My recommendation on this hotel is go somewhere else. My room was tiny and was not as depicted in the photos of the hotel-opening luggage or storing in the room will cause issues for your stay. Even opening bathroom doors will cause issues. Other issues - no hot water. Television, air conditioning, phone, one light in a very dark room did not work. Cigarette burns on the bedding made it feel unclean. Electric sockets did not support converter (used throughout France before and after my attempted stay with no issues). Windows barely open because of room size limitations and the curtains being glued to the window frame. I tried calling for assistance but again, phone not working. I knew then I would not be able sleep here. I reported the issues to the front desk who referred me to the manager (was not on site). I checked out immediately and emailed the Mgr. The worst part of the experience was the communication back from my email. Managers are paid to solve problems, but this Manager denied any issues with the room. If a customer has issues it is the manager's job to resolve them-not make it worse. The response was totally inadequate and unprofessional. No attempt was made on amends or addressing issues. There are lots of great or even average boutique hotels in this area. Skip this one and go to one that deserves your business. Check for a Mgr on site. I've stayed in several other hotels in this area that are not as dive-y as this one and never felt ripped off as I did here.

The hotel was extremely accommodating. Expedia had a loud us to purchase a room with three people, and this hotel does not allow three people per room and the hotel was able to accommodate us by allowing us to book an additional room. Expedia did nothing to help us so be warned. Expedia will not help you with anything that you have a problem with on your trip but this hotel will, although you will have to pay the additional fees and they will do their best. There was one day that we were unable to book a room with them and they were able to assist us in booking a room at a hotel very very close to theirs so my husband stayed there so my child and I could sleep together in the room that we had booked

The hotel and the location are amazing. But, we didn't have electricity due to a failure with the hair dryer, so we didn't have air conditioner. We told the staff in charge at that time and when we returned from our excursion it was solved, until we plugged in our cell phones and the light went out again. So we slept without light or air conditioner. It was on the last night so when it was check out we told the reception. Other than that, the stay and the Hotel were magnificent

The location of the hotel is good.Staffs were friendly and willing to help.The rooms are on the small side.And we didn't get the room type we booked.Booked a Superior Room(or double comfort on the hotel's site) got a Double Classic room.We didn't bring this up because that would be too much trouble for 30 sq ft.And we think it's hotels.com(expedia)'s responsibility to mark the room type consistent with the hotel website to avoid trouble in the future.

The Hotel is a typical small French hotel. Which is fantastic. The location is really good. Lots of places near by to eat and drink. A Metro station is right there if needed. But I prefer to walk and see all the life and spaces of Paris!

Great location just a few metres from Moulin Rouge. No early check in but bag storage. Rooms are tiny.
Breakfast is pre-ordered and served on 1st floor, coffee is available here 24/7.
Overall a little dissapointed with size of room.

The few positives about the hotel are the location & the elevator.

The negatives are that the hotel room was small & so was the elevator. But the worst part was that the room wasn't as clean as what I expected a 4 star hotel to be.

My husband got bed bug bites from sleeping on the pillow. I found out after we left so I tried contacting them. They stopped replying back after I mentioned what happened and sent photos of my husband's face and arms.

I know there is a bed bug problem in Paris right now but it was not right that they ignored my emails.

We had the basic classic room & the clothes hanging space was ridiculous, I would suggest they replace the fridge with a small chest of draws & modify the small cupboard to enable dress or shirts/Trousers to hang free of obstacles. Very small room but for a few days it worked out ok

Everything went very smooth for check-in, and our room was nice…it looked as described. The only problem was that we booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast and Wi-Fi options. When we arrived, the hotel said that Wi-Fi was not working due to city street maintenance (although nowhere around the hotel had similar problems). When I asked again the next day for the Wi-Fi password, the staff member told me that she “already told me that Wi-Fi was broken”, but then gave me a totally different story for why the Wi-Fi was not available (that someone broke the box). I let her know that the hotel network was showing full service availability on my devices and just simply asking me for a password. She wouldn’t provide the password or even let me try it… But their computer system and credit card processing system was working just fine and not dial up? Anyway, she did offer to look up something for me, but that was not the point of why I needed Internet service. I needed it for work and processing payroll, which again was one reason we selected this property with WiFi advertised. The explanations of why WiFi was not available for guests was rather strange to be honest. I was not able to use Wi-Fi for our entire visit. Aside from the Wi-Fi problems that I believe someone would want to be aware of prior to booking this property, the staff was attentive and the property was nice.

