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely.

Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member. I showed the reservation to the nicer staff member and he said ok to free breakfast.

I really did not understand why one of the staff members were really rude to us. She did not bother figure out things... just said no. Never again.

Première et dernière fois

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel juste pour être à proximité du parc Disney (20 minutes). La chambre n'était pas propre, cheveux sur l'oreiller, odeur suspecte de la couette, des traces de cigarette sur les sols.. et pour finir en beauté les murs sont des feuilles A4. Nous entendions les voisins de chaque côté parler, rigoler. J'ai dû me lever vers 02h car je n'arrivais pas à dormir pour leur demander de parler moins fort. Nous entendions les valises rouler dans les couloirs... horrible. Et nous avons payé la chambre 70 € hors PDJ (pour 4 heures de sommeil)
Le petit déjeuner rien d'exceptionnel, pas de fruits, le jus d'orange était imbuvable.
Les seuls points positifs étaient : l'accueil du réceptionniste et la proximité avec le parc.
Plus jamais.

Idéal pour les petits budgets

Chambre et salle de bain très petites. À trois cela était un peu juste, mais nous recherchions juste un endroit où dormir et se laver, donc cela nous convenait dans notre cas.

C'est un hôtel proche de la gare (max 5 min à pieds), idéal pour les petits budgets et le personnel est au top !

Possibilité d'avoir une place de parking devant l'entrée en s'adressant à la réception (si ce n'est pas déjà complet).

Chambre très propre. Par contre, très mal insonorisée: on entend les clients dans les chambres à côté et les bruits dans la rue. Impossible de faire fonctionner la TV. On a réservé pour 3, mais il a fallu faire nous-même le lit de la 3ème personne.

plutôt déçu, la chambre est minuscule heureusement qu' on était a deux, parce que pour 3 personnes ça n est pas possible , une fois le lit déplié on ne peut plus bougé. il n y a même pas un placard pour ranger les affaires. je trouve que c est mal étudié et c est du bricolage vite fait mal fait. fenêtres très mal isolées ,on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue. a part ça l accueil a été correct et le personnel de ménage polis et souriant.

Séjour décevant

Séjour de quatre nuits pour des raisons familiales, habitués de cet hôtel depuis 2012 , nous avons été déçus par les prestations lors de ce séjour. Alors que nous étions deux , un seul oreiller nous attendait. Il a fallu réclamer deux soirs une deuxième serviette de toilette et le sol n'a pas été nettoyé régulièrement.
Par contre le personnel à l'accueil est très aimable et serviable. Et cet hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au RER et au centre de Noisy Le Grand.
