My stay at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. The room itself was just about okay, but the bed was so narrow that I could only sleep sideways. I kept waking up throughout the night because I felt like I was about to fall out, which meant I barely slept at all.

The bathroom was also extremely disappointing. It was tiny, had a strong sewer smell, and the shower was so cramped that even a child would struggle to fit comfortably

Very accommodating from the management to the staff. We stay in Paris for 4 nights we booked one night again after our trip from Venice, Florence, Rome, and London. A few steps from the Metro.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appart hôtel à Paris. L'endroit est très agréable, confortable et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était varié et vraiment délicieux. Le personnel était accueillant et tout était parfaitement propre. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Paris !

Not bad

This wasn't a bad place to stay for a night. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to check in earlier than advertised. The room was a good size, had a well equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and a table, desk and a couple of chairs. The bathroom and shower was a bit run down. It was all clean enough. Some of the wiring seemed a bit dodgy, one lamp had exposed wires but luckily wasn't working. My friend really liked the garden smoking area. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from another room into the small hours. The bed was really comfy!
Would I stay again? Yes. We paid a fair price for the facilities on offer for Paris and it was ideally located right by a metro or 30 mins walk to Gare Du Nord and close to where we needed to be that evening.

Decent, basic, some flaws

Lovely staff and check in experience. General area smells like sewage, so keeping windows open let in smells. Keeping windows shut was quite hot and stuffy. Bathroom was tiny, towels had stains, but everything was otherwise clean and fresh. For the price, it was decent. Would consider staying again, for the right price.

A good, clean, basic place to stay.

Stayed for 2 weeks during a heat wave of 34-35 C. every day for the last week. No a/c but this was in September! As the night temperatures rose, it became unbearable, with no breeze. I'm 74 and needed help. Went down to reception and asked if I could rent a fan, not hoping for much. Immediately they rounded up a tall floor fan and a staff person brought it to my room, no extra charge. From then on it was fine, blowing full blast 24/7 until I checked out.

One other thing--the rooms were very clean, but the first time I turned on the bathroom tap there was a bad smell from the drain--not sure why. Bought scented tea-lights and burned them over 2 nights and the smell faded away.

Third floor overlooking the inner courtyard, very pleasant, but some people, with the windows all open at night, were quite noisy, laughing and talking--but in Paris one puts up with such things!

No air conditioning in Paris is assumed but there were no instructions to use the ventilation unit (maybe it was only for winter) so there was no ventilation in the room unless you opened the window. However, the rooms that face the street are VERY NOISY when the windows are open. Shower is VERY small.

If you just need somewhere to sleep for the night this was ok. There were a few nice bars and restaurants near by and it was directly by a metro station which was convenient. overall if you're on a budget it will do for the night.

I liked the apartment, it had a terrace from which one could see the Eiffel Tower pretty clearly. Local restaurants were plentiful and not nearly as expensive as one finds near the tourist attractions.

I was there for 11 nights while preparing my moving in my next flat nearby and I enjoyed it like a nice and quiet and warm place to rest in at evenings. Of course there are minor problems like a shower a little too narrow, a microwave too high, a breakfast very basic or the fact that cleaning is made for free only every five days. But really I went back with pleasure every day in the bedroom. Maybe not for a romantic honeymoon in Paris (that part of Paris is not the best but the ApparCity is 5 meters far from the Underground) but very acceptable in general. Having the possibility of cooking is a real plus with a big Monoprix very close, to avoid to go to the restaurant every day

We stayed in a double apart for a week with my husband and 1-year-old son. Overall everything was great. The staff was nice and can speak English.
They gave a clean baby crip for my son.
Our apart has a balcony in which there are table and chairs.
They cleaned our room in 3 or 4 days period. When I asked for cleaning for everyday, they said I have to pay for it. But they gave everytime when I asked for clean towels without any charge.
Location is good, with using 2 different metro lines you can reach to turistic sites. But I should say that there is no lift within metro entrance etc for baby cars. So we have to take bus more than metro. There is a bus line 75 which is going to turistic areas. It is taken off from Porte de Pantin which is in 10 minutes walking.

