Room was run down, restaurant staff ignore you. I went to both but ended up going to bed without dinner. I think the Irish pub was the worst, they were only concerned with people going to the bar for drinks and did not car for people sitting at the tables.

The airport shuttle only picks up in the evening. I was told by front desk when I arrived. I never found the shuttle stop.

The female bar tender in the middle restaurant was rude to several customers of certain ethnicity.

The whirlpool did not work and the water was cold.

The Shuttle service is Horrible. They only drop you off in the Morning and bring you to the hotel in the evening. So if you arrive in the morning prepare to take a cab or Uber to the hotel or to the airport in the evening. The hotel is VERY OLD and smells stale or like mold in the rooms. The hotel is in horrible need of renovations. The carpet needs to be cleaned because it’s stained. The hotel is clean though. The food was decent. A significant distance from Paris so prepaid for that related to transportation.
I would not stay there again.

The room is very old and a lot of the electrical outlets were broken. The water is hot and cold on and off. And then all the rooms I have stayed in for the last years have a bad smell!

Misled about free shuttle. Website said one thing, fact is there is a 6 hour gap in coverage. Manager didnt realize it is her responsibility to check details on the site. Would not ever stay there again or advise anyone else too. Here is a pic of an email i received after making a non refundable reservation that i would have cancelled after reading it.

Overnight stay. Hôtel is about 8-minute ride from CDG. Clean although a bit dated. It served our need for the night. It’s also located about 7-minute ride to Aeroville mall which is a very decent shopping center complete with all the amenities, food options and entertainment you may fancy.

This hotel made a FRAUDULENT CHARGE to my card.

I stayed here from October 3-4, 2025. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. We had an early morning flight and I wanted a hotel that would offer safe transport.

The room smelled awful. We also had an awful experience with getting spots on the shuttle. Essentially, the shuttle was mentioned in the booking and welcome emails as available to all, but when you go to reserve a spot, they tell you it is \"only for VIP persons\". Many people had to book an Uber or taxi. We did eventually get spots on the shuttle, and the driver said there was no such VIP rule.

Regarding the fraudulent charge: I used my card for the normal hold they apply, and although the hold was later reversed, a new charge appeared 2 days later. I emailed the hotel, and they said they would get in touch with the front desk to understand why this charge was applied. I emailed a few times and never got an answer. I contacted Visa about this, and they later reversed the charge. However, I just got a letter notifying me that they would be re-applying the charge. The hotel said I authorized payment for their tourist taxes with my card. I actually paid that in cash and have the receipt. Visa sent me the hotel's \"proof\", which is a receipt with someone else's name and address, for a stay from Oct 3-6. I could not have possibly authorized this purchase, but my credit card info is listed on the receipt as “pre-authorized”.

Pros: Comfortable and big bed, nice, hot shower, and free airport shuttle provided for most of the day means we did not have to pay for transport to airport.
Cons: Rooms are very far from elevators, the rooms are quite old and the furniture is old and scratched, the carpet had stains. The room was not the cleanest room but it was functional for the 1 night we spent. Reception staff were not really friendly and did not even greet us when we arrived until I said we had a booking. The front entrance was not accessible when we arrived so we walked over the barrier where the garden was.

The coffee pot cord did not reach the outlet. Had to put it on the floor. The reservation said complimentary breakfast and yet we were told we didn't have the right reservation for breakfast. The shuttle driver was irritable and unhelpful. I would not stay at this property again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Millennium Hotel near CDG. The room was very clean and comfortable, though the décor and furnishings were a bit dated. Despite that, everything was well maintained and functional. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for an overnight stay near the airport. Overall, a good experience with just a little room for modernization.

When we checked in, the man said he’d just started his shift, yet he was short and curt with us. When we got to our room, there were two damp and dirty hand towels, folded like they were new. Ewww. Got replacements but had to go back to reception to request new ones. The toilet was dirty, the carpeting had seen better days, and the hotel sign outside was very bright in our room above the curtains, even tho they were blackout curtains. But the resto had fabulous steak for dinner, and breakfast was good. This stay was for only one night, so hotel was adequate. Glad they had a shuttle to CDG.

