The airport shuttle was very convenient. I would have liked more gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. I had a bad diabetic episode because there weren’t sensible/filling choices on the menu. You can’t live on pizza (which contains gluten anyway).

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Clean room. We did not have time to use the pools or water park. We waited a really long time for the shuttle to the hotel but you can (& should because it fills up) reserve a timed spot for the shuttle to the airport. It is in a warehouse type area so we had to walk about 15-20 min to this great Italian restaurant then Ubered back. (We decided against the hotel restaurant for our last dinner in France)

The hotel was very modern and the room was fine. Thank you to the ladies who arranged a free early check in for me. I arrived at around 7am because of the flight so I slept on a sofa and they must have felt sorry for me. There isn’t much outside apart from just countryside. Negatives are, I think the price of an early check in (I was originally told €80) and breakfast (€22) were way too much.

The only redeeming quality this hotel had during our stay was the wonderful meal at night and the great breakfast in the morning. Our room had no AC and the temp was 30 degrees. Misleading information indicating that the room we booked had AC when it did not based on the time of the year. Since when does the hotel decide the clients temperature. Provided 2 fans, barely strong enough. Check in office staff were the rudest and most condescending I have encountered in some time. (one young lady in particular) The manager that evening redeemed the service from the front desk. Overall experience very negative after a long day of travel. Beyond my comprehension and false advertising. Put a sour note on our entire time in France after 16 days of great experiences to have ended it with such bad service. Then the room, 3 adults, only 2 full sized towels. The twin bed looked like an afterthought in the room jammed up against the wall. No words; do better The Jangle Hotel.

The food in the restaurant was undercooked well done hamburger that was supposed to be medium well was still raw in the Center….gross. The breakfast buffet food that was supposed to be hot was cold. No air movement in the rooms. Windows don’t open and AC isn’t turned on, so fans don’t even work.

It was not clear that reservations to use the shuttle were strongly recommended. Because of this we had to get in a really early shuttle. This left no time for breakfast other than a fast coffee. And the breakfast room was not ready at 6:30 am as it was supposed to be. Also, the AC did not cool the room at all. We were hot. Otherwise, the property seemed nice and the room size was good a no a good bed.

Upon check in we were not told that the air conditioning in our room was broken. I called the front desk and they assured me they would deliver a fan. After waiting an hour I called again once again said they would deliver a fan but never did. It was extremely high in the room and 80°F.

If you believe that comfortable indoor climate control and air flow are basic hotel necessities, do not stay at this place. What a paradoxical experience. An amazingly efficient and friendly free shuttle service from (and to) the airport made a great first impression, as did the general condition of the newer, hermetically sealed and insulated hotel structure and the staff. We got to our room and the AC was not working. It was hot. No airflow. We went down to the reception because front desk refused to answer the phone. There were multiple guests complaining about the same thing. The explanation? Today was warm outside, but tomorrow it will be cold, so the hotel does not turn on the AC! In fact, they keep it off until sometime later in May of each year. Can you open a window? Absolutely not, this is an energy efficient (meaning you can roast to death) hotel, and we are told the airplanes flying over would then be too loud. Solution by a stressed out staff? Give everyone an electric floor fan to provide some relief. Unbelievable. Management here has no business being in the hospitality industry. It rained the next day, and under their approach, they'd probably turn off the showers since it was wet outside. I rarely give poor reviews, but this was a terrible choice despite all the things this hotel should have in its favor. Shame on the management of this establishment for their ridiculous penny pinching antics.

We shouldn’t only go to the airport to exchange for euros there should be multiple options other than that I would book with them again if the choice was given..….

We stayed on for one night at the beginning of April and two nights at the end. Both times we used the pool facility (great!!)

