The brakfast was good for the price, the room was a little smal but the staff was awesome. The italian restaurant around the corner was the star of our stay.
Noise is a little loud but that is not an issue to me I'm a heavy sleeper.Location is good.

Room was tidy and neat, the shower room was on the small side, and I couldn't really move around in it (best suited from slim builds), though perfect for a short stay. I was worried about being located right next to the lift but had brought earplugs just in case and all was fine. Enough storage area as well, overall a really pleasant stay in room 40. All staff members I spoke to were lovely.

Property in need of modernisation and refurbishment. Bathroom had some mould and cracks in the tiling. Room was incredibly hot and had no windows that could be opened. Our room was on the ground floor so you could open the doors but only when youre in the room. You couldnt leave it open and go out or overnight. The bed was very hard, but this is individual choice.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and secure. My room was on the first floor and always extremely muggy when I went in -- even when it wasn't as muggy outside. I think maybe it was above a laundry room? I have no idea why it was so brutally warm and humid. But there was a fan in the room that helped cool things down and made it comfortable enough to sleep in. The bathroom is TINY. If you are particularly tall or particularly heavy, you will have a difficult time in the bathroom. I'm about a size 16 ladies, and I was ok, though I had to move a wastebasket to have more space to use the toilet. Otherwise, the place was clean and comfortable, and I was grateful for the elevator after staying in another city and having to climb four steep sets of stairs for my room. The room doors were very secure, but noisy when someone was going out because they had to pull the doors hard to close. I was also able to hear one of the desk staff talking loudly in the mornings, so definitely bring some earplugs if you want to sleep later than 7-8am and happen to be on the first floor. This place is also convenient to a few different metro stations, so that was wonderful and easy. Definitely recommend.

Do not go.
Was dirty. Bugs everywhere. Little wood mites and silver fish.
Rooms are tiny, just large enough for a bed. But not really big enough for anything else including the run down ikea furniture. The bathroom was even smaller. Could barely fit in the shower. Couldn’t sit on the toilet with the door closed.
Sleep was poor due to how loud the rest of the hotel it. Could hear everything though the corridor as the doors don’t seal properly. Walls paper thin. Doors had to be slammed to closed which meant everyone leaving/arriving woke you up.
Stairs are near vertical, uneven and slopped.
Wouldn’t ever return.
Only redemption is the area.

The hotel is well-located and the rooms were clean. Like most flats in Paris, the rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are very small. Don't expect too much, but don't be too pessimistic either—you get what you pay for. The breakfast is delicious and enough for an average person; it's not \"all you can eat,\" but you won't starve, I assure you! I had a good experience and have no complaints about the place. It's noisy, which is true, but I don't think it's as much as other people are complaining about. If you want a cheap hotel, you will get a cheap (but fair enough) place to stay.

Not far from Gare du Nord towards the centre so handy if using that station. Friendly staff.

I've stayed in a single room overlooking the courtyard so, unless a neighbour is taking loudly, quiet.

Clean and tidy and not as small as some rooms in Paris.

Lovely staff members, polite. Continental breakfast is limited to two cereals, yogurt, & bread options, with drink choices of tea or coffee although orange & water are supposedly available just not filled up. Room was tiny which is perfect for those just wanting a place to rest, however it was almost impossible to move to wipe when using the toilet, and the shower is a small square also so unfortunately that did let it down a bit. The walls were also a little thin, you can hear other doors being shut and walking around movement from the stairs and other bedrooms also.

Decent location, it was our last stay before our flight after two weeks in Europe. I have to be honest though I feel bad not giving a great rating that this hotel did not live up to cleanliness standards with blood on one wall and stains on sheets , and there was lots of noise from outside and inside the hotel which did make it hard to sleep. I was glad it was a shorter stay, the location was good and maybe some could overlook those things or get a different room for a longer stay and staff could address the late night hallway noises( slamming and yelling)

£281 for 3 nights stay. Room was average at best, absolutely no sound proofing, very noisy at night with people walking up & down stairs. Bathrooms are tiny, if you’re broad shouldered no chance you’d fit on the loo in the room we stayed in. Was fairly clean. Shower pressure was absolutely awful. We didn’t feel unsafe in the area at any point. Fair distance from all the “attractions’. It wouldn’t be my first pick to stay here again, but I wouldn’t completely rule it out.

Ok if your budget is stretched.

The walls are paper thin we could hear everything from outside the room. Our room was at the top of the stairs so everytime someone came up the stairs we were disturbed. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t close the door when you you were stood at the sink!

Location is very central. Room was okay but no noise cancelling at all. I could hear everything too well from the loud trucks outside to the loud slam of doors in the corridor. No elevator either so if you’re on the top floors, good luck

Very bad hotel stay; frustrating and disappointing experience, I am feeling unsatisfied and dissatisfied with their accommodation.

