I chose this hotel for our last leg of our trip because the Expedia listing stated that the hotel had laundry facilities. The room was clean, spacious for the cost, and the bathroom was nice. Unfortunately, the listing was misrepresented on Expedia. It stated that the hotel had laundry facilities, which we found out was incorrect. The front desk staff informed us that paid laundry was available down the street. Very disappointed with the deceptive listing.

We had one of the most perfect stays at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Katya who was at the front desk. She was one of the loveliest people we’ve met. We got an early check-in and was able to move in comfortably after a long trip. The room was exceptional. But the best part was the bed and the bedding and the large bathroom that we had. It was so clean and so unbelievably comfortable. Slept so well. A true gem in the heart of Montmartre!!

Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops but you would need to get the Metro to big tourist sites like the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre. Still a great hotel!

We chose this property due to its proximity to Anvers Station (about 10 minutes walking). The staff was very welcoming and they were easily able to change our booking to accommodate us for an additional night as we wanted to extend our trip by 1 night. The room had 2 twin beds pushed together and one of the beds was very creaky and squeaky which was off-putting, but the room was clean and the area is quiet. We will be coming back next time we visit Paris

I wanted to stay in a hotel in 9th arrondissement between Gare du Nord and 1st arrondissement.
9th arrondissement so I would be safe in a cleaner environment.
Near Gare du Nord so that I can walk to the station with my suitcases.
Toward 1st arrondissement so that I can walk through the streets of Paris to Louvre.
I also tried to avoid chain hotels to have a \"local\" experience in lodging, but not Airbnb either for I did not want to deal with a potential hassle from checking out at 5am to catch an early morning flight from CDG.
Helussi checked all the boxes, plus, went above and beyond.
10-minute walk to Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est.
A stone's throw (2-minute walk) to Line 7 Metro station Poissonnière, which runs directly to Louvre after 7 stops (9 minutes).
Pleasant 25 minute walk between Louvre and the hotel through the Opéra district, a lot of shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Helussi is in one of those Paris-style buildings with recently updated clean rooms and bathrooms and comfy beds, and an elevator!
Truly soundproof that I could barely hear anything from outside once I closed the window.
As for the staff, I've met four different people, they were all super kind and helped me with all kinds of questions and requests.
A Carrefour Express 2 minutes away; lots of cozy cafés, and restaurants (of cuisines from West to East) nearby.
I would definitely come back to Hôtel Helussi when I travel to Paris!

Helussi is in one of those Paris-style buildings with recently updated clean rooms and bathrooms and comfy beds, and an elevator!
Truly soundproof that I could barely hear anything from outside once I closed the window.
As for the staff, I've met four different people, they were all super kind and helped me with all kinds of questions and requests.
A Carrefour Express 2 minutes away; lots of cozy cafés, and restaurants (of cuisines from West to East) nearby.
I would definitely come back to Hôtel Helussi when I travel to Paris!

My boyfriend and I had an AMAZING experience at Hotel Helussi and will definitely be returning! The hotel is perfectly situated on a pretty Parisian street, about 10mins walk from Gard du Nord. It feels very safe and quiet at night. There are tonnes of great bars and restaurants nearby and it’s super easy to travel into central Paris, and visit all the big landmarks. The hotel staff are v. helpful and friendly, the breakfast is reasonably priced and delicious, and the hotel is super clean. The hotel very kindly gifted us with a boat trip of Paris because it was our anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We deliberately looked for hotels that said they had air conditioning and yet arrived and found out it was turned off a few days earlier. A perfect hotel for our stay in Paris. A small and compact hotel in a perfect location. We chose a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and although the balcony was only about 4 foot wide it was in glorious sunshine for most of the day. As this was a special Birthday trip, I had asked the Hotel to have Flowers and Champagne in the room for our arrival. This was done perfectly with a bunch of beautiful red roses. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, with Sylvan always going out of his way to make sure we had a great visit to Paris.

The 10th Arrondissement is an area where Parisians actually live, but it is also a 20 minute walk to the Louvre. If you can walk Paris. Really nice little hotel. I paid for it through Tesco Clubcard so it was doubly good! Its a ten minute walk from Gard du Nord, and about a 25 min walk to the Louvre and the river. There is a mero station at the end of the road, and bars and restaurants very close. The hotel is small, friendly staff, good sized room ( we were in a superior room), thoroughly recommend it

The reception is very friendly and helpful and they speak very good English. The rooms are nice and modern and a good size, certainly do Parisian standards. The location of the hotel is great. It is only a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and there are many nice bars and restaurants in the area. The big tourist attractions (Place de La Concorde, Madeleine, Champs Elysees, Louvre) are also within walking range. Or you take the metro from the metro station which is 1 minute from the hotel.

I had a room (601) on the top floor. I was able to see the city thru the opening of the opposite street. But the top floor ceiling was a bit low and the shower's ceiling was bumping against my head (and I'm not tall).
