A very positive experience.

Dropped bags off very early in the day upon arrival in the city which was really easy. Staff tried to see if room was available but unfortunately not. Staff also really keen to offer any support we needed for getting around and things to see/do. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. For what we paid we we were very happy.

Very compact!!

Room small but comfortable although very warm despite air conditioning. No toilet door therefore privacy was compromised. Very little storage space and no in room tea/coffee making facilities. However a pleasant place to stay for just a couple of days and excellent location.

Peaceful, very friendly, very convenient hotel

My teenage son and I stayed for three nights during our first trip to Paris. The room was very clean, very quiet (even the air-con) and conveniently located with plenty of places to eat, small supermarket and metro station for line 7.

The staff were very nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. The biggest thank you to Amed - he's been exceptional.

Nice little hotel, 10 min walk from Gardu Nord train station. Lots of bars and shops around to choose from. Staff very friendly and accommodating! In general very nice and clean place to stay in the heart of Paris! The only downside was that we were unable to open the window and the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from Gare du Nord. First night there the AC was barely working. last morning the hot water was out. If they fix this stuff it will be a great place. I have stayed here 4 times before but not sure I would do so again.

When booking online i put it in AUD however was charged USD which made it super expensive.
The hotel - night 1 we were booked a king bed, upon arival they had 2 single beds. Then when we approached reception they gave us a new room, upon walking into the room it was actually occupied by someone else with their belongings in it. (This was 11pm at night)

2nd night we couldnt get in. We stood outside for 30 mins (at 10pm at night) waiting for someone else to let us in, as reception wasnt answering. Later reqlised receptionist was on a phone call in the toilets... once we were in, we couldnt get
into our room as the keycard was cancelled.

Exe Panorama is located in the 9e, near the “Poissonnière” exit from the 7 train…my husband & I planned our Anniversary & planned staying for (12) nights, yes twelve. What we received was an outstanding experience from staff & service! The front desk was open & willing to care. The neighbors & neighborhood was exceptional from safety to offerings of the BEST new “French Street Foods” of what is NEXT!! Not knowing anything about Poissonnière and not knowing it’s offering, it is highly recommended to stay & visit for awhile at Exe Panorama- everything is approximately 1 mile away, I mean everything.
My husband & I dined at different neighborhood restaurants including (2) Michelin locations are in the neighborhood & we wanted to “repeat” several, but kept challenging ourselves to try out the whole area. You will not be disappointed but rather as I am left with complete satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team of Exe Panorama for making our anniversary so VERY memorable!

The staff is great. Very helpful, bilinguals and even trilinguals on staff.

The issue we had was the size of the room. I am used to European hotel rooms being small, but for my wife and teenage son, a triple room was still not enough. We were always on top of each other.

The other issue is the bathroom door. It is a sliding frosted door. However, it does not close flushed, so there are gaps on either side. Not giving you complete privacy. Tough using the bathroom when every one can hear every sound you make on toilet.

Nice hotel in a convenient neighbourhood. Staff were very helpful. Room was nice albeit a bit small. Well worth what we charged though. The only complaint is that bizarrely there was no bathroom door and in a small room I think there definitely should have been a door on the bathroom.

Careful booking, be sure you get what you pay for!

I chose this property due to its location to the train station and the Metro. The building entrance is located on a side street much like an alleyway. This street was not very clean or very well lit. My biggest problem with my stay at this property was not so much the property itself but the fact that the transit system was in an ongoing strike making it impossible to get anywhere. The other problem that i had with the property was that when I booked my stay the booking stated that breakfast was included but the management denied that service telling me I would have to take it up with hotels.com. Checked their website and does say breakfast is included in description.

Unacceptable lack of cleaning

The reception staff were friendly and nice, but the room wasn't good - it smelled of cigarette smoke from the street, and was only cleaned once, on my last day, of a 6 night stay!! The water glasses weren't changed until then, which is pretty disgusting.

Traveling with a child, the floor got pretty filthy (in fact, some sugary patisserie good dropped on the first day, so I had to walk on that all week). I begged the staff to clean the room, and they promised on 3 occasions it would happen the next day, but it didn't.