Very friendly staff, even though our room was not cleaned upon arrival (probably due to mistake of the cleaning company) they changed the room immediately and acted very promptly and politely to figure it all out, so much as I almost forgot about it already. The new room was very nice, with everything needed, and well-equipped kitchen. The metro is just behind the door, few groceries and boulangeries around.. and Canal St. Martin with Parc des Buttes Chaumont just behind the corner, making it all great place for morning breakfast picknics before heading downtown. It requires only one change of metro line to get pretty much anywhere in Paris within 20-40mins, very convenient place for reasonable money, definitely worth to check.

Wouldn't stay again and would not recommend

I wasn't expecting a luxe experience and was very aware of what I was booking, but expected it at least to be clean. Not the case, the upkeep of this hotel is terrible. Our toilet lid was broken and came off completely, the shower tiles had mould on them - these are simple things that maintenance and cleaning staff should take care of.

The staff was nice enough, although the guy who did our check in seemed to be high and didn't even ask to see our IDs once he saw the room was paid for, which I didn't feel very safe about.

The room only had 1 key and they said they could not give us another. I found this terrible considering our room had 2 single beds which makes it very clear we are not a couple and may not want to do all our activities together! They said we could leave the key at reception instead, but considering they're not IDing their guests, this didn't seem like the most safe idea...

It was very disappointing, smelly entrance very disgusting like drain smell inside before reception. I booked and paid for 2 rooms and they told me it was 1 room and had to wait to get this resolved. After checking in we went out and came late to find that no hot water in one room, the other room hob not working. We paid for their parking and we could not get out, door blocked, had to climb stairs to call receptionist to come and fix it. Not to mention we had a baby with us with no hot water.

Very convenient to metro at front door. Supermarket just 3mins walk with everything you require and cheaper than Carefour. Qurky appartment complex with frendly staff. Room small but comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. Lots of cafe and restaurants along the street. Multicultural residential Area. Felt safe exploring the neighbourhood. Would rate my stay a 8/10

I enjoyed staying and it was cozy. The only problem they need to pay attention is on the cleanliness which I believe needs to be done everyday instead of twice in a week.

The area is good as I have stayed in there before in other hotel. You have all facilities around you and Metro is just 5 steps out of your apart hotel.

We have stayed here on a few occasions due to locality. Previously service and apartments very good. This time receptionist on our arrival spoke no English and did not appear interested in any attempt by my husband or myself to communicate with our broken French. The toilet bowl was cracked, the window blind broken, the room had dust in corners. Only one towel and trying to commumicate was impossible due to language barrier. He did offer to speak to us in Spanish!! Apparently there was no one else we could talk to, considering it's a tourist area, poor service really. Not sure we will use them again

Lovely staff, great location right next to Ourq metro station and relatively easy to commute to various places of interest. The area is nice, the dinning area and surronding were nice.

Unfortunately our room wasn't the best. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.The bathroom needs a complete update. The toilet has a bad smell and there is no air ventilation system and the toilet flush system is not working. The room was cleaned one time during our 9 nights stay.

The room wasn't even close to how it was advertised. There was no laundry service and the staff wasn't too helpful either. The neighbourhood is extremely noisy. I stayed for 15 days and I wasn't able to sleep soundlessly once. However, it is very affordable and right in front of Ourcq Metro Station (number 5).

No phone. Nobody cleaning the rooms. The cleaners purposely made loud noises and spoke loud early in the morning. The whole building gave me the creeps.They only clean in the 5th day. Strange. Nobody spoke english well. The food area and surronding was nice. But the vibes was totally off here. I wouldnt stay again.

A home away from home

Four steps from one of the exits at Ourcq metro which is four stops from Gare du Nord. The area is nice and pretty quiet but with a few supermarkets and restaurants. When getting there we had major issues getting the front door open since we couldn't figure out how on earth to call the reception on the intercom. Eventually got it by pressing the arrows until we got 0.0 and "appel". Checking in was easy enough with the regular copying of passport and such. We stayed on the forth floor and the apartment was clean with ample room for 2 people + luggage. There's a fully functional kitchen (minus oven), two chairs, a table, and a desk. The biggest positive is the absolutely massive private terrace with two chairs and a table. The only real negative was the super small shower space. Getting in was hard but getting out was even harder - you had to sort of wedge yourself in. Other than that the stay was perfect and we'll definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Paris.

