I still like it, although it’s not luxurious, it really accommodates one person very well. I couldn’t contact the hotel for the shuttle, so I took the bus and it was very close to the stop. I keep thinking I’ll visit the small town it’s located, but never stay long enough to. The sounds of other guests never has disturbed me, a real plus after spending time in hostels. Even though it’s small, I find it very comfortable and look forward to visiting again.

Shuttle driver ignored my calls for over an hour and when he finally responded to me, he said sorry the shuttle service is over, go call an UBER and then hung up on me. 1/5. In addition, the check-in process was difficult and they refused me entry.

Basically there is nothing unique about the property and I booked just because it was close to the airport with reasonable price with airport shuttle pick/drop. Hotel employees were not helpful at all and they were really weird. Waited two hours for shuttle after landing in Paris and called hotel few times but it seems that they didn't care

The shuttle instructions should be posted on the hotel details. There were 3 individual passengers all trying to call to find out what time shuttle will arrive and exact location. All three of us waited for over an hour . There’s a break mid day and shuttle doesn’t start again until 3 pm

Breakfast buffet very limited selection. Best to just have the coffee and croissant option.

Few restaurants in walking distance was a bonus.

Airport shuttle was easy to find, directions were very clear. The room was tiny with no place to open a suitcase except in front of the door when the door was closed. It worked for us as we had an overnight in Paris before catching an international flight in the morning. We did walk into the little town that was about 5 minutes away. It was very cute with an excellent bakery.

Extremely clean, tiny room but designed very thoughtfully. Shelves in all the right places, very usable space. I had A LOT of luggage and a travel crib and I was very confidant. The staff was OUTSTANDING! One frontal man in particular went above and beyond. Because I was traveling along with an infant I had a lot of weird requests and he was more than happy to oblige and stayed cheerful and lovely throughout. Sadly, I didn't catch his name but hopefully he reads this and will know how grateful I am to him! Merci beaucoup! The shuttle picked me up at 5am . The wifi was great, clean and elegant lobby, fancy elevator. Room and halls all smelled clean. Cleaning staff went out of their way to help me with my luggage. I tried to call the hotel for over a week several times a day at different hours and they always picked up and hing up on me immediately, whomever is there doesn’t want to take calls.

The shuttle was very late and we were freezing waiting for it and kept calling but nobody answered.

I started getting wjatts app
Messages from a number in Brazil
Pretending to Be from them and it was a scam, so they have a data leak and that is a big problem

Overall the place lacks professionalism and service

For a short 1 night it’s ok, if priced accordingly. Small room, and a quick Reno to make it look better. Front desk wasn’t friendly at all. It is very far from the city and no restaurant close by other than the airport which is inconvenient. If you’re planning just for a stay before your flight close for that.

Booked this hotel based on free shuttle, needed for family members reunion coming from different places. The hotel is clean and not bad for the price. Shuttle service was not very reliable, especially when coming to the hotel from airport. Once you reserve a time slot on departure from hotel it's generally ok. I am fluent in French and tried to call front desk on a few occasions, they never picked up.

The promised shuttle didn't arrive in the evening. The next morning, the shuttle was overbooked.
The room was cold ( or I was cold after waiting for the shuttle outside at night). The thermostat didn't work, and neither did the phone - no way to call the reception. The blanket was tiny and thin. If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. -5 would be fair.

The directions to take the shuttle at the airport are not clear. The shuttle only picks up at a stop where terminal 2D starts and terminal 2 B begins. Look for the orange sign.
Also, the driver takes brakes. 1 hour for lunch and 1 hour for dinner. During those times there’s no shuttle. The information the hotel gives says that the brakes are half an hour.

No frills, but comfy and close to airport

The bed was the most comfortable we slept in over the week in France. Free airport shuttle was convenient and on time. Make sure you know where your flight departs from because they only drop at terminal 2. Shower needed some attention around the bottom (pink mold; nothing bleach wouldn't fix) but the rest of the room was clean. Checkin was easy and efficient.

Shuttle 2 CDG would b a joke if not so frightening

If you’re thinking of staying here for the shuttle to the airport? DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The driver was reckless, scary, and tailgated a poor car the entire way. He made a sport of driving so recklessly that our luggage was turned into projectiles.

They take you to Terminal 2 ONLY!!!! Which if you know CDG is literally the FURTHEST from departures that you can physically get. When we (all 3 of us) told him where we all needed to go. He simply said…get out…
He refused to help us with luggage at either end. Just stood there brooding and angry that we DARE let him know we were not where we needed to be. Just repeated … get out. By the time I had run through terminal 2, take their “metro” which passes through two outlying parking lots AND terminal 3 (which for some reason is between 1& 2), I might as well have stayed IN Paris as it took as long from point of pickup at the hotel to my arrival into terminal 1 (due to being dropped of essential halfway back to Paris!!)

Please believe me when I say you would be better off walking from this property than taking their “shuttle” maybe even a bit safer.

It’s also further from the airport than it appears.

Do yourself a favor and either stay in Paris and take an Uber/Taxi from there. It will take appx the same amount of time (cuz you won’t be RUNNING through CDG) AND you will be dropped off where needed. Or stay at a hotel within the airport itself & walk. The small amount saved is NOT worth this awful experience.

I arrived at aroung noon on the day I checked in. I was told that I would have to wait until 2:00 PM to get into my room unless I wanted to pay an additional 15 Euros.

Upom checking in and going to the assigned room, I found that it had not been cleaned and I was assigned to a different room.

I asked the driver of the airport shuttle to drop me off at Terminal ! at CDG. He told me that Terminal 2 was where he had to drop me off. Is this a policy for hotel airport shuttles? I am an elderly man (80 years old) and this required me to do quite a bit of additional walking to get to my terminal of departure.

Shuttle was limited so there was a 45 minute wait, and the smell of diesel poured in the van as it kept running while waiting inside. The shower leaked out of the shower under the door. The bed was tiny. The lights were too bright, especially in the bathroom. Blinding. A loud noise of water was continuous. There is a fan that only blows heat. The view is disgusting. The location is like a ghost town. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

The airport shuttle was right where their instructions described. Though, for me, a long walk. The room was clean and bright, but very small, with little room to open a suitcase. The bathroom had a very nice shower and a brightly-lit vanity. The breakfast choices were few.

- Because of a failure in communication - in which I do share a part - I waited hours for an included airport shuttle. Who in their right mind describes the p/u point as \"exactly halfway between\" two locations. A \"small\" (?) grey shuttle, or a \"large\" (?) white shuttle with a sign. (Does the small shuttle not have a sign?)
- None of the lights worked... until... I realized, remember, dark room, the small device on the wall had a slot equal to the key card for the room! \"BEHOLD, LET THERE BE LIGHT!\"
- The shower smelled so bad I chose to not use it and just washed my hair in the sink and left. (4:30am)

This airport hotel is about 20 minutes ride to the airport. While the location may be farther off site than many of the big branded properties it is on the edge of a village with a couple of food options and a nice bakery. The hotel has easy wireless access and a breakfast purchase option.The only complaint I had was that the complimentary airport shuttle dropped me off at terninal 2 instead of terminal 1 with no explanation

Room as pictured. The airport shuttle was on time and took me to the airport safely. Relatively quiet room with no disturbances and the concierge was helpful. The only thing is this hotel is quite far from the centre of Paris so if you're gonna go in to the city be prepared for the drive in or taxi.
