This is my second stay, and I've found it to be welcoming and very pleasant. A few minutes from the airport with the shuttle, and right next to a nice park and only a 10 minute walk to groceries/boulangerie from your room.

The staff is the best part of this hotel! They're very helpful and customer-service oriented.

I personally didn't like the 'bar, night-club, and red, black.yellow colors, disco blinking lighting decoration style'. Not appealling to me but could be for those who might like a 1930's decoration-style.

It’s some partnership with Uber but is impossible to figure out. I ended up just taking an Uber myself. The hotel is farther from the airport to be called an airport hotel than I’m used to. Otherwise, great stay at a great cost.

The hotel seems dynamic and attractive, nicely decorated bar, restaurant grills burgers outside on the BBQ, and very friendly staff. However the mini fridge in my room did not properly function: a small disaster because I was carrying home quite a lot of cheeses and counted on and needed cold fridge. Also, stained carpets.

Hotel was very modern but no wash cloths were provided nor available. The king size bed had 2 twin sized comforters instead of one king size one. TV reception was very limited. Check in (at the bar) was very fast and friendly. The restaurant food was very good, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel is advertised as having a shuttle to airport, but in fact they connect you with an \"uber\" style ride. Did I mention that the location was incredibly convenient to CDG airport in Paris.

Just generally kind of gross. Check in at a bar, dirty hallway, silverfish bugs in the room. We were only there from 12am-8am between flights, and it wasn’t great. The also had trouble checking us in and out and blamed it on our Expedia booking. Tried to charge us ~40 euros more than our prepaid booking in addition to the tourism fee. It was ultimately resolved, but they kept trying to blame us and get us to pay.

Because the transportation was absolutely impossible and cost us 2 hours and 30 Euros to get 2.3 miles the rest was tainted from exhaustion and frustration. The link for how to get from the airport to the hotel needs to list ALL pertinent information such as the required pick up sited for Uber. We did not receive a link as promised so offered our location which was in the recommended area but didn't have any information telling us we needed to go to Terminal 2 B Parking garage. I was traveling with 2 handicapped people without the info needed.

reasonable hotel for pre flight overnight

The hotel is typical for a place to stay to get to an early flight the next day. The room was spacious with regular amenities and the bed comfortable. Decor of the bar and restaurants was nice, food soso.
What was irritating (and added costs) was the absence of shuttle from the airport even though it advertises to have a regular one. (got canceled). Next door hotel operate one apparentelyl They offer a 9 euros UBer ride but I could not reserve one once arrived. Thus count an extra ~30 Euros for transfers!

De l'accueil pour l'enregistrement à notre sortie nous avons eu à faire à du personnel très sympathique, très attentionné et souriant. Le restaurant et son personnel aussi très accueillant avec un chef qui nous fait des excellentes viandes grillées. Je vais revenir à la première occasion. La proximité de l'aéroport est un autre atout important. Merci à eux pour cet accueil.

We loved the entire Penta hotel concept and the pentalounge downstairs, enough that we signed up for the “friends” program. Only small complaint we had was a faint sewer smell from the toilet, but it wasn’t because the bathroom wasn’t clean. We think it was possibly because the wax seal under the toilet was compromised, and we just let the management know. It happens.

Penta hotel have us a beautifully decorated room with a non-working air conditioner. We asked for another room adm told to wait foe the fan to work. Then another phone call with no change and now no any rooms available. Another phone call and we were relocated to another room down the hall…at 4:00am, no sleep for our 8am flight :(

the location is near the airport which is great, but aside from that; very dirty, stained walls and carpet. Don't remove your shoes in the room! The lobby was nice and the restaurant wasn't bad. We could not get over the stained, filth in the room. Something spilled or someone vomited on the rug and it was left to fester. Weird decor in the room. Luckily only stayed one night

Hotels.com information false

We only stayed there because it was near the airport so we could catch an early flight to the USA. But it was quite far from the CDG airport: an 18 euro cab ride to a cluster of hotels far outside the airport. No one at CDG could tell us where to get the bus shuttle to the hotel. And when we checked in, the desk said it did not have a shuttle. They arranged an Uber ride for us to get back to the airport. No breakfast. The information on the Hotels.com web site was false.

Good Hotel but no AC

I stayed one night. The hotel is very cool looking and very interesting decor. However, in hotels.com and the hotel website says there is air conditioning. This hotel is a \"4\" star hotel. Before I went to bed turned the Air conditioning on. Air conditioning never got below 20c. Around 445am, I called receptionist and they said they would have someone come by around 10 mins. 20 mins later no one was there and I called again. They said a tech will have to come 830/9am. I told them to not worry about since I was checking out in the morning around 930am. Two spoke in french and then hung up the phone without apologies for this issue.