One problem seemed to be that cleaning staff only come in the late evening - once they showed up at 8:30pm, and once at 7:30pm when I had put the \"do not disturb\" sign out. Both times, men unlocked and entered my room, as I was resting after a long day sight seeing and in my PJs. I found this disconcerting and intimidating as a single woman.

The room was quite dirty when I arrived, with s sticky mess in the mini bar, and by mid week, the floor actually had thick dust on it (see photos). As well as the sugar. I'm actually quite shocked by how bad it was.

The beds were comfortable though, which is a real bonus, and the kind reception staff made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Location - The Hotel is located walking distance from Gare De Nord. There is also a Metro very nearby ( line Number 7).
Staff- The staff is kind and helpful.
Rooms- The rooms area small, we were asking for two rooms as we were traveling as a family and we got two rooms far apart.
in one of the rooms, the toilet/bath had no door which i thought was very strange.....
The rooms are rather modern and equipped for short term travel.

Good location near to Gare du Nord, but down a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely little place Franz Liszt round the corner and imposing church. Unfortunately the room took an hour to get ready for us after the 3pm check-in time which we had worked round,so time wasted and travelling with a child, so would have been nice if it had have been ready. Also, staff seemed disgruntled and showed this openly with each other. Beds comfortable and linen good quality. Horrid smokey glass door to bathroom which slid across, so did not feel very private and never shut completely. This was right opposite the beds. View onto a dark courtyard area. Was all right for the location and 3 nights there.

Booked and paid for a double room, the room had the most terrible plumbing problem and the smell was unbearable, literally gave me a headache. After two complaints I was switched to a smaller room, extremely inconvenient and with shower issues. ya very shower flooded the room. Extremely overrated prices for the rooms, terrible beds, below average breakfast and indifferent staff although polite.
Would never remained there if it wasn’t for my need to be in that area and the fact that I have paid for the room in advance.

Great location, modern decor, comfortable bed. I booked a double room just for myself, as didn't want to be given a little box to sleep in, but the room was still quite small. Good enough for me but if I went back to Paris with my husband it would be difficult to share. Especially as there was no bathroom door. I found that uncomfortable. As you open the door to the room you see the loo and shower first thing. Not ideal. Everything else was great, though. I checked in earlier without any issues, staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable enough. Recommend for one person only in a double bedroom.

My 20 year old son and i shared a twin room for the weekend. The hotel is near Gare de Nord & l'Est just a 5/10min walk, far enough not to be caught by slightly inflated prices. It is situated in a really quiet area, no noise of an evening but either end of the road it is on are plenty of Bars/Restaurants and basic shops. Every member of staff was very nice, nice hotel

5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, with a good supply of restaurants and cafes nearby if you didn't include breakfast in your stay. Rooms were on the small side but not uncomfortably so. Air conditioning wasn't working so we needed to have the window open which wasn't the best in early January and there was also a strange door to the toilet that you could see outlines through, not the best for privacy.
Overall, good value for money.

Modern & Near Metro

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern in style. The bathroom had a frosted glass door. It is very close to the metro, which we loved. The area otherwise is not too exciting in terms of things to do. The only other downside is that the room is a bit small, but that might be the case in most places in Paris. Would definitely stay here again if the price is right.

After staying in hotels in many European cities, including 3 on this trip, I know you can get a bad room for a lot of money. This was a great one at the lowest price on our recent trip. Hotel-looking facade, 24-hr desk, elevator/lift, lovely room and bathroom, small but very modern. Nicely located about 6 blocks from Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est, so walkable, but on a quiet street near Rue Lafayette--about midway between central Paris and Montmartre. We walked to Sacre Couer. Metro station a block away.

Generally good hotel close to Gare do Nord

Generally I would recommend this hotel. It's about 10 miinute walk from Gare do Nord station so if you're coming via Eurostar it's a good place. It's less than 5 minutes from a Metro station. The room was fine. Breakfast (extra) was as standard (so good). I think the only quibble I would have is that check out took longer than expected, but then again that was me checking out at 8:30 in the morning when everybody else is checking out.

