We stayed in room 30 for an entire week. It was clean and quirky. The walls had lots of interesting artwork and there were various eclectic books and various knicknacks.

The king-sized bed dominates the center of the room. There are two closets at a the foot of the bed, one houses the excellent mini bar, the other is available for clothes etc. There is also one small chair in the corner.

Our one complaint is that there was nowhere for two people to sit and have a cocktail or a glass of wine except the bed.
.
The tiled walk-in shower is large with a rain shower head and plenty of hot water. There is also a claw foot bathtub that we didn't use. We thought a sofa would have fit nicely on that space; who uses bathtubs these days anyway?

The staff were delightful and very helpful. The one breakfast we had in the restaurant was yummy so was the coffee.

The hotel is in a great location, just minute or two from the Pigalle metro stop and down the hill from Montmarte surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, bars, and bistros. We found it was typically a 30 minute or so.walk to most of the places we wanted to visit.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the property was very small especially the room it was hard to move around. we had to pay some kind of taxes on first day for the week, but when got home I see they charged my card another $25.00 with no explnation, I send them a massage and ask why but no one responded to me.Be careful if you going there.Breakfast was good

This is a good hotel, very comfortable and clean, the area is ok, it seems safe enough and you can walk to the centre of Paris in under half an hour. The other good thing is the metro station about 50m away that has direct connections with loads of stations. The area itself has certainly cleaned up, the square has well kept gardens and useful everyday shops and cafes

Fun hotel but didn’t realise how late the music in the bar/restaurant would be blasting until. I’m pregnant and thought being on the third floor would be ok but it was not. Very loud bass until the early hours. Something that should definitely be mentioned upon booking. Also when we checked out we asked for our bags to be stored for the day which I reinforced as had my work laptop in one of the bags so was important that it be secured which the lady reassured me she would do asap but when we came back to the hotel it was still just sat in reception for anyone to take. Which I did without any recognition from the staff. Not great.

Looooooved staying here my last night in Paris. Super cute lounge area with great selection of drinks and food, plus plenty of outlets, chill vibe, cool decor and friendly staff. Stayed in the suite (top floor) — it had a gorgeous bath / shower area, sexy dressing area mirrors, turntable, well-stocked mini bar, and an amazing bed and linens. Will definitely return (and stay here longer) the next time I’m in Paris. ♥️

A wonderful hotel with friendly service

We recently returned from a two night stay at Le Pigalle.

It can safely be said that we are fans as this was the fourth time we stayed at Le Pigalle.

As always we loved it. Staying at most other hotels under the circumstances (the weather was cold and rainy and the lift was broken the day we checked in) it could have been a disaster. But as it was Le Pigalle things went smoothly. They gave us our room as soon as it was ready and Chloe and Lydia helped us to get our luggage to the room. It was room 40 on the fourth floor so they got quite a workout with that.

That superb service from Lydia and Chloe was an important factor in saving the first day as the broken down lift was less of an issue.

The second factor in helping to save the day was the room which was lovely as always. We have stayed in room 50 twice before and room 40 was a fairly exact replica of that. The ugly weather outside did not matter as we had our own mini spa in the room in the form of the full size bathtub.

The following day we left earlyish to go sightseeing and once we got back the lift had been fixed.

Many thanks again to everybody at the reception team, especially Chloe and Lydia and we will see you all next time.

Not much Room in the Room.

The hotel had a very distinct hipster vibe and frankly I’d have preferred more useful space in the room rather than the record player and collection of LPs. The tub/shower was terrible and you simply couldn’t avoid water all over the floor. The location was good, close to Montmartre and a Metro station. Breakfast was small but fine. Staff were courteous and helpful.

We recently stayed for 2 nights at Le Pigalle.

This was our third stay Le Pigalle and once again, we just loved it. Chloe at the reception recognized us immediately and was super friendly. We had arrived too early, so we decided to chill out at the bar for a bit and wait for our room.

The room was the same one where we had stayed once before, room 50 in the category Pigalle-22. It faced the inner yard and was nice and quiet. As always, we spent a lot of time in the bath enjoying the Le Labo toiletries. The room has a lovely design and is so nice that you do not want to leave: The bath, the toiletries, fluffy towels and bathrobes, the comfortable bed, their own branded products such as the laundry bags all add to the atmosphere. Having two vouchers for a welcome drink on the bed was a nice touch.

In short, this hotel always puts us in the mood for love.

Everybody at the hotel was very friendly and professional. We already knew Chloe, who is lovely, and our dealings with Lydia and Karlee all went in the same friendly spirit.

We will certainly be back.

We stayed at Le Pigalle room 40 over 28/29 May and I can say that it is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was comfortable, stylish and had an amazing bed. The whole hotel has a really friendly, cool vibe.
The check in process was really informal, just a table with a laptop, which I really loved - it makes you feel welcome, as if visiting friends at home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, very helpful.
The whole area around the hotel is great - a very vibrant and cool district with countless corner cafes to sit outside. At night it felt very safe.
We love Paris and will definitely be back, and we will be sure to book into Le Pigalle.

We really enjoyed Le Pigelle. The location was perfect and easily accessible to the metro. The design of the place is really nice and well-considered. Food in the restaurant was decent. Hotel staff was lovely, restaurant service was slow and not very responsive. Overall would stay here again, my only qualm with the hotel is that the air conditioning definitely didn’t do anything, even after having someone come and check it. We ended up sleeping with the windows open but I cannot imagine staying here during hotter months.

Every member of staff at the hotel is unfailing helpful and friendly and I always feel very welcome and comfortable. I'm only deducting a tiny point because they've taken croissants off the breakfast menu, which feels like it should be a crime in Paris! Otherwise, this is a great place to stay and I wholeheartedly recommend it!

