We checked in on Friday evening and headed straight to bed. After about 30 minutes another guest let herself into our room saying it was hers. My son and I got such a fright! Eventually the situation was resolved, but the next day on our return to our room the key didn’t work. We went back to reception and they claimed we hadn’t paid the tourist tax (which was paid at check in the night before - it appeared not to have been processed correctly by the person checking us in. The experience left us not feeling particularly safe or reassured about the training of staff

I was staying at the hotel the night before I flew home. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell just before I got to the hotel, hurt my arm and shoulder and was in a lot of pain. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Helped me with my luggage, got me ice, pulled a modified sling together and were exceptionally kind. Madeleine was especially great. I can’t thank them enough for the TLC when I was hurting and a bit in shock.

Spent 4 nights here in which staff seemed very passive not very friendly my room had no window for fresh air the second night it was very hot ..I requested a fan because I was told a technician would look at the air and they never did ..after 1 day they finally brought me a fan that helped a lot .

I phoned and confirmed about three days before, but when i got there, they told me I had no booking?? my friend had booked a double room and so they changed that to be a twin room, so I had someone to stay. alas the next day I took my papers down and the manager confirmed I did have a booking. as we had used the twin room already, we asked for the management to cancel my booking a give a refund - which they agreed to . I asked as I was leaving if they had done so and they said yes and it was now in the hands of the booking agent and I haven't heard a thig since. Note I had to pay the extra to pay for the twin room cost and the extra two breakfast so I will be very upset if I don't get a total refund, as it was agreed with the Manager, when it clearly was my mistake but theirs.

Conveniently located just outside Terminal 3 by the train and RER station. We’ve found this to be a great place upon a late arrival and for an early departure. Friendly helpful staff and decent restaurant. We opted for an early light breakfast of coffee and croissants instead of the full breakfast. Easy connection to downtown train stations.

We needed an airport hotel, and chose this one. I would give it 5 stars except the a/c really didn’t work at all. This is common these days in France (in my experience) as the controls do no permit a temperature setting below about 19/20c. I find this too hot for sleeping and it’s a misrepresentation to advertise that the hotel “has ac”. Otherwise, the room was fine and service was fine, but it was way too hot, and no window that opened (the latch had been decommissioned).

This is all about location and they have a captive audience. Staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms need some updating/repair. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The dinner food was good. The service was a bit slow, but likely to staff to customer ratio. The key cards were not very satisfactory as half the time they didn't work and it wasn't just us. We interacted with several other people who had the same issue. It should be mandatory to provide 2 cards to a room if there is more than one occupant. The reason being, you have to leave the card in the room to work the lights, but can't access the room area without a card due to the security door leaving lobby, which requires a card. We were there for only 1 night and didn't realize it's necessity when we checked in, but soon discovered the issue if someone stays behind in the room.
