Great hotel, lost to Metro for easy access to city. Also, only a short walk to montmartre area. Lots of cafes, restaurants within minutes. Rooms done, quiet. Good heating/cooling system. Breakfast is adequate and can get crowded.

Convenient location to Montmartre. Very clean, and amenities as expected. It was a bit overpriced for what it was. Being able to store luggage before check-in time was nice. I felt like the staff was a bit snobbish, and it seemed like this was only towards certain clientele.

Interesting small hotel in great neighborhood with good Metro connections. Unfortunately during my stay they were renovating the courtyard. The air conditioning wasn't on and the windows were covered with plastic. A bit stuffy and warm. However they offered free breakfast to compensate. Overall a pleasant stay.

Everything was great, however if you are a light sleeper like myself I may ask for a room upstairs next time. We stayed at the room on ground floor near the reception therefore you could hear people from the lobby. Yet this wasn’t a problem for deep sleeper like my partner, and the room was very nice and clean itself.

A perfectly acceptable hotel with great stage in the ideal location. While there are not many facilities in the hotel you really do not need them as great restaurants, bars, Moulin Rouge, shopping is a short walk away, as well as Staint Georges Metro. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Great location - cool neighbourhood and close to metro. Peaceful hotel, clean rooms, new bathroom. When the shower head didn't stay in the clasp, they rushed up and fixed it straightaway. Team on reception were super helpful (the number 40 bus from outside was a top tip) and breakfast was nice, you can sit in the little courtyard. We walked from gare du nord. Thank you 3 chicks, we'll be back.

My adult daughter and I stayed at Hotel Les 3 Poussins in May 2022 as a result of online research. We returned in May 2023 by choice based on our previous experience. The hotel is a small gem located on a quiet street in the 9th Arrondissement. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful whether needing recommendations about cafes, transportation or something else. The rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast is ample and very good. The price per night is reasonable. It is simply a delightful place to stay, and if I am ever able to return to Paris I will stay there again.

One-night stay prior to return flight to U.S. Room and bath were large and immaculately clean. Very calming decor. Location is great for visiting Montmartre/Sacre Coeur, with many dining options around the corner on Rue des Martyrs as well as a Carrefour City if you want to buy your own supplies. Very tiny room, even for Paris. The bed is very close to the door with no good sound isolation, plus I was unfortunate to have the room right next to the elevator, which means I basically felt as if I was in the hallway when people walked in. And the street is noisy in the morning. Otherwise, it was very clean and quite new, with a good mattress.

One of the best in Paris

It was one of the most impressive & lovely hotels in Paris that we have stayed for the past years. Safe & good location, just within 20 mins walk to Opera, and Galleries Lafayette and most of the tourist spots. Loads of boulangeries and lovely boutiques right at the corner, you can simply spend a day shopping. Hotel is extremely clean, beds are comfortable, room not too small, bathroom has very good shower. Hotel staff are all very friendly, they speak good English as well. The lift was not working when we stayed there, but they have a porter to help us with the luggage, so no problem at all. I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to my friends, and would love to stay here again next time we visit Paris.

Great find...but always turn right...

We stayed there for seven nights in late December/Early January. The room was amazingly quite even on New Years Eve and we faced the street. Sure, you could hear cars honking if traffic backed up, but nothing enough to keep my ultra light sleeping wife awake. The room was made spotless every morning by the staff. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly.

One thing - when leaving the hotel always turn right and head for the beautiful Rue des Martys...if you go left, you May quickly find yourself walking past a variety of “interesting” sex shops with their products right there for you and your family to enjoy!

We were there during the transportation worker strike so we walked a lot and enjoyed it. There are a lot of great restaurants, cafes & fruit stands around. Enjoy them during your stay at this wonderful little hotel.

Hotel is is a great location on quiet street just off Rue de Martyrs which has a great selection of restaurants, food and other shops. Metro was on strike so we had easy 15/20 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Room small as is normal for Paris - larger rooms are available at higher price - but very well kept and had everything we needed including nice modern shower room, plenty of power points, wifi, hairdryer, towels, shower gel and soap. Bathroom and bedroom were spotlessly clean,. Staff very pleasant.

