Only thing i wasnt keen on is no electric kettle otherwise its very nice and i would reccomend to anyone that needs to stay in the particular area or doesn't mind taking the RER or Bus to / from the hotel

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and so was the breakfasts.

The hotel cleanliness was ok but the rooms were not. Stains and stuff down the doors bathroom grouting revolting. Room very small. Couldn’t leave any food or drinks around as the ants 🐜 were their fast.

Parking was fantastic and safe. The area around St Denis seemed gated.

I never saw any garden furniture as in the picture they’re two weeks ago.

I personally did not like the area as it was not clean. Rubbish everywhere, it didn’t feel safe.

We used the the Uber taxis to take us out of the area. They were fantastic I definitely recommend them and I thought they were very cheap and the drivers were lovely, we never waited longer than 4 minutes for a Uber.

But, we only stay a couple nights for a AC/DC concert. The concert was very close to the hotel easy 10 minute walk.

All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was noisy in two ways. It sits on a busy avenue and is not well enough insulated to shut out the noise of the traffic and trains. There was also a strange metallic noise that may come from the elevator which made it difficult to sleep in the early morning. I changed my room and couldn't escape it. The rooms are small and grew rather hot in April, when the building's AC was not yet turned on. The bottom sheet of the beds were not well fitted and rumpled easily. Breakfast was OK, though not spectacular.

Friendly staff and clean. Not a five star hotel but not five star price - good value for money. Base for visit to Paris (55 min walk to Montmart) but the immediate surrounding area is fairly run down and not a tourist area at all.
Value for money for a base to do daytrips to Paris.

The location is very shady and the neighborhood is dirty. The floors aren't clean and the elevator broke a few times so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs. The room has AC, but it doesn't go below 85 degrees which was horrible during the heat wave. All we had was a tiny window that couldn't even let a breeze in. We were scheduled for 8 days and had to get out of there after night 2. Found a new hotel last minute.

Not worth a single penny.

Really bad check in process, got the room quite late. The staff is very unprofessional and carry very less knowledge. One staff even told us the breakfast was over at 9:30 which was supposed to be served till 10:00 in the morning. Very unhygienic property, smells real bad and alot many pests and mosquitoes were there at all the time. Room was quite small and not as per the ibis standard. The bathrooms had weird yellow colour stains all over.

Don't stay here unless you're watching PSG.

Incredibly rude desk staff and saint Denis itself is pretty rough with few local amenities. I would strongly recommend paying a few more euro to stay further in closer to Gare du nord. Very surprised that Accor group are associated with this establishment. The day manager was so rude on Sunday that I checked out early and stayed at St Albert Premier which was 8 euro more and beautiful, with exceptional staff in a better area.

Good for stadium & train, not for anything else.

Booked this hotel as it was near Stade de France and the train station (easy to get to from CDG). Hotel is very basic, functional and 'did the job'....the local area leaves a fair bit to be desired though. Would not recommend this place for a couple, or for more than one night - better to stay in the Montmatre area and use the metro to get to /from the stadium.

This Ibis is on a par with the rest of the hotels in the area. It's a short walk to the RER station and Stade De France. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was clean. Only downfall was the aircon which basically doesn't work at all if you want it to cool the room down.

Charge you for an AIR CONDITIONED hotel and provide a NON-AC room.

I was here for 2 nights.

When enquired at the reception about the AC being non functional, receptionist inform that, starting 1st October the AC is turned off as it is winter.

I understand the outside temperatures are low, but, trust me, the room temperature was in excess of 25 degree Celsius.

They informed that a technician would look into it and nothing happened until I left the hotel.

They offered no refund either.

I would highly recommend staying out if this hotel, if you need an AC room or even a room for that matter which is less than 25 deg Celcius

Small but fairly comfortable hotel. Rooms weren't entirely spotless but had thoughtful furnishings. Fairly comfortable night's sleep. Sheets and pillows were clean. Breakfast in the morning was a welcome touch. Area where the hotel is located seems very quiet at night. Has a supermarket and some food options nearby.

Great little hotel if going to Stade de France.

The room was small but very clean. Service was fine. We stayed one night and it was in a very convenient location for both Stade de France and the train station for RER B from airport / into Paris. Very handy! We’d stay again if going to the stadium but not much else of interest in the local area.

Clean, good quality, compact hotel in a poor area

The hotel is very practical and the rooms are quite compact, but are kept to a very good level of cleanliness, with decent beds and a good bathroom & shower.
The staff were helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast is a good selection of bread, pastries, with ham, cheese, cereal, juice, coffee etc.
The area is clearly an area in need of urban renewal, with large bins full of rubbish overspilling onto the pavement and cheap/grotty food places down the street.
There's a good Irish bar just around the corner, with decent food & drinks.

Hi! It was a great holiday in this hotel! The breakfast was good and enough every morning. We were very happy because of the every day cleaning in the room. We went to the city center with the RER B line, it's close from the hotel. Neighbourhood is not so nice, but we went there to see the city, so it is not important. Thank you for everything!

