J'ai tout apprécié de l'hotel sauf l'accès à la piscine, qui est en fait un complexe aquatique à coté de l'hotel, ouvert au public (pas juste aux clients) et donc facilement bondé et avec des horaires limités.

Hotel had no air conditioner working in our room. Asked if someone can fix it and was promised in 30 minutes. We left to return our rental car in meantime.
After coming back to hotel in 99F heat,, the room was still extremely hot. I requested a room change and was told that the hotel was fully booked.
I asked for a fan but it did not cool the room.
As a result we left hotel at 6am and had no time to have breakfast.
Also hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and the shuttle they provide drops you off only at Terminal 2.
We had to take an Uber to get to our terminal 1 in a hot and humid day.
So would advise to get a closer hotel to the terminal and avoid the hassle.

The hotel was very nice. Well-equipped and esthetically pleasing. We travelled to Paris during the heatwave, so AC was not the best in the room. The staff did bring a fan to our room which helped tremendously. Our shuttle left early 615a, so we did not have the breakfast. We were told they would make to go boxes for us, but we did not receive them. That was ok.

Everything was great except that the hairdryer did not work. Plus, they asked that you not plug the hairdryer into the plug in the bathroom, but the other plugs were in very inconvenient places where there was no mirror.

The breakfast was excellent and the shuttle was very convenient.

There were a couple of issues that future guests should be aware of.
The pool situation was not quite as described on Hotels.com. The available pool is actually a separate community pool rather than an on-site hotel pool. Additionally, my son was required to change into the swimwear provided by the facility because standard swim trunks were not permitted. This wasn't a major issue for us, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. We also did not find the six pools that were advertised as available.
Another disappointment was that the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, making the room very hot and uncomfortable. We chose not to contact maintenance because we had an early flight out of CDG in the morning and were leaving before repairs could realistically be made.
While these issues did not completely ruin our stay, more accurate information about the pool facilities and better maintenance of the air conditioning would have improved our experience.

We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. Shower in room leaked EVERYWHERE. Hair dryer was making weird noises when tried to use it. Will not be staying in this hotel again.

Wow!!!!! What an amazing hotel!! First, the location is great: Close enough to the airport, shuttle to and from the hotel. You can take a stroll outside the hotel - it is beautiful!
The staff was great. They were kind and helpful.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable.
The breakfast is not less than a breakfast in a fancy hotel. There was meat, fruits, vegetables, pastries, cheese and more.
I highly recommend this hotel.

It was the perfect hotel for a family vacation. Our room was spacious, and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary water, juice, and macarons.

One of the highlights of our stay was having access to the water park and ice rink. My daughter especially loved the ice skating and spent hours enjoying the pools. I also appreciated the adults-only area, which provided a relaxing space to unwind.

The restaurant food was excellent. The included breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of choices, and the dinner menu was both delicious and reasonably priced.

The shuttle service was very convenient, although it’s important to check the schedule since it does not operate all day.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

For the positives:
- The staff were very friendly and helpful
- The food in the restaurant was actually quite good.
- There is a pool.....kind of. They give you access to a nearby pool facility, but your experience at that facility may vary. When we went over 1/2 the pools were closed and the pools that were open were extremely crowded.

For the negatives:
- The AC in the room didn't seem to cool the room down very well
- The toilet room door did not lock properly (lock misalignment)
- The poor construction of the shower meant that water leaks out of the shower all over the bathroom floor.

Hotel top notch, love the mixture of interior and exterior surroundings, and the open meeting area at the bar.
The village is well worth the short walk, and compliments the offering extremely well.

I visited on business in connection with an exhibition, and the Jangle provided us all with shuttle offerings both to and from the exhibition which I consider \"above and beyond\".

We had very few problems during our stay but the reason I’m still leaving 5 stars is because the staff was amazing and incredibly accommodating! My French is a bit broken but the staff was very understanding and patient with me. The airport shuttle was great and the room was clean. The main hiccup we had was that the drain system in the shower had an awful odor. Someone was sent to clean the bathroom but the smell persisted. Thankfully, we were put in another room on the same floor near the elevator with no problems :) The next room still had a faint smell from the drain, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as the previous room and was bearable. The walls are very thin however, and I was woken up by some rated-R sounding noises one morning.

The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the onion soup, 4 cheese pizza, and lamb chops! The mini shop by reception also has plenty of snacks and candy.

The bus stop is also just a 5-10min walk away from the hotel and can take you to and from the airport or to other train stations. I’d recommend looking up local metro stations that aren’t affiliated with the airport so you can buy an all-day/weekly pass which works for the bus and the metro to get to Paris (standard passes will not work if you’re going towards Paris, you have to purchase more expensive ones).

