The public areas of the hotel and the guest rooms were large, seemed very clean, comfortable bedding and polite helpful staff. There aren’t a lot of amenities in the room, but as it’s your basic airport hotel, I didn’t expect much. The essential is that it was near CDG, and the train to the terminals was just outside the hotel with elevator down to the train as well escalator. Would certainly recommend it for a night or two, perhaps if one was going to Disney.

Air conditioning was disabled as they explained they do this in the off season, but it was a hot day and night so it was extremely hot in our room and we couldn’t sleep. No solutions were provided. Bathroom was also odd and small. Like a plastic pod. No fan inside so when you shower it’s like a steam room.

The best thing about this hotel is how easy it was to get from and to CDG. We had pasta at the restaurant Pia, which was not very good but the pizza was okay. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower was decent. I would stay there again for the combo of convenience and price.

Great hotel with convenient amenities, close to the CDG airport, central reception seating had a couple of large stains on the seats. Great service though. Only stayed overnight. One complaint, shower has a drain cover that is not attached, I stepped in it almost fell as it slid out from my foot.

First off , A/C does not work, it looks like a very old (25+ year old) iron box attached to roof. No light, no fan or air is comming out of it

Bathroom is so small that only small person can sit on the potty

Very long queue for check in. Poorly ventilated room even though we turned heating down and kept the window open while awake. Thin walls so you hear other guests arriving late and leaving early. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom is a joke. Toilet facing a wall so close you will bang your knees. You have to hold the shower attachment if you want to wash anything above your waist. Holes in shower doors same height as shower head so wet floor with no bath mat. Mouldy fake window in bathroom dripping condensation next to toilet. The staff are great as is takeaway from the Italian opposite reception. Not worth the money we paid. Won’t use again.

A nice hotel adjacent to the airport shuttle. BUT! A lady told the front desk that her friend was in our room. THEY GAVE HER A KEY AND SHE WALKED INTO OUR ROOM!
They did not verify the name of the person in the room she identified, they did not contact us in the room. This is a major breach of hotel security protocol. I was getting ready for bed, since we had an early flight so did not go down to the front desk, but I did call and there was no answer. I found their e-mail and sent a message but never heard back from them.

A nice hotel but very poor room security.

Convenient for over night stay for a late arrival to or early departure from CDG airport. Twin beds seemed more narrow than regular twins. Room was small and very warm. Clean. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Lines to check in were long, even after doing the online checkin, but moved quickly. Lobby was nice but always busy.

The towels appear to be 50 years old. They are thread bare and not even suitable for an animal. Pretty sure my grandmothers towels from the 80s are still nicer.

We returned to our room around midnight and found that they had run out of bottled water. Although people were still being served drinks at the bar, the staff refused to give me any water indicating they were already closed and directed me to reception. At reception, I was given a plastic cup and sent to a water fountain, which was not working. In the end, I had to buy a sugary soda from a vending machine just to take my medication. The reception staff did not seem concerned about this.

This IBIS is clean and convenient for CDG but is let down by the small and poorly designed bathroom. It is the same bathroom design as that used in the Heidelberg train station IBIS. The bathroom toilet is too close to the angled wall. The bathroom sink faucet is at the left edge of the sink so one cannot wash their hands without touching the edge of faucet. I'm not sure how a large hotel chain like IBIS went with this suboptimal bathroom design in at least two different locations.

Really convenient for an overnight stay especially if you're flying out of Terminal 3. Good eateries plus the Carrefours is next door. Train hub and bus hub plus the RER terminal shuttle are also super convenient. It's clean, soundproof and comfortable.

We tend to use this hotel every time we are in or out of CDG. The FREE CDGVal automated train is excellent and very convenient -5 minutes walk to the hotel. We've always had great experiences here. However, for some reason, thus time we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Thus was VERY well planned for anyone with a wheelchair. Huge bathroom, wheelchair accessible shower, minimal intrusive furniture in the bedroom ( one plastic chair). However, it was a little too \"care home \" for our liking-and the bathroom was very cold next morning . To be fair though the manager/supervisor on duty took our complaints seriously and offered us our buffet breakfast at no cost as an apology. Excellent customer care.
We'll definitely stay here next time as its just so convenient.

I have given a lower rating simply due to the inaccuracy on the Hotels.com website regarding the shuttle. It turns out that this 'shuttle' is not an airport bus shuttle but a train. If you have a lot of luggage, it's impossible to use this. No information was given on the site prior to booking. The taxi at the airport that we had to take at the last minute due to no proper shuttle bus cost us 30 euros as the taxi guy scammed us. The journey was about 4 minutes from the airport to the Hotel.
This Hotel needs to be more clear about what the shuttle bus situation is as many people I spoke to had the same issue. Be transparent about it, that's all we ask.
The Hotel itself is fine, the room lovely. We didn't eat the breakfast.
Big tip for people staying here - just call an Uber. Cost was reasonable for the journey back to the airport.

Ibis has an ideal location. I arrived by FlixBus and flew out of CDG the next day. Overall the room was very clean, but the bathroom wall could have used extra attention.