La finestra della camera , al 2 piano, dava sull'avenue Jean Jaures. Molto rumorosa alla sera fino a tardi e presto il mattino (pulizia delle strade).
L'appartemento è pulito e rispetto alle foto sul web è piuttosto 'attempato' e decisamente piccolo. L'angolo cucina e sufficiente per piccole necessità ed è attrezzato con forno microonde, frigorifero e piastre alogene. Abbiamo sempre fatto la nostra colazione in camera. Il locale doccia e wc è piccolo ma completo.
C'era un po' di odore di fognature quando siamo arrivati. La mattina dopo abbiamo chiesto la disinfezione , che è stata fatta e il problema non si è più presentato. Ci hanno anche proposto, se volevamo, di cambiare appartamento.
È un hotel molto frequentato , certo, bisogna accontentarsi condiderato anche il costo che per Parigi, è conveniente.
C'è un grazioso cortiletto per le attese con divani e ombrellone.

Très bon expérience chez eux, accueil chaleureux et convivial. La Personnel souriante, professionnelle et très serviable. Lieux propres ( la déco laisse a désirer, mais dans ce tranche des prix on ne peut pas demander, ni s'y attendre que ils ont dépensé des sommes énormes sur la déco). 2 petit problèmes a l'arrivée, rien de catastrophique frigo ne fonctionnée pas et ensuite serrure en panne) mais les deux ont été réglé dans moins de 15 mins. Le monsieur du service technique était aussi aimable que les gens de l'accueil et ils ont tous présenté leurs excuses pour les nconvénients et me souhaiter un bon séjour. J'ai séjourné dans des grands hôtels où la personnel pourrait prendre de leurs examples. Je ne dis pas que l'établissement est parfait, mais la personnel y est presque, en tout cas leur professionnalisme est irréprochable. J'ai bien dormi sans être dérangé par du bruit ni de l'intérieur de de l'extérieur de l'établissement.

Das Bad war sehr klein. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Es war kaum möglich sich zu bewegen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. An den Wänden und Türen waren undefinierbare Flecken. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, nur eine art Kammer mit Brettern die unangenehm gerochen hat . Wir haben nach unserer Ankunft erst mal selber gereinigt. Als wir ins Bett wollten, fand ich Blutflecken in meinem Bett. (Periodenblut von meinem VOrgänger) . Auch das Bett von meiner Tochter waren viele Flecken. Ich ging zur Information und die Wäsche wurde ausgetauscht und wir haben unsere Betten um 1:00 Nachts selbst bezogen. Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin ,sind sehr laut. Der reservierte Parkplatz ,für den wir gezahlt haben ,war ständig besetzt .Die Garage sehr klein und eng . Am letzten Tag ca 10:40 brachten wir unsere Sachen nach unten ,da 11:00 Uhr check out war. Die Karten für den Fahrstuhl waren bereits gesperrt und ein Mitarbeiter von der Technik musste uns runterfahren. Sehr enttäuscht und traugig für so eine Unterkunft Geld bezahlt zu haben.

Rien à dire concernant la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel. Pareil pour l'accueil. Le seul bémol est que nous avions notre chambre qui donnait sur un boulevard très passager. Celle ci mériterait une meilleure insonorisation car mon épouse n'a pas pu dormir pratiquement toute la nuit. Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil quand nous sommes repartis. On nous a répondu qu'il aurait fallu les avertir et ils nous auraient trouvé une chambre côté cour plus calme. Je pense donc que cela devrait être stipulé lors de la réservation.

Bien pour un court séjour

Hotel très bien placé proche du zénith et au pied de la station de métro.
La chambre était très bien pour un court séjour. Par contre la douche est vraiment exigue.
La kitchenette est un plus.
Le ménage n'est pas parfait, mais correct.
Le personnel à qui nous avons eu affaire est très agréable. Merci au réceptionniste de nuit qui nous a aidé avec le distributeur et avec qui nous avons bien ri !
À noter que nous avons eu un petit soucis d'encaissement à la réception, et nous avons bien été remboursés. Établissement hônnete donc.
Je recommande pour de courts séjours.

