Great family room with small area with sink, microwave, fridge and kettle. Some areas of the property/room were damaged but it was perfect for our stay. Local to the airport with a small village with a couple of shops nearby. Reception area had vending machines and some microwaveable meals that you can heat in your room. Price was extremely reasonable, would stay here again.
Didn’t use hotel transfer bus as it didn’t go direct to terminal 2 and is €5 per person, so an Uber was cheaper.

Good for a quick stop over. The room is fairly large at over 300sf. Only a quick drive to CDG. The room and the property were clean. The only item that we didn't like, is that the room was too warm. The A/C is turned off I'm the winter and it is too loud outside to keep the windows open.

The room is very nice and clean, carpet a bit old but ok. The staff are very friendly, the shuttle to terminal 3 is very good and the driver friendly. The only thing I would not recommend is the breakfast, expensive ( $30 cd because of exchange ), the scramble eggs are terrible, obviously from liquid eggs and bad quality.

We arrived at the hotel to be told by the reception staff that he was “tired and fed up”. He then advised that we were in the wrong b&b hotel and that we would have to walk 15 minutes(with luggage) or take a taxi at 25 euros. When we finally arrived at the correct hotel (25 euros out of pocket) we waited a considerable amount of time in line for check in. Baring in mind this was 1am and we just wanted to sleep for a few hours before our early fight out this wasn’t the service we were expecting. It’s worth noting the exact name of the hotel and address as there are two b&b hotels with very very similar names.

When we arrived at the lobby , receptionist failed to verified our reservation and send us to different hotel ( we have to walk with a lot of luggage approximal 7 min ), when we arrived to the other one he said you are suppose to be to the first hotel . It was very poor customer service they hesitate to bring taxi to pick us up after i said this is your fault . They brought taxi and brought us to the right hotel , it was no apology form recessionist , very disappointed with them.

My family booked a stay for two nights. The first night the electrical fuse blew out after boiling some water in the electric kettle that is provided in the room. It took two employees to figure out the situation and they were poorly equipped. My father had to sift through his suitcase for a wine bottle opener to offer to tbe staff to open up tbe fuse box as none of their tools worked. Both days had poor air conditioning which resulted in poor sleep for everyone.
Customer service was subpar. There is one female staff in particular that lacks in hospitality. She was annoyed through our whole check in process and what really lead to this one star review was her lack of professionalism/communication when our family chose to book the hotel’s shuttle service. It is an additional fee to book and does not actually go into the airport grounds. This was not shared with us. We found out at the last minute via the shuttle bus driver- when we went back into the hotel to clarify, the front desk worker just pointed to a sign that was convieniently placed behind the desk. Would not recommend this hotel unless you’re in a real pinch to stay close to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. For the last 10+ days there was no WiFi. The staff advised it was a problem in all b&b hotels but had no timetable for it to be fixed. The breakfast was inconsistently prepared with eggs sometimes cold and bacon occasionally looking like it’s been through a nuclear war. If there was a large group they struggled to keep up.

Expedia offered a paltry refund for the internet issue, however for the amount spent on this reservation ($3,500) they fell woefully short in the customer service department. They claim to have contacted the hotel about the issue and that there was none. However, when I asked the staff they claim to have never been contacted. The staff also claim to have tried to contact Expedia on my behalf but I’ve heard nothing further in that regard.

Overall I’ll not stay at a b&b property as I need WiFi for work and they seem to have a company wide issue.

I’ll try my hardest to never use Expedia again as they can’t seem to contact their own contracted properties or lie about it when they do.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have filtered water in the lobby, areas to chill both indoors and a garden area outdoors. The hotel was very accommodating letting 3 exhausted travelers in before noon rather than waiting for check-in time. There was a small frig, microwave and coffee maker. We were a short shuttle, taxi , or bus ride from the airport. Would stay here again- not luxurious but comfortable with excellent mattresses

I feel that we were taken advantage of when we arrived to take the shuttle from the airport. The driver who said he was a taxi driver told us we were in the wrong place to be picked up so we took him up on the taxi ride. Once we arrived at the hotel we figured out it was part of the shuttle service but we paid $30 euros for a short ride.

The room was ok but the carpet was filthy. We wanted to get some food but when we went to order we were told they didn’t have much left and not a real restaurant. For one night it was ok

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. We left within 9 hours of checking in. We were supposed to stay from Monday until Wednesday. We arrived and the bar tender was the one who checked us in. We get to our room (I am with two seniors, my parents) and the room had no air conditioning so I went downstairs to ask about it and three of their employees confirmed that for the next 8 months, the air is going to be turned off by the hotel. I asked why and they said because the weather is cooling down. IT WAS HOT IN OUR ROOM. There was no ventilation either and the pillows and couch I slept on smelled like vomit and cigarette smoke. I had to book a second hotel at 12:51am and get my parents out of there and the hotel NOR EXPEDIA would give us any sort of compensation or refund despite this false advertisement when under the amenities section, it says “air conditioning” but there was none when we got there FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL.

Also shuttle dont run from 1130 to 1700. Be mindful. Good thing you cant take either a Bolt gor about 11 eu. Or go the Bus terminal at the airport and take EX93. cost 2.5eu. takes 3 stops and 10 ro 15 minx to the hotel.

Amazing customer service, I stayed here after I got my passport stolen and ended up stuck in Paris, i was extremely stressed but the lady that checked me in was great, later that day a guy helped me get some dinner after the kitchen was closed, I can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me out but really took care of me when I was on my own, brilliant service, kind and friendly, made me feel a lot better about my situation

My room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Very close to CDG airport and offered shuttle to and from airport for only 4 euro.

There are a few restaurants within a 5min walk from hotel with great food at “before Paris” just down the street.
A great price for an overnight layover from Nice to Paris and then home to Canada.

It is concerning that the transportation service from the airport is limited to Terminal 3 and operates only every half hour. This inconvenience resulted in an extensive walk through the vast airport premises, compounded by the need to transfer terminals via the air train.

An alternative option, such as taking a taxi, would have incurred a minimal additional cost of $2 (without the requirement for pre-booking) and would have significantly reduced the distance traveled on foot, eliminating the need to navigate the terminals while carrying luggage.

The room did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. The toilet was dirty, both mirrors were splattered and the carpet was filthy with pretzel crumbs and garbage on the floor. Towels and other linens were not neatly folded prompting us to question if they were fresh. There was a bottle of cleaning solution left out on the table and none of the garbages were lined. Quite disappointing.
