If there was a 100+ rating, would have done for this hotel. Amezian, the receptionist is an angel in human form. From the booking day till we arrived there, he offered listening ear to any worries we had and communicated effectively to help us be calm as it was our first time traveling to France and had little ones with us. We nearly got scammed with taxi drivers upon arrival at the airport. We called and helped with apps to get good rate to drive to the hotel.
What really surprised us was they made us checked in early before our check in time.
Would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend to loved ones.

Only of the two single beds was made up. The other one was lying broken under the double bed with all bedding dirty from being stuffed under the bed. We were then moved to another room. We had told front desk we would be checking out at 4:45am but nobody told us the gate would be locked. We were standing in the snow with our children for a long time until someone finally answered the call button on the gate.

Escogimos este hotel , el mismo día , entre muchos que ofrecían traslados del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, y cual fue nuestra sorpresa y desilusión que llegamos al aeropuerto,cerca de las 7pm ,nos dirigimos al área de shuttle y y preguntamos por el del hotel Ace y nos mandaron a un lugar , luego a otro ,en fin hasta que pudimos comunicárnos con el hotel para que nos dijera que ya no tenían el servicio , tuvimos que pagar 60 euros por el traslado en taxi . No tienen ningún servicio al cliente ,como agua,café o amenities. No está claro si el desayuno es incluido o no ( que no lo necesitamos porque salimos temprano ) . Lo que me dolió es que guarde el crédito ganado para este último hotel de nuestra travesía y a lo último para gastarlo en un taxi 😤. Pudiendo haber escogido un hotel con todos los servicios y no tan insolado como este !!

The window control was broken but the gentleman at the desk was able to secure it, otherwise we would have moved room's. Ace Hotel used to be really good, however standards have slipped, such as Blackout blind broken, so in high summer the light is coming in early morning. Booked a room for single occupancy and ended up with two single beds shoved in against the usual double bed, making it difficult to access the double bed. TV not working, often the case in recent times, they just shrug their shoulders on reception where the busy single receptionist when reporting it, so nothing gets done for the next visit. They used to have an English speaking channel amongst the other international channels. but the English speaking channel went missing ages ago. Breakfast is good value, but sometimes items run out and are not replaced, so if you go down later there's not much left.

This is the review I needed when making my decision to book at this hotel. I would not stay here without a car. This hotel is fine, economical and clean, but there is nothing around it but warehouses. It is 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle only runs very early or dinner time and it is not included with the price of the hotel. Stay closer to CDG if you don’t have your own vehicle.

The staff was really nice, I have to say that! But, the shower was clogged and water spilled in the bathroom and hallway, there were ants in the bed and the shuttle to the airport was full!! The whole reason we stayed there was proximity to the airport and the shuttle! We were left fending for ourselves and we were given no options for any of the problems we had! I would not recommend!!!

Excellent price and what I needed for one night near the airport. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. It was not a problem to book the shuttle for the morning I needed it. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and keep in mind when the shuttle runs when you book because it is not near public transportation.

I booked the room by mistake. And yeah it was my fault for selecting non refundable option in hurry. I have gave them notice 1 and half months before the date and request them to refund because it is more than enough notice. Even though expedia requested them on my behalf but they didn’t refund the money.

We booked this hotel as somewhere to sleep between the airport and Paris centre as it said there is a cot available. We were aware that for the price of the hotel we shouldnt expect much- however we arrived with our 2 year old late at night and we were all exhausted, just to find out that they didnt have a cot available and our room only had a double bed. This left 3 of us sharing a double bed and we didnt get any sleep. Not only that, the staff didnt seem to want to help and just shrugged when we asked about the cot. My daughter was walking around the room and kept coming to me with black curly hairs caught in her feet which is why ive given 2 stars for cleanliness. The shower also flooded the bathroom as the drainage was poor.

Overall, a good hotel to stay at when using CDG airport. The hotel is close to the airport and easily accessed by car - a real plus. We have stayed at the hotel before and we are repeat customers. One thing we have noticed is a lack of good house keeping services. We have checked in a couple of different times and had to deal with room issues (broken toilet seat, no toilet paper, etc).
Simple things when preparing a room for new customers, not rocket science but management needs to get on this!

Despite requesting in advance to have my medication refrigerated the front desk guy would not help at all. He was rude and dismissive. He offered no solutions. I asked to speak to a manager, and he refused. When I asked again he said the manager would be in on Monday (I checked in Friday and check out Saturday). This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in a long time. In addition to the rude front desk person the room smelled and the carpet was disgusting. Spider webs in the room and holes in the sheets. Avoid this place like the plague!

To begin with, the rooms are small, but our room had three beds--a queen and two single.........and they stretched from one wall to the other, with no more than 8 inches of free space between the three beds.
Next.......as incredible as it seems, the hotel HAD NO ICE OF ANY KIND!!! Nothing! Zip!
Finally.....my companion and I were offered a shuttle to the airport for 6 euros apiece.........but we weren't told the shuttle DOES NOT take you to your actual terminal.
Instead, it drops you off at a designated spot, which, in our case, was at the opposite end of CDG. iT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TO NAVIGATE THE TRIP WITH OUR LUGGAGE IN TOW!

We had a connecting flight the next day so we stayed near the airport but it’s very basic, no tea/coffee making facilities and all we wanted after a long flight from Australia was a cuppa!

The hotel was is below average and it is very far from CDG airport. The instructions they provided for getting to the shuttle were wrong and we spent a good deal of time wandering around the airport (they said to catch the shuttle on the 5th level, which was closed). When we found the place, their shuttle service had ended ( evenings 6:00pn to 8:00pm, so we had to take a taxi ( who ripped us off - not their fault). The room was sufficient but had only a tiny soap bar and the shampoo/body soap container was empty. The shuttle costs money as well as even a small cup of coffee (2 euros).

The microwave pizza which was all that was available for food on-site was pretty awful, although it was hot. Again, it was entirely acceptable and reasonable for a one-night stay if your main criteria are convenience and cost, and you are not looking for ambience or charm.

There is not a place to get food near by. You will stay hungry. The shower is a 10! Great shower. The hotel is old and and ugly.
