Ibis Styles hotels do not disappoint. Staff was helpful, amenities were good, room was clean and comfortable, shuttle buses from Paris CDG airport are very convenient to get to and from there. This was my second time staying in an Ibis Styles during my trip, and both times were great. Will definitely consider again for my next trip flying from Paris!

Pretty good for the price... just don't look at the carpet too closely... Extremely convenient to get to the airport since the 9502 bus stop is <100m away. The shopping center is a 30 minute walk, which was really nice for some exercise.

Very very basic hotel with small rooms.
They pretend to have a shuttle on level 5 at the airport but there is no level 5 and no one can find the shuttle. I took a taxi.

Even the front desk lady at the hotel admitted that no one can find it..

Very basic hotel but served our purpose

We just needed a place to stay for one night before heading to the airport. The hotel was accessible for us by the city bus on route 32 from the train station which was convenient and there was a shuttle available the next morning to take us to the airport. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was easy. The restaurant at the hotel was very helpful and not too expensive. The breakfast which was included in the morning was convenient however not much selection. The hotel room was very small however that is to be expected in France. It was nice that we had 3 single beds for my family of 3. The sheets however were stained and the bathroom was clean however showing a lot of wear.

I reserved a room with three twin beds, but was given a tiny room with only two beds.
We (three people) arrived early (I think between 8 an and 9 am). We initially planned to just deposit our luggage, but the front desk man told us we could get into a room right then if we paid 30 euros extra. We agreed. When we got to the room, we found it is tiny with only two twin beds. We thought that because we arrived early maybe only this room was available. At regular check in time about 2 pm, I went to the front desk and showed that we reserved a room with 3 twin beds. The same front desk man told me that I should have come down immediately when we found the room had only 2 twin beds, and that they didn’t have room with 3 twin beds anymore. The man was not very polite and not very patient and showed no interest in solving the problem or offering some refund when we did not get a room we reserved for.

Overall, the hotel experience is one of the worst. Tiny room. Not enough sleeping space. No air-conditioning. Shower water fluctuating from warm to cold to hot.

Included breakfast was good. Room was bad. I booked and paid for a triple family room, and got a normal double room with a rollaway cot stuffed in there. There was an 18 inch wide path at the end of the beds to walk through and that was it. The only place you could open a carryon sized suit case was on the bed. The AC was broken in the hotel, and it was uncomfortably hot everywhere except the bar.

The service was quite poor. We waited an hour to check-in at 11pm. The room key system was down resulting in long wait lines to get into our actual rooms as access could only be granted to our doors by employees. In addition to this the service was incredibly unfriendly, unforgiving and un helpful. The stay was not valued at the price paid.

A comfortable stay

Just a stay when my flight was cancelled due to a typhoon at the destination. The receptionists are helpful, informative and friendly. Nice breakfast, enough to last to dinner. A microwave by the elevator is useful to heat up food in the cold winter. Also all day free coffee and tea provided is nice

This hotel is NOT at the airport. listed as IBIS styles CDG this is deceptive. There are 2 IBIS styles CDG and only the other one is at the airport. Discovered too late to cancel. Had to take a paid shuttle bus 6 miles, or a 25 euro taxi ride or a city bus and walk. Difficult with luggage. Please rename this IBIS! Only good thing about this IBIS location is the free breakfast. Even a luggage cart is paid.

The hotel is an ok airport hotel, staff is nice, rooms are super small (when you travel you obviously have luggages…), good options for breakfast but the quality is poor, maybe reduce the number of options but upgrade the quality? The worst is the shuttle which is operating every 45’ (for a fee) and takes you to the Airtrain so door to door it will take you about 45’ to reach your terminal… almost as long than taking a cab from Paris city center.

Although room was clean the carpet was badly stained. We did not get the room we booked and was basically a down grade. No refreshment in the room and communal coffee/tea station was not operational. Lift kept braking down which caused delay resulting in missing the shuttle bus to the airport. Restaurant was satisfactory and staff very helpful

This is not the first time staying at one the hotel from the chain but this one surprises me a lot. Specially the staffs from the morning and the evening shifts. They're so rude, they don't know how to communicate, they're so harsh. Whenever you try to talk to them, always a problem. I thought I was the problem when I see them talking to others the same way or even worse. Breakfast so basic, no hot food .....