Unhelpful staff due to French strike our trains were cancelled at last minute and asked to change the dates as we just couldn't get to there the said no. If this is the service you receive from this hotel when things had been taken out of our control there is no way I would ever actually stay at this hotel and would definitely not recommend any one else to stay here eitber.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The customer service was excellent. This hotel is in the best location. It had a real village feel. It’s not in the tacky touristy part of Paris but it’s close enough to catch the metro or walk to some of the major attractions. The hotel is in a quiet street but nearby are bustling cafes and patisseries. There was real attention to detail and thought put into this hotel. It was very pleasant and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the hotel had character. It was quiet. It was like a little home. I read a lot of reviews before I booked and this hotel had glowing reviews. It’s close to pigalle and St Georges metro and 74 bus, it’s walking distance to the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre cemetery. It’s 20 min walk to Sacre Couer. Paris is very easy to get around on public transport and you can catch the metro to the Lourve or you can walk. Buy a weekly transport card at the airport 27 Euros but make sure you put your photo on the card or you could get fined! Anyway really glad I stayed here I will be back.

The hotel is off the beaten path which makes it quiet. Our room had a balcony with a city view. The elevator is small. You have to turn your key in at front desk before you leave. The breakfast is worth the 12€ per person. Overall, great place.

Checks all the right boxes, where most Paris hotels of this size miss. Friendly efficient check-in and front desk, renovated lobby and rooms in a traditional Parisian building, elevator to save you from lugging bags up five floors, super comfortable and clean room, decent size for Paris, great bathroom amenities, large shower stall, hot water and pressure. On top of that, it is located in a really nice neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries etc all around, and it is within a 5 minute walk to the metro station. All you need to enjoy your stay.

We liked a lot our stay at the hotel. It was super clean, beautiful room (ours had a small terrace). The bathroom was not very big but the shower was, and everything pretty new. If I come back to Paris I would definitely come to this hotel again.

It was well located, closed to St. Georges metro station. Though is not the best metro line to get to the places, it was still close to everywhere. The neighborhood was very nice, with plenty of places to have dinner.

I only stayed one night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and most of the staff was very friendly and eager to assist. The night receptionist was efficient but did not seem to know how to smile ... grumpy.
The description on Expedia gave me the impression that breakfast was included; it was not. The charge for breakfast was 12€. I went around the corner to a patisserie and bought a great breakfast for 5€. I asked the receptionist about a taxi from the hotel to the Gare du Nord. She said that she could order a taxi to pick me up at the time that I needed to get to the station. She neglected to inform me that the taxi would charge a higher rate and an additional 7€ because it had been reserved for a particular time. That’s what the driver told me; I don’t know if he was telling the truth. If he was, I think the receptionist should have informed me of the higher rate and “reservation” fee. Caveat emptor.

Really lovely hotel in the 9th arrondissement. Rooms are small, but that is pretty standard for Paris. Despite being small they are very manageable. My 6ft 6 husband and I had no problem moving around with 3 larger bags also in the room. Rooms are clean and sort of quirky. From what i gathered every room is a little different as my parents room was totally different from ours. Breakfast at the hotel was a good deal at 11 euros a person and had a good selection of breads/pastries/fruit/drinks/eggs-your typical breakfast stuff. There are plenty of patisseries and boulangeries nearby, as well as restaurants and shops. Fairly close to a couple metro stations: pigalle and saint-gorges. we found the metro was easy to use albeit we're from a relatively large city. It is walkable to some of the main sites-the louvre/notre dame/sacre coeur. We walked to the arc de triomphe and the eiffel tour because it was a nice day and we were just kind of wandering, but it is definitely a fair walk. We had no trouble getting from CDG to here via train even during rush hour. Additionally there is a bus you can take from the area airports to the opera area, cost wise i think they're pretty comparable. Would stay again.

