From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Vrimal at check-in, who was incredibly professional, warm, and efficient. She set the tone for our entire stay with her kindness and attention to detail. Wrencylle, who assisted us during the last two days, was also wonderful and attentive.

The facility was very clean, and the location could not have been better. Everything within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible. Although the surrounding area may not be highly recommended by some for the nearby businesses, I can honestly say that for me and my young adult daughter, it worked out perfectly and we felt very comfortable.

The only small constructive note would be regarding the shower design, as water tends to splash outside the shower area. However, we understand that improvements are already underway. The espresso machine in the room was a delightful and unexpected touch.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly return!

I was excited to stay here as the property is beautiful and the rooms themselves are lovely. However, several aspects of my stay were disappointing.

On my first evening, I was told by reception that there was no room service available and that I should order Uber Eats. The following morning, I saw a room service menu stating service runs from 11am–2am, which left me feeling confused and misinformed.

One evening I returned early due to heavy rain, hoping to relax with a cocktail at the bar, only to be told cocktails could not be served despite being advertised on the menu. As a solo traveller, this was particularly disappointing.

I was also surprised that the spa price of €90 for two people remained the same for a solo guest.

Finally, after dropping an earring under the bed, I was shocked to see how dusty it was underneath, as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Overall, while the hotel has great potential and looks beautiful, the inconsistency in service and cleanliness did not reflect what I would expect from a four-star property.

It’s in the old red light district, and down the street from Moulin Rouge and Montmatre. The area gets lively at night, but it still felt safe. Close to a lot of things like great bars, restaurants, metro entrances, 20 min walk to the shopping area. Small property and limited amenities. No gym, restaurant only serves breakfast. I would book again.

Rooms were smaller than we get in the UK, but still big enough.

The room was much smaller than in the pictures, it was clean and renovated, but the location was unbelievably bad, completely unrelated to Paris. In Istanbul, hotels like this would get 1 or 2 stars; 4 stars have nothing to do with this hotel. The hotel’s area is full of strip clubs, sex shops, and low-quality places that have no connection to Paris. I absolutely do not recommend it. It’s not at all suitable for families or children.

Missold entirely. This was booked for our honeymoon as ‘overlooking Montmartre Square’. Instead, we were in some crummy motel MILES AWAY from the square in a tiny room so small, we had to dance around each other to get to the bathroom. Add to that a vociferous check out by phone and door knocking even though we’d agreed a late check out with the receptionist, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a grotty hotel and that’s really saying something as we travel abroad in business regularly.

The hotel is European so the rooms are somewhat small, but the location is very convenient and it’s walkable to the Moulin Rouge and all of the site in Montemarte. The staff was really friendly and we took part in the daily breakfast, which was good overall we were happy with the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Artemisia Montmartre and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt effortless and welcoming.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern yet cozy aesthetic. I was lucky enough to be on one of the higher floors and enjoyed stunning views of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The bed was perfectly firm, just the way I like it, with soft sheets and fluffy pillows that made for a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room feeling fresh—something I really appreciated during the warmer days.

One of the highlights was booking a massage shortly after check-in. The process was incredibly easy, and the massage itself was fantastic—highly recommended if you're looking to unwind.

The location is another major plus. It felt very safe, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood didn’t feel overly touristy, which made the experience feel more like living in Paris rather than just visiting. The metro was close by, making it easy to get around the city quickly.

The staff were warm, helpful, and always had a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

As for downsides, there’s very little to mention. The elevator was a bit slow, but that’s par for the course in many European buildings. My only real wish is that the rooms had a mini fridge—it would’ve been nice to keep snacks or drinks on hand.

An absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance of the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. There’s a metro station a couple of minutes walk away giving you easy access to the whole of Paris.
Every member of the hotel staff that we spoke to were pleasant and very helpful. Would heartily recommend the Artemisia to anyone looking to take a break in Paris, it’s certainly somewhere that I hope to return to!

Besides the rooms the staff is really great here. Very accommodating. While jet lagged I kept missing the cleaning service so late one afternoon they had cleaners go in as a sorta last stop.