At the end of the month (our two night stay), our room was very hot, 22° (no ac). We asked at the front desk and two women told me, the AC does not run in the room this time of year for environmental reasons, and offered to have a fan sent to the room. At check out, I asked which month they turn the ac on in the rooms? A different woman at the desk said “they are working right now”. And if there was a problem with our room we shouldn’t have notified the desk and they could have send a technician to fix it! When I told her what the other two woman had told me she said that was not correct and apologized!

We ate at the buffet breakfast for both stays. It had great coffee and a good selection of food. However, the hot items are cold, even though they are in closed metal trays on hot plates. They need to turn the temp up on the burners. The bacon was sitting at 60° and the potato’s/eggs 30°. No where near warm enough and questionable as it would be the correct heat for safety standards. More fruit would be nice, we bought some in Paris for breakfast.

We used the shuttle both trips, 1st time dropped at our terminal, 2nd time left at a drop point. The drop point was terrible, no elevator working and there was a lady with a walker! I would personally take a 13€ uber and get dropped at your terminal.

Our waitress during dinner service was horrible, took 25 minutes for the waitress to return after we were seated (there were only 3 tables with guests), she took our order, then the waitress sat at the bar on her phone and we never interacted with her again after. Another waitress brought our food out about 30 minutes later but we were never served again or talked to during our 1.5 hours in the restaurant. Food was a 3/5.

The buffet breakfast was terrible. Breakfast is served from 630am-10am I believe. We arrived at 830am. Half of the food was undercooked or freezing cold, the other half was out of stock and not refilled during our 30-45 minutes in the breakfast area. All tables, seats and the floor were dirty.

The Expedia/hotel listing has AC marked as an amenity but it is inactive until July or August according to staff. We were offered a small tower fan to help with the temperature. Room was at 23-24C all night and the windows do not open due to safety concerns.

Calling this a 4-star hotel is not accurate. They've dressed up a 2-3 star hotel as a 4-star but at the end the day, this is at best a 3-star hotel by any measurable standard.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights our first nighty was great, the hotel was clean, the food was great and our stay included access to an adjacent waterpark that was fantastic. The evening of our second night, the air-conditioning system stopped working. Unable to open a window the heat in our room became unbearable. I made several requests for a fan that qas never provided.

The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. It was quite a circuitous route to get there. The shuttle is reliable however the drop off location cold be improved. There were no working elevators at the location and I was with a mobility impaired individual. This probably reflects more on CDG than the Jangle. Would not hesitate to go to the Jangle again.

Did not get to experience breakfast due to our travel schedule, but area looked spacious to accommodate all travelers. Room did not have many outlets - lacking in USB or C port charging. Room does not have shampoo or conditioner, just body wash and hand soap. Pool amenities were off site, so a late night soak in a hot tub was unavailable outside of the operating hours of the neighboring municipal facility next door. Great for a quick stay while in between travel destinations.

Finding the airport shuttle took 90 minutes. The staff kept repeating directions that we could not understand. Level 5 is outside and only accessible by one elevator that was out of service. Instead of sending a poster with no useful information, they could have sent an airport/ train station map showing the pickup location. This delay caused us to miss using the pools which closed at 6 or 7 ( was not clear). I wanted to schedule a massage and could not figure out how to do that ahead of time or what the price was. But the staff were sympathetic and surprised us with a room upgrade when we finally arrived. The room was lovely. Dinner was inexpensive and good quality. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but we got some coffee in the room.

Staff were lovely, basic but clean room with a comfy bed. My kid loved the swings downstairs and they were so handy during check in or waiting for food. My only gripe is the advertised pool is next door, along a path with overgrown hedges and you need your own towel which I didn't realise. It isn't the hotel's pool it's a seperate lesuire centre you have free access too. If you plan for it, it's fine. If you go in slippers, a parka and your togs with no towel? Not so much. Would've appreciated being told this when we first came down in our swimmers and asked where it was, or on the advertising signs on the lift. In peak times, expect a longer shuttle pick up wait too, ours was 45 mins. I'd still absolutely stay again, just plan better

