Room had less amenities than advertised, no safety latches on windows. Some staff not particularly polite. No bin or coat hooks in room.

Don’t book this hotel. Some of the staff were very unhelpful. After a long journey, we checked into our room, freshened up, and then went downstairs to report to the receptionist that the room was very dirty. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the room had a strange smell which forced us to keep the windows open, and the toilet had a bad odour. We asked if we could change our room. At the desk was a man who I believe was security, and his behaviour was surprising—dismissive and unprofessional. The receptionist sent him upstairs to check the room, and instead of listening, he started raising his voice in his own language because he didn’t understand English. We simply pointed out that the room was dirty, with hair on the bed and dust everywhere, but he continued speaking loudly.
Thankfully, another security staff member came and politely explained the situation—that because we had already used the room, they couldn’t give us a new one, as it could no longer be resold. We were not aware of this policy, as in other hotels we’ve stayed at, even after using a room, issues like this would still be resolved with a change. That explanation was acceptable, but the way the first man treated us was disappointing. He could have calmly explained the policy instead of raising his voice and closing the door on us.
This experience has left a very negative impression. Customer service is what guests remember most, and here it was completely lacking. I will not be booking with Ibis again.

For given class and budget the hotel is perfect. Linens and towels could be better (it's washed but not always white), reception desk works 24/7. Iron, hair drier etc are on request. Rooms are small and there is no drawer except hangers. Some rooms have sockets near the bed, some others - not. What was different from other ibis budget hotels - they have twin beds in triple rooms and there is no sink in a room. In the lobby there are lots of vending machines with convenient prices. Also in the next building large supermarket. Metro 5-6 min walking distance. Also laundry next to the hotel.
Hotel has mini breakfast (coffee + croissant for 3.5 EUR) and full breakfast for 9.90 EUR. Don't expect toiletries in the room.

Overall it was an okay experience. Before hand I wish I knew I couldn’t have access to a kettle then I would rethink my stay. It’s a place for a 1 night and go the next morning not a place to stay for 2 nights plus especially if you need basic things like a kettle at your disposal. There were many food restaurants around and a supermarket near by which was convenient. Getting an Uber from there is very efficient. The staff I got upon arrival was welcoming and patient.

Breakfast was ok but if you venture out to the local shops there is a nice bakery that also sells coffee and freshly made sandwiches (lovely). Hotel nextdoor to a supermarket and a few minutes walk from metro (line 12).

An error on the reservation date was inadvertently made, 20 minutes later I realized the mistake and needed to cancel. They did not refund the money and double sold the room. Good business plan for them to make extra income, bad for business travelers. We had just stayed at another Ibis property for a week in Istanbul with no issues, unfortunately I will never give this hotel chain my money again.

The checkout was a little bit hostile, even though I informed the person at the reception (with the ‘Security’ tag) that I will need some additional time (about 10 - 15 min) as I was expecting a food delivery. When I got to the room the door code did not work, also they do not give key cards. When it didn’t work they made security come up to let me in with his own code but would not give me one so I was stuck in my room the entire time lest I get locked out again. Once in the room I found multiple bugs that I had to kill and a room that smelled of smoke.

Room had recently been redecorated, so was fresh & clean, decent size. Just needed a bin & extra pillows as only provided 1 pillow each & was thin, did request extra but not allowed. If you like more than 1 towel or a large towel, recommend taking your own.

Reception was not welcoming at all. Arrived around midnight and the whole street was full of gangs of people hanging around. Didn’t feel safe at all, room was basic as seen but it was uncomfortable, damp and the toilet was horrible.

Overall the Hotel was terrible. They don't keep enough towels(Atleast 1 per person) in the room. Toilet flush wasn't working properly. Lift was good break for coffee as it was taking so much time and hiccups. I have stayed in Ibis in Paris & Zurich. Both the experiences were not at all good. I do not recommend anyone to stay over here.

Its not particulary safe, the 200yards from the metro to the hotel was not a good experience. The smell in the hotel is horrendous. The carpets are sticky, wornout and ingrained with dirt. It also appears like there are people who stay there long term. Almost like homeless people who are being housed there. This was THE worst experience of my life

Out of 2 lifts, only one was working and between 7 am and 10 am it was a nightmare trying to get into the lift from the 2nd floor, I went down using the stairs but my wife stayed upstairs due to a back injury. The Hotel Manager explained that guests abused the maximum permitted weight on lifts. Do you blame them if only one lift was working? I have stayed at other IBIS hotels and they were far better than this one.

The shower head was broken and there were bed bugs. We did not feel safe in the area and it was a 20 min walk to the nearest public transportation. We paid $70 per night and I think it was worth the price.

Ibis budget hotels has the right level of service for a small price. Location is a bit far from Paris center and not in the nicest neighborhood.
I was not able to find the right stairs to go to my room due to poor signs inside the hotel. As well, fire escape on the back of the hotel was blocked due to work outside the hotel, the hotel took action and made it accessible.

good location for North Paris and van parking
Driving into the north of Paris this is easy to find after the stade de france turning and has parking on site - including van parking for high vehichles. Budget place used by large tour groups but you get good value. Breakfast was good but beware of large groups causing queues/ delays if you are in rush. Wifi is good, the bar over the road was friendly

Horrible place horrible Hotel horrible location! We where scared and had to lock ourselves in our room and pay over 800 pound to book another hotel ! Can't say more than never go to this hotel !
