Negative:
Room was very tiny, no room to manoeuvre for two people. Too expensive for the size of the room.
Narrow beds but okay to sleep for slim people.
Only one chair was given for two people stay.
I had to pay €11.90 for the breakfast. It wasn’t free.

Positive:
Good heating system and sufficient bathroom facilities. Good flow of hot water.
Reception staff was helpful.
McDonald’s and other eateries available close by.

Some of the staff does not speak English, somewhat ok for tourist. The vending machine took my money and didn’t dispense what I purchased. Also in my room, there was a table with little bugs running on it. I told the gentle at the front desk and that’s “normal”. That was a bit off putting. The shower door is not a full door which also is bothersome cause it aspires the heat to escape and no matter what u do the water’s still gets on the floor. Overall this hotel was ok but staff training could occur. When we checked in, our reservation said 2 adults ABs only provided 1 towel. Little things like that matter. Is those attention to details.

Pros: The staff is friendly, the price is right, and the location between the airport and the city is good if you only need to stay one night. Cons: a very unsafe area. The hotel does not close at night, which is very strange. We stayed in more fashionable areas, all the hotels have a code, and the fences are closed at night. And you can't go up in the elevator without a swipe card. There is no such thing here. Plus the area is where there are a lot of homeless people.

The lady staff that welcomed us to the hotel on our arrival was very polite and professional , can’t be said for the gentleman(not so much of a gentleman) that was working on our second night. We arrived back from the town and reported again that unfortunately my roommate couldn’t sleep due to the room being so close to the main road. We asked if we could swap rooms and he point blank said a very sharp “NO!” , then during our conversation he was dismissive and said “ well you could sleep last night but this one you can’t ?”. We literally disengaged in the conversation , asked for some towels and as we’re walking to the stairs I could hear him commenting on French a very negative remark about us ! Didn’t had the decency nor professionalism to allow the clients to leave the site to be so unreasonable! I’ve commented so he could hear that I understand French as well in French ! I will NOT recommend this hotel because of this gent attitude , lack of professionalism and decorum ! If a client complaints about noise and you have available rooms you should solve the situation not leaving for next day nor even being unprofessional! I’ve worked in hospitality since my teen years and not once I treated a client like this “gent “ did !

A cost effective hotel, convenient for the Parc des Exhibition just 25 minutes on the RER, and Charles de Gaulle airport. Paris centre is inly 20 minutes by RER. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and only 10.95€. Free secure parking was also very useful. The local area is untidy and run-down. But there is a large supermarket, Mc Donalds and other restaurants only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend the Grill Istanbul restaurant for a cheap good quality meal.
In summary, this is a great hotel if you are travelling for business and need parking near Paris.

Room was clean but very basic despite £100 per night, although it might be general downfall of Paris. Room had no tea or coffee facilities, no hair dryer. In terms of toiletries only a big refillable tube of shampoo/body wash in the shower , i.e. nothing at the sink. Positioning of towel hooks is questionable - right above the toilet roll.
Sound insulation is pretty good with the windows closed, but is too noisy with windows open - a large road nearby. Visited at the beginning of May but aircon was still in winter mode (i.e. on heating mode), although it was switched to cooling (it is a setting for the whole building) after I've asked.
Selected the hotel for the location, i.e. proximity to RER B station (~10mins walk), which has Gare du Nord to the south and CDG airport and Parc of Expositions to the north. Not much to see in the immediate area.
Breakfast is pretty basic - I wouldn't have the cooked eggs/bacon/sausage again, but there was enough not to go hungry. Youghurts were nice, there was some juice / coffee / hot chocolate, croissants / pain au chocolat / madeleines.

Excellent stay. Rooms clean and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Secure free parking and a short walk to the RER station and a short train trip to central Paris for only 2€.

Near Bourget Gare. Good breakfast. Wi-Fi needs to be connect again and again. There is a Chinese restaurant, a Poulet/Chicken restaurant and Mc Donalds just next to the hotel. Surrounding of the hotel is not very clean

I’m really glad you asked, because I was going to send you a message as soon as I got back from our trip. This hotel was was disappointing. Pictures did not match hotels pictures online at all. It was full of false advertisement. When they say the property has a view of the Effie tower. Don’t be fooled it’s juat a painting in the room behind the bed.

When we received our rooms they were smaller than expected. Barely space to walk. Not even space for our clothes to be put away. They had to stay in our luggage for our entire stay.

When we spoke to front desk for help she would brushed us off and told us that she couldn’t speak English. When we asked for extra pillows because there was only 2 in each room we were told it was two pillows only per room. For the first 3 nights!!!! I’m sorry but this is not what I’m use to. There was No blow Dyer, no shampoo, no conditioner not even soap to wash our hands, our shower head was broken and spraying water over the shower curtain onto to the walls of our bathroom. Very disappointing.

Our Window view has entire side of the asian buffet. You can smell the food so window can not be opened but also because people can see Inside your room. Very uncomfortable and inconsiderate. I will not be not be recommending this place to anyone. I was very embarrassed to say were I was staying. I wouldn’t look forward to coming back.

Great spot for visitors driving into Paris from the UK or northern France. Room was small and basic, but cannot fault the cleanliness. Hotel is not in the greatest area as it is about a 10 minute walk to the metro station 'la courneuve 8 mai 1945' which is at the end of the line. We didn't have any issues but can see why people might want to avoid it. We paid around £40 a night which is a bargain for Paris and parking so no complaints there. Overall a great short stay if you are driving in to the city.

