In a lowkey non tourist area a part of time. Came with a group of girl friends. Was a bit afraid coming back at night; however, it’s understandable considering the price. Open 24/7 which was convenient. Has breakfast but would not recommend, just go out and get some food at a bakery. Speaks English and Spanish

This is a low rating MOTEL and NOT a hotel. Zero WiFi connection in my room, no telephone to front desk inside my room, no hair dryer and iron in my room, unsafe area and neighborhood and rooms shows major wear and tear on the floors, and walls. Dirty curtains and unhelpful staff specially at night . I don’t recommend this place

Decent hotel but Not the neighborhood..

The hotel is just a place to sleep, it is not close to very much. There are a few restaurants, grocery chain, self use laundry facilities and a couple of metro/train station that are all in walking distance. The cleanliness was decent, breakfast was ok with some choices to pick from. I was staying with my wife and two older children while visiting Paris for seven days, the hotel and price were decent but if you spend more per night and be closer to the city than I would do that. The rooms were always clean and the hotel staff were nice and we never encountered a negative issue. so the distance to the city, location and neighborhood of the hotel being a little unsavory , it was really a decent hotel to stay at.

Very budget hotel. The area wasn’t the best part of town but the parking garage is secure so that was ok. The room is very basic, not very clean. We slept in our dirty clothes as to not dirty anything new. Didn’t use the sheets bc they looked dirty. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless your not picky

There was a glitch in their website and when i booked for the 26th of September, in the next page (after payment) the date was changed knowing that they cannot change the date and therefore buy another booking. This practice is illegal.I spent over $100 just phoning Ibis hotel and Hotels.com but refused to change the date even though it was their website's mistake.

Very minimalist

One of the things I like about Europe is their minimalist ideals, but this hotel took that to a new level. I didn't think much of the word 'Budget' in the title, but it really means budget. Our room just had the basics: a bed, clean sheets, a TV, a small closet. The bathroom was clean. Soap was in a dispenser by the sink and one in the shower. No other 'frills'. We only had bath towels, no hand towels for after we'd washed our hands. All of this was fine - we only needed a place to sleep and we weren't at the hotel very long. However, there wasn't a blow dryer in the room. I had to get one from the desk and leave 10 euros as a deposit. The blow dryer burned out within seconds of turning it on - literally seconds - and there wasn't another one available to borrow. Fortunately we were traveling with family and the blow dryer they'd gotten did work.
It's a simple thing, but I don't travel with a blow dryer because I expect hotels to have them. It didn't bother me that I had to borrow one or put down a deposit. It did bother me that the one I got didn't work and there wasn't a replacement available.
The area seemed kind of sketch, but a lot of Paris does. Breakfast was available but quite expensive. There were patisseries and small markets in the area so we went to them instead.
Overall we really liked the hotel. The staff were great, and we didn't mind the sparse accommodations. We had the necessities - except the blow dryer.

Overall nice for a budget hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Check-in process done in less than 5 minutes. The family room on the first floor was spacious, as well as the bathroom. The room with its round shaped windows reminded us of a ship's cabin. There was however no closet in the room and just two mini shelves, not wide enough to put anything more than a purse on. We asked for extra towels and a blanket cover for the bunk bed, and we got those without trouble. The room was clean.
The breakfast was really modest (just mini packed butters, marmelade, cheese spread and honey), since we were at Ibis Budget in Graz (Austria) a month ago, where there were fresh tomatos, cucumbers, 2 sorts of salami & cheese available every day. Here, one day there were choco flakes, the next not, the same with compote and baby fruit pulp. But croissants were absolutely delicious!
The hotel is in safe and quiet neighbourhood (at least at night time), the RER station is less than 5 min walk away, a bit further the Tram and Metro station. The staff was helpfull for all my questions. Would consider staying here again.