The hotel is in a great location easy accessible by Metro and a bus. From the main train station of Paris, it is full stop there and back which is excellent. The hotel itself is new. Everything is nice and clean although I do think the rooms aren’t cleaned as properly especially the bathroom. I’ve saw lots of hair that wasn’t ours because it was already there when we had checked in. rooms are quite small but I guess that’s Paris for you. It was a bit difficult to navigate around the room. One person had to wait to allow the other person I did like the decor. I love the colour the shower pressure was very low so washing my hair was a nightmare overall the area as good as well. There’s a lot to see and explore don’t miss the cathedral. We also got the little train ride around town which was €12 each and it was good to see some places that we hadn’t seen spotted some quaint cafés software generally pleasant and friendly. I do recommend this hotel as it fitted our budget really well.

Lovely boutique type hotel in a vibrant area. It is only approximately 300 metres from the Moulin Rouge. Rooms cleaned each day. Hotel is in a great vibrant location with an abundance of restaurants and bars close by. I didnt get to use the spa, its only a small room from my understanding - so was unsure whether this needed to be booked before using. Breakfast options were a little limited (basically croissants, a bit of fruit and coffee - continental) - but there's loads of other options right outside the hotel if needed. Overall a good stay for my Birthday and would recommend coming back. Staff were friendly and attentive.

We loved our stay at Artemisia Montmartre. We enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and most of all the wonderfully kind and helpful staff. We had a situation with our airline losing our bags and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve them from the airline.

Hotel is very close to both the Pigalle and Blanche metro entrances and isn't so far of a walk from Sacre Couer.

This is a great place to stay. If we are ever lucky enough to make it back to Paris we would stay here again, for sure.

Don't let the size and location be an issue and the room we had was very nice and clean (recent renovation?) keeping the Art Deco vibe alive.
The staff was very helpful and more than willing to help you with either letting you know how to get somewhere by bus or train or working the morning breakfast. The hotel is close to both bus stops and the Metro station. All in all a very good place to stay.

I prefer smaller independent hotels to big corporate establishments, and this hotel was perfect for my taste. Efficient and friendly staff, very clean comfortable rooms of standard city size, great aircon.
Pigalle is an interesting neighbourhood, similar vibe to Soho in London, so perhaps not for those of a sensitive nature, but I loved it. Great atmosphere, 3 min walk from Moulin Rouge, 5min to Metro, 10-15 mins to Sacre Coeur and many good places to eat within walking distance. For those arriving via train, around 25 min metro/walk transfer from Gar du Nord.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. We loved our stay! The neighborhood was not the best though, as it was full of sex shops and venues.

**A Perfect Birthday Stay – Unforgettable Experience at Artemisia Montmartre**

I stayed at Artemisia Montmartre during a surprise birthday trip to Paris, planned by my amazing girlfriend, and it was nothing short of incredible!

From the moment we walked in, the ambience and scent of the hotel set a relaxing and elegant tone. The decor was stylish and welcoming, and the location was perfect—super convenient and made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to explore.

A huge shoutout to Camille, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I also want to thank Jimmeh and Vimal, who were equally amazing, attentive, warm, and accommodating throughout. The staff made a big difference in our overall experience.

We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, especially the perfectly made lattes. The room on the 7th floor was modern, comfortable, and had stunning views of the city. Having a smart TV in the room was a great touch and made it feel extra cozy and convenient.

This hotel really made my birthday trip unforgettable. Highly recommend Artemisia Montmartre for anyone looking for a beautiful stay with excellent service in the heart of Paris. We’ll definitely be back!

This hotel is a gem. It is very clean, smelled wonderful, and the staff were excellent. Julie made us breakfast and she was my favorite person in Paris! She made our trip extra delightful. The check in lady was Vimal and she was so pleasant and helpful. If staying near the Moulin Rouge is a priority, this is a wonderful place to stay! The shops attached and near by were a bit jarring (red light area) but the hotel was fabulous. Easy to get to the metro and to many charming areas and close to Sacré Cour. Our room was small but nice and quiet. No complaints! Thanks for a wonderful trip!