The room was very compact - barely room to walk round the bed. And the bathroom was similarly small. There was also a rather bodged attempt to keep the window blind down using a bulldog clip. But on the whole this is a well located hotel, on a quiet street close to Gare du Nord and towards the centre, with modern furnishings and friendly staff. It was better value than worse hotels I have stayed in nearby so, whilst not perfect, I would still recommend it.

Nothing like the pictures

Our room was firstly, tiny. That's fine, but literally you could only walk around the bed itself. The bathroom had mould and a dirty shower head. There was no coffee making facilities or coffee provided, which is standard across all hotels especially one claiming to be 3/4 stars. The cleaner attempted to come in to the room on both mornings before even knocking and the sign was not placed on the door to say it needed cleaning. There was also peices of wall crumbling and a trip hazard on the flooring. All in all, you can get much better for the same price in the same location. Disappointing is an understatement. And the room looked nothing like the nice picture they put online.

Nice hotel - service needs work

The hotel itself was good and the staff were also good.

Just a couple of points that could be improved in:

1. The TV in the room wasn't working and nothing was done to repair it. No compensation was offered for our stay whereby we had paid for a room with a tv even though we didn't receive it.

2. We mistakenly left our house keys in the room and when we got back home we realised this. So we asked them if they had found them and they informed us they did but were unwilling to send them back to us unless we paid for it. After not gettng the service we paid for in the room - I thought they could at least have sent the keys back.

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was on a narrow side street that was not appealing. The room had minimal furnishings, no drawers. The shower door was funky and not easy to use. The room was clean, bed comfortable and linens ok. The biggest problem was the a/c did not work except to lightly blow semi cool air. A/c is a big deal for us and it was difficult to sleep without the room cool.

Lovely hotel perfectly situated

Had a wonderful 4 night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable afor a long day roaming around Paris. Always clean and very modern. Situated near lots of lovely cafés and boulangeries and near Poissonière metro, a short walk from a convenient store that is open on Sundays and Bonne Nouvelle metro (turn right as you exit the hotel and right again at the end of the street, then carry on straight).

The only thing going for it is the location.

One of the cheaper hotels near the Gare du Nord. I was in Paris for 1 night for business and got in late on the Eurostar. I wanted somewhere walkable and Eurostars Panorama was one of the closest hotels at a reasonable price. The place had definitely seen better times. My room (103a) looked like it, along with 103b, had been created out of a larger room, probably the original 103. It was tiny. There was barely enough room for the single bed (yet I ordered a double). The shower looked like it had been added in as an after thought, sealant was hanging off the glass doors, the toilet flush was broken, and the shower water struggle to get through the head. Wifi was not free, as whenI booked through Expedia. I was only there for a total of 7 hours but I forego breakfast to get out early in the morning. Staff seemed nice.

Not staying there again

Very unhappy. I was traveling by myself but paid extra for the double room of bigger size. They have still put me into a tiniest one which was costing less, so a complete waste of money and efforts. Hotels.com - don't hotels get notifications which rooms people book?
It was a warm evening so had my windows opened, and people across of me wouldn't stop listening to the music really loudly. Even when someone spoke in their room 2 floors above, i could hear them (patio echoes). If you want a good night sleep - do not book this hotel... or be prepared to keep your windows closed.

Modern hotel near gard du nord.

Check out person was very helpful and offered bag check. We were happy to check our bags and spend more time in the city without lugging them with us. The person at the desk the night before did not offer us this option when we spoke to him.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom was small it was hard to get into the shower because of how the door opens but everything was clean. The breakfast has have a couple of options and it is good if you like to eat more than just one croissant in the morning.

bad service

Poor customer service,the hotel staff saw my address and assumed that i was english and they put me in a room where the tv french channels were not working, they gave me another straight away but with the same problem. I came down to the lobby a second time, and the manager himself told me :\"sorry all the other room are booked\" that's it!, no compensation, nothing! He could have at list offer me something, a free drink or free breakfast ... no just sorry, ps: I'm a manager myself in the travel insdutry facing problems like this every day as you can see on my account i do travel a lot , my next trip will be in lisbon, i was thinking to book a room with eurostars ... well now i rather not ... good hotel ... poorly managed ,i don't need to come back there, lost of time and money