Huoneet ovat hyvässä kunnossa. Vaikuttavat melko uusilta. Periaatteessa huoneessa kaikki välineet, kytkimet, ja laitteet toimivat, mutta äänieristys ulos kadulle on todella huono. Vaikka olimme ylimmässä kerroksessa, ja ikkuna oli kiinni, ja verho oli alhaalla, niin kadulta ja ulkoa tulee todella kova liikenteen ääni ja ihmisten huuto, ja puhe.

Pysäköinti sujui melko hyvin. Hotellilla on oma parkkipaikka, jonne avataan erikseen portista käynti.

Hotellin ympäristö on asuinaluetta, ja kadulla näkyy paljon väkeä yhteiskunnan eri luokista. Pikaruokapaikkoja, leipomo, kahviloita ja jopa pienpanimo ovat lähellä.

Le décors de l'hôtel et des chambres est sympa et unique, le personnel sympathique. Mais on sent un manque de gestion et d'entretien dans cet hôtel (salle de bain moyennement propres (longs cheveux visibles), ventilation dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas et pas mal d'humidité près de la fenêtre le matin...
Chambre côté rue assez bien insonorisée mais on entend quand même le train qui passe à côté.

Les travaux en cours n'expliquent pas que le personnel semble ignorer l'état défectueux de certaines chambres: ainsi une chambre sans placard de rangement pour ma première nuit (étonnement à la réception), le lendemain une autre avec clim en panne (dénégation de la femme de ménage)...
Bon petit déjeuner, très complet, malheureusement sur les quatre jours de mon séjour sa composition est restée strictement inchangée!

Jediná věc, která mě zklamala byla snídaně. Z mých dřívějších zkušeností s IBIS hotelem, jsem očekával hojnější snídani. Samozřejmě si zde člověk mohl vybrat jak ze sladkých, tak i slaných jídel. Nicméně v menším okruhu typů jídel. Co se týče stroje pro pomerančovou šťávu, tak v těchto letních parních dnech by se hodila studená pomeranče. Ty se v mém pobytu objevila pouze na dvakrát (při posledních dvou dnech). K tomu se váže klimatizace jak jídelny, tak pokoje. V jídelně se nedalo skoro dýchat (nikde se nedala otevřít okna). Co se týče ložnice, okno zde bylo. Nicméně i přesto, že tam bylo, se pokoj v letních dnech nevyvětrá. Tím, že klimatizace v ložnici byla spuštěná v jejich režimu, nedala se nijak manipulovat. Poslední věcí k této záležitosti je koupelna. Zde klimatizace vůbec nejela, čímž se uvnitř vytvářela vlhkost a tím (nejspíš delší dobu) podporuje vzniku plísním, atd.

Každopádně servis hotelu byl vynikající. Byli skvělí, rádi poradili, byli ochotní vyčkat na platbu místního poplatku. Tím pádem tomuto hotelu dávám 7/10.

Ottima struttura vicino allo Stade de France

Sono stata più volte in questa struttura e ci ritorno sempre molto volentieri. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, staff molto disponibile e gentile, camere pulite e colazione abbondante e variegata. È in periferia ma vicino alla RER B con cui si può raggiungere il centro di Parigi senza problemi.

Personnel de l'hôtel souriant, agréable, sympathique et disponible.
Hôtel proche du stade et facile à trouver.
Lit très agréable on y est comme dans un nuage !

La chambre est très exiguë. Le matelas est plus grand que le sommier. Une baignoire, alors qu'une douche prend moins de place. Très peu d'espace pour mettre ses affaires de toilette. Sonorité à revoir. Le prix de la chambre est chère.
Points positif : l'accueil sympathique, bien renseigné sur les restaurants aux alentours.

Die Lobby erinnert an billige Absteigen in der Bronx. Die Rezeption sind 2 zusammengestellte Tische mit etwas Sichtschutz.
Das Zimmer dagegen ist für Pariser Verhältnisse recht geräumig, wenn auch spartanisch eingerichtet. Es wirkt etwas \"billig\", aber geschlafen hat man super und es war super ruhig, obwohl das Zimmer zur Straße ging.
Bad einwandfrei sauber.
Für eine Nacht war es ok, länger würde ich dort nicht bleiben, zumal Saint Denis nicht grad das sicherste und schönste Viertel ist.

Buen Hotel en Zona II

La habitación bastante cómoda, siempre limpia, buena señal del Wifi y el desayuno bastante aceptable.
Cerca del hotel hay supermercados y restaurantes además que se encuentra bien cerca la estación de trenes

Super freundliches Hotel

Es war ein tolles Hotel mit freundlicher Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer täglich gereinigt und neue Handtücher und sehr sauber. Frühstück Standard, gut und lecker.
Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten am Notre Dame und überall in der City