Es war dreckig, schimmlig, der Fernseher ging nicht und das Bett war winzig. Blick aus dem Fenster war auf den vermüllten Innenhof...
Sind 2 Tage früher abgereist und haben unser Geld nicht wiederbekommen.

Très correct

Malgré les avis pas très favorables concernant la vétusté et la propreté, j'ai trouvé la chambre tout à fait correcte. En effet les finitions et certains aspects ne sont pas récents, mais c'était propre, notamment la petite cuisine et la salle de bain qui sont en plus parfaitement fonctionnels. L'accès est idéal avec la station de métro à l'entrée de l'hôtel et il y a tout a proximité (commerces, services, restaurants). Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais pour un séjour d'affaire c'est très bien.

De kamer was niet schoon bij aankomst ik heb zelf nog het een en ander schoongemaakt.
Verder super lief, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel aan de balie.
Verder alles op loop afstand mbt supermarkten, bakkers en mijn favoriete Parc la Vilette.
Wel was het in de nachten erg warm ondanks dat de kamer een kleine ventilator had staan heb ik toch erg lastig geslapen.
Dus voor het personeel en de plek waar het het hotel staat zou ik terug komen.
Waarschijnlijk niet meer in de zomer en er vanuitgaande dat de niet schone kamer een eenmalig iets was.
Want ik heb de housekeeping in de ochtend zien poetsen in andere kamers en dat zag er grondig uit ook super lieve dames.

Le sejour a été tres bien. La rue un peu bruyante mais vu la situation de l'hôtel c'est normal.

干渉されないホテル

ツインベットで予約したが、ダブルベットだった。抗議したら、2日後に広い部屋に変えてあげると言われたが、広い部屋の人が延長したからできないって言われた。
他の部屋の提示はあったが、シャワー室が良くなかったので結局1番狭い部屋で15泊した。
15泊中掃除は1度だけ入ったが、、、
バスタオルタオルは言わないと変えてくれない。
トイレットペーパーも自分で買ってと言われた、とても変でした。

Bruyant et inconfortable, une nuit détestable !

Ce séjour a été un enfer ! Heureusement cela n’a duré qu’une seule nuit. Le confort est médiocre, le strict minimum. La sdb est minuscule notamment la douche. Je suis pourtant une femme d’1m70 et fine mais je n’avais quasiment pas de place pour le doucher donc je ne vous parle même pas de mon conjoint. La propreté est catastrophique! Moisissures et même des traces de sang séchées sur la paroi de douche. Et le clou du spectacle, l’isolation ! Il n’y en a aucune. Conséquence, nous n’avons pas pu dormir jusqu’à 0h30 dû aux allers et venus d’autres clients. Le type de clientèle est par ailleurs totalement irrespectueux puisque ça parlait fort et rigolait dans les couleurs jusqu’à plus de minuit.
L’emplacement est idéal avec le métro au pieds de l’hôtel mais le confort est une catastrophe et pas du tout reposant. Seul le petit déjeuner est bien pour le prix.

La fenetre de la chambre se ferme mal, du coup un petit courant d air sur le lit. Debit de la chasse d eau insuffisant pour evacuer le papier toilette, le chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctinne pas. Bruit du grincement de l ascenceur toute la nuit. Pour une nuit ca passe mais pas plus.

O quarto é ótimo e confortável. A cozinha é suficiente para a comodidade. A única coisa que posso mencionar de não tão agradável, é o espaço do chuveiro que é pequeno.

Superbe accueil, les chambres sont pas propres ,de la moisissure dans la douche ,deux très petits lits et surtout très mauvaise odeur d urine et quand je suis aller au toilette la nuit plus bestioles se promenais par terre

Très bien situé à la sortie du métro et proche du parc expo la Vilette. Studio bruyant si on ouvre les fenêtres et sans climatisation du coup très chaud. Salle de bain avec une douche minimaliste. Il est compliqué d'en sortir sans se contorsionner.... vaisselle minimum...
