This was the perfect hotel for our one night “layover” before leaving Paris to fly to Africa. Perfect location! Beautiful property with very helpful staff!

I was stranded in Paris after losing my passport. I stayed here one night because of the location at the airport. never could really get the air-conditioning to work well and the outlets would not charge my electronic with the European adaptor. Nice hotel but way too pricey. I was desperate.

Room excellent very comfortable, clean, excellent bed and shower. Breakfast very good, complete and correct service.
Bar Galaxy not good, the facility nice, the service terrible, staff not kind, treating the customers as if they’re doing a favor, just ordered hamburger with fries , and took one hour and half to bring it, when arrives was cold. So generally good experience but not go to the bar, better choose other place to eat.

Your hotel is convenient and the rooms are clean and quiet however your bar service was not great and the markup on your wine is ridiculous. €74 for a bottle of wine that costs a fraction of that is not justified. We don’t mind paying for convenience but this unwarranted markup is enough to put us off staying at your hotel again.

5/5 for the concierge they took care of my 90yr old grandmother and set up a wheelchair assistance to the gate
3/5 for aesthetics and cleanliness.
1/5 for the mini fridge. I didn’t have time to call and ask or complain I was disappointed our rooms mini fridge did not work I currently am BF my baby and I was really relying on the fridge for storing milk.
1/5 for driving into the hotel (very very small sign if you miss it you have to circle back) also you have to get the ticket validated which they did not mention when we were dropping bags.
1/5 for VAT tax
2.5/5 for room service it was quick but the meal was mediocre for the price.

Overall for the convenience of location it was worth the hassle and very expensive price to stay.

Very slow check in. Very slow luggage delivery. Room service order cancelled after 1h for one room and never delivered for the other. I had to call again to get something. Very limited choices. Amazingly poor service.

Convenience, convenience, convenience. Well-appointed, but crowded and slow for checking in and getting a seat in the bar or restaurant. It was nice to have a gym with mats and a key drop for the morning. For an airport hotel, it's better than most, and more visually pleasing and quiet.

The hotel is modern and conveniently located inside CDG airport terminal 2 (before the gate/security). It was a great location. We stayed there over night to catch a flight in the next morning. The lobby is quite pretty with a fine classic french cuisine restaurant on site. The room was clean and neat with a view of the airport and sound proof window. We had a dinner at the hotel and a peaceful sleep. 😴❤️

The location was very convenient for a morning flight; however, there aren’t many food choices near the hotel without leaving the airport.
This hotel uses products in the restroom (shampoo, soap, lotion) that are highly fragrant which is apparent as soon as you open the door, so if you’re allergic or sensitive to fragrances, call ahead and ask to have them removed prior to arrival. It may take a while for the air in the room to clear. I would like to say a special thank you to Joy at the front desk who was kind enough to have these items removed while we were out.
The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Traveling internationally is a long drawn out process for people with disabilities. This hotel makes life quite a bit easier. Very easy to get to terminals and staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to directions!

We loved our stay at Sheraton at the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. The cleanliness of and comfortable room provided a place to rest before departure. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. What was especially remarkable, was being just a few minutes from the airport, which saved so much time, stress and hassle. Definitely recommend!

The stay was great, I wish we could have been there longer! Definitely expensive, but the amenities matched the price. Super quiet place despite being in the airport, great food at the restaurant, and great amenities in the room. Perfect place to stay if you have a flight the next day!

Room and facilities were good however the restaurant food quality and pricing was horrible. I happened to speak with others who had stayed there as well and they all complained about the horrible food quality in the restaurant. It was also way overpriced. Very very low quality and prices comparable to a nice fine dining restaurant. I noted also the room service prices as outrageous. An hamburger was close to 40 Euro for room service. I guess they feel they can get away with the low quality and high rices since you are captive at the hotel with little to no other choices

Very convenient place to stay before an early flight at that large airport. Apparently they also rent short term for a stop-over rest.
The room was clean and ordered on the lines of an American business hotel, so very convenient in terms of amenities. I didn’t go to the fine dining restaurant as it seemed expensive and the menu wasn’t appealing to me. The cocktail lounge was nice.

The Sheraton was a great hotel to spend a night at CDG. Conveniently located in Terminal 2, access was great. The bed and linens were exceptional, leading to a good rest before an AM departure. The bar/restaurant offered a great special for dining. Front staff were welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and I will do so again.

Very clean room. The reception should get training about dealing with handicap guests. Check in time was 2pm, we got there at 4:30pm and were told our suite is not ready. I said I need to lay down and they have give me any room. In 2 minutes she found us another suite!!!
The TV and one of the phones were broken, the hair dryer needed instructions from front desk.
It was an anxiety causing event for me,

We were disappointed withe condition of the room. The bathroom sink had lots of cracks, the floors were chipped in a number of places. 4 beers and 2 burgers were $128. Euros, ridiculous.
The price of the room did not equate with the condition of the room.
When we checked out were charged for premium internet, no one told us.
Will not recommend this hotel.
I know that no one will call us about this.