*Internet got disconnected for 2 days !!! (Bad Wi-Fi too)
*No parking (even in the street)
*Uncomfortable beds and bedding: Mattresses that are too old, sagging, or uncomfortable, along with worn-out
*Noisy environment: the hotel is located in a noisy area, lacks proper soundproofing, all guests have trouble getting a peaceful rest (I asked many of them)

Con tubi del riscaldamento a vista sia nella camera che nel bagno pieni di polvere e sporcizia accumulata nel tempo
Bastone tenda cadente a causa della parete umida sotto la carta da parati...

La chambre n'était PAS DU TOUT insonorisé. On pouvait entendre tous ce qui se disait ou se faisait dans la chambre d'à côté (Je vous épargne les détails). Et la salle de bain était très minuscule.

Hotel bem localizado, cercado de comodidades, incluindo um supermercado a um quarteirão de distância. Quarto pequeno com cama confortável, excelente roupa de cama e ótima calefação. Banheiro minúsculo, porém funcional. Café da manhã simples e saboroso.
Principal destaque, infelizmente negativo, se dá ao atendimento. Um único funcionário, responsável pela recepção na noite do check in, quase me motivou trocar de hotel devido a sua grosseria (rude, mesmo que o idioma não fosse um problema ali). Um contraste assustador com os jovens da recepção durante o dia e com a jovem responsável pelo organização do café da manhã, que eram exemplos de gentileza. Dessa forma, não recomendo o hotel para sua estadia, já que você corre o risco de não ter sua reserva encontrada (mesmo que tenha sido feita dois meses antes) e ser direcionado a se retirar do local.

This is a simple hotel. Old building who is a few years after its prime. Soundproofing is non-existent so be prepared for that. Otherwise the location is good and not so noisy from the street. Staff is friendly and avialable around the clock.

Le personnel de cet etablissement est tres courtois et tres agréable, ca qui est le seul point très positif. L'état général de l'hotel est plutot vieillot, meme si les chambres ont ete refaites et sont beaucoup plus agréables. Par contre, 2 gros points noirs: la salle de bain extremement petite, tout comme le bac a douche..Il faut enjamber les toilettes pour accéder à la douche. Par ailleurs, il n' y a litteralement aucune insonorisation d'une chambre à l'autre. Ma chambre étant au premier étage, j'entendais également tout ce qui se disait à la réception. Par ailleurs le lit grinçait dès que l'on faisait le moindre mouvement, et le matelas etait inconfortable..Le quartier quant a lui était très correct.

Det værste hotel jeg nogensinde har været på.!!
Billederne snyder helt vildt! Værelserne er SÅ små. Badeværelset - endnu mindre. Du kan ikke sidde på toilettet uden at rører ved væggen. Brusekabinen er så lille at man næsten ikke kan vaske hår. Værelset lugtede af mug, virkelig dårlig seng. Der var ikke plads til at du kunne have din kufftert åben. Døren til værelset kunne ikke låses indefra. Der var ingen aircondition, og vinduet kunne kun åbnes helt, og vi kunne derfor ikke have vinduet åbent om natten. Det var SÅ lydt fra opgangen og du kan høre andre have sex på deres værelser. Overhovedet ikke pengene værd, tilgengæld en helt forfærdelig oplevelse rigere. Vi endte med at forlade hotellet efter én nat, og fandt noget andet.

El hotel es chico y asimismo las habitaciones, en particular las habitaciones están separadas por plafones entonces se escucha todo de las habitaciones aledañas. Identificamos una luz roja en una lámpara por lo que suponemos era una cámara oculta pero no estamos seguros.

Mijn verblijf begon met een hartelijke en spontane check-in, wat meteen een positieve toon zette. De service was doorlopend aangenaam en attent. Het ontbijt was dan wel simpel, maar alles wat er lag was vers en smakelijk. De locatie is echt perfect; je vindt er talloze leuke eettentjes, barretjes en supermarktjes in de directe omgeving. Bovendien is de metro op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand, waardoor je snel en gemakkelijk naar alle hoeken van de stad kunt reizen. De kamer was schoon en voorzien van alle basisbehoeften. Wel is het goed om te weten dat de ruimtes/bed vrij smal zijn, dus als je wat groter bent, kan dit iets zijn om rekening mee te houden. Een simpel maar prettig hotel:))!!

Die Destination liegt etwas im nichts: 3 Metrostationen im Umkreis sind aber erreichbar jeweils in 8 Minuten Fussweg und in 5 Minuten hat man auch schöne Frühstücks Cafés bzw. Brasserien und Restaurant
