Hotel is near the airport. If you need a place to crash that is no thrills it will do. Rooms are run down and dirty. My bathroom ceiling was almost falling down. Shower had no door nor curtain to keep the water in. Furniture was peeling. Curtains were dirty. Interior doors had peeling paint. Door knobs were bent and had issues closing the doors. Food especially breakfast is good.

We stayed one night because we were flying back home from Paris. The hotel is perfectly located if you need to stay close to the airport. It is nice, clean and has free parking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Disappointing Experience at Novotel Nord Expo Aluna

I recently stayed at Novotel Nord Expo Aluna with my family and was profoundly disappointed with the service we received. Upon arrival, we were forced to wait at the main gate for an excessive half-hour without explanation or apology, which was particularly distressing as we had children with us.

While the initial promise of a discount as compensation was made by a staff member, it was abruptly rescinded when the issue was mentioned to be escalated. The absence of a manager compounded the problem, and the lack of empathy and professionalism exhibited by the staff member we encountered in the morning was deeply unsettling.

This experience falls far below the standard expected from a reputable establishment like Novotel Hotels. As a loyal customer, I anticipated better treatment and a more effective resolution process.

In light of these issues, I urge Novotel Hotels to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Restoring faith in the quality of service provided by Novotel Hotels is essential.

Bed bugs and worst customers service

The worst customer service we had through Mr Tariq . We the hotel had bed bugs we all suffer. They took €100 deposit and they said when you leave you will get it. But when i asked they said you will get in 24 hours back to your bank. Its been 35 hours and we have not received deposit which i will raise with hotel.com also we paid city tax in advance but they still charged us which also i will raise with Hotel.com.

The fire alarm went off at 1am and it was chaotic. No staff on site to direct people to safety or to communicate what was going on or get people out of the building Everyone just gathered in the foyer. When staff did show up to say it’s ok, most of the communication was in French. We caught the gist of it that someone was smoking in the room and that’s why the alarm went off. Only one staff member on site. He was absolutely lovely but would be nice to have more staff available especially in situations like these.

The hotel was quite clean but the room had a weird smell. They did not have milk in the room and barely any coffee or sugar sachets. Staff get funny when you ask for milk and don’t make any effort to bring it to you even though it’s advertised. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all and confused how it’s a Novotel. but it was clean and convenient so overall okay stay.

Definitely not a 4star. Location is not pleasant as you are surrounded by metal fence with trucks parked all around and refugees begging for money. Hotel needs updating. It’s a 3 star hotel at most.

The lights went off in the middle of the night. Staff was not on hand, the exit doors were half open. Exit gate was closed, which made leaving an ordeal. Did not feel safe so we left at 3 in the morning to a Holiday Inn in Paris.

Good hotel Bad location for my reason

The receptionist in the evening shes is so helpful and understanding , she explained to us how much might costs going to the city centre. But the next day morning i need to have an ironing and so sad to know that they only have 6 iron for the whole hotel and all of them are all being use. The receptionist might try his hardest to help then finally got one after insisting him. The hotel itself is very nice but the location need to take a lot into consideration as it feels like your in Paris but away from Paris.

Excellent Hotel with large outdoor pool

Spacious comfortable room with all the usual amenities. The AC in my room was not working, the man at reception provided a Dyson Air Cool Fan which was greatly appreciated. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a large unheated outdoor poor and sun lounging area which I feel is the outstanding feature of this hotel. The hotel provides secure car parking and is near the motorway, it’s a 30-40 minute drive into the centre of Paris which was fine for me. The breakfast buffet was adequate and reasonably priced. I would recommend and be happy to stay again.

Felt VERY unsafe

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, we felt very unsafe in the area with a lot of homeless and immigrants roaming the streets asking for money. A huge shame!

As we couldn't get food as restaurant was shut and the property had a floor blackout power cut in the morning!

One redeeming feature was that the staff were quite helpful.

