Hotel so convenient from Gare du Nord station, Staff were extremely helpful, hotel room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and again staff willing to assist. Only downside was that we could not get a coffee on Sunday afternoon as the area used for breakfast/dinner was closed and there was no facility for self service, otherwise an excellent stay

Well located for train and metro and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and clean room although coffee not replaced after first day. Balcony unusable due to dust and noise from construction outside but looks nearly finished. Only one elevator to reception which was unreliable - not working for 2 out of our 4 days. We had to carry our luggage down stairs to check out.

Amazing location, with lots of dining options and easy access to transit for exploring the city. Awesome bikes for rent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Room were cozy, if a some elements were more stylish than practical. We were so grateful for the interior rooms. (I had wanted the city view room, but.it wasnt available. In retrospect, I think it may have been noisy with taxis, construction, and early morning deliveries.....and perhaps smokey from the restauarnts below.) We found lots of affordable breakfast options nearby, from sit down meals to patisseries to go. There is also a wonderful laudry a couple blocks away, so didnt need to pack more than a couple outfits for the week. All in all a wonderful home base for a wonderful visit.

The Hotel had a 3.5 hrs power outage at night. I have OSA and use a CPAP to be able to sleep at night. I was visiting Paris for a business trip and had important meeting early morning. Not being able to use CPAP meant ai couldn’t sleep. Medically, if I would have tried to sleep without a CPAP I could have had a fatal incident. This meant I was super tired in the morning. The hotel did not inform this before my arrival. Although they had put in signs saying there will be a power outage but the wordings said “There will be a power outage between 1AM and 5PM” It wasn’t mentioned that it will be for the entire duration of these times. Nevertheless this should have been mentioned before I checked in. Atrocious.
Also don’t bother with breakfast, horrible for the price you pay and also highly disappointed with coffee during breakfast. No coffee facilities in the room!

Excellent Stay at this hotel (2 Couples). While we had some teething issues with one of the rooms they were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. A massive shout out to tbe front desk team, in particular Nicolas, who are fantastic.
The hotel is ideally located across the road from Gare Du Nord, and the rooms are fantastically quirky with very comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant was very good for breakfast and we also had an lovely evening meal there - Shout to Jack who was brilliant here.
All in all I would highly recommend a stay here!

En el check-out me subieron la tarifa del upgrade un más de un 30% le dije que debía ser un error que me habían dicho que era solo 25 euros me dijo que no aunque le monstre por escrito lo que me dieron al check in que decia 25Euros ,

Me acabaron gritando y hablándome mal menospreciándome y diciéndome mentiroso básicamente cuando los que me dieron esa tarifa por escrito fueron ellos, no estoy acostumbrado a que me traten mal en un hotel tristemente la atención en este hotel tan bonito y delicado a decaído a un punto que no pienso volver a hospedarme ya que aunque no sea una fortuna no estoy acostumbrado a que me engañen diciéndome un número y luego cobrando a la fuerza otro.

Deberían contratar gente más profesional que no les grite a los clientes Antón creo se llamaba, le dije que es una lástima un gerente se comportara de esa manera ya que no era buen ejemplo para sus clientes.

tengo la copia de la tarifa que me ofrecieron si se puede subir me dicen donde ya que en ningún sitio decía que había que añadir más taxes decía precio cerra 25 euros que fue lo que acorde.

Les recomiendo evitar este hotel para que no les griten o les hablen despectivamente.

Overall: My Fiancee and I absolutely loved the decoration throughout the hotel, to include our room. The location of the hotel is phenomenal, being right next to the train station was so convenient. We would stay again for convenience, friendly staff, and the unique decorations.

Staff: The staff were overall very friendly! Upon our arrival, there was a woman of African-Black ethnicity who was very kind and friendly! She has braids and worked the morning shift, unfortunately I was not able to get her name. Hugo was a great help anytime we needed assistance! There was a female manager/ supervisor whose attitude was not too friendly at the receptionist desk. But, she could’ve been stressed from the high volume of customers.

Room: Comfortable and cute. However, we smelled cigarette smoke that came from the vent, an unpleasant smell for us. If the Hotel is non-smoking then we should not have to be exposed to it with the money we pay. The issue was fixed by an air purifier machine which was very noisy during our rest. I would like to be compensated for the smoking odor inconvenience.

Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, though not many options. We would not be willing to pay for it in the future at that cost.

New Year’s Eve Dinner: For the price that was paid, I understand because it was NYE dinner. However, we would not do it again. The young lady who performed live did good as well. The best part was the free party that we could attend to finish the night.

We had another fabulous stay at 25 Hours! We love coming to this hotel, it’s beautiful- the room was enormous and had the most incredible view of Gare du Nord. The staff who checked us in were extremely friendly and welcoming. We can’t remember his name- but shout out for making us feel so welcome.
It’s in a great location for exploring different parts of the city and accessing public transport. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Everyone was so friendly when we checked in and checked out and when we purchased something from the gift shop. The hotel was conveniently located to Gare de Nord train station, and there a bunch of restaurants near by to walk to. The rooms were clean and we loved the decor. This used to be one of the most prestigious hotels in the district. For what I paid I felt disappointed in one or two ways. The basin had no plug that prevented water draining away, or that could be removed so I could use the plug I had with me. The fridge wasn't turned on. The free items inside consisted of one packet of crisps, one beer, one bottle of water and two biscuits. I recall no warning about a €100 deposit being demanded. This has yet to be returned. The local tax of €8.45 was taken separately when reception said it would be deducted from the deposit. If I find I have paid twice there will be a complaint.

My overall stay was okay, I enjoyed the decor, the vibes, and the restaurant especially, the staff there was very nice, but I must highlight two things.

