I stayed at the hotel for three nights and noticed that the bed covers were not changed and that I was still provided with the same towel from the previous day. I went to the front desk to inquire about this m.

There were three staff members present. One of them explained that the bed covers are not changed every day and attempted to clarify the hotel’s policy. However, I informed her that when I checked in, I was asked whether I wanted daily housekeeping service, and I clearly said yes. I was also told that I could request housekeeping if needed, which was explained to me at the time of check-in.

During our discussion, another staff member who was standing nearby interrupted and asked me if I change my bed covers every day at home. I found this comment highly inappropriate and disrespectful. I was very angry and told her that she could not ask me such a question, as it was not acceptable to speak to a guest in that manner. I was shocked and hurt; this was the first time I had ever heard such a comment from a staff member, and I travel frequently.

I understand that some hotels in France do not automatically change bed sheets every day. However, customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being asked a personal and irrelevant question was upsetting and unprofessional.
I was also very disappointed that no apology was offered at the time. This experience ruined what had otherwise been a long and tiring day. I strongly believe that guests should always be treated resp

One key only, I worked while my wife went to museus so I could not get back in my room or even up to the floor to ask someone to let me in. They refused to give a second key which is just silly. Exactly two towels only and nothing else so you wash your face, dry your hands, and dry off after a shower with one towel. No shower curtain so water everywhere when you showered. They just cut too many corners at this hotel making it annoying. We will go someplace else next time.

The hotel room itself was clean. Although I was disappointed by not having a mini fridge. The water pressure and temp in the shower were excellent. We had a room with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The queen bed was comfortable, but the twin beds were 2 of 5 for comfort, but 5 of 5 for size and convenience. Maybe kids would have been more comfortable?

Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The area was different than expected though. Not the hotel’s issue, but would have preferred a different location after having stayed.

Comfortable and clean. Like another reviewer wrote, the temperature in the shower changed very quickly without us touching it, and my toddler screamed a few times because it was suddenly so hot. Also, they wouldn't give us two keys at check in and only gave another when I had to ask for the third time to be let upstairs. Otherwise, it was ok. Very close to the canal with lots of restaurant options and things to do during Paris Plages in July.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby, many of which stay open late. There's also a grocery store right next door, which was extremely handy.

That said, there were a couple of minor downsides. If your room faces the front, you will hear some traffic noise from the road. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was occasionally inconsistent.

Despite these small issues, the overall experience was positive, and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and friendly service.

Great Location and Comfortable stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Campanile Prime Paris Hotel. The location is excellent—right next to a Carrefour, making it convenient for any essentials. The room was warm and cozy, with the added bonus of a window that could be opened if it got too hot. The reception staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The hotel has great access to both the metro and train, making it easy to get around the city. It's also a good choice for passengers arriving at Gare du Nord, but if you have heavy luggage, I’d recommend either taking a taxi or walking instead of using the metro, as the journey involves a lot of steps.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the complimentary tea in the room was only provided on the first night and was not replenished, so we had to buy our own. A small detail, but it would have made the stay even better.

Overall, a great option for a comfortable and well-located stay in Paris! Would definitely consider staying here again.

No Kleenex in rooms - poor, cleaning staff went in when we had a do not disturb on, after cleaning staff were done, we were missing towels, plus no wash clothes?!?! Toilets did not flush properly and sink did not drain well. But for the price it was ok.

Although the reservation stated the hotel has a/c, when we got there it was extremely hot & they told us they will not turn a/c on in any of the rooms. This was end of April and it was a warm and sunny day. I did not find the staff helpful at all regarding this matter. The room was also extremely small and it was very noisy in surrounding rooms/hallway. The toilet also didn't flush properly even when trying to flush a small amount of toilet paper. If you are tall or larger this bathroom is not for you. It will be too small.

I was so impressed by the human and customer relations management expertise of your employees, especially the front desk staff. I Like to commend Adeline and Nayeem and the services staff. However, the room for two people was too small with very bad floor carpet which is a source of health concern. Also, the toilet does flush well and there are no brish to clean the toilet bows, very disappointing.

You get what you paid for

The hotel was convenient if you are looking for a place to rest. Very close to apartment complex and the views outside wasn’t great. The room we were in room 333 had a weird shower setup where the tub was so high you can almost slip when wet getting out of it. Also, the glad door hits the since making it feel like it will break and the shower head was set up in the wrong direction made it tight in the showers. The price was worth it as it was very close to places to eat and public transportation. Overall would give it a 3.5 stars

This big bright building dominates the main road it's on in a northern residential suburb of Paris. Very welcoming reception and staff. Ask for room at the back if you want real quiet. Rooms are simple but comfortable enough. Bathrooms good. Hotel restaurant is excellent - we dined there twice. Altogether very good value. Would certainly stay there again. I liked the area - not touristy, and a bakery every 200 metres!

The room heating was not working, on my complaint they did supply a electric heater and I manage to sleep but after about two hours I woke up cold and the heater had switched off, on my enquiry I was told that the heater has a timer to switch off after one hour, they supplied me with another heater, slept again and woke up again because it was boiling. They are professional from start of reservation. The staff were all friendly and helpful and attentive to any request. The room itself was relatively small for us and lacking a safe box and a mini fridge… Apart from that all was ok. The open buffet was great, all the waiters were very good… I remember a name of a waiter, Shelly from Bangladish, was super good. If I was to choose between this hotel and a well known one, I would choose Companile… despite the fact that it was relatively distant from the centre of Paris…. and famous shops and places, using the Metro eased this distance and all was well

Location is very good to where I wanted it to be with plenty of choice from nearby shops. This is my second experience staying at this hotel, but my first was a lot better and rooms were cleaner. This time round room was a bit dusty, fan not working only blowing hot air no cold air, and no complimentary tea bags had to reception to ask for milk and tea bags. Bathroom and bath tub was dusty and dirty so had to clean myself before use.

This hotel is about 3 blocks from the nearest metro. The neighborhood is definitely a bit seedy. At night there was really no where around that I was comfortable enough to have dinner. Breakfast options were no better. There was literally no good cafes around offering breakfast. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance that you can grab a bite from.

The room was disappointing. There was a leak in the bathroom underneath the toilet, and the bathroom reeked of urine. The design of the room screamed hostel. The lobby area is below average, but there is a nice lounge where I ordered a tasty pizza and a bottle of rosé. The pizza and the rosé were the highlights of my thankfully only one night here. I didn’t utilize the buffet so I cannot rate it. The staff were just ok. Not overly friendly or welcoming. Upon check-in I was given one key. I asked for a second and was told sorry we only give out one. I have never visited a hotel that only gave out one key. This was my last night in Paris so I needed somewhere inexpensive to stay. While most of the nice hotels were going for 350+ Euro a night, I manage to snag this one for the low 100 range. Big mistake! You get what you pay for. Do not stay here, even if only for one night, it is totally not worth it.
