We stayed 3 nights because of the delayed flight. The staff gave us a suite on 4th floor. It was so bad with smoky smell, very old and dirty sofa bed, very noisy at night time because there are some party rooms on 5th floor. We complained to the staff for asking another room but they refused because all rooms were full. We changed room on 2nd &3rd night, it was much better. My advice is staying away from 4th floor, which located underneath those common rooms.
I won’t come back next time to this hotel if I have a flight in CDG- Paris. Breakfast including is the only good point for this hotel.

No heater in the room. Kinda freezing, can’t turn on the heather. The hotel shuttle have to book & pay separate, and only drop U off in terminal 3, U have to take train to terminal 2 if U flight AA. The breakfast is free & great.

Decent price, large room that was clean and full of amenities. The only issue was the horrible smell coming from the bathroom ventilation ducts. I noticed some other reviewers mentioning a sewage smell in their rooms so it seems to be a recurring problem. We were only there for about 12 hours so it wasn't a huge deal but still, they need to sort that out.

The rooms are old, the bed, the doors, everything creaks from how worn out it is. The hotel feels dirty. I asked for the restaurant table to be cleaned for breakfast, and the waitress just wiped it with a cleaning towel, pushing everything onto the floor. I then saw another waitress do the exact same thing at another table. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty. I do not recommend it.

The pool was small and dirty. We order drinks & snacks at the bar during happy hour 5pm-7pm but asked for our bill at 7:15 and had to pay full price.

The hotel amenities were great, like the pool, ping pong and courtyard but we were exhausted after long days of exploring Paris. It was a bit of a walk to Parc Expositions station but from there so many transportation options.

The original room smelt of sewage in the bathroom so I phoned reception and a member of staff came immediately to inspect the room. We were given a new room which clearly was an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and the living room was lovely. Shame we were only staying for 1 night. The shuttle service for 5 euros was fantastic too. Looking forward to staying at the Hyatt House hotel again

great for a one-night stay before heading to an early flight at CDG the next morning. The lobby space is great, the dining was fine, and there is a small pool inside. The rooms are fine for what's needed, but they could use a little refresh, and the addition of lotion in the rooms would be great. Love that it's close to Aeroville mall (about 26 euros roundtrip) where you can go for a meal, shopping and groceries you can take back and prep in the room's kitchenette.

First, I was unimpressed that you have to pay for the shuttle to/from the airport. In my experience, shuttles to the airport are free. Moreover, the price is 5 euro per person (it's not a fee per room), that adds quite a bit to the cost of staying at the hotel for a family of 4.
Second, we specifically booked this hotel in order to enjoy a swim in the pool before flying out the next day but the pool was closed because of a problem with chlorine levels. They didn't offer any compensation for this disappointing lack of amenity.
The food was very good at the restaurant (though it was a very limited menu on Sunday evening) and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms of this property are very dirty especially the carpets, the housekeepers didn’t take the trash, the window curtains are loos on top, when I was trying to take a shower I realized that we didn’t have body wash and the bottle of “conditioner” had shampoo.instead of conditioner,,, lol,, my husband was calling to the reception 5 times, nobody answered the phone so he had to go to the reception to asking for body wash and conditioner anyway I don’t thinks it is an excellent hotel as it appears when people makes reservations.

It was nice stay but they messed up with the rooms when we arrived . We booked the suite bit they had none available for us at the time . It was a great dicomfort on very first day. After thwy said thwy will sort out some compensation which they didn’t . We were told to have deinks on house while chexking out which was not of any ise . Overall o would say its a nice place to satu and staff was helpfull but reach during day time so you don’t have any hastle for the rooms .

The price was great . Staff were so helpful. The proximity to Charles De Gaulle Airport was great . A shuttle for 5 Euros per person can be booked to Terminal 3 the night before . From there the shuttle train can deliver you to terminals one and two .

This is a great hotel for an overnight stay by CDG airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, there is an airport shuttle that leaves every 30 minutes and breckfast was included with our stay.
The only feedback I have is about the Zoom restaurant. The food quality isn’t great and and it’s very overpriced. I would stay here again, but skip the restaurant.
