A first class hotel for the price. The airport shuttle ran smoothly and on time. Check in was friendly. We were upgraded to a newly renovated room which was lovely. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was fresh. Only complaint was the scrambled eggs which were not made with fresh eggs (dehydrated perhaps?)

The room was clean and a good size. The phone was not plugged in and I had a hard time getting it to work to call the front desk. The transport from the airport driver just drove by without stopping to pick me up even after I had let the hotel know I would be there for the 5:15 shuttle. I had to wait another half an hour for the next shuttle after already waiting a half hour for the first one.

The room was so hot and uncomfortable. The first night after we had turned the air conditioning on we went down for dinner to let it cool off but when we got back, it was still just as hot. I called the desk and told them and he said that is just how it is. So the next day we were supposed to fly home but plane got rescheduled so I asked the girl at the desk if the rooms are supposed to be hot and she

The staff was courteous and the lobby looked nice. We stayed here for one night to be closer to the airport for an early flight the next morning. The free shuttle to the airport is convenient; however, its first come first serve for 7 patrons and runs every 30 mins to select terminals. If you're not in one of the terminals, it goes to you should allot extra time to get to where you need to be. The room was okay for one night, just outdated, and could use more cleaning.

BEWARE - SHUTTLE HOURS ARE LIMITED
Booked through Expedia. Chose this hotel because of airport shuttle. Only learned the shuttle does not run between 12:15pm and early evening after I booked. Hotel would not allow me to cancel my booking with a refund or provide free transportation from airport to hotel. Ended up paying for uber. Arrived at 2pm, hotel would not accommodate early check-in. Menu for lounge and dinner quite expensive and limited. Room was fine.

The room was a bit outdated. The carpet inside seemed old and didnt fit the floor properly. The bathtub had some stain that was stuck inside. The staff was fantastic, and everything else in the hotel was great. One downside is the shuttle doesnt run during the day, only mornings and nights

Airport shuttle doesn’t work between 12:15pm-5:15pm which they dont tell you when you book.

Room was terrible. Washroom tap was leaking.
Hot water kettle was leaking which can be electrical shock hazard.

Rooms are less then basic. No microwave.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was the only good thing about our stay at this hotel

Nice hotel with comfortable bed. Staff are very nice and there is a restaurant and bar downstairs. Guests have acces to a buffet breakfast or a la carte. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the CDG airport with shuttle service every half hour. The only issue we encountered was we could not get the temperature in the room to cool down.

Everything about this Hotel is 10/10 from checking in to staff to rooms to bar area and restaurant, we love the Van Der Valk Hotels and stay where ever we can, even brought a bird in one to remind us of the lovely experience..

On this occasion we were upgraded to a gorgeous suite, not sure why but thank you very much, its was wonderful, will definately recommend you.

Room and staff were excellent. Communication was great. BUT coming from Orly airport to CDG and finding the shuttle was horrible and instruction of location was based of arriving at CDG. WE Ended up taking a tracking an uber.

Beautiful spaces but NOT for anyone with hearing loss. Please consider acoustics in your next redesign.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a lot of healthy options. I am vegan and found lots to eat. The rooms we updated and very clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.
Check-in and check-out were easy; the shuttle to the airport is a great bonus.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff… somewhat friendly. The room, the carpet… horrible, disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. The sheets seemed like they hadn’t been changed; they had a strange smell — like the body odor of another person. So honestly, I didn’t like it. The hotel itself is big and looks very nice, but inside the room — which for me is very important — the cleanliness was disappointing, even gross. They really need to pay more attention to those things: replace the carpet or something, because it smelled like cigarettes and even had cigarette burns. So, that was my experience.

A great hotel in close proximity to CDG airport. They offer free shuttle service, which is an added bonus. The shuttle minivan can only accommodate 6 people and run every 30 minutes. Uber is about 12 Euros. The hotel is modern, spacious rooms, nicely decorated. The location is great if you want to be close to the airport. Nice bar and restaurant in the lobby area. They have a gym on site as well. There is a conference center too, so it’s great for conferences too. Friendly staff, great value!

From the moment we walked up to check in the service was exceptional. We were upgraded into a brand new room. The hotel is going thru a refurbish at the current time. But that did not affect the quality of service and comfort. The food was exceptional. Would definitely revisit should we be lucky enough to visit France again.

Staff was very nice. Shuttle service is complimentary and you arrive 15 minutes before pick up. There were people that were behind us in line that purposely entered and took seats that should have accommodated our party of 4. The driver saw what happened and did nothing but instead took our suitcases out because our 4th person didn’t fit. Not ok! Arrive early for your shuttle.

Hotel rooms needs a lot of updating. Old and smelly. No pool or other facilities and the weight room bathrooms were unusable. Absolutely nothing to do if you want to kill some time. Unless you want to walk to a mall?? The shuttle was not useable for terminal 3, of course the terminal we needed.

I was told the hotel is 1 year old. but the corridors and rooms have another story to tell. they looked aged. intercom did not work and the kettle was leaking. so not ideal. AC was loud was not cooling the room. hot water from the shower had a mind of its own by shooting boiling hot to cool every few seconds. so not a good shower too. on a plus side the restaurant and the food were perfect !
the hotel needs to address these issues ASAP !

Spent a short night at this hotel awaiting my flight at CDG the next morning. The hotel lobby looks quite grand as you step in. The check-in was quick and easy, staff was polite and professional. The room was nice, clean enough and comfortable. The airport shuttle was important for me as I needed to get to the airport on time, and it worked efficiently. I did not get to try the breakfast nor eat at the restaurant. Overall, recommend.

This hotel is being renovated. We were in a newly renovated room which was very nice. Staff at reception were good however they were having some issues with the key card machine which resulted in having to go back to reception because we could not get into our room. The food was fine in the restaurant but not many options. The room had a Nespresso machine and two complimentary water bottles. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes but not between noon and 5 pm. This made a long wait for us.
