There were no staff, check in was next door and when I got to the room it was terrible, the ‘bathroom’ was so small that it was difficult to shower and that was immediately touching the toilet. Dirty and run down in all areas, the curtain rail was loose and hanging down, and the shower head was strapped to the in place!

It was so poor I booked another hotel for the second night as it was hands down the worst hotel I’ve booked. We book around 200 hotels a year across various countries and this was shocking.

Very basic room with limited to no facilities in the hotel but ok for a short stay, especially for the Parc Des Expositions as it is very close. Beds were clean but room and en suite “bathroom” shabby (not in a chic way) and tired. Free parking was appreciated. Breakfast was acceptable. I would suggest bringing your own towels!

The room was ok, but the place itself is not top tier. The hallways give pay as you go motel. There is no ice machine and the vending machine for drinks did not work. Also there was no staff at the front desk. I had to check in at the hotel next door and also beg for water and ice. There was one staff member though who refused to refill my ice flask after I observed him using unhygienic practices and called him out about it. 2 am in the heat and he refused me water and ice, while their vending machine is broken. I felt like I was catfished. The hotel next door is much better.

The room and even the hallways going to room are dirty. No AC so really hot and musty entering room. Had to open window and still not much air coming in. Tv remote didn’t even have batteries. Bed sheets seemed clean but just the room didn’t feel or smell clean. Definitely would not go back

Booked this for me & friends as a cheap stop on our way through Europe.
Based on pictures when booking I expected it to be basic which was definitely the case but it was also run down, tiny rooms & overall not great.

Actually the property staff was very nice and helpful but I took a room with double twin bed and it was terrible 😩😩😩 you don’t have any space to put your luggage and when you want to take a shower, you bump into the door and the wall because the bathroom is so small.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at From the moment we checked in, the room was dirty, and the bathroom had a strong urine smell, which made our stay very uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, on the day we were checking out, hotel staff suddenly informed us that they knew about a leak in the bathroom. However, they had never mentioned it before, even though it was clearly an ongoing issue. This wasn’t just a simple water leak—it was a dirty leak, not from a clean water source, which made the situation even more unacceptable. Instead of addressing it earlier, they waited until we left to start fixing it.

This experience showed a complete lack of cleanliness, transparency, and professionalism. I would not recommend staying here.

Very basic hotel. Water was coming in through the ceiling of the ground floor corridor. Check-in was at the hotel next door. Adequate supply of hot water in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Bust sop right outside hotel giving easy and cheap transport to airport. Electric convector heater in bedroom. No supermarket or restaurant nearby.

Second stay at this hotel. Room itself is fine, mostly unremarkable, typical European sized hotel room. Wifi is still as bad as during Mt first stay though: it just plain doesn't work, because the signal is too weak.

The front desk, surprisingly, still wasn't open when we left at 8:55am. Also isn't open later at night and check-in is via the neighboring hotel, which is alright but would be better if their own front desk was open a bit longer.

No access to even a shared microwave, or water kettle, basically no amenities at all aside from your bed and a shower (and towels). Not even hand soap in the bathroom 😂

Front desk nice and helpful. The room has hair on the bed and smelled of old cigarette smoke and the front staff was helpful in quickly giving us another room.

However the noise isolation isn't very good. Even though the road isn't Tha loud you can hear the street noise quite a bit even on the upper floors. Moreover we heard people pretty much ALL night (9pm-5am).
And the last straw... There isn't any wifi. In theory there is a wifi network but in reality is just doesn't work. It's the hotel next door's wifi, not this hotel's, and the signal is so weak you basically can't use it (tried 3 devices). This hotel is 5mim walk from a conference center and it doesn't even have wifi at all?!? I don't ask for great wifi, just something that works at least somewhat decently, but this didn't work at all.

French people have some of the best mobile data allowances in Europe and in the world, so this may not be shown as much in the reviews as people would just Hotspot from their phones. But for international travelers (who said this hotel was 15min from one of Europe's busiest international airports?) it's close to a deal-breaker.

The hotel smells mouldy and is extremely unclean throughout. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are somehow even smaller. The front desk for this hotel is apparently never manned so you have to go to the neighbouring hotel for check in/out and any questions. Only saving grace is it is cheap, but a hostel would be cleaner and cheaper.

The access to metro station is easy and so close, can go by foot even with the luggage. The area is very quiet. At the hotel, the room was cleaned every day with clean towels. Breakfast is fresh and tasty.
It is however an area which does not have much restaurants around that are opened during the weekend, has to be well prepared before going. Thank you.

While I would not rate the whole property bad but I would say that I encounter a rude employee who denied my daughter the opportunity to use the microwave in the breakfast area. She was told that the microwave was only for the clients. Meanwhile we were staying there. I found it very rude and out of order and I was very hurt and upset about this whole situation. I’m glad I only had free more hours left there and don’t have to see him again.

Les draps ont été changés juste une fois durant mon séjour je ne suis pas resté tout le séjour dans cette hôtel tellement j’étais dégoûté !
J’ai attrapé des plaques rouges sur tout mon corps et des gros boutons sur mon bras ,ma cuisse et ma jambe que je n’avais jamais eu ma vie.
Sincèrement même si c’est un hôtel pas cher il ne valait pas le prix .
C’est la première et dernière fois que je mettrais les pieds dans cette hôtel.
Comme on dit vaut mieux payer plus cher et rentrer chez soit en bonne santé.
Que payé moins cher et se faire piquer et mordre par des bestioles dans le lit.
Je suis rentrée chez moi en plus des boutons et des plaques rouges avec une grippe du à la poussière qui régnait dans la chambre et la moisissure dans la salle de bain
Sincèrement utiliser du chlorox pour nettoyer votre salle de bains.
Et les lampes passez un coup chiffon dessus et en dessous et derrière votre petite tv fortune un coup chiffon aussi.
Comme on dit machine à frics qui se soucis pas du bien être des gens !
En en parlant des réceptionnistes vraiment arrogant ils se prennent plus haut qu’ils pettent !
La seule bonne choses près du RER mais c’est tout !

