The staff at the are very nice. The area is under renovation. The ground cable on floor of the building (dangerous). There was noise on the room next to me in the early hour of the following day. The room has a bunk bed like high school dorm...shhhh!!!!. The surrounding of the building looks dirty . The room looks clean though. The hand-washing sink would not drain water. The sink was clogged.. No a place to write home about. I will never return to stay there. Never! I mean never.

Dont stay a waste of money i do not recommend

It was awful definitely the worst hotel ever it stunk of cigarettes and there was mould near the radiator the shower head fell off and the bunk bed had black stuff in it and wasnt even made we wanted a refund before we stayed there but they refused so we ended up there one night terrible

Power out in room.

It was ok for a discount hotel close to the airport. The biggest issue we had was that we had no power in our room when we got up in the morning. Luckily we had flashlights on our phones and were able to get gathered up.

Shortest stay in hotel. Checked in, had a look at the room and checked out, originally booked for 4 nights.
The smell of mold when we walked in was over powering. There was mould growing on the floor next to the bed. Cigarette burns in all the bedding along with all the stains on the sheets.
Blood down the door, mould also in the bathroom.
Bathroom was about the size of plane bathroom.
Paid for full new hotel only €100 more that had a normal sized bathroom however it was bigger than the whole hotel room at this hotel. Security guard and desk staff nothing but rude. Got told they would ring me about a refund and still waiting for the call back.

The staff was nice but the room it’s self was really small for 2 people , the AC wouldn’t work in the room as it was 26 degrees outside and the room was stuffy I went and asked the lady on reception if there is any way of getting it to work as it’s really hot in the room all she said was sorry They don’t work I was abit annoyed of how much I paid and what I got I wouldn’t book again overall I enjoyed my stay as there was plenty of shops in near walking distance

I was exactly 5 years ego in the hotel from the same hotelier in Saint Thibault des vignes but completely different standards. In this hotel in Villepinte dirty bathroom(shower) I mean sink and the curtain had at bottom rusty colour It shoul be motel not hotel because all rooms have entrance doors outside the building. If some people talking outside you can hear everything. Noisy and loudly. The beds are in good standards and clean also towels. Breakfast was very poor awful yoghurts no cereals. Coffee was good . Please do not call that hotel. It is Motel.

Low Room Rates Still More Than Room is Worth

There are three beds in the room that my friends and I had, but hardly enough space to put one person’s belongings, let alone three. In spite of the fact that there are three beds in our room, housekeeping left two towels in the room every day, except the day of our last night, when they left only one. I had to go to the office every evening to get a couple of more towels and to get our card key recoded, because it was reset each day. There is one double electrical outlet over the desk.

The bathroom is ridiculous and was very likely designed to be installed on a boat, as it consists of two pieces of molded fiberglass. The sink drain in the room we had (#55) leaks; not just a drip, but a dribble, and causes a sewage smell as it runs along the floor. It has a cracked ring at the fitting. The desk clerks don’t speak English, so I used Google translator to tell the woman working at the front desk about it, but it was never fixed. The toilet paper (with no roll) goes on a spindle and does not turn. No washcloths or bath mat. There’s not enough room to comfortably get dressed in the bathroom if you’re sharing a room with friends.

It’s supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there was a cigarette hole burned into one blanket and there are several cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. There are ashtrays attached to the wall on the ground floor, so people smoke down there and smoke rises, right?

The room rate is low, but it’s still more than the room is worth.

It was just a one night stay, arriving quite late and leaving quite early in the morning. The check in process was good and easy and the room and bathroom was clean. However, it was small and not altogether comfortable - and the hotel is not particularly well connected transport wise (if you don't have a car). For the price per night I have stayed in many better hotels. Not a disaster but only middling

Basic B & B ...don't expect anything much

Had booked this hotel by mistake. Originally wanted to book the Premiere Classe at Parc de Expostions, as it was next to the Exposition. Paid 4 times the price, compared to the normal tariff for this 1-star hotel. Very ordinary, basic hotel...nothing great to write home about. Connectivity wise it was a challenge to reach here by bus and RER/metro. The only good thing was nice and helpful staff.

