First impressions of the property were this would be a nice place to stay. However after the first night when the air conditioning broke (and was out the rest of the stay) and no hot water the next morning made for a miserable stay.

Nice hotel. Very funky bar and lobby area. Rooms were clean and tidy with a huge TV! Bar area nice and food was reasonable too.

Staff young and friendly. Check-in can get busy with only one staff on, but great experience overall. Well located for the Symphony hall and La Villette.

Ideal for zenith centre, close metro stop

Good, ideal location for the zenith centre, nothing spectacular and they are currently doing work outside for an outside relaxing area by the looks of it. But all fine really. They did try and charge me for the room again on the way out 🙄

The hotel in itself is actually ok with a nice bar. The room is small but in line with Mercure. The food is nice and the breakfast is of quality.The bathroom however is a big disappointment. Old, with mold and limescale. For close to €200 a night that's really disappointing. The area is a bit rough but hotel is right next to Hoche metro.

Bon hebergement dommage que le bar ferme tres tot. En rentrant d un concert au zenith à proximité, ca serait chouette de pouvoir prendre un verre au bar. En plus l etablissement serait gagnant on etait nombreux a revenir du zenith.
Le schambresboffre une bonne prestation et son propre mais ça reste cher pour le niveau de prestation. Merci aux personnels d accuil, de restaurant et de menage qui ont tous ete formidables malgré un dur metier.

Pas de mail de confirmation de la réservation, le prélèvement ne correspond pas à celui indiqué, pas d'information sur la taxe de 8, 45 euros à regler sur place. L'hotel m\"informe que j'ai payer en ligne 75,60 euros alors que mon compte est débité de 94, 49 euros.
Évidemment pas de reponse au téléphone...

La chambre semblait plus spacieuse en photo et j’ai dérangé par le service à 8h de matin alors que le départ est à 11h
L’accès Netflix était impossible sur la télé alors qu’il y avait l’option

Pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. Chambres vetustes. Draps de bain tachés. Mauvaises odeur dans les chambres. Merite un sérieux rafraîchissement.
Petit déjeuner chaotique…. Pas de tables, pas de couverts…le personnel est dépassé voir absent. Incroyable. A éviter….

Malgré la confirmation reçue par mail par les soins de Hotels.com, aucune réservation n’était trouvable dans le système du client.
Ce problème a été très mal traité par le réceptionniste qui a été malpoli et insinué un fraude de notre part. Nous devions donc repayer notre réservation.

Ein sauberes Zimmer in einem ordentlich geführten Hotel mit gutem Service.
Kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Einfahrt der Garage die sehr eng und von der Höhe auf 1,90 begrenzt ist. Mit meinem Vito XL habe ich es grade so geschafft hineinzukommen.

Hôtel bien situé (proche des commerces) mais j ai été déçue des prestations et du manquement d'amabilité à l'accueil...
En effet, quand je suis arrivée, une hôtesse était \"cachée\" dans un bureau et j ai dû l interpeller pour qu'elle me voit...
Cela commence bien... par la suite puisque j'ai fait la réservation sur internet et que je devais payer sur place, elle ne m a même pas demandé mon moyen de paiement et a tout suite tapé le prix sur la machine à CB... même si je sais que pour des raisons sanitaires ce mode là est privilégié... mais quand même !
Pour la chambre, le jet d'eau de la douche était vraiment faible et ne parlons pas du gel douche qui etait quasi vide... par contre très bonne literie. Y a que ce point que je note positif.
Finalement pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il y a beaucoup de choses à améliorer...

Évitez le premier étage de cet hôtel Mercure, la chambre 112 est digne d'un hôtel de seconde zone pour 120 €, on est en droit d'attendre une chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Le groupe Accord n'a pas peur d'afficher 4 étoiles alors que cet hôtel n'en mérite même pas une.c'est honteux.

Dans la chambre, 2 endroits moisis entre mur et plafond.

Mais belle télévision.

Salle de bain : toilettes trop à l'étroit on a la tête dans le mur.

Salle de petit-déjeuner tout est organisé pour les groupes étrangers.

Petit déjeuner continental réduit à la portion congrue même pas une tasse à déjeuner,

juste un expresso et un croissant pas de pain pas de confiture ...

Obligés de le prendre sur une table basse, assis dans des fauteuils inadaptés.

Le personnel n'est pas au courant !

Een fijn hotel aan de rand van de stad, maar toch dichtbij genoeg om met een kwartiertje in de binnenstad te zijn (Via OV). L'hotel joue la carte de l'ambiguité, il s'appelle Mercure Porte de Pantin mais en fait se situe du cote banlieue et non du cote Paris. Tres decue par l'emplacement meme de 'hotel, par l'accueil des receptionniste (pas un sourire, auune once d'amabilité), et par l'etat de la moquette ...... Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été reveillés par une femme de chambre qui a fait abstraction du DO NOT DISTURB signalement et est entré dans notre chambre a 8:00 du matin alors que nous dormions encore.....

Skuffende oplevelse

Ligger i et meget skummelt kvarter meget langt fra Paris. Personalet er ekstremt dårlige til engelsk, og de forstår ikke rigtigt at prøve at imødekomme kunden. Derudover er hotellet i forhold til at det skulle have 4 stjerner en skuffelse, da flere ting på værelset var gået i stykker ved ankomst, heriblandt natlampen og vinduet.

Unterkunft war gut von der Metro aus zu erreichen.
Sie ist dennoch 45 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, dies sollte man mit einbrechenen. Frühstück war sehr gut.
Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Unterkunft war sehr schlecht, die angegeben Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität. Sehr alte Einrichtung und viele Gebrauchsspruren.
