No frills overnight at the airport. The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. Breakfast is a good deal and starts at 5:00.
Nearby tram to terminals One and Two. Easy walk to Three.

Just an average hotel for the high price paid. Small room with no mini-fridge, coffee machine, tissue paper, water or glassware for water, etc. No extra pillows or blanket. Starbucks in the lobby. Restaurant small and very simple and unappealing. Hotel needs updating.

Such a fabulous location!
I was able to check in and leave my rental car just outside the entrance long enough to unload my luggage to my room; then, I returned my rental car to Terminal 1 minutes away; I was able to swiftly and effortlessly shuttle back to the hotel, again in mere minutes!

I trained to Paris… effortlessly… as the train terminal is about fifty steps away!

The next day, I rolled my luggage to Terminal 3… took me about three minutes!

It’s like an airport-train-hotel village of complete accessibility. What a gem!

The staff are happy… always smiling… incredibly engaging and helpful… the breakfast was perfect and plentiful!

Everything about the amenities and room and overall facility was exceptional… comfy beds and pillows… perfect shower… spacious room… clean and well-appointed… and, as a solo traveller I felt super safe all around!

The perfect closing experience to a month long adventure across France!

It was during a record breaking heat wave in May 2026, yet there was no air conditioning in the hotel because the air conditioning is \"seasonal\". Unless you like sweating when you sleep, don't stay here.

Only one very small elevator to service people and all the luggage (long wait times). No stairs available. Very long check in line (30 minutes) poor air conditioning. Room hot. No hand towels, no frig. Only one pillow. Find another hotel!

Hotel was very convenient for the airport. Check in was slow as staff were distracted by the number of flight cancellation bookings that they hadn't received information on, so weren't as pleasant as normal check-in staff.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Dinner at the pizza/Italian restaurant was good.

The best features of this property are that it is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff are courteous but not as friendly or helpful as hotel staff in many other places such as Greece or Japan. Shopping nearby is very limited and I was unable to find distilled or deionized water for the ventilator I use at night (a sophisticated derivation of a CPAP.)

En dehors du checkin qui est vraiment un énorme problème de cet hôtel, pour le reste, tout est parfait!
A deux pas du T3, et facile a rejoindre les T1 et T2 par le CDGVal
Le bar est tres sympa pour souffler un peu, le restaurant Italien est très bon.
Le parking sous terrain est un peu difficile à trouver quand on vient par la route.
Bref: À part les 20 ou 30 minutes d'attente dans une file interminable pour le checkin... Tout est parfait.

Very close to terminal 3 and access to the other terminals via the inter-terminal train. There is also a large bus terminal (e.g for getting to/from the city, which is far cheaper than taking the airport train), and a super market nearby

They gave us a room with no air conditioning in the middle of summer, with temperatures over 80 degrees. We initially assumed the AC was out for the entire hotel (since they actually informed us -no AC). Being too tired we tried to go to the room to get some sleep, but it was impossible. The tiny room was unbearably hot, and the window only opened a small sliver at the top.
We went downstairs to figure out what to do, fully expecting we’d need to move to a nearby hotel. Only after raising our voices were we suddenly given a room with air conditioning. Completely unacceptable — if an air‑conditioned room was available, why try to squeeze guests into a stifling room for a miserable night?
Mold on the bathroom wall around the circular window only added to disappointment.

Stayed for. four nights. Overall very impressed with hotel. I booked this because hotels in central Paris were very expensive at the time I was visiting. The monorail took us to the main metro station located in the airport very quickly and conveniently every day. The breakfast was brilliant for an airport hotel. Fresh and with a good variety. Only negatives were a coffee machine that was broken in the room and the fact that the staff would only leave one teabag each day even though there were two of us staying there. Also the hand wash and body wash were down to the last bit when we arrived and were not refilled the following morning. We had to ask for more at the front desk.

We had a clean bare bones, basic room. We had a thermostat that didn’t seem to work luckily it was a cool day and we were able to open the window to get some air for the evening. We couldn’t tell what temperature is because everything on the thermostat was rubbed off, so you just had a dial and you guessed what you were setting it to. Good place to stay if you are just there to catch a flight.

Arrived having checked in on-line but still queued for 40 mins to get a room key. Then we found out none of the lifts were working and we were on 5th floor. Had to go in a service elevator having gone through a room packed with laundry trolleys. One of out party tripped over a trolley, scuffed their knee and damaged their mobile phone. Management handled the subsequent complaint without sympathy or understanding.
Buffet breakfast was worst I’ve ever experienced - just diced potatoes and sausages for hot food - no eggs? Stay at this hotel if you want a ‘third World’ experience it really was unbelievably bad. We will never go back….