As a stay close to the airport we weren't looking for much. This is as simple as it gets. It's a fine area. There are actually a few eating options in the area. Room is basic but love the reading lights by bed and easy of it all. We were able to be there in time to check in with front desk. After 9pm you would check in with automated outside machine. For one night it's all you need. Grateful for an easy airport morning.

This hotel room had A/C!! so that was amazing, room & bathroom was very small but not really a big deal considering we were just using it to clean up & sleep. Staff was very nice, giving us pamphlets for restaurants when i asked for recommendations, wifi was good & area was nice to walk around. Found some great chinese buffet next to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Small room!

They receptionist was barely giving me information. As a tourist, you don’t expect to know it all. Specially when you don’t speak the local language. On top of that, the sink seemed very dirty still when we got the room. I can only imagine how clean the rest of the room really was. The room was tiny, it barely fit the bed and so was the shower. The area where the hotel is at, is very nice.

I stayed at this hotel with family so that we were close to family nearby during our short stay. As we entered the room, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room which was horrible. We only stayed 2 nights but even then this was a struggle. It was very cold at night even after trying to adjust the temperature. The room was very small and unclean. The divan beds were filthy and stained. I also found 2 insects which looked like beetles/cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was very small and like a cubicle with a shower. In the morning the cleaners kept talking constantly outside our room and were not friendly when greeted. We tried to ask the staff at the hotel where the nearest cafe or supermarket was and they weren't able to tell us which I found shocking, considering they work there and should be able to give this information to foreign guests who are unfamiliar with the area. The price we paid for our stay here was far too much for what it was worth. Overall I am very disappointed and will never think about staying here again.

Pretty good for the price. Small, clean, nothing extra, nothing to complain about. We had 3 single beds, small bathroom which is typical for European hotel rooms. Staff was nice when we interacted. Opted out of breakfast. Only complaint would be that people tend to congregate on the balcony for drinks/socializing. Sometimes this went on until ~midnight. We were able to sleep through the noise but might be an issue for some. Was not a deal breaker for us and we would stay again. Only about a 15 minute drive from a major metro station making getting into Paris a breeze.

From the train station, Gare de Lyon I had to take the metro then the RER then a bus. In the morning I had to take a taxi to go to the airport to be on time for my flight because no bus was going there.
Then the bed was not comfortable, too hard. The shower was not very clean.

Terrible location - terrible staff AVOID

I booked this hotel for my stay and in order to travel to Parc de expositions everyday as it suggests that this hotel is near by - it is not! You have to wait at least 20 minutes in the morning for a taxi and there is no other way to get to the Exhibition centre, there is nothing else around the area.
The staff are not in the slightest bit helpful or friendly. Upon arriving the guy at reception made it seem like we were a massive inconvenience to him. The following morning there was a different person on reception who was equally as rude.

The rooms are TINY and you can only just squeeze past the end of the bed and I am small myself.

Rip Off taxis!!!

Please be aware that there are two hotels with the same name in the area. I went to one with my small children and they got me a taxi to the other one 5 minutes down the road and charged me €20!! When we arrived I asked at reception to book is a taxi at 5am to take us to the airport. I asked how far and how much and he said he had no idea- not very helpful!
When we went to the reception at 5 he apologised and said he didn't order a taxi. He then spent 50 minutes calling round for one. When the taxi did arrive he took us the very short journey to CDG and charged us €57.80!!! When I questioned him he became very aggressive and locked myself and my two children in the car until I paid. An awful experience! And for the price I spent on taxis I could have stayed at the Hilton!!

