We had a lovely stay for the night. Kendra at the front desk is a gem! Professional, friendly and goes above and beyond making your experience top notch. We had an issue with the temperature in our room. We had a wonderful young man that came quickly and assessed the situation. He gave us options to make us comfortable even moving our room.he was also incredibly helpful and kind.

The seat on the toilet cracked when I sat in it, and it scraped and cut me, there was bleeding from this. This was a great disturbance to my night and I wasn’t able to sleep before an international flight. I would like this resolved and a refund.

We had a wonderful short stay at Jangle Hotel Paris. The room was clean, and the breakfast spread was genuinely impressive. I especially appreciated how well the staff handled the big Sunday morning crowd—they kept everything running smoothly and made sure fresh food was brought out constantly. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or restaurant since our visit was brief, but the shuttle service to and from the airport made the trip incredibly convenient. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well‑run hotel. I traveled with my 8-year-old son so please know the hotel is family friendly.

I had problems with the coffee machine at first and had to call the technician up as no water was coming through. He fix it but unfortunately there was then no milk to put in the coffee so I had to go down to reception to ask. I was told to see the barman which I did and also asked for me coffee pods. I got the milk but was told to see reception for the pods but as there was a large queue for check in I gave up.
Had a wonderful French beer and fish and chips. The fish was great but unfortunately the chips were almost cold, I ate them anyway.
Most of the staff were lovely and the room and bed were great.
Will definitely stay again.

The room was very clean, and the staff were courteous. The hotel’s location near the airport is convenient, but it is far from most attractions. There is no shuttle service between 12 PM and 5 PM, so guests arriving or departing during those hours must rely on taxis or Uber.

The restaurant has very limited food options and is overpriced. I ordered a well-done steak but was served an undercooked one with red inside. When I asked for a replacement, it was still not prepared correctly and ended up overcooked.

Overall, the room was the only part of my stay that I liked.

I booked with The Jangle Hotel based upon high reviews. Prior to arriving, the hotel sent a welcoming message with a reminder of their shuttle service. I was greatly impressed.

I am giving a mediocre rating for the following reasons: the shuttle service was not booked for the time I requested. My intuition told me to consult reception in the morning and thankfully the new team at the reception desk got us on at a suitable time. An older gentleman was our initial waiter. I ordered soup and salad. He suggested repeatedly to start with salad and end with soup.The soup never came. Though I noted several others arriving after us were served and on their way before we were ever approached again. In fact, a man two tables over ordered the same meal as me, albeit the large salad, served by the same waiter and he was served promptly. A waitress came, I explained the situation. She clearly did not understand. I requested the soup originally ordered and suggested my son order a dessert. Again, the order took an extremely long time to the point I cancelled the request and paid for what we consumed. Finally, upon settling down for the night, discovered the toilet was leaking as we could hear it dripping. I contacted the front desk who moved us to the first floor behind reception where it was very loud time.

Overall, I would consider your reason for staying. If it is to be close to the airport, you can do better as I have stayed at CDG airport hotel before with greater success.

The room looks nice design-wise, but there were clear signs of a water leak on the ceiling, which was not pleasant to see. Unfortunately, the service was even more disappointing.

From a four-star hotel, you expect basic needs to be taken care of. Housekeeping did not replenish toilet paper, tissues, or bottled water. When I contacted reception, I was told I had to go downstairs and pick them up myself. This felt very surprising and inconvenient.

The restaurant was also disappointing. At breakfast, the leaf salad was not fresh and smelled spoiled. For dinner, I ordered a steak that was extremely tough and lacked flavour.

Overall, very poor impressions of my stay. I will not be returning.

Quick late night layover only - in late and out early. Room was great, free shuttle was appreciated, only slight annoyance (and purely because exhausted and wanted to go to bed ASAP) was check in took quite a while with only one person and full shuttle drop offs.

Would stay again if ever back in Paris! .

Shuttle was adequate. Please begin serving breakfast earlier!! A crowd of over 60 anxious travelers clogged the doors waiting for them to open. Please put out continental breakfast early and add hot options as you can. 5am instead of 6:30, Please!

Room was very nice and clean. The hotel had a restaurant on site and it was delicious. We had the fish and chips for lunch and for dinner ordered ribs and a burger. The complimentary breakfast included with our stay was okay. Overall great stay and will definitely be back should we need a hotel close to the airport.

Cleanliness in the bathroom; Clear description of the property as the pictures make it look like the pool is attached to the hotel and in reality it is not. Additionally, we had no hot running water in the shower prior to our 9hr flight. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

From the complimentary shuttle service with such helpful drivers to and from the airport, to the welcoming staff at the hotel, to the warm, clean inviting room with such a comfy bed, I was very happy that I chose the Jangle to stay at, and to top it off, a wonderful free breakfast with a nice variety and healthy options as well. Fabulous hotel, would definitely stay again!

The children really liked the lobby area and the varieties at breakfast.

The room was spotless and big. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was easily and silently (!) controlled. The bar/restaurant staff were really kind. I am American and saw how kind and patient they were with other Americans who were sadly lacking in these qualities. Danae and Maryski(sp) were lovely.

For the most part, the hotel and staff were great. As for cons: too far from everything, had to rely on the shuttle to take me to the airport toget on the train to the city, no restaurants or stores near, indoor pool and hot tub shut down a week before, the evening dinner staff seemed bothered to help me, the fire alarm woke the entire hotel up in the middle of the night on the first night (staff showed no empathy), and we have to make a reservation to take the shuttle to the airport or else the driver has an attitude (not the main driver - he was excellent). Overall, I liked the hotel once I got used to it, but next time, I'm staying closer to the city.

The staff was incredibly friendly, we got to experience a few of the staff but the service Nawal provided was exceptionally good. Her service and friendliness made us come back for 3 more days.

The restaurant food was amazing and the service there was in top too.

The only thing I wasn’t impressed by was their breakfast food choices and quality. One day I didn’t even get my coffee as they were cleaning the machines before the breakfast time was done.

Room is clean, breakfast is good. Is my over night stay for connecting flight. Recommended to stay there. Shuttle service is good and easy. Only concern is that when the going into hotel is half an hour apart, so if there are many at the same time, you have to wait for an hour an hour for another one.
