Easy access to the Metro and walking up into Montmarte. Neighborhood was a little bit run down, but overall it was a great value for the price and we were pleased with how clean the teeny rooms were. Breakfast was fine and the selection was fair.

The front desk was very nice and the breakfast was good but coffee ran out and fresh orange juice was not available the room was very small and the cleaners didnt come on the saturday which was a disapointment after a day on the streets.

Please Help

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend my scheduled stay at the hotel due to a misrepresentation by my travel agent. The financial implications are particularly concerning, as I was required to pay for the full £265.98 even though I did not travel.

The travel agency and the hotel management are currently pointing fingers at each other.I would have appreciated it more if the hotel can hold my money for my stay there on my next travel . Can someone contact me please

We had a good stay overall. The room was small, as expected, but clean. Soundproofing was weak, so we often heard doors, voices, and the elevator early in the morning. Some areas, especially the elevator, felt a bit dirty or smelly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, though I noticed small flies a couple of times. The neighborhood gave mixed impressions—some streets felt unsafe at night—yet there were many cafés nearby and two metro stations with easy access to the city center.

It was a genuinely lovely property within easy reach of several metro stations. It was easy to reach the big attractions within 20mins. It was also quiet and away from the massive crowds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfy. I will go back.

A soon as we arrived, staff made us feel welcome.
A good hotel for somewhere to sleep.
Room was clean, but very small. Thin walls, could hear next doors tv (was on very loud though)
Breakfast room was lovely, a nice selection of continental foods.
Good location for the metro and buses, about 5/10 min walk and just €2.50. This was needed as quite away from city centre.
Luggage storage for no extra charge on day of departure.

Excellent value hotel - just 5 min flat walk to Jules Jo metro with super convenient Monoprix supermarket en route. Area is very safe with Sacre Coeur 10-15 away. Hotel is clean with an impressive breakfast selection considering the price of the room. Hotel operates 24/7 with very friendly, professional staff. Rooms are adequately sized, with good sized shower rooms. Would recommend for anyone wanting a well-priced hotel room in this area - great for families too. Would stay again no question. Thank you for a super comfortable stay in Paris.

Staff here are excellent, especially the kitchen staff, they kept breakfast going and didn’t stop! Rooms are small but clean, showers are tiny and temperature swings from cold to nuclear hot!! But they work and it’s only a small thing to complain about. Would stay here again.

Small rooms and no parking

The listing said parking available. Nope. The desk clerk told us to go to the yes garage and put it in my GPS and there was nothing there. Had to park a mile away. The location is nice but room is very small.

Okay stay in Paris

When I arrived, the elevator was out of order, something the receptionist failed to disclose until after I had paid for the stay. She did assist with getting my luggage to my 2nd floor room, however, stairs are not easy for me to navigate with a bad knee. It was repaired before I checked out, but only the night before. The room is tiny and would not be good for sharing with anyone other than a spouse/partner. No privacy for the shower and the toilet is in a tiny closet sized space. Additionally, when I returned to the hotel on the 1st night after a bit of sightseeing, the night clerk insisted that I show my room key prior to returning to my room. The hotel isn’t really close to anything.

Worst ibis Style

The hotel is located in an area that could use some improvement. While there are several restaurants nearby, only a few of them are family-friendly. The hotel itself feels small and outdated, and having just one small elevator can be inconvenient during busy times. During our one-night stay, we encountered some issues with cleanliness in the washroom; there was dirt, and only a partially used toilet paper roll remained.

One staff member seemed to have multiple responsibilities, which may have affected their ability to maintain everything adequately. They were responsible for cleaning the lobby and other areas on the ground floor, as well as serving and preparing breakfast. The coffee machine was turned off in the evening, despite being told that free coffee would be available at all times. In contrast, our experiences at two other ibis style hotels on this trip (in Port de' Italie and Lyon) included free coffee in the lobby throughout the day.

Additionally, the attitude of the cleaning staff came across as somewhat rude, which was disappointing. It seems like hiring an additional staff member could help improve the overall service and maintenance of the hotel.

Overall, I believe that with some improvements in cleanliness, staff allocation, and amenities, the hotel could provide a better experience for its guests.

Excellent hotel in regards to the room, staff and food. Location not so. If travelling with a family into Gare Du Nord its a 30min walk or a 30euro taxi. Metro is close although not pushchair friendly, lots of stairs, lifts if any out of order. Happy to stay there again maybe not as a family trip.

The hotel was clean and modern. Great buffet breakfast, friendly desk staff. Rooms are small with virtually no storage or tables to put anything in/on, air con didn't seem to work. Plenty of usb charging ports. Close to good restaurants, metro station and local supermarkets etc. 15min walk to Montmartre/Sacre Coeur. Shampoo/shower gel in bathroom and towels provided. Only real negative was some of the snacks we bought for our room were taken by staff. Pillows were awful.

