This was the best airport Hotel we've ever experienced. Wonderful staff. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and a very convenient location for an early morning flight our of CDG. I wouldn't hesitate staying again. Far nicer than the price would suggest.

The plus was a comfortable bed. Be aware the hotel is undergoing renovation and there is significant construction noise during the day. They are very rigid about the check-in time. They restaurant only offers a buffet and it did not look appealing for the $40+ cost. (We walked to the nearby Novotel for a nice supper.) They offer a shuttle service to the airport (5 euro pp) but be aware that it stops only at Terminal 2. OK for a night but not really good value for the price.

Great buffet, but I didn’t feel safe here. Someone kept trying to open my door, so I yelled “Oui?” to show the room was occupied and even blocked the door with my luggage—there was no chain or secondary lock. Through the peephole, I saw three men loitering outside, speaking neither French nor English. One banged on my door before they walked off laughing.

When I called the front desk (no phone in the room—had to use my cell), they said my floor was under construction and the men were workers who “didn’t realize” my room was occupied. A staff member came up, briefly told them to stop opening my door, then left. At my persistence, she later offered to move me to the 5th floor, but as we walked past the same men still lingering after 6 p.m., I felt no safer.

I went downstairs and spoke to a manager who understood my fears and she offered to transfer me to a different hotel--at no expense to myself. And comp me my (non) stay at this hotel.
Terrifying!

Comfortable stay while on transit

Our stay was only for a night, and we weren’t expecting anything too fancy or comfortable, so we were positively surprised with the quality. The person at the front desk was very helpful to check us in in less than 3 minutes. Same goes for check-out. Everyone was friendly. The hotel has a 5 euro transport option to the CDG airport, but we ended up getting a Bolt for less than 8 euros. A heads-up: our room had only a handheld shower head, but that was no issue for us. Would stay here again.

Our family stayed here recently after Norse Canceled (!?) our flight to NYC last minute. We were totally satisfied with this property & the breakfast buffet is top notch. They also accommodate flexible check-out times for a reasonable fee. Highly Recommended.

There was a weird smell when you get out of the elevator going to your room. All the accessories are outdated.

The receptionist took a long time. She was helping , i hope another guest, but she needed to leave the front and go outside to talk to them. Waiting for at least 15 min so I decided to ff her outside. Its been a long day and the one thing i dont want to do is wait. When she saw me outside, thats when she went back inside .

I liked the place overall. I don't understand why the hotel has 4-stars because it is very old and worn-out. However, the hotel was well managed and very clean, and the bed was comfort.
But I had a bad experience when I check out - I was in hurry, so I wanted to ask the shuttle schedule. What I said to the person at the reception was "Hello! Excuse me, I'd like to ask about the shuttle schedule -". But the person stared at me and said "good morning", so I answered "yes hello-" and she stared me and repeated "good morning", as I should say the word. I could get the answer that I wanted after I said "good morning" to her. I believe I have greeted enough, but "hello" wasn't enough greeting for her? I felt like I was a student and scolded by my teacher.

CHECK-IN TOOK over 1 hour and RUDE STAFF

My husband and I arrived at 12:15 am, and we finally got checked-in at 1:30 am. Two buses arrived after us, and the employees allowed the guests from the bus to cut in front of us. The employee stated that some days have longer waits and that our wait time could have been up to three hours. When we stated the long wait was unacceptable, the employee asked in a condescending manner, "Would you like to do my job for me?" Also, after paying for our room and waiting for the employee to continuously click and look at his computer for several more minutes, we asked what he was working on so we knew if we'd be able to go to our room soon. He stated that he wasn't going to argue with us and then told us he would no longer be speaking to us. Finally, the employee announced our room number to everyone in the lobby. This made us feel unsafe. I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect connection by bus to airport and Paris.

We spend a night between flights and an afternoon in Paris. The hotel was convenient for both. We would have liked a shuttle from the airport, and better information about proximity to public transport. The best way to get to and from the airport and downtown Paris is actually a bus that leaves and arrives every 30 min right in front of the hotel and connects to terminal 1/3. This feature should be advertised for this very nice hotel.