Dissapointing Stay

The hotel room was clean, the male manager was great and provided a high standard of customer service i.e. he went out of his way to find a phone charger for me which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the rooms, firstly my room had an awful stench of cigarette smoke, it was all over the sheets, I could barely breathe and didn't sleep well because of that smoky smell. Also the walls are paper thin and I didn't get any sleep thanks to the neighbouring rooms deciding to chat away until 3am, kids were screaming in the other room and people were outside the rooms talking and laughing at early hours of the morning.

Okay to hold you over, but very small. Room cleanliness was good. Checked in late at night but found automatic machine note written in French, but thankfully the taxi driver told us what the note said and where to go to check in. A/C didn't work in one of the rooms but was able to move to another room that did work and hotel staff was very accommodating. Not too far from a bus stop.

Sister Hotel Campanielle next door has a very nice restaraunt. Skip the Hippopotomus grill across the parking lot. I would stay again.

Unexpectedly nice, great location

Based on the reviews, we didn't expect much of a hotel, but we just needed a bed for the night before our flight. It was amazingly clean and well maintained. They must have done lots of work since the last reviews. The location was excellent - just 20 minutes from CDG. We couldn't have been happier.

The room was small but clean and functional.
Free wifi was great but there were no other facilities in the room; no tea and coffee making.
The nearest RER station is a half hour walk away and then it takes half an hour to get to the centre of Paris.

Poorly kept hotel. Bathroom door wouldn't close, so couldn't lock door. Toilet continually smelt of sewage. Overhead lamp on top bunk bed did not work, so had to fumble in the dark to get into the bed. On the positive side, staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast looked good (but we didn't opt for it as we were out most of the day). Good parking.

A notre arrivée l'accueil est fermée, nous nous dirigeons vers l'accueil de l'hôtel d'à côté et nous apprenons qu'il n'y a plus d'accueil a cette hotel...
La moitié de l'hôtel est à l'abandon avec des fenêtre cassé des chambres certainement squaté, ex : la chambre d'à côté complètement sans dessus dessous... Notre fils de 7 ans n'était pas rassuré et nous a demandé s'il y avait des voleur et si on pouvait bien fermer la porte pe dans la nuit...
Pour aller jusqu'à notre chambre nous devons passer du rubalise... Plus de 60€ pour cela, heusement c'était que pour quelques heures avant de prendre notre avion mais nous aurions dormi dans notre voiture cela aurait identique...

Las habitaciones olian a cigarro, los pasillos sucios. Pagamos desayuno y solo nos dieron cafe y pan de caja
No habia toalla de manos y no tiene ventilación.

Nao é a melhor opcao para o CDG

Tivemos problemas pois chegamos apos as 22h no hotel. Não há recepção 24h e não havíamos sido informados. Ligamos para o número que ficava disponível mas ninguém nos atendia. Achamos um bilhete, na parede, informando para procurar a recepcao de um outro hotel do "complexo" para efeturmos o check-in. Por sorte um senhor estava por perto e parou para nos ajudar. O Wi-Fi não funcionou. Não ha estacoes de metrô perto e perdemos o ultimo ônibus que passaria por lá. Tivemos que pegar um uber e para irmos embora, como era de madrugada, solicitamos um taxi (com uma taxa bem salgada) na recepção deste hotel do "complexo". Nos atendeu bem, visto que só pegamos para dormir uma noite e seguir para o aeroporto, no entanto é bastante contramão para este fim. Aconselharia pegar um hotel mais distante porem com facilidade de acesso ao metrô.

Séjour déplorable

Séjour déplorable pour passer un concours.. en une nuit nous avons changer 3 fois de chambre, problème d’électricité, Clim qui fuit et le lendemain les pieds dans l’eau douche qui fuit par l’étage du dessus. Odeur de cigarettes dans les chambres, des cheveux après les oreillers.. douche pas nettoyé, trace dans les toilettes… Nous avons rechanger de chambre. Même pas de geste commercial ou d’excuses.. pour finir nous repartons avec le dos cassé car planche de bois à la place du matelas. Pas d’intimité dans les chambres car nous entendons tous ce qui se passe autours…… A FUIR