A wonderful stay again

We had a beyond belief wonderful 2 night stay at Le Pigalle in March.

This was the second time we stayed at Le Pigalle. The lovely American young lady at the reception - I forgot to ask her name - remembered us from our previous stay and warmly welcomed us back to the hotel. We arrived very early, at about 12:20. We went to have a drink at their cosy bar while waiting for the room to become available.

The room was ready at about 14:15 and it was amazing. The room number was 65 on the uppermost floor with a beautiful view of rooftops of Paris. It was huge for Paris and absolutely beautiful: Art on the walls, a king size bed, a little \"sofa\", a table etc and lots of storage space, especially in the bathroom and the toilet for potions and lotions.

The bath and the Le Labo bath producsts were again among the highlights of the stay: We could have a relaxing bath while looking at the rooftops of Paris. Incredible. The room and the bath faced the inner yard so it was quiet and romantic. Le Pigalle really can put some spring into anybody's step.

One wonderful extra touch was the vinyl record player and a selection of records.

Everybody at the reception and the bar were nice, polite and friendly.

It is not a matter of if we will come back, it is a matter of when. We are already looking forward to the next trip and we have hardly finished unpacking our suitcases!

Cool, slightly kooky hotel in the heart of the vibrant Pigalle district. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere - maybe a little too relaxed as staff did not seem to understand the extent of the renovation due to start on our last day at the hotel. Room we had was quite spacious - not sure if this was an upgrade. Nice bar/restaurant area to relax in - which can get pumping later on!

A wonderful stay

We stayed 2 nights at Le Pigalle and had a wonderful stay.

We came to the check-in at about noon, and the receptionist told us that our room was not yet ready. We told her that we understood it perfectly as we were early.
The room became available well before the scheduled check in time of 3pm and we went in.

The room was amazing. It was large for Paris and had a full size bath in connection with the room, 2 sinks, a small table with a chair next to it , a king size bed. There was also a shower room and a separate toilet. Everything was spotlessly clean, Full size Le Labo toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion - were provided.

The king size bed was super confortable. On the first night condoms were provided on the shelf next to the bed so they apparently and understandably expected people to get in the mood for love in such a lovely room. The room faced the inner yard which meant that there was no street noise.

The fridge was well stocked. When we bought some smoked salmon for breakfast and put it in the fridge the evening before and noticed that the temperature of the fridge was too warm for storage of food.

They had various Le Pigalle branded products in the room. I bought the laundry bag as a souvenir from the reception.

Everybody at the reception and the bar were lovely.

The purpose of our visit was to have a belated 40 year anniversary break. We will be back!

First, this is NOT a family friendly property. This hotel has a very adult theme in a very adult neighborhood. That being said it was very charming, spacious, comfortable, clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My only real complaint is that our window opened up onto a light shaft, so no view, but that's minor at best. I would definitely recommend it to young couples and people without kids.

Our stay here was amazing. The staff were all young and helpful. I'm used to places like the Hilton and other big name hotels but this hotel was so hip and we felt very cozy. My wife kept saying she loved this place. The beds were comfortable. Getting around by taxi or subway is easy. There are good places nearby to have adult beverages, coffee or small grocery stores. We will definitely come back again.

It does get loud at night because it's near a lot of nightclubs and bars but we're New Yorkers and we're used to street noise. Very close to shopping areas and easy to walk to where you want to go.

Great but lacks some basics

Cool and trendy but lacking some basics. Overall the place is super cool and meets many of the design hotel aspects. But the noise at night (Thursday through Monday) was insane, with people screaming and fighting outside and waking us up every night. There was no basics like a kettle( we asked and they don't provide) or coffee. You could get a coffee for $8 if you wanted.

At first they couldn’t find my reservation with Hotels.com booking which was a little nerve-racking, but staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is small, but clean and quiet and extremely convenient to the Metro. Restaurant menu limited, but good. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy - sex shops and x-rated theaters - but never felt unsafe.

Style over substance

Lots of nice touches to this hotel, but I think you need to get the basics right before you can stand out the way this hotel tries to.

On check-in, the lobby is rather cluttered and confusing. It took me a while to figure out that the person at the big table on a laptop is the front desk. Eventually getting to my room, my original room was small but adequate and the bed very comfortable. The walls could do with a cleaning. But my main comment is that there was a strange noise coming from the wall, a loud buzz every 30-40 secs that would wake me up during the night. I raised this and was eventually offered another room, which also had the same problem. I was offered a third room, a nice upgrade, but which again had the same problem. Realising this was a problem with the building, and that nobody had any interest in actually addressing it (I felt gaslighted), I resigned myself to tolerating it one more night and using white noise on my phone to drown it out. The staff only cared that I was placated. The newer room was obviously nicer and more spacious, and the records and record player are a nice touch, but the record player was broken. The showers have great temperature and pressure, but mine was so full of black mould and the shower curtain full of mildew. And the towel rack was coming off. The neighbourhood itself is a plus: it’s cool and central.

Overall I wanted to like this place, but all these things make me advise against staying here ever.

Tasteful French Culture

Great place to stay. Love, love, love the record player with Serge Gainsbourg records and special alcohol selection inside of the rooms. The food is good especially if you're trying to eat healthy; not a traditional menu. The lobby is usually nice and lively with a place for a DJ and lounge setup along with regular tables to sit at. Right next to Metro lines 2 and 12 but also plenty of good bars & restaurants in the area. I also always appreciate storing my bags after check-out with a luggage tag system

I had the most amazing stay at thia hotel. The staff, the room, everything about this hotel was A
Its location to all the amazing sites is central to this hotel.
Restaurants and bars surrounds it so there's always something to do if you wanna stay local.
This will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I visit Paris again.