Overall, I would stay here again in a heart beat! It’s more affordable than a hotel in the center of Paris and is only 1-1.5hrs away from the city via public transit.

The airport shuttle was hard to find, the direction was not clear on which gate. The room was pretty clean. The restaurant staffs were great. However, the front desk/ supervisor staff was caught in the act on stealing our money by entering our room even though do not disturb sign was on the door. Be aware that this is not the first time it happened. Upon reading other reviews, other people had the same experience. Do not stay in this hotel!

This hotel has such an authentic vibe with lush green everywhere, unique decor, easy to follow signs, instructions and information. I was so grateful to not feel lost there at all. I didnt get tpbuse the amenties but I love the idea that yhe property us so huge for a skating rink, aquatic park, spa services, fitness, etc. The airport shuttle was super easy to book amd arrange. All the staff were very knowledgeable and versed in English to my relief. The TV in my room was massive! The restaurant food was excellent and I enjoyed the daily breakfast so much!

Booked this hotel due to shuttle bus from airport & restaurant for evening meal. However prior to arrival message advised that the shuttle didn’t run between 12 noon to 5:30pm and we were due in at 4pm! So had to find alternative transport to hotel. On arrival a Reception staff member was in the phone. There was no acknowledgement from that staff member or from another that came to reception, collected something and walked away. After the call ended maybe 5-10mins, we were welcomed to the hotel and check-in was smooth.
We did eat at the restaurant, limited menu but nice food. Given the choice of any table, empty at 7:30pm, but couldn’t sit at the one we pointed to as it was for four! At end of meal we asked for check, but had to ask again 10mins later and told, “yes it’s at the bar”. I guess the staff forgot to mention this. Decided not to then have a drink in the bar due to the sport on the TV which was loud.
Staff also very preoccupied with their cell personal cell phones, and after smoking break outside the restaurant window, returned to the bar taking off their coat from the serving side of the bar. It all seemed very unprofessional.

I liked the free shuttle service to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Hotel was very well appointed with many options to sit and enjoy a meal or just lounge around. Breakfast, which was also included in the price, was delicious. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was wonderful.
My husband and I agreed we would come back whenever we returned to Paris.

Shuttle do not run from 11.30 until 5.30 pm, if you don’t have an appointment from previous day you have to wait 2+ hours or take uber $15 euros to airport and they have other vans on their parking lot but only 1 running.
Poor breakfast no fresh coffee or juice, they offer coffee and juice machines.
No shampoo or conditioner available or at their mini market to buy so if you need that you have to go to airport.
No cover sheet for your bed only bedcover.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We unfortunately only spent one night here for our last night in Paris to be closer to the airport for our flight out. The second we walked into the lobby in the evening, instant regret for not showing up earlier. Once we got settled in our room we wished we had spent 2 night there just to enjoy a full day at the hotel. The staff were great, room was great. Our first room AC didnt work and it got quite hot. They tried to fix it and when they couldnt, they moved us into a new room.

Rooms were spacious and quiet with a huge tv. Lobby had swings in it. Perfect place to lounge. Breakfast was great. Plenty of snacks in the lobby to purchase, as well as food from the bar. And free shuttle to the airport.

We never made it to the pool but if i come back to Paris I would spend more time at this hotel.

As an airport hotel I only stayed one night but I note that they are building a metro station just opposite the hotel, so I would consider staying for longer when that opens and accessibility to Paris is increased

Biggest perk is that it made my life easier to stay here overnight instead of trying to hustle to the airport morning-of for my 10:30 am international flight.

I almost missed the window for using the pools (adjacent building; not part of the hotel). Be sure to get there by 8 pm if you want to partake.
Shuttle definitely took 30 minutes to get to the platform at the airport; driver was friendly and made it to the hotel in 15 minutes or so. Expect 45 minutes from the time you get to the shuttle platform to the front desk.
Despite three staff people being at reception, I had to wait for the couple in front of me to finish checking in. Took 15 minutes. Would have been cool if another colleague had stepped in to help speed it up.
Room has a great big bed with good pillows. Everything clean- shower came with an all in one shower gel and shampoo combo. Toilet is a closet next to front door; really tiny space.
On a rainy day, the grounds are superfluous but they did have a grassy area outside.
Restaurant food was fine.
Service at restaurant was exceptionally good.

Make a reservation for your shuttle to take you back to the airport to ensure there is a spot for you. It’s included in the cost of the room but they do need a heads up.

Definitely good for the price. Spacious clean rooms. Nice sloppy with snacks that could be bought anytime in a small restaurant a good food. The shuttle is awesome. We had a bit of an issue with our shower and the coffee of the room was not well supplied. The only other issue we had was a check-in. There was a line with 1 person working in the desk. There were two other people doing things at the desk and never volunteered to help. the people in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience. Would definitely stay there again for an early flight out of Charles to call.