Instead of ranting about my unhappiness, I will just state the facts.
1- when I arrived, the systems were down. They asked me to sit and wait. They will come to me when it’s fixed.
2- while waiting a man was loudly complaining about their booking and his room.
3- after waiting for over 1 hour, I walked up to check if the system was up and they told me the system was up. They never came to get me.
4- I asked to sign up for the airport shuttle the next morning, I was told there was no need and to just be down 15 minutes before it leaves.
5- when they attempted to take the 100 euro hold for the room, the payment would not go through. We tried two credit cards, she then asked me if I had the available balance. I did.
6- I asked if the machine needs to be restarted because of the system shutdown? She said no.
I asked if I could just go up to my room and then come down in about 1 hour because I’ve been travelling all day. She said no, it was against policy.
7- After some more time, someone restarted the machine and voila! Now it works.
8- the room smelled like cigarettes and was furnished very 1970s and not in a good way.
9- the next morning I went to use the shuttle, I was told that only people flying with another airline could. Also the shuttle was full. They offered to call me a taxi.
10- taxi and ride shares take forever to get to you.
I also suggest you avoid the pub, food was bad. Breakfast is good, you just cannot bring your luggage.
You can pick better hotels.

Give it a miss! I called the hotel before I booked to confirm that the hotel shuttle would be operating at our arrival time. They woman at the front desk assure me that the shuttle
would still be running. The Expedia information I received also confirmed the times the woman gave me were accurate. We got to the airport pick up area and called the hotel again. They gave me different times and advised that the last shuttle left 5mins prior to my call which was almost an hour prior to the advertised shuttle times.
I got to the hotel via taxi and asked to be reimbursed for the taxi ride since the information from the hotel was incorrectly advertised. The receptionist gave me a card with an email and told me to send my request to the front office email. I did so and have not received any responses at all.

Also I booked 2 double rooms which showed the beds s being double beds. We were given 2 rooms with 2 single beds.

I will never stay here again. For those looking for a cost effective room for the night try the B&B Hotel instead. There was a dedicated employee at the airport shuttle stand who was helpful.

Here are the things I don’t like: first of all, the hotel is old. Second, the elevator requires a key card. Third, there is a song playing at 7-11pm. And fourth, the bar is very noisy. The thing I liked is breakfast but I didn’t like the shuttle and couldn’t get to sleep. Maybe wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms are in bad shape. Shower falling apart, older furniture, food was horrendous, TV was not hooked up to internet so didn’t get channels.

Worst of all is the shuttle. It drops off at Terminal 2B only. When I asked the driver whether it goes to Terminal 1, he abruptly responded NO. It took me an additional half an hour to get to Terminal 1, let alone the gate itself.

Note that, in addition to the Hotels.com price that you pay, you also pay a tax once you get to the hotel. It was 9 euros for me.

Great location, if you are driving it can be very confusing so add some more time. As for the parking its self very poor directions to or from hotel to the car park or vice versa. The rooms are really nice well appointed for price, be wary if at the Bar for happy hour ensure you get the happy hour price. Great location metro line gets you anywhere within minutes

It was a good choice. The hotel is clean and the breakfast very good.
Furniture is outdated but clean. I did not like the fact that the shuttle does NOT run from 11am - 4pm. We had to pay Uber from the airport to the hotel, I booked because the site said shuttle was available.
We enjoy the pool at the morning. it is walkable to other hotels/bars at hotels.

Property is on a major bus/Metro line combination from Paris and only 10 minutes from CDG with a shuttle available. Staff are absolutely great. The Irish Pub is first rate and the breakfast buffet always good. We toured Paris by bus based out of this location. We did not feel like customers but friends.

Nothing was unique. There is nothing around, and there are not services available, for example, if you arrive at an odd time, there is no food available beside some sad vending machines. The restaurant only opens at 6 pm. They do not even have a coffee or bar open throught the day. The shuttles are not available all day, rather in the morning or in the evening, so if you make the reservation thinking that you can take a shuttle, then, you are wrong. That happened to me.

The pictures online are VERY misleading. I’m sure this was a nice hotel when it was built, but when you arrive it is dingy. The outside looks like it was abandoned. Unkept landscaping, broken sidewalks. The interior isn’t any better. The hallways smell like mold and cigarettes, the ceiling tiles are missing and covered with water stains. Our bedroom was big, but everything was broken and beat up. The carpet had stains where the floor lamp was because it was so old and rusted onto the carpet, the wallpaper was hanging off in chunks, our bathroom floor was soaking wet. It looked like the toilet was leaking, but too tired after traveling to go to the front desk to request a room change. You can see where the tile fell off the walls and was glued back into place. Missing grout, and the grout that was there was moldy. The shower fixture were all mismatched and not well sealed, but surprisingly there was hot water and good water pressure. The fitness center is in a creepy dungeon like basement. We did not go to the pool area, it looked gross. Had a hard time sleeping because the staff was having a party well into the night, 2am with music thumping. The AC was not working. You could hear it, but no air coming out. When you looked at the ceiling to see the filters and light, covered in thick layers of dust.