The hotel did not have a hand soap in the toilet. The front desk employee told me to use the shampoo to clean my hand!
They did not have a conditioner! and they did not provide a new shampoo the 2nd day.
The toilet was out of toilet papers the 2nd day of our stay.
We booked it at a price of 273 Euro for two days but the hotel charge the other customer 110 euro per day. This means we paid 53 Euro more!
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone is visiting Paris!

Starting from good things; Breakfast and internet connection. Unfortunately, not a clean hotel. Stains and dirt marks all over the carpet, stinking smell coming out of bathroom. I had to change room because sink had a leakage and hotel staff didn't know before giving the room. House keeping forget to clean the room. WOW what a service. Reception had a new person under training. He could hardly speak English and was too slow. I am not going to stay there again.

The carpet in our room had multiple large stains; the bathroom floor was dirty & sticky & when we arrived only had one towel in it despite being a room for four people, and had no shampoo or soap for the shower or hand-washing. The commons area bathroom stunk with the smell of mold, and the sink was attached to about a 3' X 3' board that was at one point attached to the wall under the mirror: no longer the case. There was a chair under the drain pipes of the sink to at least keep it from falling to the floor. And the sink didn't drain either. It was filling up with water with every hand-washing.
On the upside the room was spacious and the sheets/bedding 'looked' clean but due to the overall condition of the place my wife didn't trust that they 'were' clean and so she slept on top of the bed on a blanket we had brought. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Also the light continental breakfast was fine, but again we couldn't trust how clean the utensils were and so used our own for eating the yogurt. This place really needs some TLC. Because this was our first time at a B&B property it will very likely also be our last. First impressions can make or break the whole chain of hotels; that's what happened with us.

Looked for a hotel near to Le Bourget airport and came across this one. Just what I wanted. Close by, on a main road so I could catch a bus. Breakfast available for a decent price if required. Rooms small but clean & ok for a couple of days. Would be quite happy to stay again.

Hotel is conveniently located about 5 min walk from Le Bourget station on the main RER line between Paris CDG airport and the centre of the city.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cheap and plentiful. Rooms are clean, compact and comfortable.

Basic hotel bearing in mind the price.

The room was for a family of four. It was basic, with a double and two single beds, table, 1 chair, small wardrobe space and bathroom. There was a large stain that looked like water damage on the carpet and as the room was on the ground floor near the cafe area, it was very noisy.

Stayed here as it was the cheapest place and really close to the Le Borget airport for the Paris airshow. The rooms where fine and clean just three small problems. The first is the tv remote did not work but I was not worried as I would not be spending much time there and the second, if I used the shower for more then 5 minutes it would start to flood onto the bathroom floor, the last is the window would not close so I could hear traffic all night.

Moisissures dans la douche, clim bruyante, déco inexistante, état des murs à rénover, ambiance froide de la chambre identique à celle de l’accueil.
Lit dur mais acceptable, oreillers microscopiques et aucun supplémentaire dans la chambre.
Chambre affichée à 169 € (je n’ai pas payé ce prix sur le site mais 88€) c’est tout simplement scandaleux.
Hôtel à rénover et pas au niveau des dernier B&B visités.

UN GRAND N'IMPORTE QUOI !!!!!!

Je réserve une chambre double pour mon mari et moi. je préviens en milieu de journée que mon arrivée se fera en plein milieu de la nuit, ce à quoi on me réponds qu'il n'y a pas de problème.

A notre arrivé, le réceptionniste nous indique que notre réservation a été annulé. COMMENT EST-CE POSSIBLE !!!!!! la réservation était payé !!!

Apres un long moment, une chambre nous a été attribué, mais c'était deux lits simple et non un grand lit double comme demandé... CECI N'EST PAS NORMAL !!!!!!!

beaucoup d'autres choses n'allait pas, comme le fait que les prises à coté des lits ne fonctionnaient pas, ou alors que les codes d'accès à la chambre n'était pas les bons, et nous avons dû encore attendre un long moment avant de pouvoir aller nous reposer !!!! ABSOLUMENT RIEN N'ALLAIT !!!!! CET HOTEL EST A FUIRE !!!!!!!

Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til stadionkoncert

Vi kørte til Paris i bil. Formålet var en koncert på Stade de France. Hotellet lå tæt på stadion og fra koncerten sluttede til vi var på hotellet, gik der max 30 minutter. Det var også nemt at komme til centrum med metro eller tog, mens bilen holdt sikkert på en aflåst parkeringsplads, hvilket vi blev ekstra glade for, da vi så mængden af buler og ridser, som mange biler har i Paris. Det er ikke et luksus-hotel, som prisen også afspejler. Men det lå perfekt i forhold til vores koncertoplevelse, det var pænt og rent og jeg ville klart benytte dette hotel igen, hvis jeg skal til koncert på Stade de France.

No me gusto q desde la 9am están tocando para hacer el aseo, y luego pasan cada 20 minutos tocando para ver si ya se puede.
La relación de dirección es confusa dice estar en el centro de paris y el hotel está a las afueras. De resto todo bien.

Une des 2 serviettes de douche était pliée sous le lavabo mais toute froissée. Très froissée. Elle ne sortait apparemment pas de la blanchisserie. L'hôte d'accueil n'a pas voulu nous en donner une autre malgré la demande de mon conjoint. Et je ne souhaitais pas y toucher pour la lui descendre et montrer compte tenu du covid19. Je n'y ai pas touché. Donc nous n'avons eu qu'une serviette pour 2 ! L'hôtel est à 1 serviette prêt !?!? :-(