I have now stayed at this Hotel 4 times and I still haven't been disappointed. The staff couldn't be nicer, especially Clementine and Marine. They are so sweet and so helpful. The hotel is in a very good area of the 9th, off a little square with a few restaurants and outdoor seating. The rooms are small-ish, but normal by European standards and very clean. The metro is about 4 mins away by foot and the bus stops close by as well.

Hôtel Les 3 Poussins was a great boutique hotel. The hotel had great decor and was really welcoming. The night staff might have had a hard time communicating in English, because when we asked questions we were told to ask again tomorrow morning. There also wasn't much counter space in the bathroom, but the hotel was clean and that's my chief concern. Hôtel Les 3 Poussins is also in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance (but what isn't in Paris?).

The hotel is very nice and cozy, situated in a great spot in South Pigalle, very close to a number of shops, restaurants, and activities. The location sits conveniently between stations for the 2, 7 and 12 metro lines and a bunch of busses. It's very easy to walk from there too; the Pompidou is around 30' walk away, for example.

I loved the room, which was quite spacious for a Paris hotel and a 3* at that. Great bed (full-sized!), shower, and awesome staff. I find it has been the best hotel I've been to in Paris so far.

The rooms are very clean yet rather small, but you'll find everything you need in the cosy and well-decorated room.The bathroom is very clean and functional.

The staff is very friendly and there is a little snack-corner in the lobby for a coffee and a small snack. Very nice extra while you're waiting :)

There are several nice (coffee)bars and restaurants near the hotel which is very convenient. The metro-stop is only a few stops away and actually we did quite a lot by foot from the hotel.

There is one small thing that i noticed during my stay, and that's the ventilation in the bathroom is not very good. Since there is no window, you need to actually keep the toilet doors open after a shower.

But overall is this hotel a gem in Paris for this price, will sure recommend it!

This place is lovely. But...when we arrived the staff were so nice and held our bags while we explored, as we had arrived so early. I’ve been to Paris 4x before, so I’m familiar with small rooms. However, once we actually saw our room it was even more “bijou” than I was expecting. The bed was narrow, with one set of pillows, and the room was set up for one person, despite us being two. I didn’t say anything at the time because I’m very chill and assumed this was normal (for Paris). However...our friends joined us the next day and after seeing their room (which we paid the same amount for) was significantly bigger and set up for 2 people.
When I brought this to the attention of the manager, and requested to move, she tried to convince us that our rooms were the same size and that someone must have stolen one of the cups, which is why the room “appeared” to be set up for one. But she was stumped when I quizzed her about the lack of pillows and hooks in the room. Her response was silly and left a bad taste in my mouth, but we were moved to an identical room to our friends’ that afternoon.
I’m sad we didn’t get what we paid for initially, but it was put right in the end. It’s a lovely little hotel in a great neighbourhood.

Quaint in the best way

Super place to stay. Friendly staff, very helpful.
Chamber maid makes an ice sake rink moth bed and duvet topper.
Excellent shower. Quiet rooms, double glazed.
Am staying again. Vibrant surrounds.
Walking distance to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur.

The hotel and staff were fabulous! It was our first time in Paris, so we weren't sure where to stay, but glad we came here. Only thing of caution- the rooms are small as eff. Pay the extra $s for more space.

Good value for the money

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff is helpful. The hotel location is very close to a metro stop. Around the corner is a brasserie, restaurant, tabac, presse, grocery store, upscale local shopping and souvenir shopping. The well-presented breakfast had a large choice of food items and was delicious. The room did not have a lot of space to move about and shower was very small. I'm not adding this as a criticism, but information to consider if you are a large person looking for accommodations. We found the room, reception area and breakfast area perfect for our traveling needs.

Great hotel in the ninth

On a quiet street off a main road, this hotel is a great location to explore the city from. Easy distance to the metro, or walk anywhere easily.
Surrounded by boulangeries and cafes the hotel is a great base to get a feel for a real Paris neighborhood.
The room was a good size by Paris standards and very comfy to sleep in. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We didn't take the breakfast option, preferring to sample the various local options each day.
We would book it again next time.
