The rooms are dated for a 4 star hotel. Most of the appliances are old and there were no dishes provided to use with microwave. The air condition wasn’t working and we had to keep window open. Overall experience was good and it was safe and a nice location. Staff is really helpful and we were given room few hours before our original check in time.

The room was incredibly overheated and even when I set the temperature to the minimum it still blasted out hot air. Only option was to open the window, but it's quite noisy then.

The shower had very poor water pressure and did not drain properly. The toilet did not flush properly.
The whole property could do with a bit of TLC.

We have been regular customer over the last 5-6 years.this summer trip was very disappointing. We checked in early and we stayed at the reception and the only access WC was left in real poor conditions. Cleaning standards was a nightmare.
We went up to our room and the AC wasn’t working at all.
When we reported the the receptionist mentioned that as my stay was short which is why they have offered us that room. This comment made me really feel unwelcome
We were given an alternate room which had poorly stained carpets which wasn’t really pleasant.
For 2 consecutive days we didn’t have internet. Despite all the issues we had we woke up with insect bites in the morning.
Overall the experience was a disaster for the price we have paid daily.

Hotels.com please have your acquisition or research team go back to the drawing board with this hotel and hotel through Paris, France. This hotel was not worth VIP access. Building needs some upgrades the showers wouldn’t drain. There were mosquitoes in both rooms. The reception try to help but they couldn’t fix a lot of the issue. The bar was horrible. Why is the reception moonlight between binging a bartender and reception. WATTTT ….

What was good?

- relatively peaceful area

What was OKish?
- since we stayed with an 1 year old and a 3 year old, we needed to request Housekeeping every day. They did a good job cleaning the house except we kept getting fewer clean sheets and towels each day. On the last day I needed to go to the reception to get towels.

What was bad?
- We stayed in room number 520. Opposite to our room was the Ironing Room of the hotel. I do not know whether it was the ironing room or is it something else, our room was extremely warm. The hotel denied any issues with air conditioning and offered a table fan, but even with the fan it was impossible to sleep in without keeping the window open. When the window remains open, the road swept truck kept waking up the kids at very early hours..

What was unacceptable?

- Breakfast. Lack of options. Only warm option was egg with bacon (day 1)/ vegan sausage (day 2)/ chicken (day 3&4).

- first three days were part of a long weekend, and the fourth day was first working day after the long weekend hence there were barely any one in the hotel. The breakfast was awful that morning. Breads were stale, croissants were flattened, orange juice was bitter. Flies were flying over all food items..

Perfect location for Stade de France

Fantastic location for the stadium ( just outside at the gate ) . A number of pubs weee set up outside the hotel and the atmosphere pre and especially post match was at this location . Our room was located at the back of hotel- no noise . Staff were very friendly and the place felt very safe and secure - highly recommended for stade de France events - home for all Irish fans in Oct 2023

The carpet in the room was dirty in many places, and the air conditioning was not working. When asked to turn o. The air-conditioning they told us they were in between seasons so the air-conditioning is off because they now provide heat. They told us to open our windows. I was ok to open the window but the problem there, their windows had no screens in order to keep the insects out. So in the end they offered us a fan. Not a good solution for a 4 star hotel.

Nice little hotel

Good stay if you wanna got to stade de France. Closest metro is about 15 minutes walk and will ltake you to Champs-Elysees or Invalides station. Our room was clean and everything worked as should. Many people complain about the breakfast but I think they forget they're in France! I thought it was ok with eggs and bacon as well as your typical french pancakes and bakery selection. Overall a pleasant stay.

The property served its purpose. It was clean & close to the subway. They offer a small selection of breakfast items which was nice.
They bathroom was updated but they didn’t offer lotion, hand towels, or other toiletries
We took an Uber from the CDG airport & it cost about $32.

The location was fantastic as we went to the six nations rugby at the stade de France and you really couldn’t get any closer ! The transport links in and around Paris were excellent. We bought a one day travel ticket that cost €7.50 each and it got us everywhere 😁

if you plan to do something in the area, this hotel is fine, but if you want to visit central Paris, don't stay here, even though Paris was 10 minutes away by train, i couldn't go outside this hotel, not many things around, the front desk people were very courteous, friendly and professional.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, spoke very good English if needed. The breakfast is plentiful with a good choice and continues until 11am. The room was big for a Parisian hotel with plenty of space for us and 2 children (the kids had a single bed each). There was a fridge, coffee machine and kettle in the room as well as air con (which helped though wasn't as effective as we might have liked). Overall great staff, facilities and hotel. Only thing to beware of is that the t+ tickets are not valid at the closest RER station as it is in zone 2.

The staff are really nice. The hotel is located across from Stade de France. There are lots of places to eat in the area. Metro is 5 minute walk.
Not much selection for breakfast. I don't recommend getting the breakfast as there are places around the corner where you can eat. Otherwise would stay here again.

Great location but service sucks.

The first 2 night stay was good until when my wife and I came back two nights in the role late and the clerk was sleeping. We knocked the door for 30 minutes, call the hotel line and no one answered the phone. It took banging and kicking the glass door for him to finally come over and open the door. I'm not sure of this is a place I can stay at again. Great location though.

The hotel is quite convenient to drive to and parking during weekend is free and the RER station is less than 10 minutes away. The only negative point was I has a minor food poisoning after breakfast on the first day! And the temperature in the room was rather too warm and control inside the room didn't help so have to open the window to let cool air to come in. Beside that, good hotel and very convenient to get into central of Paris.

Full marks for couteous, efficient service!
I had two problems which were superbly dealt with:
a) I arrived without toiletries: reception quickly provided me with both shaving and tooth-brushing kit;
b) Next day, in a meeting outside the hotel I discovered that I had left important papers in my hotel room. A young lady from the hotel delivered them within 1/2 hour to my meeting venue, for which I am truly grateful.

All at no charge! Thanks again!

The room was nicer than expected. The staff were very friendly and always present when needed. The area both inside and outside the building was quiet. Which I liked. Friday night was a football game so as expected things got a little noisy outside. However that didn't cause any problems inside.
The only thing that I would have liked to have was a variety of different options for breakfast. As selfserve there isn't much to choose from and there are not many restaurant options open for breakfast in the area.

The hotel was well below the standard of previous Novotel hotels I've stayed at.

I stayed 2 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned during my stay. When I called down to report that the room hadn't been cleaned whilst I was out all day, and to ask for clean towels (night 2), I was asked to pick them up myself from the reception. The staff were friendly and polite, but appeared to be seriously understaffed.

The breakfast was pretty grim - extremely limited selection of food, with insects flying around the croissant tray. My room overlooked a dirty courtyard which seemed to be the hotel's storage yard for chairs and tables. The room didn't have any air conditioning, and I was forced to open the windows and gaze on the unpleasant view of the dirty courtyard.

Great hotel in a very convienent and nice part of Paris. The staff were nothing short of brilliant sms I would highly recommended the hotel because of that. The football stadium is right across the road and the pizza and pasta restaurant beside the hotel is simply amazing. The train is close also.

I always stay in central Paris but work near the stadium so figured I'd try this hotel which is directly opposite the stadium. Happily, there was no event during the few days I was there so I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of shops and (inexpensive) places to eat. The hotel staff were very nice and helped me a couple of times. For the price and facilities, I would definitely stay again.