The upon arrival the check-in process was a bit slow, and I did not find the personnel too friendly I must admit, perfectly polite and everything but not as enthusiastic or warm as they could have been, I appreciate it is fashion week and it IS busy, but I did notice that.

Another important and more critical point for me is that the cleanliness of the room could have been definitely better.

I found a hair in my bed, the room felt dusty and the floors were not super clean tbh, also the fact that a mere pair of slippers were not provided was a complete let down, I thought the class was 4 stars. So kind of dirty floors and I am supposed to be walking on them barefoot, not an exciting proposition if you ask me.

Finally, I found the walls sort of thin so the sound carried quite a bit but I had ear plugs so I could sleep in the end.

It was a one night stay that I paid 280 euros so it felt a bit underwhelming but not tragic.

I love to stay at this hotel when I visit Paris, because it is great value for what I spend, I like the location in proximity to the Gare du Nord (plus the beautiful view of the Sacre Coeur), and I like the fun/hip vibe of the hotel. It’s very convenient, clean, and the staff are generally friendly. I like the bustling noise outside my window, and if that is very bothersome to you, I would not recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back!

The service from this hotel is exceptional with all members of staff being helpful. I would happily return. The rooms are soundproof and the bed is extremely comfortable. The housekeeping is brilliant!

We had a few challenges though when staying for a week- the first being half way through the stay when the hot water stopped for some rooms on the 5th floor so couldn’t use sink or shower. The staff offered a room move to a lower floor which I declined as still had days left and had unpacked or to use a shower in another floor while it was being fixed. It was fixed in a day but was an inconvenience considering the price paid for the room and having to walk with wash bags through the corridors and then discovering the room only had one set of towels so had to go find more. The lifts were also broken multiple days we were there which led to front desk staff carrying our bags down the stairs which was very much appreciated but shouldn’t be needed. I appreciate it’s an old building but this seems to be a regular occurrence which puts additional strain on the staff.

Fantastic Hotel for Gare du Nord

We really enjoyed this quirky, boutique hotel, which is located directly across the street from the Gare du Nord. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we only booked an extra large room for one night in advance of a relatively early morning flight from the CDG the next day.

This is a fantastic hotel if you have a flight from CDG because we can take the RER right out of the Gare du Nord.

The hotel itself was great. The room was quirky and comfortable. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the mini bar was complementary. This was a small touch, but a nice one. The hallways are narrow, but our room was nice and large.

This is a very nifty hotel that I would highly recommend, especially if you have train or air connections that are accessible from the Gare du Nord.

Convenient for Eurostar travellers

The area is pretty rough. Since we arrived late by Eurostar, it’s convenient for us. We don’t bother to move to another area, so just put up with it for few days.

The corridor is pretty narrow and goes round and round. Think if there’s any incidents, it could be quite dangerous.

It’s only one lift working. It broke down one afternoon.

Too many unnecessary decos and cushions in the room which accumulate dust. The carpet is pretty dirty as well. The draining is slow in the shower.

Although it’s very warm gesture to offer free mini bar, it’d be nice to have a kettle and some coffee & tea.

The room itself was very spacious given Paris standards and the convenience of being in front of gare du Nord was the main reason for our stay. Their check in time is also earlier which I appreciated and staff was very friendly. My only disappointment is that I thought my booking had an outward facing view of the station but we were booked in a room facing the inward courtyard. Not the biggest issue but it was due to the older classifications of rooms that have since been adjusted on Expedia at the time of writing.

This was an excellent choice for our weekend trip to Paris. The hotel is literally across the street from the Gare du Nord, where the eurostar pulls in. Very convenient for quick and easy arrival and transport around Paris during our trip. The hotel is well appointed. The the room was comfortable and a good size for a cental Paris hotel. I’ve stayed in a few places in Paris and booked this fairly last minute for convenience arriving by Eurostar. I was expecting it to be close, but was honestly shocked at how close it was! Hopped off the train straight to check in - very welcome in a heat wave! Booked medium room with terrace which was huge by Paris standards. Open shower to the room though, which is worth knowing in case sharing with someone you’re not willing to shower in front of! Metro right outside but walkable to a lot of things. Amazing black out blinds, a bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad. It’s a main railway station so just be aware that there are nicer areas to stay in Paris and every city’s main stations are the same, but for the convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, if definitely stay here again.

We love the 25Hours hotels, particularly in Florence. The Paris Hotel has the same inventive approach to decor and finishings. The location is great if you're connecting through Gare du Nord, and it's convenient to all attractions in north Paris.

The in-house restaurant, Neni, was a real treat. It's casual, the food was excellent and we had a view of the station.

Our room was well appointed, with a serviceable desk, a good safe (held my laptop with a mm to spare), a good shower and a balcony (which is often hard to find in Paris).

Our only issue was street noise. That can be an issue in any large city, but it was more noticeable for us this trip. We had a room facing Bd de Denain, and the sound of night life in Paris (shouting, traffic, the occasional dispute) was intrusive. Obviously that's not on 25Hours and there is nothing they can do about the noise, but when we return we'll ask if there are rooms that don't face Bd de Denain or Pl Napoleon III.

Excellent Hotel choice and location

25 Hours hotel is an excellent brand with quirky designed hotels.

The hotel is directly opposite Gare du Nord and is in a typical Parisienne Haussmann block. The room had a balcony with views of the station and Gare du Nord.

Rooms are colourful, comfortable and the toiletries smell amazing.

There’s no real negative to this hotel, other than the restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets being fast food chains or complete rip-off places because of the location by the station. Just take the RER one stop to Le Halle / Marais for dining and drinking in proper Paris.
