Rooms are tiny and incredibly cramped, we were on the 5th floor and there was no safety catches on the windows so were unable to open them and it was boiling hot. Horrible smell in the hall ways and room

Rooms too hot with poor shower ventilation. Room incredibly small (we had a family room with mezzanine). Beds not so good. The hotel is quite run down. The provided shuttle service is good, if you can contact the hotel desk which is frequently telephonically unavailable (to reserve shuttle). So reserving the shuttle from hotel to airport will work fine, but we couldn’t book it from the airport to the hotel.

Rooms were awful, could not move as a family of 4.
Chewing gum on my son’s bed. Long hairs stuck to the wall of the shower.
Worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. So glad it was one night and we do not need to return ever again.

First and last time staying with this brand.

Worst breakfast of my France trip. Yogurt, Applesauce and juice did not taste fresh. Normally stay at ibis and Mercure properties. First time staying at this brand and didn’t like it. Tried to check in a few minutes early and they wanted to charge me another 30 euro. Nothing special about this brand or property.

There's a lot to improve on to this hotel, far from what we are expecting for. Everything has a price first. Once your'e in the room the space and condition is not what you see in the picture. Just the bed, no phone (you have to get down if u want to see & talk to reception) floor. Side wall needs attention dirty! No small fridge, no electric kettle, no coffeemaker which is the most basic you can find in most hotel everything is downstairs, with the extra fee. Their bathtowel is kid size and goodluck for shower area..never again! Can't imagine the size not suitable all ages. Glad only stayed 2 days before our flight. Shock and disbelief is over the roof.

The staff was really nice, however the check-in was a bit slow. The room didn't smell \"clean\", and after 2 hrs we checked in, it started to smell to cigarrette smoke (probably thought the vents).

The place was very small for 4 people and they left only one towel to be used for 4 people. We were planning to stay only one night and when we got there there were no towels for everyone, no soap, no shampoo. And the smell in the room was very strong and unpleasant.

Check in time was 2pm we approached them tired and asked that we wait for 10mins after 10 mins we went back and he said we shld wait more we asked how long more as we were tired and he snapped that we can cancel our booking if we cant wait. Was disappointed when i went to reception to ask how we could get some ice and told no ice, this is a 2 star hotel. Yes obviously, that's a 2 star 🌟 service and room condition. Small room, ac inside the room started flooding the floor, room is stuffy, bathroom very small with high climbing tub. The 2 twin beds are located upstairs accessible by a steepy stirs unsafe for kids and tight for adults. Definitely not a place for family, no room to turn or sit. Had to cancel our stay to do early check out next day for 4 star hotel with so much space and kitchenette. If you're looking for a 2 star 🌟 facility, then you're good.

After staying at the B&B Hotel in Geneva, we were disappointed by this one. We expected something similar, but it was dirty, crowded and even the shuttle service was bad. One of the two lifts were not working so it was even hard to get to and from our room on the 5th Floor. Not enough airport shuttles and too many people. Had to take our own taxi to the airport to be on time.

As soon as we got off the elevators there was a very unpleasant smell in the whole floor. Very small room its tight to go around inside. The aircondition was also leaking and when we told concierge about it they said its normal. We were not happy and was uncomfortable in our stay here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a pizza truck just outside the hotel. However, my friend and I wanted a nice dinner at a restaurant. We were directed to one of the properties across the street nearby. We had a delightful meal. You can take a taxi for a $25 flat fee, or a more inexpensive shuttle from the hotel.

Good inexpensive airport hotel. Super tiny so much smaller than pictured. No walk space around bed, it was a quad room with no space for 4 suitcases. Air con didn’t work well. Wouldn’t book again.

What I liked was the price, and that it was close to the Airport. I can say that you get what you pay for. It was just for the night for us, so it was okay. If much longer than that get another hotel. What I didnt like was that it could have been a little bit more clean. I also didn't like the airport shuttle service. They dropped us off in one location and we had to walk, and take a train, and then walk some more to get to our terminal. It took us about 30 to 45 minutes.

Happy with the stay

Stayed with 2 kids for a night- other than the queue at check-in and check-out, and still had to wait at nearly 10pm. I was happy with the stay. Took Uber from the airport. 6 minutes ride for about €15. Didn’t have breakfast.

