While I was there, I had $300 € stolen by another guest!! The night clerk wanted nothing to do with the matter.. the room was way too cramped and uncomfortable. The balcony is even more ridiculously smaller. The rooms are barely suitable for one person. The breakfast was not free. It was definitely lacking quality

This isn't a 4 star. The base room is so tiny to sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door you'll hit your legs and feet. The sink is literally in the shower. There were stains on my sheet. Old faded ones but still. I didn't get my complimentary wine upgrade but the staff was friendly and let me check in early. I requested an iron and they brought me 1 with an ironing board with a ton of rust stains. When my friends asked for one they had to borrow mine and the guy said leave it in the hallway in case somebody else wants to use it lol true story. No cooked to order breakfast and the crepes are cold. The water is not.

A decent place in Paris in a less decent environme
Initially I was given a smaller room than booked. They made an effort and upgraded me at no extra cost. That was already very good. The spa is not really accessible - only allowed to be used during a limited time window in the morning. Good breakfast.

We navigated around Paris thru Uber ride bec we had small kids on our trip. Recommend for family who would want to stay near Eurostar.

Mademoiselle is a lovely boutique hotel, small rooms if you’re traveling alone is perfect but if you’re traveling with a companion space becomes an issue. As most quaint boutique hotels, it is an older builder with older rooms and features. At initial scan of the room, there was hair on the floor and spiders in the bathroom bathtub. Seems as though they just did an okay job in cleaning the bathroom after the last guest. The room set-up was cute, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The area was definitely not centralized, if you want to stay near all the local tourist marks, this is not it. It was a close walk from the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and its cute area. I recommend a local bakery by there called Leonie- BEST CROISSANTS! Go at 7 am to enjoy these freshly baked.

Kind of hard to have the sink inside the shower, which means if you wanna want to brush your teeth you are standing on a wet floor, which is above the level where the toilet is, but the shower spills water everywhere onto the floor. It is unavoidable.

I love how close it is to the Gare du Nord and Gard de L’Est. Very convenient and walkable to those two train station. One thing that sucks is that the elevator broke down twice during the time I stayed there. Other than that it was great. Just keep in mind how close quarters the rooms are to each other that you can hear someone having a fun time in the sheets at 2am in the morning.

The hotel is small in comparison to a chain hotel. However, it is very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, and spa were clean. I like the fact that after certain time at night, they lock the front door. We stayed in the first floor close to the entrance, so it felt safe to know doors were closed. We got the chance to experience the steam room and sauna in the spa, which it was just what we needed to start the day. We are pleased with our stay and definitely recommend this location!

This hotel offers A LOT for the price. I enjoyed the space/size of the rooms. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom in my room was the star of the show: shower rainhead & detachable head, big window that opens up to view the courtyard, double mirrors with the little one capable of movement for close up beauty moments, and a padded shower towel.

The hotel is closely situated near the main train station. Easy 7 minute walk, easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Staff is friendly, helpful and the little touches such as complimentary umbrellas and luggage storage are just so nice. The room was clean and had a cool, almost gothic-esque vibe but definitely not offputting in any way. I would gladly make this hotel my 1st choice if I visit Paris again.

This is not a 4 star hotel at all. Very small room size and basics missing from the room. No mini fridge was shocking so we wouldn't keep cold water or keep baby milk cold. Cheap decor in the room. Cheap hard mattress. Window opened and outside could just see a wall and nothing else. Overpriced for this standard of Hotel even in Paris.

Area around was very noisy and the climate control was impossible to work without instructions, which were not in the room. The staff was amazing and it's very close to the Gard du Nord train station. Even though that the room wasn't ready when I arrived it was OK because I was able to leave my luggage. When I came back I had found out that the staff brought my luggage up to my room. A very nice treat. The area is ideal for walking to a few different hotspots and near the metro.

Room was small and not particularly attractive, but mostly good anyway. Clean and quiet. A/C didn’t get the room as cool as preferred, though it was turned all the way down. Management said they fixed it, but it still didn’t get really cool. But it was ok anyway. Breakfast was good. Hotel seems expensive, but it’s cheaper than others. People are very nice.

The air conditioning doesn't work, or the receptionist couldn't get someone to fix it ( we asked numerous times). The problem is the noise and smoking outside the hotel are extreme and thus the windows have to be closed. I like this hotel and would to rate it higher but it does not measure up to 4 stars.

Our stay was for three nights. As we needed a room for three adults we booked a Junior Suite. Unfortunately on arrival we were allocated a double room with no space - we questioned this immediately but were told there were no junior suites available. The manager even tried to pass our room off as a Junior Suite even though the room was very clearly advertised as a double and not the room we had been led to believe we had booked. The manager explained he would look to see if we could change rooms the following day but we did not hear anything further. Overall it is a nice little hotel in an okay location but the room was way too cosy and we found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was cleaned to perfection each day. The room was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and delicious. The hotel is walking distance from Gare du Nord. Our only complaint was that the shower drained into the bathroom and then into the bedroom, if we weren't very careful (and really, even if we were). Design flaw on their part. We loved it, and would stay there again!!

The hotel is conveniently located to many cafés and restaurants. We enjoyed walking the city and found it to be an excellent location that was centrally located to several sites within walking distance. We would definitely return again to this location. The staff were extremely polite, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent and there was a good variety of choice.

It not the Ritz but it doesn’t cost what the Ritz costs either! For its category, a family vacation hotel where value is measured in satisfaction not how much it cost, this is a superb choice. Clean, attractive, pleasant, a very accommodating and friendly staff, it is a real value for the price. The area is not the most exciting in Paris, but if you are leaving or arriving by train into Gare d'Nord or Este, this hotel is extremely convenient. With Parisienne traffic what it is, the taxi to any major area can be pricey. You should consider the Underground or Uber and Lyft. BTW, our room was upgraded to a suite because we booked through Hotels.com!

No good bistro close. Made do with wine, cheese and bread from Marche next door. I’d go back—if they had hot water !

We have stayed at this hotel several times now, due to its comfortable rooms and proximity to Gare du Nord. Unfortunately on this occassion there were very noisy guests in the room above and the noise was unbearable. Whilst this wasnt the fault of the hotel management it did spoil our stay.

This hotel is a good easy choice for those traveling and wish to stay close to Gare du Nord or Est. This area of Paris is not the nicest but it is safe. Restaurant selection in the area are modest beyond the bistro or ultra small establishment. In this COVID period that wasn't convenient.

It's a nice place to stay but may be noisy for some people. It's in the heart of so much diversity. Loved that there's a laundromat just a street behind & a great open farmers market at the corner. Walked to the market, had coffee & pastries daily. Fabulous! Travel into Paris center was a little work but no big deal. It's between Gare Nord & Este. Paris is challenging in its own.

Lovely hotel in which we’ve stayed before. Excellent location 2 mins from Gare Du Nord and Eurostar, but in a quiet location. Rooms are big by some French standards, beds excellent. Only downside is a somewhat iffy a/c, seems to depend on what room you are in. It would also be nice to have an English film Channel on the tv ( only news). But nothing major. Breakfast looks great, just never needed it. There are also some good restaurants and a Mono supermarket at the end of the street

Just a one night stop over - the hotel is on a quiet side street around the corner from gare l’est. the front desk (both night and morning) couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating, the breakfast area and courtyard are super, there is also a brilliant lounge/games room on the ground floor. The room was spotless and comfortable - don’t be put off by the tired looking hallways, the rooms themselves have clearly been nicely spruced up. Overall, a top-of-class for this type of non-chain converted 50 room Paris hotel.