Basic but good

Hotel is basic but good value for what you pay. You don’t get mini toiletries (not a problem as we bring our own) but you do get shower gel on the wall. The location is good in the sense of being near the canal, metro station etc but its not the greatest place to be out at night.
If you’re only in Paris for a long weekend I’d definitely recommend this hotel. It’s easy transport wise and not far from where’s the Eurostar drops you off. The receptionist was accommodating with the language barrier as well.

Chose hotel for location and price. Check in was smooth, room was as expected for the price- very basic, although slightly unclean. Breakfast was ok in the morning. Unfortunately we had the thinnest walls with the noisiest neighbours, resulting in 3 hours sleep- not enough for a full day ahead of work. Would not recommend this hotel purely due to the thin walls, you could hear a conversation between 2 people talking in a quiet voice.

Clean hotel, they couldn’t do enough for you the man on reception let us park in a different car park as their gate had broken, he also gave us directions and advice for traveling into Paris. The lady that was on reception over night was really helpful too she ordered our food as the one we wanted couldn’t deliver! So friendly and great prices.

Dirty room with stained sheets, discoloured duvet covers that could be easily fixed with a boil wash! Used tissues left on the floor from previous guest. Maid ignored “do not disturb sign” waking us up at 8:30am after a late night!
Great location for Zénith Paris Villette park and good transport links via the metro system

An enjoyable break in Paris

A nice, reasonable hotel only a short distance from Gare du Nord, which was great for the Eurostar, and the sights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. There could have been a bit more choice at Breakfast, but for €6:15 it was good value. The local geocaches were good too! Thanks :)

Walking distance from railway station!

The Ibis budget was clean, near the railway station but the metro is around the corner and they have a busstop right in front of the hotel. It was economic, just the smoking customers were a bit irritating. We will be back.

Good budget hotel if you are visiting Paris. We found the place very safe, walked back from Subway station at mid night without any problems. Very close to Subway station. Staff was very helpful. AC in the room was very weak and room was hot most of the time. Other than that no other problems with the hotel.

Good thing is many Meto stations nearby. But i think the nearest one Pantin is a high speed Train which will cost much more if take train to or from it. After dark, very quiet and dark around. Looks not so safe. It has Aircon but no cold air at all. Better open all windows. A minimart and chicken restaurant nearby. Open till 1am.

Away from downtown and on the low budget

Rooms are big but miss some things there( nowher to hang cloths properly; no shower curtain; no chair to sit on the room; no fridge,...).
Staff is really helpfull and is close to a train and a 10min walk from a subway station.
Overall it takes 45 min to comute so account for this.
Id recommend this hotel for students traveling with low budget...not for families.

Our stay was not very pleasant in this hotel for many reasons:

1. There was no AC and room was very hot.
2. If opened the windows then was too noisy
3. There were no arrangements for table fans
4. Beds were not comfortable at all
5. We were given corner room so wifi strength was very week
6. On complaining to reception person could not help with anything since he was alone. Next day also nobody helped because lady at reception was alone!!!
7. Found some insects running on bed

This hotel is ok for the money. I was a little disappointed when I didn't find shower gel or shampoo in the shower. Also, don't expect to find iron, hair dryer, coffee maker in a room. The room was slightly bigger that the bad inside, but we didn't care much, we were only sleeping there.

Nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel car nous devions aller voir un opéra à la philharmonie de Paris et il se trouvait à 1,3 kilomètres de ce lieu. Nous avons laissé notre véhicule dans le parking souterrain de l'hôtel et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre se composait de deux lits simples collés l'un à l'autre avec un lit superposé pour une éventuelle 3eme personne et une télévision. La salle de bain était composée d'une douche avec lavabo et un toilette suspendu. La chambre était très propre et nous étions au 4 ème étage. Le seul petit point négatif est le bruit de la circulation côté route mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir. La literie était confortable. Pour le petit déjeuner il y a la possibilité de prendre à l'hôtel, il y a même un micro onde pour se réchauffer sa propre nourriture. Autour de l'hôtel il y a des restaurants mais il faut marcher un peu.

Slaapkamer heeft GEEN airconditioning, waterkoker, föhn. De standaard zaken die je verwacht.