All good except picking up the shuttle from CDG. Pretty much impossible to find the correct pick up point.
I had called a couple weeks ahead of time, but was given incorrect info, so as a result we missed the last shuttle of the day and had to pay for a taxi.
Fire alarm went off at breakfast, waiter said it was a mistake but took about 10-15 mins to get turned off - kinda' annoying.

The hotel was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The courtesy shuttle was great. Unfortunately an older couple who had be waiting 1/2 hour was pushed aside by 2 passengers that had been there for about 10 minutes. They were younger and more agile so easily got their bags into the shuttle. The couple had to wait another 1/2 hour which was very upsetting for them. Perhaps the driver could ask the travellers who had been there the longest.

Nice hotel but was a bit worn and needs maintaining. Air conditioning in room froze up and dripped from ceiling. I called the front desk and was told someone would be up shortly to fix it. Nobody ever came. Breakfast was good but quite crowded. Couldn’t find seats for all 7 of our group so went into an adjacent area that was open and sat at round table. Shortly a staff member scolded us, saying that these tables were set up for the evening restaurant service. Could be an outstanding hotel with a little maintenance and attention to customer needs.

The biggest problem was that the air conditioning didn't work in our room and did not cool it down at all. We even requested to change to a room that was working (it was also quite warm), and they indicated that both systems were working as designed so we didn't move rooms. Beware in those summer months! The breakfast, on the other hand was fantastic and above our expectations!

The hotel is located next to the airport. It is a decent place to spend a night before your flight. Good breakfast. Clean room. The shuttle to the airport is included: we returned the car at the airport in the evening after our trip to rural France and took the shuttle to the hotel; then, in the morning, the hotel's shuttle took us to the airport, which was convenient.

Comfortable beds and room, nice overall hotel decor so you don’t feel like you’re at an airport hotel for both lobby and room. The night staff was super nice and helpful. It was nice to have the facility next door to use for sauna, steam room, and pools, it’s a three minute walk. Convenient <5 min ride to the airport the next morning. There is a shuttle but we took an uber since it was a few of us with a lot of luggage.

After a slightly stressful check in experience (families are assigned two interconnecting rooms and the staff were confused and worried us telling us we had two bookings) we loved our stay. Rooms were so spacious, clean, modern and quiet! Breakfast was such an added bonus. There is a free shuttle from the airport but we didn't use this as it was too busy and a long wait.

A great hotel for a one night stay at the airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the airport but luckily they provide a free shuttle. Unfortunately the night I arrived the other guests and I waited an hour for it to arrive and it was late in the evening.. this wasn’t ideal after a long day of traveling The hotel room was clean and quiet but the hallways are tired and marked up. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots of seating!

The hotel is beautiful, new and clean. The staff was super helpful and ensured we had a breakfast bagged for our early flight and scheduled our airport shuttle. The A/C was not working in our room, but the ensured that we had portable A/Cs to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you need to get to the airport timely.

We stayed here before catching a flight out of CDG. The hotel is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, but there is a free shuttle running every 30 mins. We found it very comfortable and family-friendly (there are a few games and even a swing in the lobby). The food is fine for hotel food. The biggest plus is convenience to the airport. The rooms were spacious for Europe.

For the size of the hotel the shuttle service was extremely disappointing. Only having the capacity to move 7 guests in half hr increments was frustrating, Especially when trying to get from/to the airport!!

Bank on using your own transportation services and not rely on shuttle services offered.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning started leaking water through the ceiling at 3am and I had to pack up my luggage to be moved to another room in the middle of the night. The staff was very helpful with transporting my luggage from one room to another and finding items that I had left behind. The nearby pool closed early and opened late, which was strange during a heat wave. The shuttle to the airport was too small and too infrequent. The food in the restaurant was not very good at dinner time so I didn't stay for breakfast. (Excellent service from the staff in the restaurant, however). Although I received excellent service during my time at the hotel and I enjoyed spending time on the terrace in the evening (the garden is beautiful), I don't think I will return.

Customer service was Paragon. The ladies up front, very professional and very polite. The restaurant downstairs service was good. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean.
The breakfast could use a little bit of work. Mainly with the meats, they appeared to be boiled but everything else was fine. Shuttle service on time and the driver was pleasant, overall, a very nice stay and I would book there again.

Idéal pour un court séjour d'une ou deux nuits en attente d'un vol. Propre, tranquille (ventilation un peu bruyante par contre) lorsque la chambre est situé près des toits de l'hôtel. Lit confortable.