However I would not recommend this to anyone - even at a cheap rate!

Free luggage storage and great service

The hotel stored our large luggage bags that arrived via SNCF (french rail system) for 1.5 weeks prior to our arrival without extra fees. The continental breakfast has a great selection, service is excellent and parking free which is a great perk as it's close to the airport. Excellent stay at this hotel- we hope to stay again!

I have to wait 45 minutes to get a taxi

I booked the hotel through Expedia and I paid all the taxes . I was asked to pay the taxes again. The person at the counter was not polite. He insist me to pay the taxes. Whereas my brother was staying at the same hotel and he didn' t pay the City taxes. He booked through Expedia as welll. I don't understand the guy at the counter. I ended up pay the taxes. I stayed there for 1 day only and moved to another hotel. This is the experience that I had with you hotel. I will spread the word around.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Place was very secure. All in all, a great place to stay. Close to multiple restaurants, and a mall with a large grocery store, a Cinema, 2 game stores for teens, and a Toys R Us for little ones.

The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The facilities are below standard for a four star hotel i.e. Paper cups no iron and no full length mirror which are basics. The hotel is close to Le Bourget Exibhition hall. The breakfast is poor and very much overpriced at 16 Euros. The staff are not bothered to provide a service that is normal but would rather sit on the lounge socialising with colleague.

A lovely place to stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very nice food too. I would definitely stay here again.

The only very minor negative point was that the room was very hot. Even with the thermostat turned to the lowest setting it was uncomfortably warm at night.

very basic hotel, not as the same as the pictures on website, no air con in the room but a massive window not ideal for kids or pets, need more channels on TV,

Taxis drivers and locals are quite rude with tourist, beggars on the streets

bus fare and metro/trains are good to get around to and from the city centre

have and speak basic French or carry a phrase book - lucky I spoke French but not always possible to ask questions

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring

De kamers waren verre van schoon. Lege toiletrol op de grond, een lege fles bij het bed, stof, etc. Een kapot bed. Airco valt s nachts uit waardoor het ontzettend benauwd en zweterig wordt. Het ligbad kon niet dicht, waardoor er geen gebruik van gemaakt kon worden. Het hele interieur is outdated.

'S ochtends werd twee keer op de deur geklopt en direct kan er iemand binnen, zonder dat ik antwoord kon geven. Daardoor vroeg wakker geworden helaas.

De keuze bij het ontbijt was beperkt. Ook stond niet bij alles aangegeven wat het was.

We hadden gevraagd om een kamer voor rolstoel toegankelijkheid. M'n vrouw had namelijk een gebroken voet. Niet gekregen, was ook niets over gezegd bij checkin.

Hotellet er et sminket lig . Billederne af hotellet er fine men i virkeligheden er det bare blevet pyntet op med lidt nye stole osv. Det ligger i et ikke særligt attraktivt område med masser af trafik støj.
Betjeningen er utrolig langsom 400klik skulle receptionisten klikke før vi fik de forkerte værelser og Morgenmaden den er ikke pengene værd, men vil du bare være lidt mæt så overlever du på kolde pandekager.

Séjour de 5 jours en couple. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Petit déjeuner continental complet avec vrai jus d’orange (c’est rare). Petit bémol concernant la mise en place de l’alèse et du drap du dessous du lit : l’alèse était systématiquement mal positionnée aux 4 coins du matelas et rien que de s’assoir sur le bord du lit tout partait… Pour ce qui est des toilettes, il faut être très mince pour y entrer (chambre 225)! Une ouverture de la porte vers l’entrée pourrait être une solution.

Hotellet fungerede udmærket. Vi var dog overraskede over at skulle betale for at tjekke ind kl 12 istedet for kl 14. Værelset var klar, så det var lidt unødvendigt.
Morgenmaden var ok uden på nogen måde at imponere.
Vi kom aldrig i deres Fitness Center da der strømmen var cuttet og ingen maskiner kunne gå igang.