Biggest problem of this hotel is staff unmotivated, from reception desk (told him wanted room away from elevator and gave us room right next to elevator) to waiters (reminding him first waiter he did not charge us for first round of drinks and him tellingbis he did not remember serving us)to shuttle driver (shuttle reeks cigarettes)

Only issue was getting there as Charles De Gaule airport is my least favourite airport I have been to and it didn't disappoint. I could not find the hotel shuttle bus stop and the signs are hopeless. Ended up on the wrong side of Terminal 2 and so gave up and got a taxi. 40 Euros cash or 45 Euros for card but they all say the same thing and will not put a meter on. Only a 10 minute drive but that's what they charge to any hotel they said. Thieves. Got the shuttle back to the airport and was fine, but dropped off at Terminal 2 and had to go to Terminal 3 and so used the airport train but once you get off that you have to walk for 15 minutes to get to the Terminal. I only have hand luggage but a woman walking with 2 large suitcases was hurting. Thas CDG for you!

When we arrived, 8pm, there was only one person working the check-in and there were 8 people in line plus a full bus load of tourists(60 min) also in line for their room. Luckily the tour guide was able to assign keys to all those tourists but it took 45min in line to get to the poor woman at the desk. Nobody came to help her. She did give me two beverage vouchers at the restaurant for my patience. The rooms are very well noise insolated so quiet but very very warm (23degrees Celcius). We couldn’t open the window as it needed a special key, the AC was off as for their conservation policy (that was their answer though they have a pool and hot tub). They did eventually bring a fan after two reminders (60min). I would never stay there again but it was close to airport.

The shuttle is located on the top floor of the airport, and can be a real challenge to find. Ask an airport attendant how to find the Hotel Shuttle station. Also, the pool and amenities offered are off site - at a public facility - and a few minute walk along the road. It was quite crowded with many children when we visited. The breakfast was great and the hotel is a good option when you're flying from CDG.

The hotel and staff was great overall. The shuttle driver was amazing! However, in April, the Air conditioning wasn't on in the rooms yet (however it was on in the lobby and common areas of the hotel). Without air conditioning and without being able to open the room windows, the rooms were stifling and hot. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. Also, the bathroom is closed off by opaque windows. So if a person is still sleeping while another is in the shower, there is too much light in the room from the opaque windows.

Front desk staff were very warm & welcoming. Our room exceeded expectations in size, cleanliness and comfort! The included breakfast was exceptional, and we scheduled use of the free airport shuttle which arrived on time, with a wonderfully helpful shuttle driver who upon arrival to airport took the time to help us navigate to where we needed to be for our departure. Can’t say enough positive about the hotel - would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Definitely a 'mid' hotel. Good enough for an overnight airpirt stay. Our room had a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. We couldnt open the window because the handle was broken off. Last resort for air was the thermostat to run the fan, and that didnt work either. Probably some centralized master control to that.

Breakfast was 'meh'. The staff didnt really do a good job at keeping up with supply, cleaning tables off or the food area.

Very cool hotel near CDG, perfect for a night between flights. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & had lots of options.
Used the gym and walked into the nearby village to get some fresh air before a long haul flight.

Shuttle to and from CDG was great, only note is it doesn't run between 12-5pm, so if you're arriving then you'd have to take a cab or bus.

We had a great stay, very clean, friendly staff, the shuttle was great, the driver very helpful, the access to the pools was great, especially for kids. My daughter had fun on the wooden decor play at the reception, all children felt welcomed, and made friends while parents had a drink. just a constructive criticism the dinner menu could do with more choices. But would definitely book again. Thanks.

This property was nice clean. It was roomy the bed was comfortable and very quiet. Food was great had lunch and breakfast there. Breakfast was included in the room fee. Apparently they are building a train station close by so will be more convenient in the future. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Very clean, very nice. Good restaurant on the hotel, HUGE TV lol, and shuttle to airport runs every 30 minutes. Just be sure to reserve your shuttle spot ahead of time