The IBIS is very well located relative to the airport terminals and train station, a big plus in our case. All was good with the stay, our only real complaint was the amount of time it took to check in. We were lined up for 30 minutes plus with only only one, and occasionally two, agents working the front desk.

Perfectly located for someone with an early flight out of CDG.
The hotel is convenient - short connecting train ride to Terminals, hotel clean, and staff available and knowledgeable. Was only ythere overnight, and not able to access amenities other than food market, though fellow travelers seemed to be enjoying table games in the lobby.

Paris was in a heat wave and our room was dangerously hot, about 32 degrees - the air
Conditioning wasn’t working. I mentioned it to staff several times and every one said nothing could be done. I was sweating all night. I had to take multiple cold showers throughout the night. Conditions were in humain.
I would not recommend this hotel,
The food was mediocre and hours of availability for food services were terrible for a hotel at an international airport, food services would be available at all hours.

Staff were so rude 😒 to us as hijabi with very obvious discrimination we were in the long line and tried to as at another desk if someone can take us earlier to check in thet said no you have to wait ...waited 15 minutes when we only booked it for a 6 hour sleep! Then once we arrived at our turn the girl ignored us closed the counter and said to take us at the other check desk who refused us before and left with a look 🤔 then inside the room the AC was NOT working super hot 😳 😐 and couldn't sleep and by the time we realized it we had no time or energy to even complain as we were so tired ....terrible experience!

Apparently in France it is a requirement that hotels switch on their air conditioning system no later than May 28th. France was going through a hot spell with daytime temperatures in Paris of 31°c. The hotel was very hot inside and our room was even hotter. I went to talk to the Front Desk about it and was told no AC until May 28th. Other family members stayed that night in the Hilton next door and that hotel was fully air conditioned. The result for us was that we spent an unimaginably uncomfortable night in an room that must have been about 86° or 87° with absolutely no airflow from the heating/cooling unit in our room - no airflow at all.

This was a truly terrible experience.

A large hotel 30 meters from terminal 3. We returned the car to term 1 and took the shuttle train to term 3 and walked to the hotel very convenient. In the term before exiting there was a convenient store with a large selection of junk food, sandwiches, wine and Crispy Creme donuts. Largest room we had in our trip.

Aucun air climatisé pendant une canicule! Ont a dû ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas mourir de chaleur mais du bruit à proximité toute la nuit! Donc pas beaucoup de sommeil! L’hôtel mentionne que l’air climatisé n’est pas accessible au printemps!! Il fesait 32 degrés Celsius et la chambre était un fourneaux.

I stayed at the Ibis hotel at CDG Airport and was disappointed by all the extra charges. No complimentary water, no toothpaste or basic amenities, and they even charge for luggage holding before check-in, while most hotels offer that service for free. For an airport hotel, I expected better hospitality and convenience.

At midnight someone entered our room with a key and left when he saw it was occupied. 15 minutes later the desk called and asked me 5 times to spell my name, asked how I got in the room, asked for my confirmation number and asked if they could come up to the room to straighten out the problem. I said NO. Finally they determined that maybe there was another person in the hotel with the same name and let me go back to sleep. It is alarming to have someone enter your room while you are sleeping. It is disturbing to be interrogated in the middle of the night about the legitimacy of your occupancy of the room. This was NOT a good experience. Obviously there was a serious problem with the hotel computer system to give out two sets of keys to the same room.

Un hôtel bien tenu, très pratique quand on prends l’avion à un prix raisonnable pour les chambres les moins chères et pour la région.
A recommander si vous devez passer une nuit avant votre vol. Je séjourne à cet hôtel depuis maintenant 15 ans une à deux fois par an et il convient parfaitement. Si vous avez plus de moyens et vous souhaitez une chambre plus grande et confortable, c’est aussi possible et elles sont très bien. C’est juste une question de coût et de besoins. Pour ma part les plus petites me vont très bien pour une nuit avant un vol.

The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Simply take the cdgval to terminal 3 and walk outside the terminal.
The staff at the check in desk were friendly and helpful.
The room itself is basic. A typical ibis. At least one extra towel would be helpful.
I had dinner at the Italian place. I think the quality has gone down from my previous visit. Also server was slow and rude.