Stayed in a family room, the mezzanine level with 2 twin beds was ideal for our primary school aged children and meant they could sleep whilst we were still awake. The room was basic but perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains were also effective at darkening the room. There is some plane noise but minimal given the vicinity. The bathroom is dated but clean. The breakfast was very good and worth the price particularly for children.

The location is convenient and staff are very friendly.
The issue is with the room basic amenities. There is no fan nor AC in the room. They only have heater. For ventilation, you need to keep the windows open all the time even during sleep hours which is very inconvenient due to noise because of airplanes.
The washroom are pretty tight and not decent space at all for the shower area. The shower area is like a small vertical box.

Per shown on Expedia, AC is available. However none of the room has Air conditioning.

Room was good for price. Lobby had a neat drinks vending machine that served hot beverages. They also had a few souvenirs for sale. Hotel was close to many restaurants. I recommend going to Brasserie le village for dinner and Brioche Bao for lunch or breakfast. Good place to stay for a night or two

Our room was extremely hot and they told us it takes two full days to turn on the air conditioner. Instead they had us rent tiny fans that turned out to be heaters. They did not care about our comfort at all. We asked for two extra pillows for our quadruple room and again the hotel could not help. It’s fine for one night if you don’t mind being uncomfortable.

First they do not give enough information. Not close to CDG. Transport is poor, this should be on their website take shuttle to roissypole, take bus x93 or 27 to Vergers. When I called I was only told hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes. But there is no hotel shuttle between 10:30 and 17:00. I booked their shuttle through the Expedia's mail to contact hotel which they responded to. They told me I had not booked.

They are not exactly rude but brusque, they answer questions as if they are expecting trouble, so I had minimal contact with them. Very different from other hotels I have stayed in which cannot help you enough.

This is the first hotel I have stayed in with no phone in the room. Just goes to show they want your money but otherwise you should not be seen or heard. I wondered what would happen if you had an emergency. Which we did. We were woken up by a fire alarm at midnight.

This is the first hotel I have stayed in with no fridge. I am gluten free and lactose free, allergic to soya and the food and drink free from all three is very hard to find, so when I find I buy enough for my stay. Not exactly a medicine but if I am forced to eat inappropriately I can get very unwell. I asked since there was no fridge in my room if I could keep something in their fridge. I wanted to keep my lactose free milk which I use as food and drink where my dietary requirements cannot be met. The answer was very curt.

No kettle either in the room or any coffee or tea making equipment.

The property is definitely a 2 star hotel, the hotel room showed wear/tear & didn't have enough towels for the stay. We had to request for towels which were also limited in type/size of towels available. When we questioned charges, we were directed to contact the reservation website we used to reserve, despite having to pay there upon arrival. Luckily our stay was short. I added a star only because it's location was very near the CDG airport. Good for 1 night stay before flight only.

There were no concerns, comfortable place to sleep for one night and 3 people. Inexpensive and appreciated the shuttle service, however it states that the shuttle was 5 euros per person and we were charged 7( per person for 3 people). So I would have this information updates. However the guest in front of me only paid 5 euros.

Great place to stay near CDG Airport

Fast, easy, friendly check in process. Set up our 6am shuttle to the airport for €5 each during check in. Great location near the CDG airport. We came in on Bus 22 which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had a lovely walk in the evening to visit the local church, parks, cemetery, and had dinner in a nice sidewalk cafe. The room was very small but had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The shuttle service was on time in the morning and dropped us off at CDG Terminal 1 which connects to the tramway for other Terminals.

Don't expect much from this airport hotel. We stayed there because we needed a room to sleep 1 night. 4-person room was tiny!! There was no room for suitcases. The bathroom was tiny too. We didn't like the half shower door because the water came out and made the floor wet.
If you are solo traveler, this may work. This is not for family of 4.

Our stay was good. Nice, clean room, peaceful environment. First impression was not good though : The receptionist was talking too fast and too low, avoiding eye contact, had to make her repeat herself... Because of this, we were worried about the rest of our stay but gladly, everything else was excellent.

Hotel is very convenient for airport, reasonably priced. Rooms are small but new and they use space very efficiently. The driving in the area is very complicated and restaurant options are few. Get gas before you get close to the airport! Stations were literally out of SP95, and drivers stand around the gas stations smoking cigarettes! That’s not a reflection on the hotel, though, which was a very good experience.

Basic rooms at an affordable rate. There was nothing fancy about the room but it was clean, everything worked and was exactly what I was looking for which was an economical room close to the airport for my last night in France.