Worst Hotel to stay in

Stayed in the hotel to find the room to have temperature set to 29 degree on thermostat. After repeated changes on thermostat to lower temperature without any luck Informed the night shift staff for help but the guy become very agettated and didn't help. Ask Hotels.com rep and got confirmation that it will be fixed in the morning. Second night it was again the same. Recorded video where the thermostat being change automatically from 18 degree to 26 degree. I requested the hotel to provide me another room but they refuse. After 2 nights of not sleeping I decided to cut short my stay in the hotel and checkout. I requested hotel to release my money but they refused to do so and Hotels.com also not helping

We booked and paid for a superior room, such as the one in the picture. Instead we had a room that was so tiny we could barely walk around the bed.
It is advertised as in Montmartre but that is a stretch. It is on the edge of Montmartre and the street adjacent to it is full of strip clubs, sex stores and very seedy characters. Across from the Hotel is a night club and strip club that is extremely loud.

Hotel du Beaumont is beautifully photographed for the website. I don't know where the spacious room is that shows in the photos - we didn't see it. The two rooms we stayed in were so small we had to go into the hall to change our minds. Suitcases had to be stacked, limited closet space or anywhere to store anything. The hotel is a bit like a grande dame, slowly sinking into decay.
We spent four nights at the hotel, and had to change rooms mid-stay. In our first room, the air conditioner leaked and dripped over the entry through our first night. We told the staff in the morning who said it would be fixed. The second night we stayed the air conditioner dripped incessantly, like water torture, to the point where we could not sleep. We changed rooms the next day. In the second room, the toilet seat was broken. We set it on the floor when we left the room for the day, thinking it would be repaired while we were out. It wasn't. Everything is just a little shabby. The staff, however, are friendly and accommodating, and apologized repeatedly for the state of the hotel. When we expressed our concerns, they noted that they were old problems.

Bedroom was small but everything we needed. Bed comfortable, shower worked every time. When we opened the windows we could hear traffic but the soundproofing worked. Aircon meant no need to open the window. Staff friuendly and handled every request well. Never tried breakfast so can't comment.

Nice cosy hotel in Montmartre

We booked the hotel for two nights and it was just right. Cozy decor and quiet room (our window overlooked a closed courtyard). Good wifi connection in the room, and decent free espresso on the second floor. Fifty steps from the Moulin Rouge cabaret , or to the Blanche Metro station. On the same street as a few bakeries, cafes, and grocery stores so you can wander for a light bite. Bed was very firm with a bizarre ridge in the middle - two mattresses pushed together? Other than the weird bed, a good location for a romantic trip.

Steve at the desk saved this hotel from a disaster review. Wi-fi was basically awful, no English speaking channels on the TV. Actually a lady who worked at the reception told me that the hotel was not\"obliged\" to provide these channels!! Wow, thanks Lady.
The fridge in the room was like Luke warm AND finally, the safe didn't work. Location was excellent but the room didn't have a closet space to hang clothes. Bathroom was super modern but too small, you really had to squeeze yourself in to the shower. The floor became a slipping hazard when wet so I dont know. There is a point of no return when it comes to space. It changes from \"cute\" to \"come on\" and if on top of that almost nothing in the room works, sorry not even Steve at the desk can safe this place!

Amazing hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a fabulous location. I was actually amazed at how good the hotel was for the price and location. It is smack in the middle of the action in Montmartre with restaurants, bars and anything you could possibly want within a minutes walk.
I was worried about the noise because of the location but it was like a little sanctuary, cosy, warm and quiet and a million miles away from the hustle and bustle outside.
Not only will I stay here again but I will be making more trips just to stay here! I loved it!

The hotel is in a building right next to Moulin Rouge, an area that has everything(cafes, supermarket, station, pubs etc) and very close to Montmartre. It is renovated and very stylish inside! I would go there again!

The noise from the street outside was very loud our 1st night which was a Saturday night but we did not have any issues the other nights. Can't wait to stay again!

Once again... Just fabulous! We just love this hotel, rooms are compact, but lovely, stunning decor, wonderful staff, AIR CONDITIONED... which when it hit 37 C was divine, the location is so central, looking forward to returning already.