We were led to believe there was a bustling activity around this hotel and area. There was nobody around, maybe it is a post Covid type of thing. Many buildings around, almost all of them empty, like a ghost town. No restaurants. We think the place has fallen on hard times.

If you are looking for an economic overnight solution near a train station (RER B parc des Expositions) stationdeserving CDG airport, Cyan hotel may be an option. No fuss, no frills. A bed with a comfortable mattress and clean sheets. Nothing memorable, but it did the job for a fair price. Take into account no major event was held in the neighboring Parc des Expopsitions during my stay. Price was unbeatable. Make sure to ask for a non smoker room during reservation, since some of the amenities were for smokers. (Especially if all rooms are non smoking in your country)

And the staff don’t even apologize for their misbehavior. They are arrogant and even mean. As for the place, the hotel isn’t even convenient. Which is why rooms are non refundable.

For the 40 euros we paid, this hotel was just fine. It’s not fancy or anything but it was clean, we were treated well and it was pretty close to CDG too. The shower is fairly small but it’s by no means torture. The taller and wider you are, the more inconvenient it might be.

There’s a lot of scathing reviews of this property online but as seasoned travellers who have seen it all, this property offered real good value. It was also clean and quiet.

Affordable...but nonexistent internet!

I stayed at this hotel for a week while on a tight-budget holiday. It was close to the airport and to the Parc des Expositions metro exit, so easy accessibility (especially when using a Navigo decouverte). It cannot be denied that the rates are incredibly affordable, and so accommodations do not need to be exceptional. I really anticipated that. I had the option of staying in downtown Paris the entire time, but I chose not to. I accepted the sub-par accommodations, and lowered my personal expectations and standards. I accepted the far distance from downtown Paris. I accepted the lack of amenities. I accepted the tiny square footage of the room. I even accepted the lack of toiletries. There was only one thing that irked me...because I truly believe that they FALSELY ADVERTISED: free wifi. When in fact, it was close to being nonexistent. I struggled to connect to the outside world, especially because I am dependent on the internet for many reasons (work, school, entertainment, news, etc.) on a daily basis. Plus, I am not fluent in the French language to appreciate French television. In other words, poor wifi or internet connectivity caused a lot of anxiety, disillusionment, and even anger. What about guests who incessantly need the internet for work? What about the younger generation that relies on the internet for their daily routines? The hotel must REMOVE free wifi as one of its amenities if it cannot provide consistent connectivity...or just charge for it!

Easy Clean Inexpensive Airport Hotel

For more than 30 years, I've been staying at this simple hotel because of its proximity to Charles de Gaulle Airport. It's always clean, the shower has loads of hot water and the breakfast is good and plentiful. I've come with dogs, a cat and tons of baggage or with just an overnight case. It takes 10 minutes to get to CDG with little concern for accidents on the highway from Paris which can mean a missed flight. The train stops nearby - Villepinte - so it can be accessed by rail as well as by car.

The reception hall on the left side looked cared for. However, this was under a different hotel. The sheets in the room had stains. And under the top bed, you could also see all the stains that had not been cleaned. Furthermore, in the other room, there was still stuff from the previous bookers. In addition, only 2 towels in a room for 3 people. The bathroom had stains from age. It is cheap but the room should just be clean. Also, the floor was not well vacuumed.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you’re just staying for a night or two - i.e going to Disneyland Paris.

This is very close (2 mins away) from the Parc Des Expositions train station on the RER B line heading towards CDG airport.

There are limited other facilities or shops nearby which is a rather large disappointment.

The shower and bathroom are rather small for a double room.

Overall, as a basic hotel, this suits your needs as it is very budget friendly.

It served its purpose. We needed something close to the airport. Two hotels in one- it would have been nice to know we needed to check in at the other hotel and then walk over to the one I booked. The elevator didn’t work. It didn’t take us to the floor we needed and tried twice- we ended up taking the stairs. The stairs were dirty and scary looking.

Walking into the bedroom…I was shocked that it was soo small. The bathroom felt like the toilet inside an airplane. It was uncomfortable. There was one towel for 3 people. There were no blankets on the beds, luckily we had our coats we used to cover ourselves up during the night. There was soap provided in the shower but that’s it.

I can say that their breakfast was fantastic! It was buffet style and they had a lot of options. The coffee was good too! And it cost only 9euro.

Front desk lied to me when I went to make my payment the first day, people are rude with tourists , they don’t clean the room, I had to ask many time and they don’t care, I had to ask for towels and sheets to do my own cleaning, they also stole my money and lied to me several time when I ask at the beginning , they charged for a night I wasn’t there, they also want to called me the police because I was claimed for my rights as a tourist & costumer the “big boss” how’s they call him is Gregory Di Cimtio

It’s a solid, no frills hotel for those going to or from the airport. It’s simple, but clean and super easy to get to CDG in 20 min flat. Definitely value for price for those wanting a place to crash during their travels through Paris.