Maybe it’s because I’m an American and I’m not used to French hotels but I thought the room was uncomfortably cramped. Way too small. Hardly any room to walk. The bathroom was small and weird. I don’t understand why the toilet is pushed so tightly against the wall and the shower didn’t have a full door on it only half. At least it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was hard to find someone at the desk in the morning. It seemed they wandered in and out at will. I didn’t get a chance to check out the dining in the hotel. We weren’t told when we requested a shuttle to the airport that the driver doesn’t drive into the property but out in the street. We almost missed it. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was disappointed in the room. It was not very clean (yellow spots on the bathroom wall ?!) and there was not much room to put our bags (we only had 2 carryons). The shower taps were halfway out of the wall. The bed was the worst bed I have slept in. I felt like I was lying directly on the coils. The room and the rest of the hotel is in great need of repairs and cleaning. If this property is representative of all Ibis hotels, I will not stay at an Ibis again if I have the choice.

Just a stopover, late arrive and early departure for next morning early flight, it suits for the purpose, breakfast was included which was surprisingly good, the first shuttle bus ia 5:18 am, by the time i got to airport and checked in, didn't have time to visit air france lounge, lucky had breakfast at hotel.

This is a great airport hotel. It does the job. Free breakfast, airport bus at front of hotel, and friendly staff. Clean rooms. The single beds are very small, pretty much suitable only for children. I would not recommend sharing a standard room with two single beds with another adult as both the beds and the room are small. Perfectly adequate however for an overnight before or after a flight. Breakfast is more than adequate and included. Staff were all very lovely. It is an older hotel and the lifts are small and slow so there is congestion at peak checkin and checkout times.

this property is close to the airport and the price is reasonable. The room has sufficient space, the beds were fine, the facility was clean. There is an airport shuttle for 5 euros. There is not much within walking distance but the Aeroville mall is a short uber away if you need to kill time and get better food. The hotel serves its purpose and doesn't try to be something it is not.

It was my first time using this hotel near CDG Airport. It was a pleasant stay, except my door key didn't work until the third try. However, the staff was friendly to fix the problem. The breakfast was good with many choices. I would come back to this hotel in the future.

I wish they were more understanding of my situation. I simply didn't feel safe about the commute to the hotel from the airport and wanted a refund and they refused. I called to book the shuttle bus multiple times and they never picked up. So I wanted to cancel my booking but they wouldn't let me.

Very decent hotel close to CDG. Clean, comfortable and good restaurant and breakfast. If you miss the shuttle, public transport (bus 9502) can be taken from T3 and drops you very close to the hotel (first stop from T3).

There are 3 Ibis hotels. This one is not next to the airport. The shuttle to the airport is only in the morning hours and evening hours. It costs 5 euros and is NOT included. There is a grocery store within a 10 minute walk to a nearby village. Nice to buy snacks as your dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant. From CDG, go to the Airport Ibis, and walk through the building to the other side exit. There you will find the bus station. Take bus 9502 for about 5 kms (1st stop!) and walk about 100 metres to get there.

The worst hotel

The hotel was so disgusting, do not stay here. When we entered our room, the door handle literally fell off onto the floor. The room smelled, the paint was falling off the walls, the carpet was stained beyond belief, and the AC didn't work. We changed rooms but must of the same. And, look at our view from the small window! I'm amazed the place can stay open in this condition.

We often use this spot a €12 taxi ride across the autoroute from CDG to rest up on arrival, or to have a stress-free couple of days before we leave. The Ibis Styles is in a quiet, walkable, green area a short walk to a small park in Roissy, supermarkets, a patisserie, a couple of bistros. The young staff are bilingual, the property is spotless, usually breakfast is included. Hard to beat!

I was really disappointed. No safe in the room, no clothes, the towels were thin like a paper. We stayed 2 nights, the 3 coffee machines in the breakfast room were broken. The staff were really nice but they couldn’t do anything about what I was complaining on the top.
I think that for the price they charge per night they should give a better product.

The hotel is close to CDG airport which is very convenient when flying out early, especially if you're trying to avoid Paris' traffic on the Periferique. However, the shuttle bus between the hotel and terminal 2 is 5 Euros per person. You're better off paying for an Uber especially if you're traveling with other people.