Very disappointing for an Ibis Styles compared with past experiences in other cities. Very small lobby, rooms and bathrooms with cracked sinks that leaked onto the folded towels below. We were given exactly two stained threadbare bath towels; no hand towels. It was very noisy inside and out. We could hear conversations on the street and in the next room, not to mention traffic. Absolutely no sound proofing or sound control. We were given a particularly bad room next to the wooden stairs and hall door, so stomping footsteps and slamming doors throughout the day and night. The staff were nice and helpful, the metro station is close, and it was fun being close to Monmartre. Unless you get a great deal, stay somewhere else. Even the regular Ibis a block away looked better without rooms that fronted on the street.

The room was small, with a very strange bathroom: the sink in one bedroom, the toilet in another bedroom and the shower apart in its own area. The room was smelly and the carpet looks old and dirty. It is a shame, because the breakfast facilities are so good, and the breakfast itself is superb! Best breakfast we had in our 5-day visit to Paris.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience. The room had multiple issues– The air conditioning didn’t work, the window wouldn’t open, the sink leaked, and worst of all the shower drain was blocked and it caused water to overflow. Because they were fully booked we were unable to get another room. The nighttime staff covering the front desk showed no interest in helping me with my problems. I was forced to make a makeshift plunger using a toilet brush and a towel in order to plunge the shower drain enough so that the water would drain out.I will state that the front desk man who checked us in in the morning was very nice.

Wonderful hotel in Montmartre.

We stayed here for two nights and the hotel is lovely. Our accommodations were simple (expected), but the service we received was superb. The staff at the desk were very friendly and hospitable as we attempted to speak French. The continental breakfast was better than anything you'd find in comparable properties in the United States. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Close to metro stations and restaurants. Staff are very nice. Rooms are very clean but as is common with European hotels it is much smaller than a North American hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet clean and very modern.

Very helpful staff when you need help, very loud

This part of Montmartre didn't look very safe for a family so I was happy to see nice interiors and very helpful staff on our arrival. I know Paris is expensive so wasn't suprise with small rooms. The kids area was separated which was very nice. There was no internet but staff helped very quickly and within minutes the problem was solved. Receptionists were always there when we needed any help. Merci. Unfortunately the street is very loud during the night and we couldn't sleep well. The windows are so bad and you can hear any sound. During the day our bins weren't emptied and rooms weren't cleaned. We try to clean it ourself but with two kids and tiny space it didn't look as it should. The breakfast should start at 7 but on last day when we were rushing we've heard that they start at 8. Overall Paris is lovely, people very nice and helpful but I wouldn't pick this part of Montmartre second time.

We booked the room for our first night in France, went sightseeing to other countries, when we returned to France it was must staying in the same hotel.
Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is happy and helpful.
The breakfast was great with many options.

Havde booket et værelse til 3 personer, hvilket er et meget lille værelse, uden mulighed for at hænge tøj op til mere en 1 person. Der var desværre ikke noget siddeområde. Troede også der var et hyggeligt opholdsområde, hvor man kunne sidde og spille om aftenen, når nu ikke der var plads til dette på værelset. Der var desværre heller ikke et barområde hvor man kunne sidde. Lækkert med garage tæt på hotellet og god beliggenhed i Montmartra med masser af caféer og restauranter

駅から少し歩くのが難点でしたが、スタッフも感じがよく、キレイで過ごしやすい宿でした。朝食のクロワッサンやチーズも美味しかったです。
ドライヤーが無かったのは困りました。冷蔵庫も無かったんですが、フロントの人のお願いして、冷蔵庫にジュースを保管してもらえました。

Fint og billigt hotel

2 voksne, 1 teenager og 1 preteen. Værelset var fint stort, dog var toilet og bruser meget lille og der var ikke meget tryk på vandet. Væggene var meget tynde og man kunne høre en del fra naboerne.
Morgenbuffeten var indbydende.

Hotellet er ikke særlig stort og man kan have svært ved at få en parkeringsplads.

Um bom local para dormir uma noite curta.

O hotel está bem situado e cumpriu o objetivo de dormir uma noite curta, apesar de a terceira cama não ser muito confortável.
O interior do quarto estava com sinais de degradação, a porta da parte da casa de banho onde se encontra a sanita estava partida, não permitindo fechar, o encaixe do cartão estava igualmente danificado, impedindo a sua colocação, felizmente a iluminação estava sempre ligada.

Meget larm fra aircondition, og meget lydt i det hele taget, en af dagene kom rengøring ikke… vi bad en dag i receptionen om at få skiftet sengetøj (man skal spørge ellers skiftes det ikke og vi var der 6 dage) men det blev ikke gjort, vil ikke bo der igen, men var fint nok for en gang til byferie, hvor vi mest var ude

Meget fint hotel. Særligt til den pris. Og venligt personale.
Dog var der lidt hist og her der var gået i stykker/ikke fungerede, morgenmaden var lidt sølle, der var meget lydt på værelset (det føltes som om man lå på gaden OG inde i værelset ved siden af) og så ligger hotellet lige 2-300 meter inde i den meget skumle del af området. Hold jer fra Metro-stoppet Porte de Clignancourt! Meget utrygt.
