Lift wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed the second day when they said it would be, stairs were narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage, room was small, surrounding area wasn’t the greatest.

Perfect for low to no standards
Fine if you are young and just need a bed for your head but if you have a certain level of comfort that you are accustomed to then you will want to avoid this place. The door jam was falling apart so to be safe we barricaded the door with our luggage. The bathroom was rough but everything did work. The elevated subway is right outside your window so expect the noise to come and go through out the night.

Rather unpleasant disabled access room
For some reason we were in the wheelchair accessible room and it was more like a prison cell. To quote Gerrard Hoffnung \"Bedroom with bath we have not, bathroom with bed we have!\" The wet room was barely separated from the sleeping area . The whole lot was barren and tiled and stank of bleach - so at least bed bugs weren't a concern. Only staying one night but it wasn't enjoyable. Staff were perfectly nice though.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was OK. Breakfast was negligible although we did get hot fresh croissants. However, there was no breakfast available on our last day. We only paid for the breakfasts that we ate.

It’s was a wonderful stay at hotel residence de Bruxelles Paris-gare du nord , the room was tidy and clean . The stuff was very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this place to visitor . Don’t let the streets fool you it’s all around Paris .

Ce n’est pas bien situé. On est loin des grandes attractions, et sortir ce n’est pas rassurant surtout le soir. On se fait beaucoup achaler par les locaux. Ce n’est pas très propre. Le ménage de notre chambre comprenait faire le lit. Le lavabo n’a pas été nettoyé, la douche non plus et le balai était pas passé partout. Il disait service de bagagerie, mais c’est un coin avec une clôture accordéon. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai failli la manquer tellement elle était petite, grosseur d’une tablette. C’était tellement bruyant, on a eu de la difficulté à dormir. Gens qui crie, enfants qui crient aussi et bébé qui pleure tout le temps jours et nuit. La terrasse n’est pas accessible, il n’y a pas de chaise ni de table comme sur les photos. Nous avons manqué d’eau chaude à plusieurs reprises.

Das Hotel liegt 2 Minuten von der Metro, die zum Gare de l'Est. Allerdings fährt die Metro direkt am Hotel vorbei. Die Fenster dämpfen das ganz gut aber nicht ganz. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Zimmer sauber soweit ich das sehen konnte. Das Hotel selbst ist jedoch in einem ziemlich runtergekommenen Zustand. Im Bad über der Dusche waren Stockflecken und auch die Fliesenfugen waren teilweise ziemlich schwarz. Für eine Nacht ok, wenn man in der Früh zum Bahnhof muss. Länger würde ich dort nicht bleiben wollen. Da dann doch lieber etwas mehr Geld bezahlen.

Even though I told a receptionist not to enter my room for cleaning, they did. That's because I was afraid something would be missing, but it happened.
All paper bags on the desk disappeared. I was going to use them as trash bags because there was no trash box in the bed room.
I could understand if they had been beside the trash box and taken away. But, actually, they were on the desk.
What if there were something but trashes?
Or, as for guests' possession on the desk, do you take away them after checking what was in them? If so, uncomfortable.

A charging cable was dropped on the floor.
When I entered the room after check in at 14, it was so cold. They said the heater was turned off till 19.

Et lille og billigt hotel, der kunne trænge til en gang vedligeholdelse og rengøring. Langt under dansk standard. Der var rent sengetøj og håndklæderne blev skiftet hver dag. Vasken på badeværelset lugtede lidt af kloak. Der er morgenmad mod betaling, og det var rimeligt til prisen. Flink og hjælpsomt personale, der kan engelsk. Beliggenheden er i 18 ard,der måske kan virke utrygt for nogle.

Hotel ubicado junto a estación de metro por lo que está bien comunicado aunque, por ello, también es muy ruidoso. El barrio es un poco \"siniestro\" y bastante sucio. El personal de recepción encantador, muy atento y servicial, se agradece. La habitación correcta, bonita y limpia, aunque la litera es muy ruidosa. El baño está más anticuado pero correcto. Precio muy bueno relación calidad-precio y con otros alojamientos similares.

Uitmuntend aan deze accomodatie is echt het personeel, ze zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar wel netjes, het bed ligt heerlijk en de douche is super! Het enige minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken is de omgeving van het hotel, later op de avond was het erg onrustig in de straat waardoor wij ons toch wat minder veilig voelde

Inaceptable la situación y han pasado más de dos semanas y HOTELES.COM no se ha hecho responsable de la devolución de mi dinero, de hecho me confirmaron por correo que no podrían hacer devolución por que no han podido contactar al hotel. ES UNA ESTAFA, NO RECOMIENDO USAR ESTA APP PARA RESERVAR.

Au final j’ai du rajouter 15 euros pour avoir la tv en plus et changer de chambre ... pour une plus chère bien entendu ...
