Check in was fun and easy but i didnt understand that i needed to use my card to make the lights work so that was a little stressf. The room was super tiny and cute and served its purpose for the night. The bar staff was nice and fun.

A very good hotel, friendly efficient staff. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well sound proofed (there was a thunderstorm which I could hardly hear). Bar prices were a little high, but a great stay.

Hotel wasn’t in a great location unless you need to be next to the 2nd airport, probably decent if you have a car, bus stops not too far from hotel which was good but not a lot of anything close to the hotel, room had broken/ missing button on the toilet, curtains where dirty, numerous hairs found in small apartment. Hotel was cheap but room was very basic, no storage for anything, no table, no fridge anything like that. 3/5 for me on this hotel, wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t interact with any staff as we were out all the time, I’m sure they were prob amazing, bar / cafe area looked nice and clean and spacious.

When we checked in the family room at noon as the Expedia confirmation said, the staff told me the room needed to be cleaned and check-in could only be done after 2pm.
In the evening we got our key card from reception and entered the room. We found that the room was not made clean, the bed was messed up and there was eaten pizza on the table 😣 I asked the staff for help and they gave me another room in the next building. We were exhausted moving all our belongings and the baby to another room, but unfortunately when we opened the door we discovered that the new room was not the family room. There was only one double bed in the room😖 I asked the staff for help again! ! ! After moving twice, I can finally have a clean family room😤

This ibis is probably one of the best ibis budget I’ve stayed at. I usually stay at the ibis for convenience for one night. And this hotel was relatively new, had free parking and staff were friendly.
Is probably stay here even on a personal trip for longer.

This is an excellent hotel if you are going out to the airport nearby, for us we tried to make it the best but was too far from city center, you got to take bus 23 or bus 152 to go to the metro station that will take you to city center nearly 45 min to an hour travel. Hotel and its personnel were wonderful, I just wish it was closer to the center.

Séjour du 10 au 14 juillet 2025. À notre arrivée tardive, on nous attribue une chambre qui ne correspond pas à la réservation faite via Hotels.com (1 lit double au lieu d’un lit double + 1 simple pour deux adultes). Le réceptionniste (intérimaire, sans accès au système) tente de trouver une solution pendant 20 minutes. Il nous donne finalement une autre chambre, plus petite, mal agencée, avec deux lits simples et un lit escamotable dans le placard, rendant le rangement impossible. Il déclare que “la chambre réservée n’existe pas” et critique Hotels.com en disant que “ce sont les pires pour les réservations”. À vrai dire, on a eu l’impression que nous voir dormir dans notre voiture l’aurait arrangé.
Il manquait les serviettes à notre arrivée, demandées à 23h30. Le dimanche soir, plus de gel douche ni de gel pour les mains.
Au check-out, un autre réceptionniste (Malik) nous donne une version contradictoire (“panne de clim” dans la chambre initiale — faux). Aucun geste commercial, aucune excuse.
Seul point positif : une jeune femme au bar, très professionnelle.

The staff at the front desk were SUPER nice. The lady that registered us, and the young man that was there later on. Got TV problems but that was fixed, and in a very good manner.
The hotel itself was what promised. Nothing extra, but what we needed for one night on our way back to CDG and home. A real, and BIG plus, was the steakhouse next door. EXCELLENT food and GREAT service.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement satisfaisant, avec des chambres propres et un service acceptable. Cependant, un incident perturbant a affecté mon expérience : une situation inappropriée où une femme était entendue par l'ensemble de l'hôtel dans des activités intimes avec quelqu'un. Malheureusement, malgré les signalements, aucune mesure n'a été prise pour remédier à cette situation, ce qui a sérieusement compromis le confort et l'ambiance de l'établissement. De plus, j'aurais apprécié un approvisionnement en serviettes et produits de base plus généreux, ainsi que des produits éco-responsables avec une odeur agréable. Une expérience globalement mitigée, principalement en raison de cet incident sonore gênant.

Une personne est rentrer dans notre chambre à 3 heure du matin ( faux passe ? Ou erreur ? ) la personne est restée à la porte en insistant. J’ai téléphoné à l’accueil mais aucune réponse. Le matin j’ai signalé le problème à la réception aucune excuse. Je pense qu’il s’en foutait royalement !!!!!

3. yatak dolabın içindeydi. Yatağı açtığımızda kirli olduğunu gördük. Ayrıca oda çok küçük, saç kurutma makinası yoktu. Televizyon vardı ama buna gerek yoktu. Resepsiyon 80 euro depozito aldı, 10 gün oldu hala kredi kartına iadesi yapılmadı.

Notre séjour était passable pour trois raisons :
1/ la climatisation faisait défaut car elle n’est pas réglable par le client à partir de la chambre mais par l’hôtel donc pour nous il faisait chaud dans notre chambre ce qui nous a empêché de dormir.
2/ la sirène d’alarme anti incendie s’est déclenchée à 1h du matin. 3/ le sol de la chambre est sale

Nous avons été accueillis à la réception au bout de 15 min d'attente, car le réceptionniste occupé avec d'autres personnes...Mais son collègue en face n'avait personne et n'est pas intervenu pour lui aider....La première chose qu'on m'a demandé c'est une CB de 80€ pour caution!!!!! C'est la première fois qu'on me demande cela dans votre chaine et de surcroit en passant par un site de réservation !

An sich war das Hotel echt super. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch wenn sie nicht allzu groß sind. Für einen sightseeing Trip mehr als genügend. Auch in der Lobby waren es sehr sauber und gemütlich und man konnte seine Abende dort sein und draußen sehr gut verbringen.
Das einzige, was uns extrem gestört hat, war der cleaning Service. Es wurde zwar alles super sauber gemacht, aber unsere Sachen wurden zum Teil auf den Boden gestellt (Hygieneartikel) oder aber auch einfach umgestellt. Zudem haben sie Sachen unseres Babys, die sie in den Mund nimmt, einfach auf den Boden geschmissen bzw. es auf dem Boden liegen gelassen und eine Flasche Wein, die noch befolgt war und auf dem Tisch stand, einfach entfernt. Leider wurde auf meine Beschwerde an den supervisor noch nicht mal reagiert!
