The airport shuttle can be challenging but not very difficult way to many work getting done at the airport that blocks the way to make it easy to get to the hotel.

The room head shower was not working properly no water was coming out and it was late.

The bathroom was way too small, was not even easy to use the toilet as it was in both facing the wall with no room at all.

The hotel manager was very rude at check-in as there was an issue with my reservation and we were showing that I was canceled and then I contacted Expedia and it was fixed. The hotel room was extremely dirty. The shower was the size of a little box couldn’t even move inside of it toilet sink. Everything was filthy. The sheets were dirty. The beds were very small. The room itself was very, very small. Nothing like what they showed online. Everybody was rude. The receptionist you couldn’t ask for anything they could never help you. We had to stay at another hotel for a couple of days and had to come back because our flight was out of this hotel by the airport so we ended up coming back and spending another night. I told him do not recommend this location to anyone. I’m very disappointed that video would help makes such a horrible booking. I really would like my money back. Furthermore, there was bugs in the room that look like bed bugs.

This is a highly convenient and well run hotel. We travelled by TGV from Angers, en route to Oslo. Overnight stay at thus hotel. The journey from the train station to the hotel by the CDG VAL free shuttle train was so easy, clean and quick. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the shuttle.
Hotel staff friendly and professional. We opted for the \"all you can eat\" fabulous hot and cold buffet for our evening meal -€24, 50 each in La Terrasse dining room. Efficient welcoming staff. Excellent quality and choices of foods.
Our room was clean, smart and very well insulated -you had to concentrate quite hard to hear a plane at all.
Excellent buffet breakfast next morning ( I cannot remember how much that cost as I'd paid for our breakfasts when I made our hotel reservation online). Again, attentive staff, superb, extensive choices and all giid quality. Hopped back on the free shuttle to Terminal 2 and onwards to Oslo . We'll definitely use this hotel again.

Super handy to the airport - a short walk and brief train link and you are set!

The only issue the room numbers were wacky - in a strange sequence I have never experienced previously.

Buffet restaurant at 24 euro was a decent deal.

I would def stay there again.

Check in was a nightmare - almost an hour and the staff were rude. Bathroom was a joke. I've stayed in many hotels in Paris and yes rooms are small and bathrooms smaller but you couldn't even turn around in the shower and to sit on the toilet you had to turn sideways. Went for breakfast which was adequate but the guy checking people in had no time for anyone. He really shouldn't be working around people.

We had a very disappointing experience. There was a horrible, fetid smell coming from the vents into our tiny room. It was so strong that we had to open the door three separate times just to get some fresh air. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
The buffet restaurant downstairs was just as disappointing. The food quality did not match the price at all. Do not order the burgers —chicken avocado..
underwhelming, and poor in quality. Mcdonnals would have been so much better.

Very confusing, there are two IBIS hotels right next to each other with the same address. The lines at check-in were huge. We were asked to check in online to save time but still had to stand in the same line! The only amenities in the tiny room were two paper cups.

It was just ok. I was expecting better for the price. Location can’t be beat and I got the airport train that goes around each terminal to the hotel, which worked great. No need for a shuttle. The bed was comfortable but I thought the bathroom was a little dirty, could definitely do with an upgrade. Water pressure was incredibly low. There are restaurants in the hotel and also a small supermarket in the station very close to the hotel which was convenient.

Staff was quite rude. No restaurants open between 1230 and 5pm except coffee shop. Fire alarm went off after an hour of check in (This is understandable), i paid for breakfast (33.00 CAD) which they lost my receipt that I paid and the breakfast was not anywhere near 33.00 worth. They called me in my room at 10pm telling me I owe them tax (which I had already paid) and there was a drunk woman yelling at 230am for an hour!

if you don't mind the extremely small bathroom/toilet, all else is well.
Just to know, in these hotels there is always a safety feature. You need your room key to take the elevator and turn on the lights in room.

OK for one night. Quiet and with a comfortable bed. Check in took ages as there was a massive queue. Bathroom was ridiculously small and with a three quarter shower cubicle. Had to open window to get the room cool as the a/c was pre-set at 24!!!!!!! Will definitely choose another airport hotel next time.

Our “dorm room” was ready for our early check in which was very nice. We had a room with two single beds which were sub par. First of all, they were tiny, more like a camp cot than a bed for an adult. The box spring was covered with a 2 inch topper(mattress)that kept moving resulting in an uncomfortable night. The rest of the room reminded me of a university dorm room. Plenty of storage but very utilitarian. We were provided with two bath towels but no face cloths or hand towels. The bathroom was fine but really no extras or niceties. The room was worn but clean. Location off the airport shuttle was great but it is unlikely that we will stay again.

Staff is great and this is my fourth time in this hotel. I stay with my dog. Food options are good and access to all CDG terminals and Paris are unequaled. Very simple and clear. But there is a weird smell in bathroom. This is not due to lack of cleanliness, but some overall plumbing issue. Fine if you keep the bathroom door closed. I will stay here again because of the convenience.

We checked in after 9pm, the room was cold all because of the air system for ventilation .

All rooms were full , maintenance had to come and tape the vents, the at 8am , housing keeping woke us up asking when we going to check out.
This is appalling . We left after that.

Stayed for a night for flight transit, arrived late in the night, the check-in queue was long and slow with many guests arriving at the same time. Only 2 desks were open, and we stand in the queue for nearly 1 hour to finally check in. Room was okay size, bathroom was tiny.

Location to airport and shuttle are amazing. Room was clean. Check in was not good. Staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Waited for over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the desk. Three employees were there and no one said anything. I was then called up and the employee walked away and went in the back. Have no idea why but she was gone for over 10 minutes. Could have needed to use the toilet. The other employees called others up and checked them in. When they were done, they didn’t call me down to check in but simply ignored me until the employee came back. I know this is petty but after 13 hours in the air and an hour getting from the plane to the hotel, I expected better. Would stay again but hospitality was lacking.
