The young man behind the desk immediately went to decorate for us. All the other staff we interacted with in the arcade and water park were great too.

Metropolis is so much fun! We had the best time! Our room was great, the staff is fantastic. This will always be one of our favorite places.

The sir conditioner did not worked both nights. The first night maintenance came and the filter was so dirty it did not cool the room. The second night it just shut off at midnight and the room was not comfortable. Two nights no sleep. Front desk responded appropriately but I only got returned the resort fee for one of the nights. Not worth the cost of my stay.

My family and I have stayed twice now at your hotel. Both times we had the exact same room. Would have been nice to switch it up. Our bathroom was dirty and the heat did not work. We called down to the front desk to let them know but, no one came to check it out.

Had to switch rooms as AC was not working. AC in both rooms was so loud you couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation without high volume. Water park is small and very limited hours during the week. Staff is friendly but does not offer any options for the inconvenience of moving rooms. Action city is not included with your stay and the hotel is expensive. Pillows are flat. Would not recommend.

We chose this hotel because of the waterpark, but after booking through Hotels.com, we received a call that the park would be closing at 5:00 on Sunday (this is not listed on the hotels.com website). We would have chosen a different hotel had we know this. The hotel was great, but very disappointing to not be able to use the waterpark

My son cut his foot getting off of the lily pads. I asked for care and was told there were no medical personnel on site. The staff member called to help had no training, didn’t sanitize the wound, and didn’t know how to bandage it. Very unsafe for a family water park.

We were very happy with our stay! It was difficult finding places that were pet friendly and this hotel welcomed our pup with no issues. Only complaint we had was that the pillows were too stiff, but that will not stop us from visiting again. We might just just bring our own pillows! 😉

Waterpark had strange hours/days that were closed/inconsistent hours. Kind of disappointed that they didn't have a pool or hot tub open generally, as there were many times my husband and I wanted to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day but couldn't because it was closed. Seems like a general amenity for a hotel stay.
For how expensive this place was, no breakfast included (I realized that was the case after we booked so my fault). Just surprising in this day and age that a $60/night hotel still has breakfast included. Assume they want to push you to pay extra and fine at their diner.
After a few days without our \"don't disturb\" hanger on and no housekeeping services completed, we had to ask the front desk everytime we wanted housekeeping. The first time they only made our beds and we had to specify moving forward to take the garbage out and give us new towels. That should be basic housekeeping: make the bed, take out the trash and give new towels???
For the cost, we won't be back. For a cheaper rate we could have free breakfast every morning, competent housekeeping and a hot tub/pool every day/night. Will be actively discouraging people from staying here as well; not worth your money.

This place is average. One elevator is not enough especially at checkout time. The beds are a cheap memory foam. We travelled with our 2 teenage daughters and none of the four of us slept well on the beds. The rooms could use some updating. We needed an extra blanket and it took two hours and 3 phone calls before they brought us one. The water park is nice. The water was warm but our eyes all burned after and hour of being in there. So just average. If you are looking for something nice, this isn’t it.

The Chaos Water park was a good size for my 5 yr old who doesn't want anything too exciting. Not too crowded. Lots of lifeguards and the water was all shallow so it felt very safe. It wasn't like the bigger parks where you get whistled at for every little thing, and the hot tub was hot and for anyone over 5.

The room next to us was so loud actually shaking the bunk beds in our room from hitting wall called front desk at 10:30 pm they said talk to them this went on till midnight. It was my daughters birthday party and i had cranky kids in morning. Drove 3 hours for that! At front desk i was given 3 coupons for next stay which there won't be one. The city eats restaurant we ate breakfast at wasnt much better the table that came after us ordered after is was served before us. Very unhappy. We came here couple months before and ended up leaving day early said i would get refund i never did but now with this stay too i wouldnt suggest it. Kids bunk beds the blankets were dirty too.

Pretty nice stay; though a little dated, the room and common areas were all very clean and well stocked. The room actually had a real thermostat for the heat/air which was nice. Great toiletries and bathroom products to use. The waterpark was also perfect for our family and the age of our kids (ages 5 and 1), just enough to do for a couple hours and wear off some energy. Our only “complaint” is really just some noise — Lots of loud thumping from all sides from other people and the bed frames; our mattresses were fine, but the metal frame underneath was LOUD when bumped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families with younger kids!

Very Hard Mattresses
The beds are awful. They are hard as a rock memory foam. Every time I moved the memory foam was like hard lumps. In the middle of the night I laid there and imagined I was on The Flintstones and I was sleeping on a rock. Also, the pillows were flat. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all. This has to be a common complaint. Never again.