Fantastic and easy stay right at CDG. Very convenient if your flight leaves early and you don't have time to spend in Paris. The bathrooms feel a little dated but very clean. We stayed here 10 years ago and it felt exactly the same. The room was a generous size and very quiet. A good nights rest. Would highly recommend.

Air conditioning doesn’t work properly - it says it’s at 16 degrees Celsius but it was actually at 22 degrees and sleeping with heat was hard. They gave no solution but fans. What bothers me is that they lied about it trying to convince me that the aircon was working properly. It wasn’t. Fruit for breakfast was unsavory. Concierge was very attentive and nice overall.

It had excellent access from the train station and very nice front desk staff. It was supposed to have a great restaurant... NOT! It was more like Holiday Inn food. Yuk. Service bordered in non-existent. The shower was so tiny that my elbows kept hitting the sides.

The staffs at the Front desk and lobby are very friendly and helpful, always smile and answer questions. The Server in the restaurant for breakfast obviously dose not like his job, he was their only for cleaning up the tables not to provide any other services. Room size was good, it was very quiet when the ac stopped working, bedding was nice and comfy, I found hair in the towel. Overall it’s a good place to stay in the airport, very convenient, but it’s a little bit pricey. The gentleman in the lounge are very nice and knowledgeable, he is the best in the hotel.

The property has obviously been well used as it is quite a bit more “worn” than we remember it from 2 previous stays. The room had two obviously worn (as in *bare*) spots right outside the bathroom door, and the pattern of the carpet was so faded as to be no pattern at all. Room is accommodating, and there is even a safe; note the “mini bar” is in reality a fridge as there was zero stock inside to tide us over to dinner.

Staff remains very helpful - from the desk clerk who checked us in to Concierge Ishmael who pointed us to the right entity to get tickets into Paris from the airport.

Had dinner at the bar, where the staff was somewhat less attentive, and the food was food - disappointingly limited selection of expensive wines (for what they were) from which to choose - not that we were looking for anything exotic.

If you're seeking a nice, convenient place for a night before heading home to the USA out of CDG Airport (T2) - and you're a Bonvoy person - this is an easy choice and no brainer. A few minute walk to from the main rental car return, and international departure gates for the USA; nice comfortable rooms and good bistro all on airport grounds. Great choice before heading home to NA from Europe.

The only thing we disliked was the check-in process. We pre paid for the hotel. All we needed to do is pay for the city taxes. That what i thought was done. I looked at my credit card thinking I would be charged the taxes but no they charged each person 100 euro in case we use their services. I wanted this fix but still waiting.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s conveniently located in the airport, which is why we chose it. However, the carpets in the room are stained. The restaurant had decent food but the floor was covered in food from the day. Upon check in, we were told the King room we had reserved was not available. We booked over a month ago. We were given a smaller room with no adjustment in price. For the convenience of an over night stay for a next day flight, this hotel is fine. Otherwise I would not stay again.

Room looked like new. Clean, well-stocked, very quiet both day and night. Very nice staff and while we didn't have a breakfast or dinner, we did have a meal at the bar that was very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel. Good price considering it's an airport hotel in Paris.

It’s very convenient to be able to walk to the gate before your flight. Additionally, this hotel is extremely quiet and sound proofed. You’d never know you were in the middle of an airport for as quiet as it is in the room. Restaurant is good and room service runs most of the time. This is my 3rd time staying here, because I can drop off a rental car and walk to the hotel, then walk to security and the gates the next day.

Booked a total of 3 nights at the Sheraton CDG on our return trip from Canada to Perth, Aus.
We chose it because it is very well located within the airport and was in close proximity to our required terminals.
Staff were very friendly and efficient overrall - and very effective in securing assistance for us as my wife has mobility issues (Ismail and Sylvain - merci beaucoup!) - albeit when I added a second night to our return leg stay in order to secure early access to our room (we were landing at 0600) they had us down for only one night, then two nights in separate rooms despite several emails to the Hotel with a distinct request - in English and French - to join the two bookings and avoid the issue that occurred. And even got a response that their records had been updated. That being said the attendant soon resolved the issue.
Food was excellent in the bar but a bit pricey - but it is Paris after all! Staff were once again friendly and very efficient here too.
Our room was big and very clean: the bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with big, fluffy towels and an excellent shower. They are looking a bit dated to be fair and the sink had signs of wear and tear.
Overrall it was a very positive experience with minimum stress on a long journey. Bit annoying to get dinged for internet (14.90 Eu) after seeing e invoice as no mention of fee prior to or when signing in but will forgive them for the amazing view on exiting the lift on L1. Stunning.

Great place to stay if you can find it! We arrived late and left the next morning and stayed overnight. The hotel is great. Here is how to find it: follow the signs to the train station. When you get to the area with all the hotel signs--and the Sheraton is not listed-- turn around and look for the subtle signage that shows the Sheraton is right around the corner!
