Forget ideas of the Holiday Inn chain in N. America. This unassuming, little hotel was clean, quiet, well situated and didn't break the bank. Staff allowed us to check in early. There was a bar fridge - so we could stock some fruit to counter all that pastry - and complimentary coffee - so we could sip while we got ready in the morning. I would stay here again.

Staff were welcoming and responsive. Unfortunately they were unable to supply a rubber non slip mat for the very elevate bath/shower combo. The tub was quite slippery and thus required me to be on hand while my husband who has neuropathy in his feet showered. With elevated soaking tubs it becomes quite a feat for someone to exit while everything is wet. We would have appreciated better lighting in the room as it felt quite dim. (Not the only place in Europe we have experienced this)
Breakfast was average for the cost, plenty of options but nothing special. (
Be aware this hotel is in a residential area and several blocks to the Metro station. English speaking staff were available.

The property and overall expectation for an IHG hotel was as expected (one of the reasons why we choose to stay in them), except one major disappointing issue. We arrived on 9/13, on 9/16 their elevator broke. They placed a sign that is was a shutdown as part of improvement works it was out of service since the 17th, which was incorrect and odd. We were provided a room on the 7th floor. We had to go up 7 flights of stairs for the remainder of the trip when we departed on 9/19. The part that was most disappointing was that the management/staff made no effort to either offer us a room on a lower floor, (which did appear they had available), assist us with our luggage on the AM of checkout, offer some IHG points (I am a member in long standing), etc. On one occasion, one of the staff members apology seemed very dismissive. We had additional family that had rooms on the 4th and and 5th floors and they had the same comments that I am providing. So what would have been a perfect trip to Paris was smudged by something that could have been handled by just being a little polite. I know they could not fix the elevator, I know what it takes to have them serviced as I have worked for medical practices that have had this happen, and we made every effort to accommodate patients that this may inconvenience.

Excellent service from Juba; friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and there were numerous options. Our rooms and linens were clean. My only concern was that room 106 had a musty smell and it was giving the family a mild allergic respiratory reaction. Maybe mould caused by the adjacent green roof garden drainage into a porous old wall? Maybe this should be investigated.

This hotel is a nice surprise when you check in. It’s in a very quiet street just 5 mins walk away from the cafes and restaurants in Rue Epic. We were a family of 3 and stayed in a triple room which was clean and modern. Fridge with complimentary bottled water on arrival and a handy safe in the room. Beds very comfortable.Staff on front desk very pleasant and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast as the local cafes so close. We would definitely stay here again as you can walk to the Metro station at Place Le Clichy within 10 mins. Ubers to the Louvre area around €13 and serve the area well. Overall we were not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was.

The hotel was well-kept, comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The only issue we had was regarding being “dog-friendly”. They charged a fee of $40/dog per night and they did not allow the dogs to use the only area with grass for the restroom. This was brought to our attention when the staff very rudely told my son that it wasn’t their problem.

We had a good two night stay in room 506. The room was spacious. It had a kettle and an espresso maker. Coffee and milk were provided but not replenished the following day. Luckily the cleaner was doing her round when we came back so we could ask for some more of them. The room also had a good size empty mini fridge.
The bathroom had a bath and shower combo.

The service at the reception was good. We liked their idea of serving mini pastries at the reception in the afternoons.

The only drawback was the breakfast. It was not bad but nowhere close to the standards we have come to expect from Holiday Inn, for example the breakfast at Holiday Inn Grands Boulevards is far superior to their offering.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would happily stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly faces ready to assist.

The room was clean, comfortable beds beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep, and the view from the room was breathtaking.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference.

Our stay was amazing.
The hotel staff was super nice, they all spoke English which was very helpful. All the members of the staff we interacted with were willing to help us all the time.
The room was great, it had enough space, it had a fridge, a hair dryer and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was big enough too, and it had shampoo, hair conditioner and soap of a very well known brand which I loved.
The cleaning service was excellent. We booked with breakfast included and it was excellent as well.
The location of the hotel was perfect, we had more than one subway stations near and the zone was good as well, very close to the moulin rouge and close to lots of good restaurants and stores. There were many supermarkets near which was great.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, I’d definitely come back to this hotel and I’d strongly recommend it.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff cared about me as a customer and took their job seriously. They were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond - including carrying my suitcase up 6 flights of stairs while the elevator was not functioning to helping me find a Doctor when I came down with a bad flu. The room was spacious and clean and relatively sound proof. The location of the hotel is excellent- loads of fantastic restaurants within short walking distance, as well as a laundromat acriss the road and pharmacies, boulangeries and supermarkets nearby. I will certainly stay again.