Sure it could use some TLC. The rooms (except most expensive ones) haven’t been updated in 20+ years, and show clear signs of wear and tear. But overall, spacious and they have everything you need.
The underground parking is a plus if you have a car.

1of the best in comparison to all the places we have stayed definitely in the top 5 globally. Minus the use of game system for entertainment was a slow volume out put dialog that made every thing we wanted to watch in American English looked like a classic Kung-Fu flick.. Other than that I was blown away the breakfast selection was amazing.

Check in was slow and one of the receptionist was unprofessional, complaining about the amount of questions a customer was asking. Perhaps he would not have to answer so many questions if information was available and clear. The same receptionist stayed in the office instead of the front desk as the lobby was filling up with guests waiting to check out.

The bed was not done and looked like it had been slept in with hair on the sheet. Overall I am quite disappointed as I thought that I had booked a hotel of a high standard. The hotel is quite noisy too, noise seems to be travelling through the vent. I doubt I will book again which is a shame as the location is convenient.

Reasonably nice hotel in good location

Staff was nice and everyone I talked to spoke English, which wasnt expected but was very nice. I stayed for three nights as I attended a conference, and was booked i one of the Deluxe rooms, which was lovely and mostly comfortable. The shower was exquisite, I would love to have one just like it at home.

The bed was nice, but the head area is on wheels for some reason, and made a squealing sound whenever I moved, and am the type that turns like a rotisserie chicken when I am laying down. Other than that, the room very comfortable and clean, and looked to be very newly renovated.

Drawback was safety. As a woman travelling alone, I would have preferred a door with a chain, latch or bolt that I could close from the inside. As it stands, it can be opened with only a key card, and I came back from my conference to a male employee trying to gain entrance to the room with a keycard for no apparent reason. When I questioned him, he apologised and left, but it was strange and I would have slept better having been able to lock the door after him.

There was a lot of conflicting information online regarding the shuttle service, such as availability and cost. As such, I was not able to use it on the way in, but did make use of it on the way back to the airport, where it was quick and pleasant.

There was a bus stop just outside, and a variety of other hotels close by. I was able to get an Uber into Paris for under 40 Euro, and the ride to the airport was only a few minutes.

Convenient for my purposes, which is to stay close to Charles de Gaule Airport for access to my early international flight. Hotel rooms need updating. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is pretty good for the value. I wouldn't stay here for a leisure trip though. There's an airport shuttle that goes every 30 minutes, but drops you at the Navette, or airport train, which adds another 15minutes to you getting to your gate. I opted to Uber for a reasonable fee directly to the Terminal.

Séjour d'une nuit en famille pour un entre 2 vols et j'ai bien aimé le séjour. Hotel correct et très propre. Par contre l'environnement extérieur est assez effrayant et bruyant la nuit. Bcp de monde et on ne sait pas si ce sont des clients de l'hôtel ou non.
Sinon Personnel acceuillant et très serviable.
Nous sommes arrivés tard et on a trouvé que le sofa était deja fait en lit pour les enfants. Le setvice au petit dej était top. Un buffet varié et pour tous les gouts.

The best part of the hotel is definitely the pool! Large, sparking clean, bar and hammock in pool and the seating is multi-level. Don't expect quality food or quick service from the pool bar. I would give the food 1 star-no salsa offered for the "nachos" which consisted of 12 chips with a little cheese microwaved on top. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing! But the room was large and comfortable. There's a really cool patio with comfy seating on each room. Book the room that has a pool view on the first floor-you can swim right into the pool from your patio! We are spoiled in America and with this in mind the hotel seemed a little "tired". But looks like they are renovating. Unfortunately. the reno was happening while we were there so the noise was loud. But they worked day and night so hopefully it's done when you go. Kinda annoying that you use your ONE key to keep the lights on and a/c going-so when you return you have to start from scratch to get the room cooled down. Not a fault of the hotel, seems universal in the area. Check in staff was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Free breakfast was a mix of Am traditional w/Asian. You can find tuktuks for a 50B ride to town. Overall, I would rec this hotel and stay here again.
