We loved our stay - the rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. The spa was a nice added bonus and was very relaxing. The hotel is in a great location. Super easy to explore Paris, with several Metro stops nearby. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the local area, and it feels very safe.

Rooms were well appointed and a decent size. Unfortunately the front desk check in experience detracted from our stay - classic French hauteur on display to the point of rudeness. Seriously, if you make a career in hospitality remember that the clue is in the word ‘hospitable’. So, can’t recommend as a welcoming place to stay.

What a lovely hotel! The room was great, well set up for our family of four and very clean. The staff were very friendly and keen to help with their excellent English filling in for our terrible French! The real bonus was the pool in the basement which the kids loved. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel in a well situated area near Pigalle. Metros are within walking distance, as is the main road through the area. Hotel is clean, comfortable and well decorated. We loved the room and the additional touches with the amenities. The spa session was good with the pool and hammam, although no towels were provided or available. Overall, my favourite place in Paris so far! Definitely worth a visit…

Good Hotel with Tweaks

The hotel was ideally located in a vibrant area of Paris. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room needed airing, the shower cubicle didn’t fit so the first night we flooded the bathroom, no cups for the espresso machine. Prior to travelling we were asked to complete a registration form with any requirements, from the list provided I asked for an iron and an international charger. Neither were in the room when we arrived and when I asked at reception a charger adapter was provided from what looked like a lost property box. The breakfast was exceptional and a good selection of a high quality even though the apricot jam wasn’t replaced once use.

What a gem! My husband and I stayed in a room on the top floor, which offered a lovely view, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a balcony. The room was small—as you’d expect in Paris—but perfectly comfortable and well designed.

The hotel has a spa in the basement, which was a real treat. It includes a warm swimming pool and a steam room (no exercise equipment—just pure relaxation!). You can book a private 45-minute session, so you get the entire space to yourself, which felt very luxurious.

The location is fantastic—within walking distance of the Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. There are plenty of cafés, shops, boulangeries, and markets right outside the door.

Excellent location. Accommodations were very good. Fridge didn’t work but staff quickly replaced. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well and gave off an unpleasant order. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was exceptional but i dont think the photos portray the size of the rooms well. I booked a larger room with a balcony and while it may have been larger and there was a balcony the room was tiny and not represented well online and the balcony barely fit two small chairs and a round table. I think the size should be more clearly called out. The elevator stopped working the first morning we woke up and we had to walk 5 flights up and down until the very last day. This was quite inconvenient and no form of compensation was offered.

The staff were amazing. It was clean. The room was gorgeous. The location was perfect. Trains were walking distance. 100s dining options (not even exaggerating). Evening Entertainment. I loved everything about it. Also you get aslot in the spa and it is specific to your room only. Constant supply of water which i think is an amazing touch in 40c heat. Those little touches are thoughtful and made the trip for us. The staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful. Well definitely stay again. Thank you to all the team there :)

Wonderful stay if you need a more budget friendly but still upscale ish feeling hotel. The service was great we especially enjoyed the pool and sauna. Wished the bedroom was a tad bigger but it was still an enjoyable stay. I have already recommended it to friends!

Fantastic hotel in great location

We had a fantastic stay, thanks largely to the amazing staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. There’s very little to fault. If I had to be picky, for a hotel charging over €200 per night, it would be nice to have filtered water replenished daily rather than just one bottle for the entire stay.

Cute boutique hotel

Very cute little boutique hotel in the 9eme arrondissement. Perfect location, a real neighbourhood feel in the area with lots of little brasseries, cafes and boutique shops close by.
The hotel was very nice with a spacious room .. we had 2 twin beds in the room with plenty of space in between. It was nice and bright with 2 long windows facing the street (but not noisy) . The bathroom was great too with a lovely walk in rainfall shower .. there was a nice continental breakfast available in the morning and complimentary tea /coffee / water available all day. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa so maybe next time!
Would definitely recommend staying b here and won’t hesitate in booking again when visiting Paris .. a la prochaine!

The hotel is absolutely lovely in a great location. The staff were really kind and made sure that we had everything we needed to.

We booked the spa for an hour and it was lovely that we had it all to ourselves for that time. There was also water to drink which was nice. It was just missing a towel in the spa and we aren’t sure if we were meant to take ones from the room (altho these were damp from our shower the night before).

We didn’t use the bar or restaurant but it looked very nice.

Beautiful location, Clean and friendly hotel

Hotel is in the perfect location. Close to so many lovely little brasseries and bars. Not far to walk to monmartre. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff super friendly and lovely quiet location of a night. Bed was so comfortable and facilities included everything you need. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Paris.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Located in an impeccable neighborhood we were able to walk in the morning for pastries and in the evening we found a fantastic restaurant that satisfied our palate. The staff were very considerate and very responsive. This hotel is a hidden gem of the Paris boutique hotels for sure. I give it a Five-Star Rating!!!!!

The receptionist manager was extremely accommodating and offered assistance whenever asked the grounds of the property are absolutely beautiful. It’s like being in your own little magical garden. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, but I would recommend some small changes to the menu overall I enjoyed the breakfast, but the three ladies I was with did not. The hotel was charming and very well managed. I would stay there without any hesitation again.

Good location and very clean rooms.we were suprised by a very loud alarm that went off early in the morning without much explanation from the hotel/we were told soemone was having a hot shower when we called reception which we needed to call on mobile because the phone in room didn't work. Overall it was a comfortable room and friendly stay but perhaps a bit overpriced for the size of room and things like the alarm going off and loud slamming of doors early in morning.
