The property it self was easy for transport links and it was straight forwards. The hotel was clean to the eyes and it looked nice. However, whenever we were in the room we suffered extreme allergies therefore not making the stay comfortable. We also noticed there was an extremely weird, damp smell. If you’re looking for a hotel with good transport this could be it but be prepared to hear the trains at all hours. It was also not that safe around the area and had multiple people looking in when we were waiting downstairs in the lobby that wouldn’t leave. Overall it was a convenient stay and I applaud them for their use of sustainable options and the breakfast was always lovely and simple and the staff there were nice. The Italian restaurant was nice also. The surrounding restaurants I wouldn’t really recommend due to safety and options not being the best.

It was a clean and new hotel, the check in was disorganized that the guests behind us got confrontational with us and it did not give us a good start of our stay after a 9 hours flight. Staff apologized to the person behind but not us. It was great! Very near the RER E line which made it really easy getting around Paris. The staff were really friendly and helped us with directions and telling us the best travel apps to get around Paris and we loved the free snacks and tea in the bar area.
The room was lovely, really clean and well presented and the pillows and duvet were soft and amazing.
The hotel is by the train tracks so you can hear a little noise but it’s not very loud. Bed was really comfy and spacious.

Okko Rosa Parks was so easy to get to from Gare du Nord one short bus ride away. The area was friendly well connedced by bus, Tram and Tube. Close enough to all the main attractions and still offered a local feel. The hotel itself was modern the staff was friendly and we were able to see the some of the landmarks from our room with a city view. Over all a great stay and I would definitely book again.

This hitel is very accessible by car or public transit. It is in a new area but there are a lot of places to eat and drink nearby. It is 5 mins walk away from Rosa Parks metro station and it is safe to walk at night.

We stayed during the Olympics, so choices were limited, but this was new so we went with it. Breakfast and the snack area was amazing. But besides that, the location was a little out of the way, and not in a good way. Also, they limit the degrees you can turn the air conditioner down, 69 is the lowest. It was 100 degrees during the day and in order to ensure a cool(not cold) room was to close the blinds and put a do not disturb sign on the door, so the Ac could run all day. If they clean your room, they turn it all off, they are extremely eco friendly in Paris. Even the cabs don’t use air conditioning. But the hotel was clean, with a scent of construction, it was super new.. and the staff was amazing!

We had an issue with a horrid stench in our room …it was unbearable. The staff tried to help…but no other rooms were available. They also are aware of the problem with rm 117 especially. It’s also right on the street so with windows open or not it was noisy . No AC …still waiting on compensation from Expedia / hotel management.

The staffs at this hotel, especially the front desk staffs, were amazing. Most were friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot and cold beverages available from noon to night at the restaurant/club area. Drinking water available for refill at every level. Ironing room available at level 6. Room was of decent size, bed was comfortable. Our room was facing the railway track, very noisy throughout the day and night. Air-con was weak and almost non-existent. Hotel very near to Rosa Park RER station, bus stops and walkable to subway station. There are some eateries and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel which is helpful.

Lovely hotel. Stayed with a friend for 2 nights. It very much gives a mid luxury feel. Very tranquil and relaxing. Their gym is mehhh and I do love a gym. Wasn't well equipped. That's my only downside but I would definitely stay here again. A metro station is also just down the road. Free coffee fruit drinks and snack were provided and the staff were so kind. Definitely recommend for the price.

Unfortunately, our stay at the OKKO hotel Rosa park in Paris was awful. On the first night we found glass in our bed, my husband sliced his finger pretty bad. Secondly the drinking glass that he had been drinking out of all night , had lipstick on it and we had only realized in the morning light (I don’t wear lipstick) and we were woken up at 5:00 am to the blaring fire alarm , had to evacuate. We found out it was a false alarm but someone mentioned how it was the second time that week. When I brought the glass shatter and drinking glass lipstick to the staff’s attention they informed me that there is nothing they can do. I was very unhappy with my experience here.

This is a brand new hotel. Poorly marked, initially could not find the front door. The area out front is over grown with weeds so appears abandoned. This is in one of the worst areas of Paris with poverty all around. Our family in France said we should not have stayed there as it’s dangerous. The worst part, they put us in room 50 feet from the train lines. Each time a high speed train went by it was like a bomb went off with 30 seconds of loud thumping as the cars passed by. Picture that every 15 minutes stating before 6am and late into the night. Anyway, would spend more money to stay closer to downtown. You’ll save money on taxis as the metro would not be worth or safe enough taking in that area.