The front desk staff were always very kind and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was large enough for a king bed and pullout chair/bed, but since the bathroom was oversized and had double sinks in it, it didn't leave much room around the beds. Our friends stayed on the 4th floor, and their bathroom was smaller with only 1 sink, so their wardrobe was placed differently, and allowed for more room around the beds.
We ate at the breakfast buffet one day, but really did think that it was overpriced for the food offered, and there were other patisseries and boulangeries within walking distance with more reasonably priced options.
It was a very pleasant neighborhood, and within easy walking distance of the metro, bus or other restaurants.
It was also my daughter's birthday while we were there, and the staff were kind enough to put a \"swan\" heart (of towels) in the room with some balloons and a sign on the door as a surprise!

Convenient location in the popular Montmarte neighborhood. We stayed in a connected double room, which was plenty of space for our family of 5. The included breakfast each morning was also helpful. Easy to access anywhere in Paris, 3 Metro lines within 10 min walk, and Gare Saint Lazare is about 20 min walk for easy regional train access to Normandy and Versailles. Very friendly qnd helpful staff.

Great find in Montmartre

The staff were fabulous, very warm welcome and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a family suite (2 interconnected rooms) which was brilliant. I think the vacuuming could be a bit more thorough but they provide slippers so maybe not an issue… Rooms are spacious, can control your own temperature and the beds were very comfortable. Chose this one because I wanted to be close to the cafe culture in Montmartre and it is perfect for that! We’ll definitely be back!

The space we very clean and our stay was comfortable. The room was a bit warm at times but I have heard that that’s fairly common in Paris for the rooms. The first room was ridiculously too small. They moved us the next day to a nicer room that had normal space. And when the heater did t work they brought portable that did the job just fine. Super helpful, friendly staff. Cool honor bar. Convenient walk to bars, shopping, and the most fabulous, fresh seafood ever on Rue de Abbesses. Walking distance to Place de Tartre.

We had rooms on the 7th floor and it was very quiet - can be a rare thing in Paris! Hotel is very well placed for Montmartre and an easy journey from Gare du Nord. Lots of lovely restaurants locally too. Amazing cheese shop on the same road as the hotel.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Montmartre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC worked great (and it was 107F so we were very thankful for that). Our door lock malfunctioned and the door had to be opened manually but they were quick to help. I only wish the breakfast was a little more reasonable. It was aroundr 18 euro which seemed like quite a lot for a hotel breakfast. We ended up going to some local bakeries instead. The location was great. It seemed safe even on the few nights we were out past midnight. Room was immaculate. They had some guest computers and printers which ended up being very useful for us! Thanks for a great stay!

The gentlemen at the front desk on our first day was very professional, friendly and help as a matter of fact all of the staff were great. We were mostly out during our stay however the few encounter we had with the staff at different time of the day was pleasant. The staff working in the breakfast room all the way to front desk. They made sure we were comfortable and borrowed us adapter and chargers. I have no complain. Will use them again.

Great location! Walking distance from bus and train stop. Market and local restaurants on same block. Nice, quiet, and safe! I had the “family suite” which consisted of 2 separate rooms with a common main door so we propped our doors open to hear each other. There was a loud intermittent buzzing our entire 3 night stay that was quite disturbing. I complained but it did no good because buzzing never stopped and the front desk didn’t know what it was. I traveled with my husband and 3 children (9,15,17).

I was welcomed by name when I arrived. That was a really nice personal touch. Close to everything in the Montmartre area. We had a comfortable large bed. Bathroom was new. Comfortable Montmartre neighborhood stay

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to provide us with excellent directions and assistance to find the places we wanted to see. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family of 5, and spacious enough that we were quite comfortable.

The only thing that would keep me from staying here again is its distance from the major sights and museums. It is perfectly situated for seeing Sacre Cœur and enjoying the Montmartre neighborhood. For couples or adults who are able to easily use the metro system, it is truly perfect. For families with young children who need easier transportation options, cabs can be expensive, and sights beyond Montmartre are quite a walk.

There are a number of food options nearby, including a cafe that is practically next door. It has a great menu, and wonderful nighttime vibe. It was family friendly, even for our very late dinner.