I didn’t read any of the reviews until after we arrived, big mistake. The hotel response is “under construction”. One year later, there is no construction.

When calling in for a question, the answering service was impatient and not friendly. I booked it for free shuttle to the airport, but it only operates during certain hours. So still cost me €20 taxi to get there from the airport at night. In the morning, I got there just in time for the last shuttle, but the shuttle already left because shadow was full and they wouldn’t come back for another time although it was only a five minute drive. I also booked it because the breakfast is included. However, the food was horrible.

Despite limited shuttle service with a gap from mid-latenmorning to late afternoon,bye shuttle drivers were exceptional with the exception of this morning as shuttle driver wanted me to take taxi instead of handling a wheelchair for a senior citizen. I had to explain what other drivers did. This mornings driver who bragged about working for v40 years refused to provide any assistance and other customers helped me. Carpets are worn in some rooms while others have been remodeled.
On the plus side, rooms are very big and the bathrooms very generously sized also.
It is quite a relief after the cramped hotel rooms in Paris and the minuscule bathrooms.

Staff is very congenial and the breakfast very complete.
Its is pricier than Paris hotels at 20 euros instead of 15.
Again the dining area is much roomier and much nicer than in Paris.
This was our 4th time at the Millenium and we have never been disappointed.
It feels like a luxury hotel and not a plasticky chain inn like Ibis even though it is probably cheaper.

Eh, not so great...

I am not one to lie about a property. I also rarely leave any kind of feedback. However, this time will be an exception. Furthermore, now I wished I had taken pictures. The room was not great. The chair was broken at the top. The floor had a noticeable stain underneath the lamp. The chest of drawers had little holes on the top surface. There were minimal plugs and none close to the bed without unplugging the lamp. The window had white paint on it to try to block the outside view. It was poorly executed. The shower did not have any soap in the dispenser. The shuttle times are inconvenient if you have a flight during the hours of 1100-1600. I wished I'd known this before booking. I would have stayed somewhere else. On the other hand, the young woman who checked me in was kind, polite, and helpful with finding food options on a Sunday evening. I will most likely never book this property again unless it's a last resort. Also, Ive stayed in many hotels across the world including other Millennium properties. I was considerably underwhelmed.

Shuttle service not usable. Phones not working for pick up at the airport. Drop off at airport is only in one point. We had to walk a long distance to our terminal. There is no stop on different terminals.

The beds werre comfy and the front desk did let us check in early. The pool was super cold, hot tub isn't open the the weekends and neither is the restaurant, the pub is non existent, no ice machine at all in the hotel, shuttle was cery limited to only 8 people every 1.5 hours but clised from 1030 to 4. Carpets were gross! Undated furniture's and no ac! Very very disappointed!

shuttle from CDG now only runs twice am and pm. at 07.30 and 09.30 and 18.30 & 19.30. so I got a UBER at Euro 12. only problem is typically French in that Uber departs, not from area indicated by all signage at ground level next to taxis but from immediately above via a lift. fortunately the driver came downstairs on foot collect me. astonishing!, you couldn’t make it up! check in quick & convenient, efficient lift, nice warm large room with comfortable bed & bath tub. great atmospheric bar and tasty steak frites for dinner. took Uber back at 08.30 as shuttle time inconvenient for 10.30 departure

I booked this hotel for 2 weeks for a family stay assuming has a swimming pool as states there. However the pool was closed for all the time with no explanation and depressing.
Sadly I wasn’t there as I had other commitments just sent my family. If I would have being there, would have have being a different way.
I would cancel the stay and arrange other ways my poor family didn’t knew what to do as staff kept lying them saying might open soon.
Still I will fight for my money back as this is breach of sales agreement

Underwhelmed in Paris.

The hotel advertises that an airport shuttle is available on demand. That was not the case. We were told the shuttle only runs in the morning and late in the evening so if your flight arrives in the afternoon then you must pay for a taxi.
The rooms telephone was not working and the restaurant didn’t seem to be operating.
