There was absolutely no air conditioning. Children under the age of 10 years old were out after 11pm. I had no issues with staff but the hotel was a long uber ride to anything to see.
It was miserably hard to get any sleep dealing with no air flow and no cooling air.

We booked this because it advertised as being close to Disney and Paris with public transport. We went to Paris using the train station which was about 2 miles away with poor bus links. When we returned there was no public transport, taxis or uber. We tried to walk back to the hotel with a ten year old, however maps on all three phones failed and couldn't direct us out of the town. We were left wandering around for two hours with our daughter terrified. Eventually we flagged down a Police car who helped us. This hotel IS NOT convenient for Disney. You have to travel away from it to Paris and then back to Disney. This hotel IS NOT SAFE to use if you are planning to use public transport. The hotel itself was fine, very clean and as we expected. the room actually resembles a caravan in size. They ran out of food at breakfast and wouldn't replace the bread.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and not close to anything , it’s a long walk to transport , taxis won’t come to pick you up , no shops or supermarjets within 3 km . Staff can’t speak English .

Notre séjour été agréable, la température de la douche n'est pas très chaude, la lit superposé est indiqué dessus pas au dessous de 6 ans et nous avions bien précisé que notre fille en avait 4.
La fenêtre de la chambre serait bien si elle s'ouvre en oscillo battant pour la sécurité des enfants.

La personne à l'accueil nous a accueilli chaleureusement et également à pu nous trouver une solution suite à un beugue informatique, nous nous sommes retrouvé la fille et moi-même à 1h30 du matin sans hôtel après 6h de route.
Je ne recommande nullement B&B hôtel d'à côté qui lui n'a chercher aucune solution alors qu'il pouvait sûrement en avoir une.

A l arrivée à 3h du matin, la réservation n avait pas été transmise par Hotels.com, j ai du attendre 30min pour enfin pouvoir accéder à ma chambre où la fenetre avait été laissée grande ouverte, sans chauffage bien sur, literie humide, chambre avec un froid polaire, pas de changement de chambre donc très mécontente évidemment.

Nous n'avons pas dormi! Sur la nuit que l'on a passé il y a eu une bagarre et deux disputes. Le coin est vraiment pas rassurant. Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe dans cette hotel mais c'est louche ! Les chambres pas super propres. Heureusement que le personnel est sympa et bien veillant, surtout le mr qui nous a reçu le matin au petit déjeuné.

Kamers waren klein, vooral de ‘badkamer’ wat je badkamer kon noemen. Was enkel een hokje als douche met toilet ernaast. De pompenbak met spiegel stond in de kamer naast het bed. Er was geen frigo of airco in de kamer en het was super warm buiten. Er hing een hitte door heel het hotel, dat was echt niet te doen en onmogelijk om te slapen of om drank koel te houden. Ontbijt is heel het hotel in een extreem smalle ruimte en als je pech had en op een druk moment kwam had je zelfs geen plek om te zitten en moest je wachten totdat andere hotelgasten klaar waren. Toen we aankwamen zijn we goed ontvangen geweest maar toen we ons wouden uitchecken kreeg ik enkel het antwoord ‘oké’ met een handzwaai dat in orde was en de receptioniste was weg. Het is 20min rijden van disneyland maar wel 45min voor naar Parijs zelf. Kortom, ik vind het geen aanrader.

Nous avons l'habitude, depuis plusieurs années, de séjourner à cet hôtel pour rendre visite à ma maman en maison de retraite dans les environs. Il en est de même lorsque nous revenons de grands voyages, arrivées sur ROISSY CDG. Nous sommes très satisfaits de la disponibilité du personnel et de leur accueil. Toutefois lorsque vous êtes chargés (valises ou enfants en bas âges) il serait très appréciable de bénéficier d'un ascenseur pour le 3 ème étage, ce qui serait un confort non négligeable !
